My car met an accident ..but the anand motors matiyari chauraha faizabad road Lucknow can't giving me the claim and they are saying that whole car is not taking under the claim but in start the don't tell anything about zero dep so please this is my request to solve my problem for same... At presentmy car is at the anand motors

      sorry sir but mujhe itna gussa aah raha hai ki mujhe sharam aah rahi hai ki main jalandhar me reh raha hun jahan Lovely auto hai... itni miss management kisi highway k dhabbe par bhi nahi hoti. jitni maruti k lovely auto me hai.. meri insarance 13 tarikh ko due thi maine lovely auto se insaurance banane ko kaha. maruti ki verfication call bhi aah gai.. mujhe lovely auto se phone aya sir apki insaurance ban gai hai. maine kaha monday ko de jana. uske baad jab maine 3-4 bar call ki par koi response nahi aya. jab aaj baat hui to Miss Raj ne mujhe kaha ki aap ne insaurance cancel karne ko kaha tha, , , ye baat sun kar mera man kar raha hai ki main apni gaadi ko kisi nadi me fankdu.. zindagi me aur bhi bahot tention hai sir maruti walon ne to dimaag ki watt laga di hai.. mujhe samaj nahi aah rahi ki apse kya help mangu.. ese logon ko yahan bharti mat karo sir maruti ki band baja denge ye log.. baaki aap ko jo acha lage. ab main kya karun??????? mujhe meri wohi policy dilwa de bahot dhanwad hoga.. regardssss jassi kochar mob [protected] [protected]@gmail.com

        I have on 21st April, 2015 made a payment of Rs.3249/- through crossed cheque towards renewal of my car's (DL 2CAL 5156) insurance policy and the said payment has been debited from my account on 28th April, 2015. It is deeply regretted that despite repeated calls to the concerned Dealing Assistant of Maruti office at Gazipur, insurance policy has not been handed over to me till today. In my opinion this is not fair at all. It is pertinent to mention that I was receiving regular calls from the aforesaid office offering proposal for the renewal of my car since February, 2015 end but when I have accepted the proposal and made the payment well before the expiry of the earlier insurance, my calls have not been attended to properly by the concerned. It is intimated that the previous insurance of my car has expired on 14.05.2015, though I am carrying the proposal for renewal of my car's insurance policy, but any untoward incident with regard to this will be at the sole risk and responsibility of the concerned Dealing Officer of Maruti Office at Gazipur.

          Hello Team, My name is deepak dhakan, I purchased maruti ertiga vxi cng from sk wheels andheri in feb 2015, my car no is MH 02 DW 3161. Due to some road side accident with auto rikshaw my front bumper's color damaged and as I hit break suddenly, some car from my back side hit my car, and my back side bumper got cracked. Now to service this I went to spectra motors malad, I explained them all details and handover car to them on 13 th may. He gave me 14000 bill which they plan to take from insurance, today on 14 th may one insurance guy came an called me, so I explained him everything in detail, even I told him I ll give u car number who damaged my car and auto rickshaw number too, But he refused and said he can only cover front bumper and not the back side. So I took my car and gave it to local vendor for repairs for 10, 000. Now this is complaint to insurance department, if they can take 25 to 30 K for any kind of insurance. Why they are refusing it right now. Please do take action on insurance department and I want my 10, 000 back if they disagree to it, I have right to go to consumer court against all.             Dear sir My Marti Estilo registration no is UP -32 DL 7300 mr Car insurance is going to expire on 17 th May 2015 . I submitted cheque at Oneupmotor marutI showroom in Alambagh Lucknow. My policy is vverified your customer Services at Gurgaon.But still I have not got my policy while cheque was submitted on 13th May 2015. I will have to go to attend an important meet but due to not having delivered my policy by your local authority, I have to cancel my meet. The services for which Marti is known is going on downfall.               Hello I had given cheque on 31st March to Spectra motor executive for Maruti Dzire Insurance policy (MH04 ET9178). 1. I have not received policy in last 1 month. Why no update in last one month? 2. After following up with Spectra motors multiple time (Spectra motor, Thane) today I received feedback there is some problem in writing the cheque. If there was problem why waited for month to pass and then after my follow up you realised its problem with cheque? What if I didn't follow up? 3. Spectra motor (Malad) asked me to provide new cheque for amount (Around 250-300 Rs) more than what was given last time. Why should I pay more premium amount without any fault? My family is travelling to Goa on Wednesday i.e. 29th April for 2 months. My policy is expiring on 3rd May (After 6 days). I can not drive the car without valid policy. Pathetic service.                 Dear Sir/Madam I have insured my car with Maruthi Insurance from 2003 from the time I first bought my car from the Pratham Showroom. My car Maruthi 800 AC KA03 MB 6106. I have made all my payments regularly in time before the expiry of my insurance due date to renew my insurance from Maruthi insurance for over a decade now. I have not met with any major accident nor made any major claim on my car or damage to any vehicle or injured myself or anyone. I only made one claim when a stone was thrown on one of the windows of my car glass and it had to be replaced. I was very disappointed this year regarding my insurance when I approached Pratham Motors, Bangalore who has been regularly dealing with both the Insurance and Servicing of my car.. I did not get a proper reception from them and I was attended by one of the representatives who usually comes every year to collect my cheque and hands over my policy after calling Pratham and requesting them. Mr kumar attended to me on 28th of March 2015 gave me a clear picture of all particulars of the insurance after discussing with him except when I asked him to also insure the occupants of my car he mentioned that there are five occupants that I have to insure for. I agreed for it and he also mentioned that it Rs 50/- for each person for one lakh. He charged me Rs 2250 for my vehicle insurance of Rs 50, 000/- and added another Rs 250 for insuring five occupants of my car amounting to Rs 2500/- for which I handed over a cheque for Rs 2500/- in favour of Pratham Motors for my insurance renewal with Maruthi Insurance for the year 2015 (expiring March 31st 2015 Midnight) on 28th March 2015. I got a call from Maruthi Insurance regarding details of my insurance and when I mentioned that I requested the occupants of my car to be insured too for which I paid a sum of Rs 250/- extra for five occupants the representative from Maruthi Insurance mentioned that my car is a four occupant capacity and not five. I mentioned to her that then make it four, I did not request for five the Pratham representative Kumar mentioned five and so I insured for five. Then the Maruthi representative mentioned he would call me back. I got a confirmatory call again that my insurance is accepted and the occupants are four and not five and the cost is Rs 200 and not Rs 250/. I also got a call from Mr Naveen from Pratham motors Manager Insuance divison that my occupants are four and not five. I told him that Mr Kumar made that mistake and to rectify it to four. I got a final call from Maruthi Insurance team on 31st March again re-confirming my insurance and it is accepted and it is ready for issuance from Dealer which should reach me. I had been patiently waiting for my insurance Policy to reach me for over a week. Since it was Good Friday and a sunday that followed I hoped my policy would reach me thereafter. I contacted Pratham motors and they mentioned it should reach me. I got desperate after the 10th of April and it looked at an interim acknowledgment form Pratham which was handed over to me by Kumar and got his number. He too was confident about my policy and was surprised I did not receive my policy yet. He was the one who used to take my cheque every year and hand over my policy personally or checks that the courier reaches me in the past. .Mr kumar mentoned to me on the 13th of April that my policy would reach me on the 15th April at my work place which he would hand over personally. I was on leave on the 14th of April being a public holiday. I was confident that Maruthi representative called me confirming my policy on 31st March, Mr kumar took my cheque in advance on 28th March before the expiry of my Policy on the 31st March gave me an ackowledgement of receipt of my cheque and acceptance of my terms and conditions and my policy and I had the amount deducted from my bank account where the cheque was given for the purpose. To my utter shock I received a call from Pratham on the 14th of April over thirty to thirty five calls asking me to take a Policy with a fresh date and they wanted to take photographs of my car without a proper explanation. They mentioned to me blaming me that I asked for five occupants instead of four which was not true as I only asked for the occupants not the number and they mentioned to me that Maruthi has rejected your insurance. I was shocked and could not believe them, since I got a confirmatory call of 31st March 2015 and also thereafter a confirmatory message on 31st March 2015 at 7.19 53 sec pm that my policy is sucessfully verified and has been sent for issuance. Your will get the same shortly from your dealer Maruthi Insurance. Pratham was trying to cover their mistake by blaming me and Maruthi insurance for not issuing my policy. I was not clear as to what had happened. I refused to let them give me a policy with a lapse in date, with no clear idea or explanation as to what had happened to my policy after being confirmed by Maruthi's registered insurer and getting a confirmatory message from them and call and having made my payment well in advance and having the same deducated from my account in favour of Pratham Motors fro Rs 2500/- Pratham.s General Manager Mr Shivraj mentioned he is not responsible for the insurance mistake which has happened at their back office as he is only responsible for service of the cars. The Insurance Manager was on leave and the staff were forcing me to renew my policy verbally with no written explanation or mail. After mentioning that I will be approaching Maruthi Insurance and IRDA for this lapse and for being a defaulter for no fault of mine with no clear explanation as to what had happened. . I am unable to use my car and I have to spend a lot of money on alternative transport. I received a lot of mails back and forth from Pratham Motors blaming me and maruthi until finally I got a message from them yesterday from Pratham Motors owning up to their mistake that due to human error from them they could not get my policy renewed. I had trusted and believed in Pratham Motors and Mr Kumar who had renewed my policy for many years but unfortunately this year they messed up with my policy. They mention to me that I will be still eligible for my no claim bonus, surcharge, etc will not reflect in my policy at present nor in the future. Kindly let me know the details and how to proceed. I am not able to understand nor do I have the confidence any more whether Pratham Motors is doing the right thing for me after defaulted with my policy. I have not done anything wrong from my side and I had been prompt and regular with my payment and renewals. If Maruthi Insurance could look into the matter at the earliest so that I am able to use my car and advice me as to how to proceed, if a consideration can be given to prevent a lapse in my policy by dating it from the time of expiry instead of a fresh date. Also that I get all my benefits including my no claim bonus and no surcharge or penalty on my present or future policies and I eligible for my claim immediately after renewal.                   Dear Sir, My insurance policy no is OG[protected]-00006059 which was taken at the time of purchasing the car Wagon R Engine Chasis No[protected] i.e on29.04.2015 from the Maruti Insurance Broking Private Ltd whose service provider name is Bajaj Allianz as per the hard copy of insurance reciept and IRDA Reg No : 113 and Service Tax Reg No : AABCB5730G-ST-001. My car got with accident on 10.04.2015 for which I claimed insurance on 13.04.2015 and given the car at body shop of BATRA AUTO COMPANY, TIN NO-[protected] along with my original R C, original driving license and original insurance paper but as per telephonically discussion with Mr.Murdhoj, service adviser; Mr. Kanan Mishra, surveyor of Bajaj Allianz rejected the claim without any written reason for want of something from me. Further I told Mr Murdhoj to return my car with written reason. He told me the car will not returned with reason and if you want to take the car without reason, you may take it from the agency and if you want to take car with reason, the car will be lying in the agency. There is credibility in market for insurance taken through maruti insurance for hassle free, speedy and satisfactory claim disposal. Thats why took insurance through Maruti otherwise there are a lot of options for insurance in market which provide even in low cost and more features. If this type of incidents occur, then what will be credit of Maruti Insurance in the market. Dont think I am the only customer who has been treated like this, there are a lot of customers who are facing the problem. It will cause you loss of valuable customer. Therefore I request you to kindly look into the matter and sort out it at the earliest so that I may not suffer without any reason. Please remember it why should I not approach before the consumer court for mental harrasment, cheating and non disposal of my insurance claim.                     Dear sir, I have applied for insurance renewal in maruti insurance for my vehicle no TN 73 E 8375, I paid money on[protected]. They called me for verification on[protected] but their voice is not audible so I told them to talk louder but their call got disconnected and received a message saying that call got disconnected and call u again. But till date I haven't received any verification calls from maruti insurance. My old insurance is valid till[protected] mid night only. Now I want maruti to call me for verification or return my money immediately so that I will renewal through some other insurance company. Regards Arunmozhi

                      Dear Sir, My car met with an accident on 3rd of April when I was coming out of petrol Pump before my car there were a taxi which was following my car at half meter distance suddenly a Bajaj Pulsor which was in full motion scated before my car and my front bumper broken and bonet also got jamed. When I saw there were scartched on Rear RH door and my wheel also got jamed. The taxi which was back to car stuck my tail light the resulted my tail light RH broken. I was unable to drive my car due to wheel got jamed near about two kilometer there was machenic who helped me any how. Due to his help my wheel became free so that I could reach to Seemanchal motor at Purnia. But I was explained my Maruti Serviour whose name is Sonu that all these were broken before accident (I mean Front Bumpher and tail light RH)

                        Sir I paid Rs 5182 towards renewal of insurance policy of my Car No RJ14 CP 3024 to M/s Prem Motors on 23.3.2015 and the same was renewed on the very day with the assurance that the renewed polocy alongwith free gift vouchers would be delivered to my house within one or two days but despite lapse of more than 16 days and several telephonic reminders, I am still waiting to receive my policy . Consequently, I could not use my car for last 16 days which has put to financial loss of Rs 215 as the premium paid for the perriod from 14.3.15 to 9.4.2015 could not be used my me due to non delivery of policy. I never expected this type of irresponsible response from the esteemed organisation like yours.

                            This is to inform you that I had issued a post dated cheque of Rs 6747 to the maruti insurance person for my policy renewal 1 month before the policy expiry, which was confirmed by the Insurance company on 24th February through a message, still I was not issued the policy . For the past 3 days since my policy expired I had to go by taxi to my workplace, hiring taxis so that I am not caught for not carrying the policy.It is really causing me a mental pain & harrasment .I cant leave anywhere in my car & have to pay taxi fare. I had written to the insurance team as stated in the below trailing mail, till date there is no response from their end.The policy has not been dispatched to me yet .I regret my decision to get my policy done from maruti insurance. Such a big firm & harassing customers. I have understood that it is a crime that I wanted my policy renewed from your end & for which I paid in advance . Please do the needful or let me know that you can't do anything. I will be more than happy to donate the money to Maruti Insurance.Regards, Lalit Chaudhary

                                  I regret to inform you that I have not received the policy copy of my vehicle Ertiga ZXI having No MH 12 KJ 2436 the policy renewal was due on 5th Nov 2014 the necessary payment is also made and after follow up with local dealer M/s.Chowgule Industries Ltd.Pune till date I have not received either soft or hard copy of it.                                     We have purchased a Maruti Swift DZIRE from M/s. Vipul Motors, Jaipur on 19.11.2014 in the name of SHRI HARPHOOL SINGH BUDANIA, through CSD and got it insured from dealer (Insurance policy issued National Insurance company). Unfortunately, the said vehicle met with an accident on 27.12.2014 and got damaged. The Vehivle Registration No. RJ 14 CX 7927 HAS BEEN with Vipul Motors, Jhotwara workshop and has been repaired, but the workshop manager has refused to deliver the vehicle reasons best known to them. The workshop manager has said that we are not allow to get cashless benefit on the policy issued by Maruti through dealer of M/s. Vipul Motors, Sodala, JAIPUR

                                      Hi, I tried to renew my insurance through Maruti Insurance. I was asked to pay Rs. 18, 347/-. I paid this by cheque. I received a policy, on which total premium mentioned is 15571 rupees only. What happened to the excess amount 2, 776?

                                        I WAS APPROACHED BY THE AGENT VIPUL FROM THE COMPANY ABOUT INSURANCE OF MY WAGON R todaythe 22nd of nov. 2014 HE VARIFIED ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE CAR AND SAID HE HAD VARIFIED THE PARTICULARS AND SENDING THEM TO VIPUL MOTORS FARIDABAD.I HAVE NEVER ASKED HOM TO PREPARE THE POLCICY'THE CALL WAS MADE AT HIS INSTANCE.NOW I RECIEVE A SMS THAT MY PARTICULARS HAVE BEEN PASSED ON TO VIPUL MOTORS FOR PREPARING THE POLICY, WHICHJ IS TOTALLY WRONG.PLEASE INSTRUCT WHOSOEVER PUT THIS ON RECORD THA I HAVE NOT DECIDED FROM WHOM TO PURCHASE THE POLICY, AND THE WHOLE ECERCISR FOR PURCHASING MY POLICY SHOULD BE ABANDONED IMMEDIATELY, AND CONFIRMATION ABOUT IT SENT TO ME POSITIVELY.ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS CAUSED BY THIS ACTION OF YOURS SHALL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.
