I GAVE MY CAR TO KTL COMPANY ON 20TH MARCH 2015 TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE, THOUGH INSUARANCE in which all the service related work has been done, like oil change coolent and etc they charge me for that also, but they did not maintain the record in system that my car has been serviced.after some time there was some issue in my car some gear related problem i went to b4w they said that my cars warranty expired as my car only runs 30000 km but they said that you did not make service record, so you have to pay for that they charge me 17000/- rs as i have zero debth insuarance also.on 10/12/16 i went to kapoor motors for accidental claim.there they asked for money except file charge.
I REQUEST U TO PLZ GET THE FEEDBACK FROM THEM.

    I mohammed salim ansari approached to amar car, s gorwa road vadodara sales executive mr atul for purchase of k10 vxi car through csd. I ask about offers of company and corporate offer. He directly replied that his showroom did not give any offer. Whereas i also enquire from katariya and kiran motors. They are giving 20000 + 5000=25000/-.
    I could not understand that why cannot amar car, s giving. The ill behaviours of showroom may please noted.

      Dear team, i purchase maruti vagon r vdi from ocean motors rethi mandi indore.. They are given old used tyre in stephney.. Also i think they have provided me rejected vehicle.. I haven getting so many problem in vehicle.. And i regulary mention in my servicing which problem i faced.. Pls help i also having 02 maruti vehicle i never got these type of issue.. Also dealer are not change my stephney tyree.. And said it was rejected by tyre company..
      Please resolve my problem otherwise i will complaint into consumer forum.

        The complaint is against varun motors, a show room of Maruti Suzuki located at Gajuaka in Visakhapatnam. The response of the team there is very poor and have cheatedme at all levels. did not excoet such a response and such irresponsibility by any showroom of Maruti Suzuki. maruti Suzuki needs to train its people in customer handling. Poor show Maruti suzuki and Varun Motors Visakhapatnam

          I had given my car of brand Maruti Suzuki ALTO K-10 vide Registration number DL12C 5511, for servicing in RANA MOTORS, Okhla Unit Phase-II on 19 Jun 2016. After serving they had dropped my car at my residence in IIT DELHI. But I found that brake, accelerator and clutch mechanism are not working well. I lodged a complaint in this regard in RANA MOTORS . They sent a technician after one and half months for attending the complaint and found some issues with brake, clutch and accelerator(With this problems car has run for one and half months) and rectified it. Recently, 10 days back i had given my car for changing clutch mechanism in RANA MOTORS, Okhla Unit Phase-II.After getting back my car, I found that clutch, brake and accelerator are stucking with sudden jerk. I'm in doubt regarding the quality of work done in RANA MOTORS, Okhla Unit Phase-II at the cost of customer's time and money.

            However, I have yet not received the invoice, RC book, etc.

            I received a a false bill of Rs.4, 41, 000 only. The rest Rs.24, 000 bill is yet to be received. I have been following...

            Purchased swift zxi 2 days back, on 11th Dec 16, and today when I try to start the vehicle it doesn't start at all.
            It complains about malfunction, in oil pressure and battrry charging system. 2 days, just 2 days after delivery ur car proved to be a waste in junkyard.
            Do the customer pay to get frustrated? Disappointed? Run around u guys to get it fixed?

                On the June 5th, 2016, I purchased the Maruti Suzuki Swift LDi from the D.D. Motor, Wazirpur, Delhi. After 3-4 months of purchase the car started giving problem in putting up the gears. All the gears started functioning improperly and struck in between. After many repeated visits at the service station they just called and the mechanic and asked to check. He took 5-6 minutes and says that it's fine now. But after the single drive the same problem occurs again and again. I even asked them to keep the car and inspect it properly but no response from their side. It's not been an year that the new car is giving such problem. Due to this many other sounds in the engine have also increased. In winters this problem becomes major and sometimes it's so embarrassing that it is giving such a problem. On the way the gears get struck automatically. I am really disappointed with such a performance of the car. Discussing all, I trusted over at Maruti Suzuki, but it's really sad on their part. Moreover the car has not been driven 15000km and giving such issues. This might be the manufacturing fault and they are not ready to accept it and give better services which may not give such issues.
                I want this problem of my to be resolved as soon as possible because someday it might cause some major incident.

                  Maine aapki company ki ek car, jiska model Breza bitara zdi+ aur registration number UP93AV0888 h, ko date 12.08.2016 ko Gajiabaad ke ek showroom se kharidi thi.

                  Main date 04.12.2016 ko Jhansi se kanpur ja raha tha tabhi Orai se 19 km door Aata ke paas Jhansi - Kanpur highway par mere car ke belt toot gayi aur durghatna hote hote bachi. Is time mere saath meri family bhi thi aur shaam ka time tha. Kadak sardi hone ke reason se highway par kohra tha. Jab maine toll free par call kiya jiska complaint number 1062791 h, parantu mujhe 1.5 hour tak koi service nahi mili. 1.5 hour ke baad S.B. Motors, OPrai se mujhe call aaya aur unhone mujhe wapis 19 km orai me usi halat me mujhe bulaya. Jab main wapas orai, S.B. Motors par pahuncha to belt change karne ke liye S.B. Motors ne mujhse 860/- rs liye.

                  So main aapki company ki policy janna chahta hu ki belt 5000/km par kaise toot sakta h aur ek company ka belt ko kitne time par badla jata h. aur company dwara service kitne time par milti h.

                  Saath hi saath car kharidne ke 1 mahine baad se hi car ka sound system bhi kaam nahi kar raha h par mujhe is par bhi koi response nahi mile.

                  Mujhe khushi h ki S.B. Motors, Orai me Mr. Faheem ji ne mere saath cooperate kiya aur help karke meri car ahi karwai.

                    I have Maruti Make HR-26-Y-0077. Elbow Plastic make under collant box is not available in the market and battery is also not available in the open market. Timing belt is also not available. And kindly let me know what is the meaning of 1 year guarantee + 3 years warantee. Due to shortage of these my car is with M/s. Prem Motors Mahipal pur since last 5 days. Yours is a brand name in the market of india. if parts will not be availble people have to suffer more and more.

                      I have given my car maruti Swift VDi (Regd No. OD-02 Y 4700) purchased on 17/09/2016 to sky automobiles, patia, bhubaneswar after sevaral mobile call if your vehicle completed 20, 000 KMS. come immediately for service over pressure on my registered mobile phone every day finally I took my swift car on 06/12/2016, for simple changing of engine oil, wheel balanced and charged me hug amount of Rs.7000/- with bad behaviour and mentally harassed torched. if you take it easy I will flash the same in local news against patia maruti service station for claims. thank you

                        गया जहा पर मुझे कार की कीमत 616629/-बताई जिस पर 20000 /- रुपये की छूट कंपनी की तरफ से तथा 25000 /- exchange bonus बताया
                        मेरे पास अभी santro gl 2012 दिसम्बर मॉडल कार है जिसकी मार्किट में कीमत लगभग 200000 है जिसकी आपके true value वालो ने 115000 /- रुपए लगाई तथा कहा की अगर आप कार हमे बचेगे तो ही एक्सचेंज डिस्कॉउंट 25000 /- मिलेगा मैं आप से पूछना चाहता हु कि क्या अगर मैं मेरी पुरानी कार किसी को भी अपनी मर्जी से बेच दू और regn . certificate की कॉपी आपको दिखा दू तो क्या मुझे exchange bonus मिलेगा

                          I purchased Maruti celerio CNG from Kothari wheels Vimannagar Pune on 21 st March 2016 having defect in wind right glass fitting. this defect of wind glass informed Kothari wheels Vimannagar whithin three days but they didnt taken any action after a several follow up (10-15 times).
                          At second servicing faced problem of cleaning and hand brake. Also faced problem of cleaning and assembly problem of AC Air filter fitting.
                          I was very unhappy and harassed with kothari wheels and Maruti suzuki service.

                            I have a Maruti Suzuki Car owner when my car handed over to Wardha workshop that time music system of Sony make with bluetooth was attached in my car but, at the time of car delivery after maintenance/repairs I inspect the all accessories of my car and noticed bluetooth cord found in broken condition. I raised the complaint immediate to Mr. Gajanan those who handed over my car & explain him about my losses. He told me that he is not responsible for the same and asked me you directed to Mr. Rahul who supervised your car at the time of maintenance.
                            The same complaint also given at Wardha Show Room but, they advise me you will put up the complaint in writing.

                              I have given my vehicle to rohan motor Dehradun on 14 nov 2016 the vechicle was damage from back but yet not complete my vehcle .as i was recevied call from rohan motors today that ur vehicle is ready but when i visited i was found that the behavior of employees are not good and the vehicle is not up to date the following complain are their
                              1.bumper fitting is very bad
                              2.colour finishing and matching is not perfect.
                              3.Vehicle is not washed .

                                Hi,

                                Very poor service ABT Maruthi Ambattur. I gave my car for service on 05th of December. The car has been delivered with poor condition. Car driver took the vehicle from my home at 9.00 AM and it has been delivered by 2.00 pm.

                                1. No signs of Car was done...
                                2. Footmats, tyres was not at all polished
                                3. Not sure oil change was done by the way it is looking.
                                4. Charges are very high... Quality of service is very poor

                                  I have given my SX4 Car GJ-5-CP-115 for service to Kiran Motors Ltd. Adajan, Surat on 09.09.2016 with following complaints :
                                  1. Remote is not working of Car Loack
                                  2. Glass of Driver side mirror (side mirror) is to be fixed since it was broken.
                                  3. Head Light lamp of left side is to be replaced since it was not working.
                                  I have received my Car back on 09.09.2016 with the solution of only 3rd problem. I have paid Rs. 5, 147 by cash on 09.09.2016 as per Invoice no. BR16010203, Job Card No. JC16014707. Immediately I had called the SA Rakesh Santoshbhai More on his Mobile No. [protected] regarding the bad quality of washing & cleaning along with problems which were not solved. He at that time replied that he will recall the car as soon as he would get the necessary spares. Till then I have called him for more than 5 times but no response has been given. I hereby strongly lodge my complaint to resolve my problems immediately.

                                    Last night my maruti suzuki swift dzire was involved in an accident it ran over a divider, today morning i called prem motors showroom from where i bought my car, it's been 3 months. They told me that they don't have any toeing facility and i will have to pay for it. And in the last 3 months they never provided me my rc of the car, they just told me the vehicle number and handed it over to me. Now they are asking for a copy of the rc. That's why i would like to file a complaint against prem motors gwalior.

                                      Dear sir/madam:i purchased a new maruti swift dezire on 2014 august.. The car is 17k runned but now im getting a problem againt the sound of the car... When i went to the nearest showroom of maruti they were saying tat the car is having the problem in gear box... The cost will b around 13k... But how is ut possible... Cz its only 17 k runned ad uts getting a prblm too soon... I kindly requst u to solve my d prblm witoany cost..., thank u.
