We booked our dream car "maruti suzuki brezza zdi - metallic grey" for the occasion of my marriage. It was booked on october 25, 2016 to registered dealer sandhu automobiles pvt. Ltd. Khanna, ludhiana 141401. All went well, until we received the call from yadwinder singh sales representative at agency on december 23, 2016. He told us to collect our delivery, it is ready. We were out of the station and said on call, "will collect it on december 26, 2016".

We visited to the dealer on mentioned day for delivery, they replied "consignment have been given to someone else". I have paid 21000 booking amount and waited for 77 days, how can your dealer give my booking to randomly someone for some extra bucks?

A. Can we trust maruti suzuki anymore?
B. When did maruti suzuki began black marketing?
C. Every booking has attached with specific car's engine and chassis number, if it was supposed to be for me why did not we get it yet?
D. My father is harassed since past 15 days, when will this end?
E. My marriage function is on edge to get spoiled by india's most trusted brand like maruti suzuki, any answer?

We haven't refused the delivery neither on call nor via letter/mail or any declaration. I would request to confirm when i will get my car and what action will be taken against the dealer for the mental harassment? We are tired of chasing with the dealer, did not get any response. Please now you make it fast and appropriate before i approach to the consumer court.

    As i am loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki using Maruti cars. I have booked New Vitraa Brezza ZDI vide booking no SOB16000996 dated 13 Dec 16. Till now my dealer KD Motor Bhuj not given any satisfactory details about delivery of car. Your company does not give any facility to customers to track there booking status on every day basis.Hope you will consider my request and give better solution. I m serving in Indian Air Force and have other important jobs towards my country to do rather running around dealers for Car.Please send me correct date of delivery of car.

      I have sent many email to your Maruti Suzuki, Mumbai BKC office and your coustmer care. Am not getting a right answer from Your Maruti Suzuki or the Dealer VITESSE Ltd.. Mumbai Worli. I have been cheated by Maruti Suzuki and your Dealer VITESSE. The new EECO Car Paint is not up to the mark. Now. Maruti Suzuki are blaming the Dealer VITESSE, And the Dealer are blaming Maruti Suzuki.

        I purchased alto k10 on December 30, 2016 it delivered without mud pads, meter wires were not attached and battery wires had problems as well. I complaint several times but no action taken by lovely autos Nawanshahr Punjab. I'm very disappointed with customer service as well the whole team didn't accept there fault and blaming each other. Hope this feedback will be lesson for them that it will never happen with other customers.

          Dear Sir /Madam

          I have visited your workshop on 18 Dec2016 regarding side mirror for my car wagon r VXI model 2007 .I was attended by Mr Dushynt in your work shop (Standard Auto services, Jablpur ), after some time he informed me that mirror is not available in the workshop .He advised me that first I will inquiry kee at NM AUTOMOBILE if I will get this from there then no issue if you not find give me call I will place the order .I will call the Mr.Dushyant regarding the same and request for place the order . After that he confirmed me that he will place the order .
          and he will place the order and I will receive after 15 days .

          Today I am visited again your work shop at Jabalpur and sit around 01hrs and finally I got the information from your workshop that mirror is not available as there is no order placed by the executive.

          After 20 days where I am using my car without driver side mirror in this time how it is dangerous for me .Still I am.not any proper revert on the said matter .
          I am your customer from last 10 years and always use the services of Standard Auto Agencies but this is a pathetic that in last 20 daya I am not informed by none of you. Pls raise my concern and instruct your team for betterment .

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            Writing you for the issue related to got second-hand car instead of the new and been cheated.
            I have purchased Celerio ZMT AMT on[protected] from Maruti Authorized "KATARIA AUTOMOBILE PVT LTD" Dariyapur showroom AHMEDABAD. On 06th Jan 2016, when I have gone for first service of my car, it came to my notice that my car was sold to Mr. Bhagawanbhai Patel on[protected] and his named job card found at showroom. To tackle the situation staff member convinced me that it might be wrong entry on Job card and cancelled previous (Mr Patel's named) job card and issued me new one with my name. On further inquiry, when I checked the car history, I get to know date of sale of the car is[protected] however I have purchased on 14th Dec 2016. Also at the time of delivery car was already driven around 150km.
            I have tried to get reasonable answer and had to call so many persons due to unsatisfactory explaination. I reached to Kataria representative, sale's person Mr. Viral Shah, Kataria customer care operator Miss Dhara, Maruti customer care representative Ankur Mathur. All of them have given me different answers and childish excuses. I have all the phone call recording available, which signifies that I have been cheated. So it is concluded that, I got the used car which was already been sold to Mr Bhagwanbhai Patel and driven around 150km. I have refused to take back the car and left it at the showroom.

            Request you to take tough action upon the situation and justify ASAP, till then will not going to take back the car from the service center.

              I have booked a car (Swift Dezire ZDI- Auto Shift sangrilia RED) in the month of NOV 16 and paid advance as well. I have been told that within 6-8 weeks your car will be available/delivered to you within given time.

              From then till now i am regularly in touch with the representative of Motor Craft and the person who attended me is not responding...

              Kindly take an appropriate action and respond as per company standard.

                I bought a car SWIFT DZIRE VDI in 2008 yr... is very low pickup and self starting problem.
                While, I driving a car suddenly it get stopped. When it was stopped the tool light is working. The car once its stopped it can not start again. These complaints start on 60000kms then I took the car to MARUTI suzuki showroom at patas...They changed MAIN REALY worth Rs.200 and 2 HEATER PLUGS worth rs 1800... They took 2 days for identify what they problem was occurred. And the repaired the car and supplied to me. After few days again I got the same problem in the car. Again I took car to MARUTI they told no problem and adjust some parts then I take my car from there. Recently my car was stopped it can not start again.They are not responded properly to me again they telling to be change the common trail (spars). I am not understand what they are doing.

                Due to this problem am I suffering a lot and very disappointment... I spent lot of money but all waste now.

                  Respected Sir,
                  I have purchase a maruti wagon R VXI from Vipul Motars i p ltd on 30 October 2016. The agency promised me to provide the registration documents within 15 days of purchase. However the agency has not provided my documents till date. I have visited the agency's outlet for more than 8 times and contected him over phone for a number of occasions. The agency is shifting the date for 2-3 days on every occasion giving me mental and physical agony. Sir, I am staying almost 30 km away from Tigaon . I have to spend one day leave from office to meet the agency. Evenafter informing the agency that I am going to lodge complain against him on consumer forum, the agency has not shown any positive intrest in providing me the document till date.

                    I am having a RITZ from 2015 with no. CG04 HR 9505. The vehicle has run about 13000 km. Completed every after sales services as and when required. The services of the Dealer is very goods. The thing I would like to mention here that there is vibrational sound in the inner portion of the car when driving in slightly rough area. several times I complaint for it and the dealer's service centre did their best every times but in vain. After their best effort the noise could not disappear although it reduced a bit but again come after sometime. Whether it is a manufacturing defect? If so the company must look it and we should be given compensation for this. Anything which could not be repaired is nothing but manufacturing defect and that should be dealt accordingly. I therefore request to kindly look into the matter and act accordingly. This message must go to the Company as I am fully satisfied with my Dealer M/s Sky Automobile, Raipur.

At booking they said car is ready available later they said white colour not available silky silver is available in 2 days the last date said is tomorrow but now they are telling car not thre in the shipment came yesterday.                         Or mere ko bola ki 2year ki warranty aati he Esme kabhi bhi badal denge..or car lene 2mahine to car me kat lag gya Jo mene firt services me bola tha to usne kuch nhi bola...

                          Hi,

                          I brought a maruti suzuki ciaz from fortpoint pvt. Ltd.in thane, maharashtra.
                          There are a number of issues that i had to face in dealing with these people.
                          1. The vehicle was delivered to us too late. The estimated period which was intimated to us was 4 weeks to 6 weeks (Max). But it took more than 10 weeks to delivered the vehicle.
                          2. Even after such a long delay the vehicle delivered to us was not of the colour that we desired. Still we accepted it as we were in a desperate need of the car.
                          3. Even on the delivery date the vehicle did not have the registration number. We were told that the number will be given to us within 2-3 days. Today its been more than 10 days and we haven't received the number yet.
                          Every day the excuse that the sales person gives is different.

                          This is still not the worst part.
                          The worst part is that the sales persons tone is no better than a goon after the customer has made the payment.

With the help of sale executive mr. M. Anandha kumar. Now i have a complain in battery of my car. From first service itself when i told about this problem to service executive he told me that it was happend by water wash it will solve when it dry. After that i compromise my self. Ok, now everyday when i start my car in the morning it notable to start the car than i call mos or anr of my naibour to start it. They help me. Today when i start. It was not start. I told this battery problem to athi maruthi they told that we can"t replace my battery of my car. Had run upto 39500 etc... Even it has"n complete one year. Sir. I need your help to replace my car battery i have warranty for my car

                              My car (Ritz. Mp18c3626) stopped on the way just after an hour (50km run) of delivery from service center. Ie. Shubh moters jabalpur. This service center also make insurance paper with wrong entry and refused to correct the mistake as well as to do the body shop damage repair. The service manager not responding about the complaint. The workers machanics are not skilled. My car stopped on the way after servicing from this service center.

                              This dealer is not trust worthy. They had taken 3000 extra from me and not giving proper service. Communication is not proper. Billing is fair. Kindly take serious action

                                I purchased new alto k10 vxi amt in visakhapatnam at varun motors, muralinagar branch on 24 dec 2016 at 40 kms meter reading. After 80 kms ride today suddenly stucked at 2nd gear after some time come "n"gear and vehicle is starting but not moving in d mode nor r mode, then i called nearest maruti dear they taken the vehicle to service centre and checked and told that it has a amt complaint it will take time today is not possible then i left the car at service centre, old gajuwaka, visakhapatnam, andhra pradesh.
                                Even i didn't driven 100 kms vehicle is breakdown mean your are given waste vehicle so please kindly change the vehicle.

                                  I purchased Suzuki access 125 @ Apple auto in Bangalore ! Every time I give the vehicle for service I faced different problems & I have lodged complaints at the Suzuki website but there is no action taken . Today I had my 3rd service done & guess what they had not changed the engine oil & claimed that they have changed but forgot to reset the indicator ! I am really scared now where to get my vehicle serviced ! Is Suzuki listening ?????

                                    My new wagon r, 8 months old has already been to the garage for more than 6 times not including the free services. From the 2nd servicing i have been complaining of the car missing and clutch issues. After repeated reminders auto shivam at charkop the issue has not been resolved. The car stopped 3 times due to battery, however the 1st time they changed to service battery and never replied until 15 days till the service battery also stopped. 2nd time they put someone's else's battery and only realised that after i complained due to the unresolved issues. Now again bcoz of battery my car clutch has given problems but they are still thinking of making money and not resolvement. They had not opened job sheets or made proper enteries of the many times the car has been there. They have always tampered the others parts of the car for repair than d issues and i've been given the car every week or biweekly for issues. It's not possible at 18000kms the battery has stopped 3 times and d clutch is bad. I'm sure it is only them who are doing it.

                                      I had booked breeza zdi+ on sept 5 2016 n got it delivered on dec 22 2016. Aftr taking the vehicle frm my dealer i. E suraksha car care pvt ltd, i notice tht thr was oil leakage frm my vehicle whn reported to my dealer thy told tht time guage ceiling s damaged so thy changed n repaired it n gave if i had not noticed my engine could have been seized so i would like to inform u tht if i incur any other problem i want a replacement of my new car.

                                        I booked maruthi swift vxi on 21.12.2016. But they delivered maruthi vxi limitted version. They given quotation for swift vxi to get car loan from bank. After sanctioning loan the dealer delivered me swift vxi limitted version. So, after knowing that truth i felt so sad. They cheeted me more. I am not satisfied with their service. They charged more. Who will justify me.
