Hi,

I am a happy customer of hyundai and have used their i10 and i20. This time i though of buying alto 800 for my wife.

I bought this car in november from dd motors delhi, wazirpur.

Within one month my car's power window switch is defective and an unknown noise is coming from bonnet, as per mechanic of dd motors, clutch barring is defective which needs replacement.

Wow what an experience of maruti. I would never recommend anyone to buy maruti.

This brand is failure against hyundai. Learn from them what quality is actually.

Please return my hard earned money back and take you khatara back.

    I'm facing the proble with gear shift (From 3rd to 2nd) for the second time on my 2012 ertiga vdi. First occurrence was around 35, 000 kms. The same issue re-surfaced around 40, 000 kms. During the first instance, the authorised service centre guy told that this issue is with the synchroniser ring, hence got it replaced. They charged me inr 8, 000 for this work. Now just after 5000 km, the same issue resurfaced. When enquired with the same service centre, they argued that this is a known issue and since there is no guarantee for spares, he quoted the around inr 8, 000 for repairs. Also, he wasn't competent enough to answer all our queries. This was an annoying and frustrating experience.

    Maruti suzuki should address this issue holistically by replacing all defective units to retain the customer loyalty. If this isn't done, i'm sure maruti suzuki will loose customers like me.

    By writing in this forum, i hope this reaches the concerned agencies.

      Hi,

      I left my car for body replacement and service after met with an accident at bimal, mahadevpura, bangalore through bimal hoskote. They took 12 days to repair and trying to deliver car with bad condition..

      Car: ka-03 mq 1939

      My complaints:
      1) bimal, mahavepura, bangalore, gives me wrong status update every time i called them
      2) repair is not properly done (Wrostly done)
      A) dicky is not locking (It is a new part replacement, but not fixed properly)
      B) back quadrant is not repaired properly. Dent is still there. Painting is not proper
      C) front bumper is newly replaced with my own cost, still damaged bumper is used (Never expected from this from bimal and maruthi)
      D) back side bumper is not fixed properly, more gap is there b/w bumper and tail lamps
      3) bimal initially promise me to deliver in 7 days, but took extra 5 days. Still not properly done.

      Bimal screwed up my vacation plan with their false promises dates and trying to deliver car in bad condition, and it made me feel bad about maruthi itself.

      To add up:
      I had a brand new stepney and asked supervisor to replace the one tyre with stepney.
      I observed that whatever the tyre he replaced is not mine(Not new one). It is old one.
      Please check the visuals.

      Very very bad from Bimal. Never expected this.
      I purchased ertiga zdi car in 2014 march and till its driven kms is 40k now i am getting prblm in shifting gear from 3 to 2 ...I heard that from 40k its gear prblm is compulsory ...

        Hello sir/Madam

        Thank you for your feedback requirement system. I choose the Maruti Suzuki keeping in mind that they will give a good service. And I am also experienced your good service at service station for vehicle servicing. As your manager suggested I chooses the maruti national insurance for my Vehicle for trouble free insurance claim. But unfortunately when my Vehicle met in small incident, I claimed for insurance with the Insurance No:[protected] in the month of Aug 2016 and same is Informed to service station where I bought my vehicle (Bharat Motors Ankola, near baleguli cross, Karnataka). When I approached for the same service station I couldn't feel the hope for my claim as they told that it purely depends on the insurance surveyor and we will not interfere with the insurance matters. I surprised by hearing the same by on the responsible maruti manager. Then how can I believe in the maruti insurance for hassle free insurance claim as they promised earlier. I had paid the whole amount even after chosen the maruti insurance. The surveyor (Bharat pujari) who came from national insurance behavior was so harsh that he not at all listening what I say.Instead of listening the happened things, He simply complaints for not registering the police complaint. He also threatens that driving license will be cancelled If you misguide us. How can I argue with the person like this? Hence I really fed up with the maruti after sale service. Till now there is no clear feedback for the claim. Hence I kindly request to your good office that pleases resolve my claim. I am waiting hope fully for your positive settlement of my claim.           4. In this monsoon lock and wiring burn
          5. Last problem is very serious piston gone

          last problem why piston gone at 12228 km.
          I always make service and oil change after 1500 to 2000 km

          please help for last problem because this change cost is 4000 to 5000 rs.

              Dear team,

              I have purchased the new car from rohan motors noida dated 7th oct 2016 and they committed to provide the rc and car no would be share with me within a month.

              Even i had followed up more than 100 times to rohan customer care and sales manager as well but still no progress and every time they are saying wait for next 2 or 3 days.

              My temporary no already expired last month. They didn't take seriously single complain or concern raised by customer.

              They delivered different car which have wrong chassis no and not matched with insurance and i corrected the same with lot of effort.

              This was very worst experience with rohan motors and maruti suzuki as well. They don't care about the customer relation even has a big brand.

                I have purchased a Ertiga ZXI from M/s Bimal Auto Service, Adabari, Guwahati on 26th October 2016. I paid all amount by bank account transfer on 25/10/2016. The Insurance amount and Registration amount paid on that day by same account transfer. But till date they can not give me money receipt of registration and the Registration Number. I have communicated several times with the sales group and customer care, but they are not responding. Without the money receipt of registration I can not move or drive the vehicle. My residence is far from the dealer and almost 270 km away from Guwahati. I went once to meet them. But still they are not responding.

                  I, Velpula Sakuntala Devi purchased Maruti Wagon R VXi AMT from Varun Motors Pvt Ltd, Varun Towers, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 06.12.2016. The Vehicle is equipped with Audio System. As per instructions at 2-48 (Chapter-2) of the Owners main manual, for operating the Equipped Audo system, the owner is instructed to to refer to the Supplementary Owners Manual provided with the Vehicle. Unfortunately no such manual was provided with the vehicle. On enquiry the local Vender says that no such manual is provided with the vehicle in reality, Inspite of such statements made in the Owners Main Manual. Under the circumstances, I am unable to understand the use of different buttons of the audio system and thereby not in a position to enjoy the real audio Options of the system. Please see that the supplementary owners manual for audio system is supplied tome immediately.

                    I purchased used car from Spectra Motors at Borivali (e) on 20th June 2016.
                    Sales Executive Ashraf Shaikh told me that I will receive Registration Certificate from RTO within 45 to 60 days.
                    I met to an accident on 31st October 2016. The car is damaged in this accident and now the car is in garage for repair work. The car is properly insured in the month of August 2016.
                    The garage operator is not performing repair job on my damaged car even it is insured. He said he will require Registration Certificate to claim the insurance.
                    I am following up with Spectra Motors Borivali (east) since last 6 months for Registration Certificate. Now the car is in garage since 31st October 2016. Spectra Motors did not submit required application and documents in RTO, because of which Registration Certificate is yet not filed. As inquired in Borivali RTO, the officials said the application and required documents are not submitted yet.
                    I want Spectra Motors to be punished for this delay in their responsibility for which they have charged me. Please help

                    I myself have visited many times the Borivali RTO to get the RC with my name after buying the old car from Maruti True Value. It was Maruti True Value's responsibility to provide me the RC within a month after buying the car. I will only suggest either not to buy any used car from Maruti True Value or put the demand of RC on the same day of car delivery. Because, this is Indian market. No seller have ever contacted buyer for any feedback after selling the goods.

                      Sub: Dissatisfaction over the service process

                      I was getting frequent service calls from M/s. Popular Maruti Service Center, Saligramam, Chennai since[protected] for servicing my car. Finally I agreed for the service and enquired about the services. I was informed that water wash and general maintenance at a cost of Rs.1200/=. The car was taken for service on[protected]. While taking the car for service, the driver informed me that the petrol was insufficient and I agreed for make payment for petrol while delivery

                      Around 1 PM: I received a phone call from the service engineer Shri. Vignesh asking me for permission to change the following items:

                      1. Engine oil (as 9000 KM had been run after the previous oil change). I agreed.
                      2. Seat shampoo washing for Rs.1200/= . I did not agree.
                      3. After making test drive, we shall inform you the details of service. – I agreed

                      At 3:48 PM: I received an SMS stating, “Your car is almost done and will be ready in 45 min. Pls Contact Vignesh at [protected] for details…”. I made many calls to this number and there was no response (This number does not exist).

                      Around 6 PM: I tried to call the works manager in [protected] and no one was answering the call. After some time around 6:30 PM, the works manager called my number. I asked for the estimated service charges and the time of delivery of the car. The works manager answered me that the bill was not yet and said that he would call me once the bill was ready generated (the details available in the Invoice No. BR16018126 Dt.[protected] has the time of generation as 1541 IST). No body called me up to 8:30 PM. Around 8:30 PM, the car was brought to me residence and the person from the company. He gave a bill for Rs.11, 960/= (Copy of the Invoice enclosed). I gave a check for Rs.11, 960/= as the card swipe Machine. I also paid Rs.300/ for the petrol by cash.

                      The following are my complaints:

                      1. I was not informed or sought permission for services other than water wash and oil change
                      2. The items detailed in the bill as changed or not found in the car .
                      3. The performance of the car is not up to my satisfaction.

                      4. Discrepancies in the Invocie No.BR16018126 Dt.[protected]:

                      4 Drum Break Cleaning No consent was given by me

                      I received a call from the HQ at Kochi, called me and enquired about the complaints. I briefed them all the complaints. Then Mr. Vignesh, of M/s. Popular Service center, called me. I briefed him also all the complaints. He accepted the faults and requested me to bring back the vehicle to the service center with an assurance that the services shall be done again for my full satisfaction. I also received a call from customer care from M/s. Popular Service Center. I insisted that the service and spare parts charges collected from me for the services which were done without my consent. I was informed that this matter shall be placed in a meeting for decision. Till date nobody has called me. I have never experienced this type of dealings in any of the service centres.

                      I request the matter may kindly be investigated thoroughly in the service center without disturbing me and inform the action taken.

                        1. I was not informed or sought permission for services other than water wash and oil change

                        I have received a massage from ABT Maruti service centre, Chennai on 19 Dec 2016 at 0351 pm “free winter health checkup washing for your maruti [protected]@ ABT Guindy on 19 to 24/12/2016”. I have given my vehicle No. TN 11D 7756 Maruti WagonR to day 21/12/2016. They received my vehicle at 09:22hrs Job Number Jc 16034934. Then another message, “Mr vijay.j has received”. If you want to clarify my complaints you can verify them checking my car at ABT Maruti service centre, Chennai .

                        Regarding Oil Changing I came to know that previously the engine oil, brake oil etc. changed on around 29000km and within 5000 km at 34000 km POPULAR VEHICLES & SERVICES PVT. LTD. NO 14 Arunachalam Road, Saligramam Chennai-93 misguided and took the permission to change the oil & they changed it. Kindly Investigate the records and process the case at the earliest.

                          I bought a Swift Dezire Opt in the month of January this year from AVG motors Kottayam and it was for a taxi purpose For taxi permit vehicles Govt has providing Tax reimbursement or subsidy amount But I havent received that amount till now because of the delay of submitting the supporting document Creating deceleration is the responsibility of Maruti authorised showroom They havent created the deceleration and not given to me for the notary attestation I contacted the customer service executives and directly visited them and showroom many times for this issue All the time they will tell that check and inform you But havent get any information regarding this till date Now its time to renew the insurance and they started calling for continue with Maruti insurance If I continuing with Maruti insurance they have the benefits and the customer doesnt have any privilege or benefits

                          On the Sixteen Thousand had complaint of heavy pollution and low mileage issue So submit the vehicle of the check up at Indus Motors service center They checked the vehicle and told that the engine intercooler whose damaged and it should have to replace and its replaced Later on the Thirty Thousand km vehicle dead in the road due high pressure fuel pump complaint and it happened the poor quality of the Maruti engine parts

                          Now its finished Forty thousand km and done the periodical service in Indus Motors vyttila After the service I got an information from the service adviser that the intercooler having a leaking and may replaced in a while and they telling it doesnt cover the warranty I took the extended warranty till Eighty thousand km or four years at the time of vehicle purchase Now its only forty thousand km and one year only

                          Now I conclude If I not getting the solutions for the above I will simply go to the consumer court against delay of documentation delay and the poor quality of engine parts

                            I m Jagdeep Khanna we service our car no DL9CAG5319 your Magic Auto Kirti Nagar service station on 13th Dec.when we drop my car at service stn not any car starting problem.after service start this problem next day after service my car not start we start my car pushing then start immediately again we go service station and attending person we again check the car .We wait 4 hour in the service station after that he told me your car battery problem so not start. But FYI my car not this type of problem .unnecessarily create problem your service station. if this type problem why he not info at the time of service. this is very serious matter unnecessarily harassment to customer burden of customer head Rs-3.5 k.This is shameless for Maruti company

                              I having Swift LXi 2015 modelwith the registration nember(TN38CA8835), i serviced my car though authorized service centers only. Last month 13.11.2016 i serviced in Aadhi cars, Kotagiri, after the service i received many issues and already filed a complaint in Maruthi Suzuki through toll free number the service adviser came and apologized. The AC is suddenly not working in my car last week, i take my car to Aadhi Maruthi to resolve the problem the service engineer named Mr.Babu showed that the pipe line from the AC compressor is damaged and the location of the radiator is not in position and the radiator was wrongly fitted /Installed by manufacturing defect or by JKS Maruthi Suzuki coimbatore because the done the body works on 23-Jun-2016 and 08-Apr-2016, after that there is no body works done.I informed to JKS Maruthi coimbatore but there is no reply from their side i folllowed by the last week . The images for the same is attached herewith. Kindly repair the damaged item or change the new car of same variant

                                I have bought my swift car from DD Motors Okhla in New Delhi in 2012. Due to less usage it has traveled only 10240 kms. However, the tyre of the vehicle has swollen drastically and there was no support from the Dealer rather they were pressurizing to buy new tyre. The shelf life of a good tyre is till 40000 kms and both Maruti service team and dealer are unwilling to take any corrective action and putting customer life at risk.
                                Unable to understand how come Maruti quality team is allowing to use substandard product quality and why their service team is not willing to take any actions after receiving c complaint from field. The dealer response was pitiful. It seems these dealers are selected by Maruti to earn money by any means and least bothered about life of the people.

                                  It's been a mental and physical harassment for me from more than a year. My car has been in the garage in 3 or 4 days. The technicians and mechanics are unable to fix the issue.

                                  You can check the database and you will see how much money we have already spent on it.

                                  Being a lady and car stopping on the middle of the road in the night, hopefully you can understand how it feels.

                                  Hopefully this will be last complaint to Maruti and someone will definitely listen to me.

                                  My swift dezire is in work shop last 5months for repairing, work shop manager saying that parts is not available . Is this maruti service. I never want or suggest to purchase maruti products.

                                    I m sukhpinder singh i go for service my alto car pb65k1486 ur employee misbehaved with me said unpad means uneducated when ask for the bill. Ur services is also poor.i show u how they give paper bill to me. This is a tax evasion method. Ur employee have no manner how to talk to customers. My experience with maruti suzaki always is bad. They dont done proper services. They dont give me feedback form

                                      I dipankar das having a commercial swift dezire tour car number: wb23d4008 chesis: ma3fseb1s00503190, engine number: d13a5172265. On november 25, 2016 my car faced a minor accident at sodepur. Hence i had gaven my car in premiere car world workshop at agarpara. During that time the body shop manager had prepared a job card (Jc[protected] where they had written a estimate of rs. 62, 800.00/- with out tax. Now after the completion of the reparing work they are claiming more than rs. 1, 00, 000.00/-. Now my question is how the estimated money and the actual claimed money is deffering so much. More over they had damaged my car floor mat as well as did not fixed the driver seat properly. I beg to state that kindly look after the matter so that i can get a proper solution of the problem. I will be obliged if you do the needful.

                                        as i am your customer since 21 sep 2014, i always insured my vehchile from maruti national insuarance, insuarance company told me that you have to pay file charge of 1000/-for any claim rest of amount paid by company but whenever i ask for claim they charged me money except that file charge.
