Dear Sir. I am a faithful customer of maruti having owned 6 maruti cars in my lifetime. I also own a swift dzire vxi. Recently i exchanged my zen estilo on persuasion of maruti salesmen for a celerio vxi. I took delivery of my celerio vxi on 16/01/17. On 19/1/17 in the middle of a busy road this car developed clutch problem and would not move. I called the dealer and works manager of beekay auto asansol who expressed their inability to help me at 8pm. I however managed to tow my car upto my house. Next day technicians came and said clutch is out of order and it will not be covered in warranty. My question is how can this develop in 3days. My driver is very experienced having driven my maruti cars for ten years. I strongly believe that this is a case of manufacturing defect. I met the GM of beekay auto asansol also. Now it is almost 3.days they have not sent any one to tow my car to their workshop despite repeated phone calls to even GM. I am shocked with the attitude of Beekay auto and maruti co. I believe my trust in maruti was not worth it. Please look into this matter and do something urgently.

    I have purchased new car DZire vxi from Nanda automobiles Pvt Ltd, AHMEDABAD on 16.01.17 & fitted co fitted accessories. Customer care executive behaviour is not satisfactory.she has filed form as per her wish.car bonet damage at the time of delivery, but repaired it and car delivered.Complimantry CD given on next day, but car cover not given me. I am repeatedly request but dealer denied to give - other dealer give car cover on complimentary to customer. Please advice accordingly and oblige.

      During the Booking of the cars the dealers are intimating that there is 33 weeks waiting but it is a maximum period waiting, the car would be available earlier. The Pasco Automobiles (Nexa) is having huge waiting list of Baleno Delta (Petrol) M.Granite Grey and are unable to provide the cars. Pasco Automobiles shd be provided more cars to deliver to the customer at the earliest. The dealer is showing their inability to deliver for not getting sufficient numbers of cars. The other dealers are providing cars much earliers than the above dealer. I have booked a Maruti Baleno Delta (petrol) M.G.Grey. on 4/10/2016 and even after lapse of more than 3 months i hv not been provided the car. If maruti is providing sufficient cars then the dealer is misguiding the customers or allocating the cars of his own. If the dealer is having huge waiting he should not book the cars from his agency untill unless he is able to clear the waiting within the short period or Maruti should stop booking of baleno car until they manage the demand. Instead of looking into the inconvenience of the customer, the maruti is launching new vehicles to gain cheap popularities in the Car Market. Not providing of Cars in time shows the inability of the Maruti towards their product and keeping the customers in long waiting. I have made several complaints but none of them has been answered. Maruti should accept their inability and request the customers to choose cars from other Car manufactures instead of Maruti.

        I have booked a white commercial DezireTour car on 23.07.2015 by paying Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with an additional Rs.3000(Three Thousand) to your agent Jit Kumar Maity([protected]) who promise me to delever the car within 3 month.
        On 31st July 2015, I had given an interview at Mangolane office for the Offer Letter and which was through as commited by Jit Kumar Maity.
        Today I met with Mr. Biswajit Dutta a State Transport Authority who confirm me that my offer letter was issued long time back but Dewar Garrage mislead me by making false promises by Jit Kumar Maity and kept me waiting for more than one and half year.
        I am very much disappionted by the services of your dealer which carries such a good brand name in the whole Automobile Industries.
        I appile before your goodself to look into the matter seriously as itis spoiling the reputation of your brand by victimising innocent people like us.

          Sir, I, myself Kalyani Day owner of a Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire bearing No. TR-01-AL-0634. My vehicle was entered in the workshop of Jain Udyog situated at A.D.Nagar, Agartala on 10th January, 2017 for issue of my vehicle's engine's mobil chamber. They have taken a time for 7 days for fix this issue but till date they don't deliver my vehicle after fixing of problem. If this kind of service rendering by them then near future no one can buy Maruti Suzuki Products. Also note that, their service charge is also high other than all private workshops. They randomly also misbehaving with the customers, who are gone for service of vehicle. Please look into the matter from your end and take a appropriate action in this regard for maintain the goodwill of Maruti.

            I am facing an issue of refund of excess amount of Rs.3, 537 since 13th January 2017 despite of my several oral requests, my personal visits to showroom and my written requests to Maruti Suzuki dealer M/s. Suraksha Car Care Pvt. Ltd., 100 Feet Road, Next to BDA Complex, Koramangala, Bangalore on account of purchase of below mentioned car. I am getting only dates and response like refund requires signature of their Directors for refund, which never materialized till today. I am hard to understand that Maruti dealer is not able to refund the excess money even after 8 days from the date of delivery of the car which is not at all acceptable. Request your intervention to get the refund of excess money paid on account of purchase of below mentioned car at the earliest.

              I have been booked my wagon R on 20th of November. I have selected the GREY colour. i was in contact with my sales consultant every day and every i use to say same thing to him that i will not compromise in colour i want grey colour only. Till the end he said i will give you grey colour only. and before half and hour early he give me silver colour. You guys cheated with me. this is not the way to do business. once you commit to the client you have to fulfill his/her expectation and RTO Person (asish) not given the proper information about the RTO Registration. Bad experience from KTS Automotive PVT LTD.

                    Dear sir,
                    I would like to inform you that my vehicle bearing no AP23AC1551 and INVOICE NO.BR 16018240, JOB CARD NO. Job Cord No.16018361 has got repaired on 29th/30th December 2016, and replaced the gears, clutch plates etc.

                    In the month of Oct/Nov 2016 during general servicing of the above vehicle there was no any advice or complaints in this regard.

                    Now after using the vehicle for three days, to my surprise vehicle didn't start on[protected], immediately the same was informed to the servicing center Gachibowli hyderabad-contact Nos.[protected], [protected], +[protected], +[protected], +[protected], , .
                    However after continuous persue with above service center for two days with no response the under signed had to make alternate arrangement and to tow the vehicle to servicing center in Sangareddy being nearest and feasible. As per sangareddy work shop technician/Mgr Mr. Shekar and aravind. problem might be due to cam shaft broken, timing change set, Volve and other parts of the engine.
                    Being not comfort with the above advice the under signed made arrangements in coordination with toll free maruti udyog towed the vehicle from Sangareddy to Gachi Bowli Hyderabad service center on 13th January 2017 on payment of Rs 2020/-
                    Comments:
                    1-after replacement of Gear, clutch plates etc of the vehicle how come such a major break down in the vehicle has occurred with in four days.
                    2- the undersigned is associated with Maruti Udyog ltd since 1996 and a pride owner of three maruti vehicles for over two decades, this incident has put me into embrasing situation which is not expected from a responsible company likeMaruti Udyog ltd .
                    3-even after frequent persue with concerned authorities the response was not upto the expectations as a consumer.
                    Hence the undersigned is compelled to lodge this compliant after failing with continuous pursuse in r/o my vehicle repairing.

                      I have an very bad experience about vehicle purchased from true value ekansh wheel tepla..they have not given me service booklet.but gven false assurance about engine condition by their sales staff and workshop personnel..they have even alter the meter readings .just after few months of purchase and fee kilometers run i m facing problems with engine...when i have told them about the trouble ; started giving lame excuses...i would say they have to just sell the vehicle by hook or crook...they have no mean with othrrs hard earned money

No .12, Jawahar Street, R.V.Puram, nagercoil - 1. for repair on 02.01.2017, and i also paid advance amount Rs.10, 000/-, Receipt number : 360 on[protected]. But not yet complete the work. When I asked to the workers, they told "We didn't receive the spare parts from the company", So not able to repair your car immediately and their behavior also very rough. For this, my daily works also affected and mentally i am very disturbed. If I ask them, they scold me. what shall I do for that? you are answerable for me. Give me a reply immediately.

                          I have purchased dezire vxi in 2014 from Mandovi motors Basaveswar nagar Bangalore.After 6 months or so the vehicle has serious break issue at slow speed with A/c both the stearing and the break become hard and will not stop.Twice i have survived with major accident. gave it for service with this complaint but not solved.I request u to sort out this problem or take back my vehicle and repay my money back.

                            The new celirio nZXI AMT car purchased has hard steering, and is very painful to drive in traffic.
                            Chassis number ; MA3ETDE1S00360828LG
                            Engine number K10BN7828260.

                            The vehicle is 60 days old and done 400 km.

                            the service center says no adjustments on steering are possible as no provision is given. they only corrected the tyre pressure and the problem persists.
                            driving the above car in traffic gives severe wrist pain.
                            I also have driven other celeris before buying this new car and they have no such problems.
                            I also have ERTIGA and I am driving it for the past 3 years and have no problems with my wrist.

                            The new vehicle has steering problem which should be replaced by MARUTHI SUZUKI IMMEIATELY.

                              Poor Steering Returnability issue

                              I am facing steering return ability issue (MH14-FG7653)
                              Steering doesn't return to it's center position at all. Complained to dealer, regional office at pune also to maruti suzuki. But nobody is interested in resolution of customer issues. They are interested in keeping their dealer safe.
                              They Don't care about customers.

                              Please spread our posts as much as possible so that maruti has to look into the matter....

                              My new maruti ciaz zxi(+) regdn no xxxxxxx was purchased on 20 aug 16.

                              But i am facing a lot of problem with its battery. It discharges very often. Lot of times, i face a situation of the car not starting at all after you have come back from a evening function or a movie. The electronic ignition system for starting the engine gets locked due to the battery being fully drained out. Even the usual dhakka start cannot be resorted to because the steering is immobilised.

                              I find that the battery is not capable of holding charge, inspite of it being just over six moths old.

                              It is only defective but also the brand - panasonic - is not good. I know of many more cases of batteries of this brand in ciaz cars giving similar problems.
                              Hence my car battery needs to be replaced free of cost, being within warranty period.

                              How do i proceed?????

                                I had booked a Celerio ZXI AMT from Excel Autovista (P) Limited (Maruti Authorised Dealer) and after a few delays, I got the delivery of the new car on 10th Jan 2017. On the day of delivery, I noticed a small dent on the right rear side of the car above the tail light and had brought it to immediate notice of my salesperson Vighnesh Purohit. He upon confirmation with his delivery manager Prityush Agari confirmed to me that it would take them two days to replace the part and I would have to leave the car in the workshop. He assured me that the car would be picked up after two days on 13th Jan and 14th Jan I would get the car back. I was also expecting my registration number to arrive on the same day (which I have still not received as per 17th Jan 2017) so I asked Vighnesh to take back the car, replace the body part which had a dent and deliver the car back home. That was just the first goo[censored]p from Excel Autovista.

                                After all paper work formalities and puja of the car I drive a car out of the showroom not even crossing 20 meters I realize the display light of the speedometer is not working and there is a problem. I took an immediate U-Turn and raised the same concern to my salesperson. Who upon inspection told me it is a small mistake why are you getting so hyper when you send the car back to the showroom we will get it fixed. I loosing my mind and patience now as I had not come for the delivery of a faulty car and heartbroken because my new car was faulty asked to talk to the senior manager. Vighnesh claimed that the senior team leader Mr. Sachin Mirkute was in a meeting. Previously during the time of delivery I had already faced bad, ignorant, rude and unprofessional behavior from Sachin Mirkute.

                                On the verge of a breakdown, I asked to meet the senior manager or else I would write a complaint to Maruti. On hearing this, Vighnesh introduced me to Amit Gudekar - Sales Manager at Excel Autovista. Amit heard all my grievances and all the problems I had gone from the day 1 of booking the car. He gave me assurance that the car would be picked up on my comfort day and the part on the dent would be replaced. My car was immediately sent to the workshop to fix the light and he apologized for not checking the car before giving the delivery.

                                He assured to give me Teflon coating and anti-rust coating to the car the same which I had asked while doing the payment of the car as additional service but was denied claiming that the dealer is not allowed to give any extra accessories except floor mat and mud flaps. Amit Gudekar promised to give me both but since I wasn't confident about him keeping his promise (There is no way an amateur in cars would ever find out if Teflon coating is done or not) I asked to put reverse sensors as make up for the mistake for delivering a faulty car to which he readily agreed.

                                I was supposed to get the delivery on 14th Jan by 2 pm at my doorsteps which were not fulfilled and no one even informed me or updated me on the delivery to be delayed. On reaching the showroom (at 4 15 pm also which is about 17 km far from my home) I was told my Amit Gudekar again that the car is still in the workshop and would take another 2-3 hour. He told me that the Teflon coating has been done and just waiting for the paint to dry. I told him no issues I would hang around at a mall which is next to the showroom till 8 and would come back to take the delivery. At 7 30 I get a call from Vighnesh saying that the car has been sent to your home and you don't need to come to the workshop for delivery. If I wanted the delivery at my home why would I wait around the mall for four hours? Amit and Vighnesh both were aware that I would be coming at 8 for the delivery but still the car was sent at home because according to them the driver was not answering the calls and they had not communicated to him about not taking the car to the customer's residential address. Complete inconvenience caused because of lack of communication between the Excel Autovista employees.

                                I was then taken home in a showroom test drive car by Vighnesh to inspect the car before accepting the delivery which was the first reason for me to go the showroom to accept the delivery.

                                On arriving at the car the was more damaged than before. The damaged outer body part was not replaced by a new part but just rectified. No Teflon coating was done which Vighnesh also agreed to when inspected the car. The paint looks new, no polishing was done on the car, the car was not even washed and the rectified part looked different from the other car. I was delivered a faulty car for the second time.

                                No promises were kept and false hopes were given and all I heard was lies from employees of EXCEL AUTOVISTA (P) Limited.

                                I have not paid for a damaged, faulty or vintage car. Been a week since I took the delivery of the car and I have not got the pleasure or happiness if owning a new car even for one day. I want a replacement of my car and not a car which has been worked on. My warranty stands and im entitled to get a new car.

                                  Dear Sir we have purchased Swift desire car from a ABT maruthi RAJAPALAYAM .we have a suggestion that below the dicky door there is no cover and the, (wiring &lock are visible )so if we arrenge the luggags it may damage the wiring and audio speakers.At the bottom of the side door the painting is not finished.In the display the temperature &kilometer/litre are not displayed.so I request you to correct the all mistakes

                                    WagonR VXI- purchased on 31/7/2012.- Reg No- MH04-FR-3122
                                    As a exchage offer in place of ALTO
                                    Both vehicle purchased from - Navnit Motors Pvt Ltd-Thane.
                                    Inv No VSL 12001088 dtd 31/7/2012.

                                    Problem:-
                                    1) My earlier alto used for 7-8 years was working absolutely fine.
                                    2) Navnit sales persons visited n number of times, for exchange offer.
                                    3) Reluctantely agreed to accept exchange offer thinking new vehicle will be better, but at the starting point itself battery was a problem. New vehicle was literally broke down at 3-4 places.Battery was replaced.
                                    4) I have one more vehicle Mahendra Zylo E4. Hence there is no much pressure on Vagon R. Still vagonR is very uncomfortable due to suspension problem. It makes lot of noise even on smooth surface road.
                                    5) I have shown to one automobile shop, then he found suspesion clamp ( kaichi) was cracked - hence replaced.
                                    I have a strong doubt that it is manufacturing component fault.( kaichi and shock absorber).
                                    I have good openion about maruti vehicles, but it is my bad luck, unfortunately i hv replaced alto with wagonR.
                                    Request to look or instruct to the concerned to look into it and resolve the problem at the earliest.

                                      Against Mr. Jayesh J Jagushte Branch Mananger, Chinchwad Branch.

                                      On 15/1/2017 at about 1245 hrs the above mentioned branch mananger denied to accept behaviour ruddy and used veguler language.The vehicle MH 14 CK 1062 given for servicing in the KOTHARI WHEELS, CHINCHWAD branch. on completion of work.I offered them cheque payment but they instead on cash only and not given vehicle .Mr.Jayesh gave threat and used velger laugue. He tried to wast maxmium time to take out cash from me.
