Iam taken wagon r vehicle on september at your abt, mambala salai, srirangam. Your executives recommended us 22 kmpl mileage, but iam really upset, iam getting only 9.8 kmpl mileage only. I complaint in the showroom, they advised us that after 5000 kms only it gives mileage, and they taken my vehicle 5 times for checkup the mileage and service. Very worst commitment and very very worst service provided from your outlets. Kindly arrange for recommended mileage or arrange to replace my vehicle.

    I dropped my vechicle for repairs at jamkask vehicleades 29 days back. Today i have been called to collect the car. I came here and make payment of rs. 15000 but when asked them to handover my car they told me the car is not in starting position and the engine has some leakage and also indicators were hanging.
    I dont understand for what they took 15000. This is disgusting and embrasing. Kindly redress my issue at your earlist.
    Either i am helpless to approach customer court.

      Ka64 2099 this is my new baleno vehicle number am given a 30000km service @ saketh motors tiptur branch, but service not good, still engine noice, pickup, milege, suspention problem, am given these all complaints for service advisore, he is only for change ingine olil, oil flter, and fuel filter changed only. But not rectifide ours coplaints. Am not satisfide with this branch service. Please kindly do the needfull... Very very worst service doing in this branch this is not only my complaint it is our area customers feed back... Plz take a serious action,.

        I left my car service before 2 months for 1st free service the service was ok, but while leaving for service in my car i left my sun glass worth rs.4999 and i also informed the service supervisor about this while leaving for service but after my service they theft it and i just bought that before 1 week which is brand new. This happened before 2 months if i ask them they are keep on telling that they will give me a new glass at one point they told me that there is an imported glass worth rs. 2000 and will give me that which is 3000 rupees less i told ok for that too but if i call them they never respond to my calls and make me very unhappy customer. I own 2 maruti cars and planned to book a swift by jan 2017 after this incident iam planning to buy in ford. If you take a necessary actions and get my glass i will definitely book a swift in 2017 for my sister. Iam sending this with a high priority, iam very very frustrated with this.

          I am having swift desire car bearing number pb 02 ck 2185 purchased from jc
          Moters amritsar.in the last week of july 2016 i handed over my car for service at jc moter amritsar.in the evening when i reached agency to get delivery a boy said
          That he will take try. I denied as iwas already late. He took my car for try outside
          Agency. He came after an hour. When i questioned him he told nothing. When i saw new trye fitted then he told that car was puncture. I asked him to show puncture tyre and was surprised to see huge cut at tyre. He started behaving me
          I approached service manager and he realized his negligence
          They assured me to replace the tyre
          But till date they have not solved my problem and i am running my car without tyre and stepney

            Sir i booked baleno alpha on 28 october 2016 but till now i don't know what is my waiting status and how long i will wait for the delivery of my car and when i booked car your agent told me maximum waiting waiting period is about 5-6month but average delivery period is3 month but now 2 month r completed. I think it is too much waiting period. Now i can't wait much more. So please resolve my problem. Thanks...

              Problems ;-

              I delivered car from kts automotive mumbai and having following issues;

              1. Demo of the car not yet given,

              2. Loan department not supportive : car loan deduction date as per agreement is 15th of every month, but first deduction took place on 06 dec 2016. (Not yet resolved)

              3. Returnable amount is not yet been settled and reverted.

              We are really unhappy & unsatisfactory with the services provided by kts, mumbai.

                I send my car to service centre, it was not starting, they have put car 3 days in service centre no one attending nd they don't know what is the problem,
                Technician. Not available, aise bahane banate h wo log, sharm nhi aati inko, pagal banane ar lutne ko bethe rehte h logo ko, ho skta h choti si problem ho, lekin 3-5 din service centre me rakh k bill bhale hi bna denge aapka
                Itna bada service centre khol k beth gya ar technition nhi h
                Ye me bat kr rha hu kota k maruti suzuki center ki

                  Mera naam shribhagwan hai. Meine 20 nov 2016 ko alto800 lxi purchage ki thi fair deal se.26 dec 2016 ko meine 1st service krai. But without information ke fair deal service center k advisor ne uska filter or oil change kar diya. Jabki pehli service mei ye sab change nhi hota. Or uske baad 1600 se above bill bna diya. Ye costumer k sath fraud hai. Mere pass jab fair deal se ph aaya to unhone free service k liye btaya tha. But ye galat information thi. Unhone. Iske liye mujhe maruti company par consumer case dalna hoga. Agar 2 din mei mera feedback nhi aaya.

                    I have purchased maruti omini cargo van vehcile no. Wb 03 d 0618 on 2014 from machino techno, darga road, kolkata. I have not received smart card till date. After several complaints through telephone and by person, only thing i got is lame excuse and no fruitful result come.
                    I would request the authority to see in this matter, so that i can received my vehicle smart card.

                      This is with the reference to last service of my new maruti swift car at mira road, mumbaiparamount service center. When i gone to take the car back after servicing its took 1 hour to them for swiping my card because the accountant was not availabe. At the time of submitting car its was committed to me that there are few touch up paint, will be done. But when i took the car same has not been done. After few days i got the feedback call by the manager of service center, he had assured me that since your color paint is "pearl white" we will call u back to do the touch up as committed
                      Parmount maruti service center at mira road, never call me back.
                      They just make fool by doing courtesy feedback calls

                        Hi,

                        I am a happy customer of hyundai and have used their i10 and i20. This time i though of buying alto 800 for my wife.

                        I bought this car in november from dd motors delhi, wazirpur.

                        Within one month my car's power window switch is defective and an unknown noise is coming from bonnet, as per mechanic of dd motors, clutch barring is defective which needs replacement.

                        Wow what an experience of maruti. I would never recommend anyone to buy maruti.

                        This brand is failure against hyundai. Learn from them what quality is actually.

                        Please return my hard earned money back and take you khatara back.

                          I'm facing the proble with gear shift (From 3rd to 2nd) for the second time on my 2012 ertiga vdi. First occurrence was around 35, 000 kms. The same issue re-surfaced around 40, 000 kms. During the first instance, the authorised service centre guy told that this issue is with the synchroniser ring, hence got it replaced. They charged me inr 8, 000 for this work. Now just after 5000 km, the same issue resurfaced. When enquired with the same service centre, they argued that this is a known issue and since there is no guarantee for spares, he quoted the around inr 8, 000 for repairs. Also, he wasn't competent enough to answer all our queries. This was an annoying and frustrating experience.

                          Maruti suzuki should address this issue holistically by replacing all defective units to retain the customer loyalty. If this isn't done, i'm sure maruti suzuki will loose customers like me.

                          By writing in this forum, i hope this reaches the concerned agencies.

                            Hi,

                            I left my car for body replacement and service after met with an accident at bimal, mahadevpura, bangalore through bimal hoskote. They took 12 days to repair and trying to deliver car with bad condition..

                            Car: ka-03 mq 1939

                            My complaints:
                            1) bimal, mahavepura, bangalore, gives me wrong status update every time i called them
                            2) repair is not properly done (Wrostly done)
                            A) dicky is not locking (It is a new part replacement, but not fixed properly)
                            B) back quadrant is not repaired properly. Dent is still there. Painting is not proper
                            C) front bumper is newly replaced with my own cost, still damaged bumper is used (Never expected from this from bimal and maruthi)
                            D) back side bumper is not fixed properly, more gap is there b/w bumper and tail lamps
                            3) bimal initially promise me to deliver in 7 days, but took extra 5 days. Still not properly done.

                            Bimal screwed up my vacation plan with their false promises dates and trying to deliver car in bad condition, and it made me feel bad about maruthi itself.

                            To add up:
                            I had a brand new stepney and asked supervisor to replace the one tyre with stepney.
                            I observed that whatever the tyre he replaced is not mine(Not new one). It is old one.
                            Please check the visuals.

                            Very very bad from Bimal. Never expected this.
                            I purchased ertiga zdi car in 2014 march and till its driven kms is 40k now i am getting prblm in shifting gear from 3 to 2 ...I heard that from 40k its gear prblm is compulsory ...

                              Hello sir/Madam

                              Thank you for your feedback requirement system. I choose the Maruti Suzuki keeping in mind that they will give a good service. And I am also experienced your good service at service station for vehicle servicing. As your manager suggested I chooses the maruti national insurance for my Vehicle for trouble free insurance claim. But unfortunately when my Vehicle met in small incident, I claimed for insurance with the Insurance No:[protected] in the month of Aug 2016 and same is Informed to service station where I bought my vehicle (Bharat Motors Ankola, near baleguli cross, Karnataka). When I approached for the same service station I couldn't feel the hope for my claim as they told that it purely depends on the insurance surveyor and we will not interfere with the insurance matters. I surprised by hearing the same by on the responsible maruti manager. Then how can I believe in the maruti insurance for hassle free insurance claim as they promised earlier. I had paid the whole amount even after chosen the maruti insurance. The surveyor (Bharat pujari) who came from national insurance behavior was so harsh that he not at all listening what I say.Instead of listening the happened things, He simply complaints for not registering the police complaint. He also threatens that driving license will be cancelled If you misguide us. How can I argue with the person like this? Hence I really fed up with the maruti after sale service. Till now there is no clear feedback for the claim. Hence I kindly request to your good office that pleases resolve my claim. I am waiting hope fully for your positive settlement of my claim.                                 2. Every 3 month speedo meter verum problem
                                3. Rear break problem
                                4. In this monsoon lock and wiring burn
                                5. Last problem is very serious piston gone

                                last problem why piston gone at 12228 km.
                                I always make service and oil change after 1500 to 2000 km

                                please help for last problem because this change cost is 4000 to 5000 rs.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I have purchased the new car from rohan motors noida dated 7th oct 2016 and they committed to provide the rc and car no would be share with me within a month.

                                    Even i had followed up more than 100 times to rohan customer care and sales manager as well but still no progress and every time they are saying wait for next 2 or 3 days.

                                    My temporary no already expired last month. They didn't take seriously single complain or concern raised by customer.

                                    They delivered different car which have wrong chassis no and not matched with insurance and i corrected the same with lot of effort.

                                    This was very worst experience with rohan motors and maruti suzuki as well. They don't care about the customer relation even has a big brand.

                                      I have purchased a Ertiga ZXI from M/s Bimal Auto Service, Adabari, Guwahati on 26th October 2016. I paid all amount by bank account transfer on 25/10/2016. The Insurance amount and Registration amount paid on that day by same account transfer. But till date they can not give me money receipt of registration and the Registration Number. I have communicated several times with the sales group and customer care, but they are not responding. Without the money receipt of registration I can not move or drive the vehicle. My residence is far from the dealer and almost 270 km away from Guwahati. I went once to meet them. But still they are not responding.

                                        I, Velpula Sakuntala Devi purchased Maruti Wagon R VXi AMT from Varun Motors Pvt Ltd, Varun Towers, Siripuram, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh on 06.12.2016. The Vehicle is equipped with Audio System. As per instructions at 2-48 (Chapter-2) of the Owners main manual, for operating the Equipped Audo system, the owner is instructed to to refer to the Supplementary Owners Manual provided with the Vehicle. Unfortunately no such manual was provided with the vehicle. On enquiry the local Vender says that no such manual is provided with the vehicle in reality, Inspite of such statements made in the Owners Main Manual. Under the circumstances, I am unable to understand the use of different buttons of the audio system and thereby not in a position to enjoy the real audio Options of the system. Please see that the supplementary owners manual for audio system is supplied tome immediately.
