Today at morning i goes to saraswati automobiles (maruti authorised service station) at 44 b. p., neelam bata road, faridabad, haryana for my car service which vehicle no. is hr 51 ay 6508.in my car there is problem self start. i asked to concern person for it. after entered of car in service station mechanic says that there is battery problem. then he checked self with his another battery. but problem is persist. after that advisor & owner says that there is self
Problem & we would not gave surity of it.in whole service station, we would find a single person who says that after service of self it work properly.
And owner of service station mr gagan wadhwa & his service advisor also misbehave with me.
Please do the needful about it.

    I am doing lot of followup with your dealer, tovget the refund of my exchanged car, no positive replay frim showrrom, not expexting such pathatic service barnd like MS.

    Also escallated to MS Head office now its more than 48 hr no one reverted on my escalation.

    Will never foget this experience & never say you service is good.

    Its alway Pathatic Pathatic Pathatic.

      Dear Maruti Team,

      My self Ajay Parmaar owner of CIaz ZDI Plus i am being a loyal customer of Mruti Suzuki .

      Ii would like to draw your kind attention towards your customer services which Rohan motors givres to customers, I would like to inform you that i bought a Maruti Ciaz car dated on 30th dec.2015, i had faced lot of problem since i have purchased this car i had faced a problem of high fuel consumption, so maruti dealer told me this is quite normal but how this is normal, then i raised a complaint against the same, three months back on on 33, 500 Km high pressure pump and injector had been replaced as recommended by maruti dealer .My car is in normal warranty and i had faced lot of problems since i have purchased this car .
      My car was break down on yamuna express way on 11th nov, 16 due to the coolant leakage when i was coming from Agra i have called to Maruti dealer and he came with the technician and he top up the coolant and advised me to not to drive the car and then i visited to the Rohan motors which is in greater noida . He told me that he raised a technical query to Maruti due to saturday and sunday he did not recive any clarification for the same and i have meet Mr.Reddy and i ask for the solution and i am really surprised that he did'nt have any solution for us and my service Advisor Mr.Lalit told me that he have to dismantle the engine and i am really surprised that my car is driven only 35, 854 Km and he have to dismantle the engine and it will take 30 days to repair my car . This is really unacceptable to me that in Ciaz car engine will be dismantle in just 35 k .All my services was done in Maruti dealer time to time as recommended by Maruti dealer.
      Now i ask to get the courtsey car but he don"t have any courtsey car .
      This is really pathetic services i have ever seen in my life .
      I will never ever buy Maruti car in my whole life .
      i would look forward to Maruti for the support for customers.

      I request To Maruti India to look into this matter .

      muze feedback chahiye.sab bookinghone k bad wo log aise bolte hai
      I bought this CELERIO PMA White ZDI-BSIV DIESEL on 26-08-15 at Vellore 632009 MARUTI GANESH CARS. Within 12 months it started pitting at the bottom end of all the 4 side doors with bubbles. It seems to be ugly and poor aesthetics. I would like to get either new vehicle replacement or exchange.
      Sai service ne mere pass se booking karva liya.and50000 ka cheque bhi liya.and 15 november ka commitment diya.and booking hone k bad half hpur me cal kar k bola k apko hum us din car nahi de sakte.my booking no is SOB 16000329.its ery bad experience with me.

        Should i say

        Dont Buy Maruti Vehicles Due to Poor Service Center

        I have trust on Maruti Vehicles So i Bought My Car Swift Dzire Zdi From KURUKSHETRA Registration No HR07W5061

        From the very first day it has sound from Left side Dashboard and Right side Diggy

        So i go for service Center Of maruti in Sector 2 Kurukshetra. They take 3 days to solve this issue and solve 80 percent of this sound issue

        Now again Same Sound from same parts are Coming and i visit to Service center Sector 2 Kurukshetra on 06 November 2016

        They were unable to solve the issue

        Again i visit on 10 November 2016 and still they were unable to solve the issue

        Again i visit to Service center Kurukshetra Sector 2 on 11 November 2016 Still it has no Solution

        Take take 5 hours every day for repairing the vehicle and without any repair in vehicle they give it back to me

        You can check Bill receipt i have mentioned on them that i am not satisfied.

        I met to Workshop Manager for this issue and he tighten the workers for this but in evening when i got my vehicle and checked that same sound is coming from same parts then i try to meet the workshop manager but he was not there due to whuch i have to come back

        I want to know that is this is the trust of people on maruti that you can solve the problem in such a days

        I request you to please improve the quality of your service center of sector 2 Kurukshetra Haryana

        Please repair my car i have no time to visit again n again in service Center

        This service center has Broken my trust on Maruti

          Hi,

          I was delivered a wagon r vxi (Wb08c3258) on 6th october, 2016 from one auto jagadipota. During delivery i was informed that they were short of mud flaps and footmats.

          I was promised the same once durga puja got over. However, there was no intimation of the same after durga puja. On my calling up the center, i was asked to call up the sales executive mr. Souvik mondal. He was clueless but was helpful in trying to help me get them, however it was useless.

          I was informed that those two items will be provided aftet 30th october i. E. 1 month after delivery. On 19th october, i went to the showroom to collect the tax token and hsrp token. I was then asked if i could take an "idol" and "close the case" instead of the outstanding items.
          Shocked to hear such a statement.

          I was given footmats on that day from an alto 800 and these were pretty ill fitting. I accepted as my car was getting dirty.

          Till date i have not received any mudflaps and given the condition of the roads, small stones have hit the backlight from the rear tires and damaged it.

          I made a mistake in purchasing from your showroom. The experience has been pretty bad.

            Hello Team,

            Below is the copy of the mail sent to Maruti from my side -------


            I would like to bring to your notice that I am a loyal customer of your brand and have been using your vehicle for last 8 years( Alto - Wagin R - Ritz) however with the last vehicle i bought in Jan 14 Ritz LXI ( Car no - MH - 02 DG -8071) i have been cheated where in the sales guy from you team has sold me me the extended warranty w/out informing me all the clause that the warranty become null and void if the customer goes for external fitment and charged me RS 7600/- . After purchasing the vehicle, I have done external CNG fitment from outside trusted vendor - Bindra (Andheri East) Mumbai . Today there is a problem is the car starter and it is as such covered in the extended warranty but because of the clause of external fitting the Andheri Link Road workshop is telling me that i should pay the exps which is ideally not correct because it was the duty of the sales representative to inform me before selling such warranty.

            I would like you to reconsider this case and do the needful as I have already paid the price to your company and needs to done from your side as such the cost is Rs 4500/- however it is not the matter of price but the trust i have in brand.

            However i know you have the choice to tell me no but that relationship no long move ahead as the trust is no more left . So i would be immediately selling the vehicle and moving to another Brand which somehow i think wont happened considering the long term association . Because if i see what you will gain is ~Rs 4500/- at the cost of one long term client which is leaving your company with bad taste and feeling and would be nothing but a negative marketing tool for the company.I hope it wont happen and we can come to some mutual consent and consider this as one of the request because i was not aware of such clause and happened to come across today when the car break down and went to your andheri link road work shop.

            Hope to get this resolved from your side completely to my satisfaction so that we continue this journey of relationship and trust rather looking for all such small immaterial cost.

            I booked maruti swift zdi by paying 10000 booking amount .Due to non-availabilty of car i cancelled my booking and i was given 1week pf time for the refund and i have not received the amount dated on[protected] .As the cancellation was done on[protected] .
            My maruti Ritz car vehicle no DL1Z 1551 is parked in okhla body shop TR Sawhney moters pvt Ltd from 10th oct after accident. I have deposited rs. 40000 and insurance has given approval also. But til today there is not repair work started. After asking they have not been giving proper reply.

I had booked swift vxi on 06/10/2016 from MAGNUS MOTORS, from Virar, I was told delivery on 22/10/2016. Then on 26/10/2016 then 30/10/2016 then 05/11/2016 then 07/11/2016 and so on dates are going on. Now I am told 16, 17, 22 still ggoing on. Can I ask what is going on. Show room manager and representative are know talking like a local guy. I have been given lots of promises.these is serious matter. Immediate can you take any action. And give me positive response.other wise I am going to take some action. Thank you.

                I've booked celerio vxi (o) on 17 - AUG - 2016 at "SHENBAKA CARS PVT LTD", pondicherry. We never went through this situation, we already had swift and we are having ciaz. This is 3rd car from the maruthi, and it's been 4 months since we booked car, but till now car didn't get delivered.

                Branch manager is behaving like local guy, we don’t even have a feeling like talking with manager. And today they told that we will try to deliver the car before Jan 2017.

                The worst part is one of friend booked car after me, and his car got delivered last month itself. Delivering a car or not, first feed some respect to your dealers, they are behaving like ugly.

                If this case continue in this branch, this your gonna lose the business in Pondicherry Location.

                  I bought a maruti suzuki wagonr – vxi model (chassis – a 92088, engine[protected] white), from satyam motors, (hoshangabad road misrod) bhopal, m. p., dt.[protected].
                  Sir, it is in your kind notice yet i didn’t get registration no. i am facing many problems; i can’t drive my vehicle without registration no. after a long period (3 and half months). i have no any dues and any formalities from my side.
                  Sir this is a very bad experience with the dealing with maruti suzuki (satyam motors, bhopal) to me and my family and we are suffering from it.
                  The dealing agents from satyam motors side were mr. pranesh trivedi and sachin d. i am regularly contacting with them but i am not getting sufficient reply from them.
                  Sir, i want your kind consideration and attention and hope you will take action on my complaints.

                    I have made a booking of Baleno Delta Petrol grey model in Kiran Motors LTD Nexa at surat via Receipt no.1617/1233 order no 40NB-40 on 19/08/2016. while at the time of booking they give me promise that they will give me delivery in the first week of October 16. But still not give the delivery and they giving reply they company is not sending us the Petrol Delivery.

                    So I want to confirm that is it right or wrong. because I doubt that they are giving delivery to persons who made booking after me on the basis of installation of excess ACCESSORIES.

                      I am Rajeev Srivastava, I am 26 year old customer of Maruti Suzuki.Through his mail I want to highlight the unfair practices adopted by you dealer in delivery of Vehicles.I booked Vitara Breeza VDi+ Red Color through your dealer Fair Deal Cars Pvt. Ltd. 4 to 6 Dilshad Gaden, Main G.T. Road Delhi on 17/06/2016 by depositing Rs.21000/- through cheque, cheque was cleared on 21/06/2016.After the Booking I was in regular touch with Dealer and every time they assured me that they will deliver the vehicle as soon as they get it from suzuki.On 2/10/2016 we visited the dealer showroom and it was informed to us that the car booked till 8/06/2016 was delivered by Suzuki. and in next lot( approx. in 15 days) I will get my car.After that I called in dealer office approx. after a week and they informed me that my Car still not delivered by Suzuki, I again called in Dealer office on 26/10/2016, on that day Dealer told me that My Car has still not delivered by Suzuki and probably I got my Car on next week.I again called to dealer office on 4/11/2016 and they told me that in last one month Suzuki has not supplied any RED Color Vitara Breeza VDi+ therefore it's not possible to provide you RED Color Car and if you want any other color than probably we arrange it immediately.I told him that during my last visit in your office it was informed to me that I will get my Car within 15 days but now you are telling me different story.I told him that from day one I informed very clearly that I want only Vitara Breeza VDi+ in Red Color and no other alternative is acceptable to me so please arrange me the CAR I have booked.

                      As I was very fed up with telephonic conversation I visited to dealer office on 6/11/2016 and asked them about my car, again they said that it will take 15 more days. I told them that my friends who booked the cars in July 2016 got their cars than How is it possible that Suzuki has not supplied the car I booked, they again told me that Sir we are helpless as Suzuki has not supplied us your car and we are not in position to inform you the date of delivery and if you want we cancel your booking.I told him that if you are unable to inform delivery date please provide me the details of Booking and I will talk to Suzuki directly about the delivery.During conversation sales manager of Fair Deals asked our booking details we informed him the booking date he checked the papers and informed me that my booking was canceled and amount was refunded, I get shocked by his statement, he shows me the sheets where in front of my booking Refund was written.I told him that I never asked for refund and without informing me who has canceled my booking, he also surprised and asked his Team about the same.When he called his juniors they start blaming one another and we didn't go any answer that how my booking get canceled.Sales Manager told us that Fair Deal has already Handed Over the Car booked till july 2016.After that to hide their mistakes the whole team started to offer us different Permutation and combinations of other models like Ldi+ (with acessories) etc. etc. but I Told them that I want only Vitara Breeza Vdi+ (Red color).Dealer told me that they are not in position to deliver Vitara Breeza Vdi+ (Red Color) Before December 2016, which I told them is unacceptable to me.

                      With the whole episode I really felt cheated and this shows the unfair practices going on in Fair Deal.From last 4.5 Month I am waiting for my car and suddenly i got the information that dealer has canceled my booking without informing me.The response I got from dealer is unethical, unfair and irresponsible and I completely lost faith in Suzuki and Fair Deal.From last two days we were in shocking condition as it hurts me a lot.Due to the irresponsible and unethical behavior of Dealer I suffer mentally and financially.I request you to please immediately stop these unfair practices, immediately deliver me my car i.e. on or before 15/11/2016 otherwise I have only option to left is to take suitable action against company and dealer.

                        I have complaint about the door seting of the car. i have complained to the company at the time servicing of the car but all time the door seting gets poorer i have complasined all tie but i a disatisfied by the doort seting so pls do something for my problem

                          My car Maruti Swift LXI Bs IV bearing the registration no. DL9CAG9706 was sent for annual servicing to Maruti authorized workshop: Khasara No. 220, Dulsiras, Dwarka, Sector -24, New Delhi around 10.30 AM today.
                          They charged me INR 5734 for detail listed items (Invoice No. BRI6006128) and return the car at 4.30 PM. I checked inside the car and pointed out to the driver about the dust and filth all around. I refused to accept it and asked him to make it proper cleaning inside.
                          He went to workshop and within 20 minutes he returned back. I just opened the car in front of him, dash board and other several places dust was laying there.
                          I paid the money to the driver but thought of complaining to the customer service for fresh free cleaning of my car with no cost. In case, you do not facilitate cleaning, I will not avail Maruti Service any more.

                            Forced to purchase insurance from dealer

                            I am looking for alto k10 automatic variant for this i approached the local dealer for inquiry. Everything was smoothly finalized and deal was supposed to be done but at the end the salesperson started compelling us to purchase the insurance from the dealer itself.
                            The policy they are offering for 18000 is available in market for[protected] rupees when i objected to this the salesperson told me that it was a Marti Suzuki India's policy...

                            I send my car in swani motor workshop Ludhiana Punjab for insurance claim but workshop and maruti insurance executives harassment me last 6 days they can't repair my car and harassment me am lose my lots of money to go many times in workshop now I faced many problems your employees harassment me

                              I own a Swift Dzire Tour variant of Maruti Suzuki. My car meet with a very major accident after which the car was given to Bimal Auto Agency for Repairs. After 4months i received my vehicle and currently i am facing problem with car. The car pulls to the left side and when hard brakes are applied at high speed the vehicle pulls towards the right side, I complained about the problem but the technicians were unable to solve it and Manager said me that it is normal in swift dzire. Please Help me as soon as possible.

                              Purchased wagon r CNG CAR No. DL 3CCE 5352 from Rohan motors, Sarita Vihar, New Delhi on 13th June, 2016 but till now not recieved RC of the car. Made various phone calls to Mayank Malik (Assistant Manager) and mails to Vivek Puri, Manager, Rohan Motor at email: vivek.[protected]@rohanmotors.co.in but no positive response.

                                Sir, i'm 60% handicapped. I had bought a new maruti suzuki celerio automatic car on dated 12.10.2016. Now i would like to have its registration. The concession will be for me to get registration. So i need a certificate on behalf of the company, but the maruti company has refused to give me the certificate. Lack of this certificate, i am getting late for registration. Please tell, what should i do....

                                I have booked Maruti celerio vxi in white colour as on 21 October 2016. The showroom dealer provide delivery date as on 28 October 2016. But it's not delivered to yet. So I am in problem for this condition.. please take an action as soon as possible. Why I not get my booked car on provided delivery date ...so I need and I wait for your positive feedback.

                                  I got Wagon R, DL 3 CAD 7126 repaired from Competent motors mauruali in May, 2014 for a accidental repair. I have sold car now and during the car inspection it was realized that the chassis no has welded and it now cannot be transferred. The Authorities have advised me to me to scrap this car and its a big loss for me. I will file a legal case against competent on how they can weld the chassis no without my knowledge
