I have complaint about the door seting of the car. i have complained to the company at the time servicing of the car but all time the door seting gets poorer i have complasined all tie but i a disatisfied by the doort seting so pls do something for my problem

    My car Maruti Swift LXI Bs IV bearing the registration no. DL9CAG9706 was sent for annual servicing to Maruti authorized workshop: Khasara No. 220, Dulsiras, Dwarka, Sector -24, New Delhi around 10.30 AM today.
    They charged me INR 5734 for detail listed items (Invoice No. BRI6006128) and return the car at 4.30 PM. I checked inside the car and pointed out to the driver about the dust and filth all around. I refused to accept it and asked him to make it proper cleaning inside.
    He went to workshop and within 20 minutes he returned back. I just opened the car in front of him, dash board and other several places dust was laying there.
    I paid the money to the driver but thought of complaining to the customer service for fresh free cleaning of my car with no cost. In case, you do not facilitate cleaning, I will not avail Maruti Service any more.
    I expect your positive response to address my concern.

      Forced to purchase insurance from dealer

      I am looking for alto k10 automatic variant for this i approached the local dealer for inquiry. Everything was smoothly finalized and deal was supposed to be done but at the end the salesperson started compelling us to purchase the insurance from the dealer itself.
      The policy they are offering for 18000 is available in market for[protected] rupees when i objected to this the salesperson told me that it was a Marti Suzuki India's policy...

        I own a Swift Dzire Tour variant of Maruti Suzuki. My car meet with a very major accident after which the car was given to Bimal Auto Agency for Repairs. After 4months i received my vehicle and currently i am facing problem with car. The car pulls to the left side and when hard brakes are applied at high speed the vehicle pulls towards the right side, I complained about the problem but the technicians were unable to solve it and Manager said me that it is normal in swift dzire. Please Help me as soon as possible.

            I got Wagon R, DL 3 CAD 7126 repaired from Competent motors mauruali in May, 2014 for a accidental repair. I have sold car now and during the car inspection it was realized that the chassis no has welded and it now cannot be transferred. The Authorities have advised me to me to scrap this car and its a big loss for me. I will file a legal case against competent on how they can weld the chassis no without my knowledge

                  I have got the car maruti wangon r lxi from excel autovista malad near inorbit. i got this in July end. i had issue wd music system sevral times as I had requested for 4 component speaker but i have got 2 normal speaker and 2 component speaker as got confirm0ed from accesorry shop. Im really unhappy about this and plus after i play music the door noise is a lot there due to whch there is no clarity in music. there is lot of issue of speaker and im unhappy in short i need a compensation for my time wasted with you guys.                       I would like to bring certain things into your kind notice about your one of the leading Maruti Dealer ‘PASCO Automobiles’, Gurgaon. Had purchased ALKTO K10 AGS on 28 March 2016 for my spouse on certain good notes that your AGS technology will certainly give a riding boost and pleasure for such new technology specially for Women drivers. But unfortunately post 07 months, the car suddenly started vibrating like a heavy diesel car while picking up on initial Gear on ‘D’ & ‘M’ modes.

                      I personally kept it under my observation for couple of days from my wife and had been taking to my office for certain days just to be doubly sure on the current issue. Unfortunately, this whole transaction actually cost us a lot as my Wife doesn’t drive non-AGS car and somehow she had used UBER & OLA Cabs for couple of weeks to commute her office.
                      Nevertheless, I found that there is a Calibration & Body Throttle mechanism issue inside the engine which is not in good shape on certain extend, hence, on Monday, 24th Oct 2016, I took my car to PASCO Workshop (Pasco House, 6 old Delhi Gurgaon Road, Sector 18 Industrial Estate, Pasco House Gurgaon) to get the issue rectified.

                      It took me about 25 mins to get an Advisor from the PASCO officials. Suddenly an Advisor, Mr. Mansingh came to me and taken my issue to the car mechanics. He gave me a TAT of 02-03 HOURS to get my car rectified and handover. Now here the precise issues started.

                      Please refer the Pictures was being taken by Mr. Mansingh, specially, Photos 1, 2 & 3 and then refer the last attachment named ‘Dented on Bumper’ & ‘Cut on Bumper’ been taken by me (as evidence) inside my car parking area at our apartment post noticing the damages. You may also refer the below picture that clearly defines how PASCO Mechanics manhandled customer’s cars like menaces. I personally experienced that they treat cars like criminals. Sometimes, I felt that my Gear Rod will come off the way PASCO Mechanics shift gears and I am 100% certain that the current damage has happened just due to such sheer negligence and manhandles either by Mechanic Pradeep or Monu who actually took my car for Road Test and did the diagnosis and rectification.

                      Let me tell you that the VIBRATION issues is still existing and have not been rectified completely and the day, 24th Oct 2016 has cost me certain damages on the front bumper of my CAR instead of satisfactory services from MARUTI & PASCO overall. The front bumper has got a bad cut (shown in red circled area in the aforesaid picture) due to major impact being done by PASCO Mechanics while transacting the vehicle around the workshop and I firmly believe that it is really hard to ACCEPT for PASCO people that they have done this hustling altogether on my car on the cost of rectifying the issue as the repair cost was ZERO and the Car is under Manufacturing Warranty.
                      It seems that if the repair cost comes FOC of the Customer, the PASCO people (specially Mechanics are trained to do so) will damages the car from certain angles which is hard to find immediately. And if Customer finds it PASCO people will start quarrelling and debating with the Owner and if finds the damage later under certain doubt by the Owner then its Customer’s FAULT always as PASCO MECHANICS ARE SUPER HUMANS OR ROBOTS WHO NEVER MAKES FLAWS DURING THEIR WORK! This is really Pathetic, Nasty Mental State and Sickening Attitude altogether!

                      I demand a new BUMPER IN SAME COLOR and ZERO VIBRATION ON 1ST, 2ND & 3RD GEARS OTHERWISE PLEASE ALLOW ME TO RAISE THE COMPLAIN TO CONSUMER COURT AND OTHER MEDIA COVERAGES.

                        This is to inform you that I am very much disappointed with maruti suzuki dealer and salesperson. I already have lodged a complain at call center (complain no: [protected]) but dealer is not taking it seriously. All the details to call center are provided by me.

                        On 20/8/2016 one maruti sales person and true value executive came to my home and valuate my ford figo (AS-01AZ-1174) Rs 1.5 lakhs, , , , , I agree and they took my vehicle to dealer. On 24/8/2016 they gave me a written invoice (money recipe) against my exchanged car. My car loan was not ready so I told them that I will inform them once my loan is ready. On October when my loan is ready I approached them and they told me they cant give me a exchange value of Rs 1.5 lakh (showing me some of technical reason with my old car after 2 months) and said to take return my old car if I am not agree. So I am lodging this complain.

                        Here are some open questions which are not clear to me.

                        i) if they cant give me a exchange value of 1.5 lakh then why they give me money receipt.
                        ii) they are showing some technical fault on my old car( my car is with dealer for last 2 months, dealer can defect my car )
                        iii) if dealer cant give that value why they keep my car for 2 months with them.

                        If my problem will not be solved by maruti satisfactorily i will register my complain at government consumer forum and other legal action against company and dealer.

                        I am attaching my money receipt and booking form with this email.

                          I have gifted ciaz zdi shvs on 4.11.2016 to my mom. but now various life taking problems have occured in the said car which r as follows.
                          1. on long journey on touching the speed lmt of 100 the car suddenly looses the power and speed goes on droping in spite of acceleration. then on falling the speed till 50 55kms/hr. car does not go beyong that till quite a long.
                          2. earlier this problem used to vanish after struggling with driving till 50 kms. then problem went on increasing till 100kms now its 220 kms. car does not take pickup at all. after a hault of 1 night the car starts moving smoothly and fews days later problem occures again.
                          3. yetardays incidence i. e. 31.10.16, machines started knocking and lost power during overtake we were saved from accident.
                          4.in spite of 4 times checking our car by authorized dealer why this problem is not resolved.

                          Will maruti suzuki take responsibility of our life's. we hav paid 10 to11 lakhs for ur product by trusting ur brand which is hard earned money. we customers r not for ur r&d. plz correct the fault or take back ur product. i cant risk my parents life with ur product.

                          Harrassing my father regarding RTO & insurance & basic price compare to other area of odisha. they are forcing to do according to them after receiving the money.they r charging more for RTO& INS. they r compelling us to take accessories from them. afterall they are not supporting us in any way after paying money nor delivered the vehicle yet.

                            This was my first and worst experience with maruti. i thought i had the best car provider when i purchased my ertiga vxi cng engine no.7110987. chassis no.353236 registeration no. mh47a8498 on 20.11.2015.

                            I was returning to mumbai from dhanu on 30th october when all of a sudden the clutch stopped working on the nh8 highway and there was smoke coming out from the engine. my brothers and my family with a 6 year old child were in the middle of a dark patch with only bushes on both the sides of the road. trusting that maruti will provide immediate assistance as assured by their continuous advertising that they are a customer centric company, i called up the maruti helpline for help. the call was routed to a call centre in new delhi and the representative did not know head nor tail about the location as he was not familiar with the place. with great difficulty i registered the complaint. all this happened at 6:20 pm and as per the message i was promised to get the assistance of a technician within 35 mins. the technician calls me and without even coming to the site says we have to bring the car to the service station by towing it. so they gave me the number of the towing person. he calls me after an hour and says he will take more time. so both the families wait patiently without food and water, stuck in the middle of a highway. at 10:30 pm the towing person calls me again saying there are no services available and asked me to leave my car there and return home by other means of transport, and on tuesday raise a fresh request and he would get it towed to the nearest service station. we were left strandard on the highway untill a good soul who was passing by helped us out with a number of a towing person. finally we contacted the person and he came to our rescue at 11:30 pm. by the time we reached paramount maruti centre in mira road it was 12:10 am and we reached home at 1:20 am.

                            This morning the maruti personnel called me and said that i would have to pay rs.10, 000 as the clutch had been burnt and the battery had gone off. the battery will definetly go low as we had to keep the hazard light on from 6:20 to 11:30 pm to avoid an oncoming vehicle from banging into us and causing more trouble for us. this is not the service expected from maruti who talks big about customer service and is one of the leading car company. i am utterly dis-satisfied and surprised to know that such a giant company cannot afford to have the necessary infrastructure in mumbai and that my call had to be routed to new delhi. this experience was like explaining something to someone who did not know to read and write. i do not blame the call centre personnel as he was doing his duty, however maruti should buck up and walk the talk instead of just advertising and giving false promises to its customers. i am also attaching the messages received from maruti.

                              I had bought vitara brezza zdi+ through popular vehicle & service, chennai on 13/04/16. at 6335 km the vehicle got struck at the outskirts of dindugal due to water pump failure. i registered a complaint in maruthi customer care and was attend by pla motors dindugal the belt was replaced under warranty and i asked for the reason for the belt failure for the new vehicle and their reply was that we don't know the reason because this is new model and we are attending first time and now for the second time i faced the same compliant of water pump failure in 10460 km. now this time i want to know the reason for this issue why this happen continue within 4000km after hearing only am going to service my vechile and both the instance i am with my family having 2 kids during midnight i faced lots of hardship to transfer them to a safe place. i am afraid of taking this vechile for long journey

                                I purchase Swift dzire zxi 2010 model from MR Santosh kumar. In june 2016 engine and brake work service work was carried out at Maruti Suzuki sidhi vinayak vehicles workshop, near govt. Polytechnic college in Jhajjar (dealer code 0b01).
                                After engine repair i observed following defects in car

                                1. Steering wheel fitted wrongly
                                2. Engine wiring holding clamps found missing.
                                3. Main engine air filter found hanging, filter side box fitting clamps missing and not fitted.
                                4. One tyre centre metal cap missing

                                sir on 22 oct I visited the agency again but no one their was able to listen my problem.

                                Sir I never except that our Maruti Suzuki service centre can do this type of pathetic simple work.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  I want to lodge a complaint against Maruti Suzuki. I brought a Ciaz nearly 11 months ago. At the time of purchase i was promised an Average of 28 but the average is hardly 15. I am not even getting the cooling at the back despite there being two ac's. Despite of my repeated companits at the complaint board and email id i am not getting any reply. The service centre says we won't be able to help you now contact the regional office. Regional office is not giving any reply.

                                    Sir recently during dipawali period i have come across a major fault in activation of alarm system.Bursting of crackers causes frequent alarm activation in night which is disturbing sleep. even a slight sound of bursting of crackers causes alarm ringing and lights flashing causing much disturbance for whole night.if parked somewhere during day causes much embarresment to me aspasserby stare at the car and me.
