Yesterday, my swift diesel car was entrusted with Indus Motor Co Ltd Thevara Kochi for 10000 km service with one complaint -oil warning light glowing.Assured to deliver at 3 pm.None called be back.When I contacted at 3.30pm it was informed that vehicle will be ready by 5.30pm.By 5 pm they informed that the charges will be Rs.7600 and the car will be delivered by 5.30pm at my office 3 km away from the service centre.By 6.30 they informed that...

There is no proper feeting of rear seat, dashboard, right side front door, and face shield
Also there is unnesasry noise inside the car
Plasting feeting inside car is not good
Side mirrors are not of good quality

I took swift dzire tour vehicle May-2016 (t-board).

They Promised me - I'll get an EDR amount max. of 3 months but still now I didnt get that amount (More than 30 k Rs.).

They didnt respond me properly even i follow regularly.

Followed by many articles like this I bought Ciaz topend with infotainment system, but now I find no value for it as it doesn't work the way it portrayed to be.

When I bought my Ciaz, I was thinking to go for ZXI variant which has no touch screen display and 80000 cheaper than next variant with touch screen...

I had given my Wagon r on last Sunday to TR Swahney workshop for accidental claims. They had given me one week time to repair it. I m try to call the concern person (Mritunjay) but he is not picking up my call.
I had so much inconvenience when i was there to give my car. There was no GM whom i talk to or give my complaint.
I am very unhappy with this kind of hospitality of maruti....

Took 32000 rs and 5 working days however got my car back with many issues.

2 Key remote not functioning
3 Right side mirror cap missing
4 Handle crome removed without permission.

Contacted service center many times but getting very poor response.

I have handed over my accidental wagon r car to prem motors, baies godam,, jaipur service centre on 09.11.16. Survey has been done on 11.11.16. Till date my car not repaired. It is in the same condition as was handed over to the above said service centre. This shows poor services delivering by the agency.
