We have purchase Ciaz Diesel Car no. WB02/AJ0841.Vehicle ID MA3FXEB1S00179980 From Dewar Garage LTD, Kolkata vide there Invoice no. VSL15001219 dt. 31.12.15 and take delivery of above car on 8.01.2016
Our car got accident on 16/09/2016 due to lock of steering and we have send our car for repairer to your authorized dealer To Bhandari Automobile Ltd, Kolkata ..From your dealer and Severer we came to know that there was crack in some part of steering for this reason steering was lock and our car made and accident.
We purchase your premium car of Maruti and this car was running on the city at time of accident with a speed of approx. 50 KM and if above was on Highway with a high speed there may be serious accident.
So we request you to look into the matter and lets us know what you will with this defective car

    We had given our Maruti Ciaz ZXI+ (AT) for its first service on 8th of November 2016 to S.K. Wheels (Oshiwara) whose workshop is in Goregaon.
    They provided us with a pick-up and drop service.

    Our navigation chip had been installed a couple of weeks prior to this.
    When the car was picked up, we had taken out all personal belongings like sunglasses, perfume, pen etc from the car. However, we let the car papers...

    I wish to bring to the attention of the Regional Head/Senior the very dissatisfying and annoying service provided by the Maruti Suzuki Service Team in North Goa. These are my grievances:

    1) There are supposedly 4 free services on my Celerio car, however, each service is far from FREE!! There’s a minimum charge of Rs.1, 500 claimed each time, with replacements I don’t even know or ask for! Are these really being changed? Or is the service agent hiking the bill and using the new parts for his personal use? How do I know? Unless the old parts are shown to the client on collection of vehicle. Someone needs to audit what is going on!
    2) I get persistent and unnecessary calls regarding reminders for service every 300 kms of my mileage to remind me of service appontments which is annoying. I know when my service is due and an sms to my mobile to remind me would suffice. When I see the ‘trucaller notification’ of Maruti Suzuki Service on my mobile, I don’t pick up anymore. I don’t know if there’s a commission involved for the booking and these calls from the call centre agents should stop.
    3) When I sold my previous Ritz car, the agent wanted to know who I have sold it to and if she could have the contact nos to remind him for service appointments, which is such bad manners. Please request to stop.

    Please someone look into this. If not, I seriously do not wish to purchase anymore Maruti models due to the harassment and huge bills that I incur with the Maruti Service Team in North Goa. Can someone call or respond to this complaint please!

    करने के काम बताके, लिखके लिये फिर भी न करने
    पर पुच्छा तो आपने फोन पर बतया नही इसलीये हमारा
    गलती नही हे, अब उसका लेबर का भी 2 ट्रिप पकडके (शायद)अलग चार्ज लगेगा ऐसा बोला गया हें.

      Frequent High Pressure Fuel Pump Failure

      Hello there,

      This email is with regards to all the malpractices on going with the maruti authorised service centres.

      Its a shame that maruti brags so much about customer satisfaction and have done so much like getting feedback and record keeping softwares and rating for their service centres and show rooms but never ever thought about actually going and having a field experience. To be very frank and blunt its all a HOAX.

      My recent worst experience with maruti service centres in my area viz.
      1. Sai service centre At post JASAI
      2. Simran service centre PANVEL

      I wanted to do the 60000 km routine and i call both the service centres for the rates of egr and other small repair quotation and found out a huge difference of almost rs 800 on egr and when i told the simran service centre about it they said that its their personal choice to give such discount and stuff. So using the same name of AUTHORISED actually ruins the the purpose.

      Later after getting the services done in simran and filling the feedback form (WHICH IS MEANT TO BE FILLED BY THE CUSTOMER ONLY IF I AM NOT MISTAKENED) I was literally forced to change my rating for which i strictly denied. I was taken to the managers office by the front desk lady and pressurised to change my ratings for which I literally spent 15 mins explaining them thats its my experience and not ur dictatorship.

      Also the work done was completely of poor quality which i later on did from another outside workshop who is an ex employee of maruti who told me about all the false earnings by service centres.

      He even told that customers are charged for not doing the work and simply ticking the same on job sheets.

      I was wondering if an educated person like me is harassed so much, most of the crowd in this area are villagers who dont even know the significance of it which concludes that maruti completely works on hoax numbers.

      Similar bad experience with sai auto services jasai where i had given my car before giving it to simran motors was that due to the negligence and unskilled labour and improper use or air tools they destroyed the wheels studds which i had to cut and take out at an external workshop.

      There are many such bad experiences and mal practices being followed at maruti.

      Now its my humble request to maruti to really look into this matter and take a serious step towards it as i completely support in make in india program and have proved to be a loyal customer by buying a maruti ciaz also.

      I hope writing such a long email and investing my time money n efforts will give a constructive and helpful outcome.

      Maruti Swift VDI bearing Ch No:MA3FHEB1S00727213 E No:D13A0517599 was purchased by me from Hira Auto Mobile - Patiala on 27.08.2014. Total reading is 30, 000KM but its color is too dull looking the vehicle is more than 10 years old please look into the matter.

        After two/three days one of my friend guide me. They didn't provide my Music System Remote & First Aid Kit. When I contact them, they told me you checked all the things at the time of delivery.
        How can you say, we checked all the things. Have you provided any Check List ??????
        We afraid now, which things you provide us or not in lack of Check List.
        Please provide us MUSIC SYSTEM REMOTE & FIRST AID KIT along with check list, so that we will be confirm.

          Dear All,

          My name is Kadarkarai Murugan and I am a very small scale second hand dealer of buying and selling used cars. I was doing business with ABT by buying the cars which was sold by their customers on exchange.
          On 25th Nov 2016, I paid Rs. 92, 000 for a Wagon R vehicle number TN01-AA-0090 through bank transfer to ABT True Value Ambatur. The amount was paid after the deal was finalized with Karthik(sales manager) and when I was about to get the delivery of the car the manager Karthik refused to give the vehicle. He was demanding me to take another vehicle (an Alto) along with the Wagon R, the other vehicle was NOT in a good condition and I refused to take it.
          Because I refused to take the Alto the manager Karthik is not giving the vehicle Wagaon R which I booked and shouted at me and challenged me to go anywhere and complaint anywhere and he was least cared or worried about anything or anyone.

          I am small scale dealer and I had to pledge my jewels to buy and trade cars but now I am stranded with no clue on what will be the next step.

          I am very clear that the vehicle which I booked i.e. Wagon R has to be handed over to me as per the commitment and the money paid.

          Awaiting for a positive response from ABT True value managers to sort this out without complicating this matter any further.

            On my Vehicle Right hand side head light is not proper. Work shop adjusted it bust still there is black spot on low beam.
            this looks manufacturing defect need to solve by company.

              My car is laying at showroom jyote motors, Bhubaneswar unrepaired, no response, it's been 4 months above they r not responding, what should I do, I also have unexpired insurance policy coverage. Whenever I am going to jyote motors crpf Bhubaneswar they r denying and, they are not doing their work and not even started yet, it's been 4 months above.                 Sir, recently Eluru Reddy and Reddy showroom people contacted me to buy Dzire car in exchange of my I 10 car.they valued it for 4, 6500. They asked me to clear my bank loan also. Now I cleared all my loan and contacted the showroom people. Now they say their MD is not accepting.All this took place within a week.                   I have book baleno zeta petrol version on 13th of july 2016. And till now i am not knowing the status of my vehicle delivery. If inquired in the showroom i have been told that still it will take time. But nobody is confirming the exact date of delivery.

                  I am in second thaught of cancalling this vehicle and go for other models, like i20 or jazz.

                  Request you to kindly hlep me in my car delivery as early as possible.

                    I have enrolled to Mauthi drving school in October 2015, till now they have not handed over my DL. They are repeatedly printing the silly mistakes in the DL. If we ask them they say it's RTO mistake. While taking the money they say we will take care everything but these happens ones I agree, reapeatedly happened to me twice, and coordinators in Kodlu gate(Ranjitha and Srinivas) and they made me to complete the course almost 9 months - have very poor customer handling skills. If we present my problem to them(Co-coordinators in Kodlu gate ) there is a mistake in my DL, they asked me to directly contact with the person in RTO and if we speak to(Murthy)-RTO coordinator he will tell me to bring the documents again. Please help me to get my DL it's been 1.3 years and nevertheless to say but they have not handed over my DL yet. If you have any escalation point . Please let me know. I need my money back or DL. Either one is fine but soon. If you are not the right contact please let me the correct one.

                      I have a wangon r vehicle bearing number dl1rt4220, which i have given for servicing in vipul motors sec 5 nioda up dated[protected],

                      It is very hearting to say that even after full service, there is problem in suspension/streeing/socker. The problem has increased now. Inspite of the fact that for amount as well as formalities was completed by me.

                      I made a complaint at the service station at vipul motors, but nothing was done, rather their behaviour was very rude.

                      I hope my complaint will be taken seriously and action will be taken.

                        I have purchased the maruti suzuki swift ldi (O) on june 1 2016 friendly motors (India) pvt. Ltd. Mysore. Till now the car has several complaints but no one ha turned up to repair it properly. I have driven 7700 km till now. Y other model cars in swift variants are good. Turbo and low pick up not working properly and given so many times for service station but they are saying your car is good. All the doors are having noise, front steering and whole dashboard is having vibrations and noice. They had changed the wheel caps when i had given to service but in return if i ask them to replace they will reply you only have changed the wheel caps and blaming on us. I have talked with management people but they are so careless in delivering the words to their customers. Totally the car is not good. I have paid them 7, 40, 000/- but they have given me poor quality car. They are so many people who talk very carelessly to me that i have begged the car from their home and have given to me. Consumer forum has to take this on serious note and provide me the alternative. From june till now most of the time car is in friendly service station itself. It hurts to me a lot as i buyed my dream car and friendly motors did like this. Most funniest part is sales team is not taking blame and blaming service team and service team is not good enough to provide me the resolution.

                        One more thing i forgot to update in the previous complaint. I had taken the car for low pick up after third time of complaining General Manager of Friendly Motors service station Mr. Bharath Madana told if your acr is having low pick up why don't you buy Porsche car it is good with pick up. We middle class people are meant for budget car. Is this the way to give resolution. it has hurt me a lot for those words. Every one are so careless to respond to me.

                        If I complaint to customer relationship manager friendly motors Ms. Nima Balal she is replying in favour of friendly motors and she is not giving proper response and she will run away if she's me. Totally a very bad company and they are making Maruti Suzuki to loose they value from customers. Please do something and get me the resolution. Maruti to take this up with serious note

                          Yesterday, my swift diesel car was entrusted with Indus Motor Co Ltd Thevara Kochi for 10000 km service with one complaint -oil warning light glowing.Assured to deliver at 3 pm.None called be back.When I contacted at 3.30pm it was informed that vehicle will be ready by 5.30pm.By 5 pm they informed that the charges will be Rs.7600 and the car will be delivered by 5.30pm at my office 3 km away from the service centre.By 6.30 they informed that the car is not in running condition.Had they informed me of the same I could have reached home early.Now, at night I had to make other means to reach my home some 30 km away.
                          Is this the kind of service offered by the company for such not a small cost? A local workshop is more dependable, i think. Thereafter, till now they have not contacted me.This really a deficiency in service.

                              I would like to bring to your notice that I am loyal customer of your brand and have been using your vehicle for last 8 years (Alto - Wagin R - Ritz) however with the last vehicle i bought in Jan 14 Ritz LXI ( Car no - MH - 02 DG -8071) i have been cheated where in the sales guy from maruti team has sold me me the extended warranty w/out informing me all the clause that the warranty become null and void if the customer goes for external fitment and charged me RS 7600/- for policy . After purchasing the vehicle, I have done external CNG fitment from outside trusted vendor - Bindra (Andheri East) Mumbai . Today there is a problem is my car starter and it is as such covered in the extended warranty but because of the clause of external fitting the workshop is telling me that I should pay the exps which is ideally not correct because it was the duty of the sales representative to inform me before selling such warranty.

                              I would like you to reconsider this case and do the needful as I have already paid the price to your company and needs to done from your side as such the cost is Rs 4300/- however it is not the matter of price but the trust I have in brand.

                              However i know you have the choice to tell me no but that relationship no longer move ahead as the trust is no more left . So I would be immediately selling the vehicle and moving to another Brand which somehow I think wont happened considering the long term association . Because if i see what you will gain is Rs 4300/- at the cost of losing one long term client leaving your company with bad taste and feeling and would be nothing but a negative marketing tool for the company.I hope it wont happen and we can come to some mutual consent and consider this as one of the request because i was not aware of such clause and happened to come across today when the car break down and went to your Andheri link road work shop (Mumbai). I tried convincing them but they are not ready to listen nor understand the root cause of the problem

                              Hope to get this resolved from your side completely to my satisfaction so that we continue this journey of relationship and trust rather looking for all such small immaterial cost which again if you i have already paid to Maruti by purchasing the extended policy

                                With re grate to say that, very worst service provide by you Dealer VAU, s Automobiles Patna. Further i will no suggest to anyone to avail the service from their.

                                I am Ravi Kumar Booked a Wagon-R VXI on date 10/11/2016, SOB No is SOB16000936 Name Monika Shankar and Executives Mr Samar and Manager give me commitment to Provide on 25th to 28th Nov, But early morning Mr Samar Calling me and he told unable to provide within timeline even when i say provide on 2 or 3 December but he denied completly and done the rude behaviour on Call. When i Talked with Manager he also denied. I purchasing this Vechicle to give my SISTER on her marriage this is not for my personal used where i can wait for 10 days. Executives also denied to refund my booking amount Rs 1000. Need a clear clarification on it and also charged a huge Penalty amount on that and also provide a claim because i m speechless in front of my sister, s Father in law.

                                I am robin raghuwanshi Booked a Suzuki dzire VXI CNG White on date 12/1/2023, Name pintu birla Executive lucky mishra and Manager give me commitment to Provide on 4 to 6 weeks, But Mr luck mishra left his job and pintu birla also not showing interest on Suzuki customer he told unable to provide vehicle and suggest me to cancel booking from the showroom within timeline even when i say provide he rude behaviour on Call. When i Talked with Manager he also denied. I purchasing this Vechicle to give my SISTER on her marriage this is not for my personal used where i can wait for 6 months . Executives also denied to refund my booking amount Rs 10000. Need a clear clarification on it and also charged a huge Penalty amount on that and also provide a claim because i m speechless in front of my sister, s Father in law.

                                  I took swift dzire tour vehicle May-2016 (t-board).

                                  They Promised me - I'll get an EDR amount max. of 3 months but still now I didnt get that amount (More than 30 k Rs.).

                                  They didnt respond me properly even i follow regularly.

                                  Not yet resolved. Make sure complaints is closed before update the status as Resolved.
                                  During my 3rd car service on 07-11-16, at Compitent Service Center (A - 25, Info City, Sec - 34, Opp Hero Honda Chowk, Gurgaon - 122001) service guys taken out my car Map SD Card.

                                    Followed by many articles like this I bought Ciaz topend with infotainment system, but now I find no value for it as it doesn't work the way it portrayed to be.

                                    When I bought my Ciaz, I was thinking to go for ZXI variant which has no touch screen display and 80000 cheaper than next variant with touch screen display. The sales executive convinced me to go for the higher end because it supports Android auto from 2016 Jan. But it never happened.
