I have purchased the maruti suzuki swift ldi (O) on june 1 2016 friendly motors (India) pvt. Ltd. Mysore. Till now the car has several complaints but no one ha turned up to repair it properly. I have driven 7700 km till now. Y other model cars in swift variants are good. Turbo and low pick up not working properly and given so many times for service station but they are saying your car is good. All the doors are having noise, front steering and whole dashboard is having vibrations and noice. They had changed the wheel caps when i had given to service but in return if i ask them to replace they will reply you only have changed the wheel caps and blaming on us. I have talked with management people but they are so careless in delivering the words to their customers. Totally the car is not good. I have paid them 7, 40, 000/- but they have given me poor quality car. They are so many people who talk very carelessly to me that i have begged the car from their home and have given to me. Consumer forum has to take this on serious note and provide me the alternative. From june till now most of the time car is in friendly service station itself. It hurts to me a lot as i buyed my dream car and friendly motors did like this. Most funniest part is sales team is not taking blame and blaming service team and service team is not good enough to provide me the resolution.

Updated by abhi12721 One more thing i forgot to update in the previous complaint. I had taken the car for low pick up after third time of complaining General Manager of Friendly Motors service station Mr. Bharath Madana told if your acr is having low pick up why don't you buy Porsche car it is good with pick up. We middle class people are meant for budget car. Is this the way to give resolution. it has hurt me a lot for those words. Every one are so careless to respond to me.

Updated by abhi12721 If I complaint to customer relationship manager friendly motors Ms. Nima Balal she is replying in favour of friendly motors and she is not giving proper response and she will run away if she's me. Totally a very bad company and they are making Maruti Suzuki to loose they value from customers. Please do something and get me the resolution. Maruti to take this up with serious note
