I have purchased Eartiga ZXI AT from Sai Services, Pune on 11.05.2022 and before taking delivery they promise me suzuki connect will activate with in a day. Now they confirmed suzuki connect issue from Maruti company side. I want a solution otherwise I want my complete amount tefund as a part if my total on road price as confirmed by said dealer ship.

    This was my first and worst unexpected experience of roadside assistance from Maruti, due to reason my car suddenly got stopped and not getting start again.
    So I called at Maruti suzuki customer support for roadside assistance this incident is of morning around 7:00 am, customer care is so pathetic that instead of hearing my issue and helping & guiding me support started elaborating me charges of Maruti of roadside assistance for all diff timings(even/ night) which was not even enquired at that time.
    After long hustle I was able to register my complain or help.
    Then after a long wait of 2.5 hour one technician came after calling them several times.
    Then he did nothing we just explained them that there might be issue of battery, so he did just booster charge for the battery of the car and then just asked for 600 rs only.
    So in short after wait of 2.5 hour technician took 5 min to do fix and charged 600 Rs which is undefinable..
    And all it happened when service center is at distance if 0.5 km from the incident location .

      Pull my house to show room and problem issue engine ecm not and working so order ecm and 10 days after ecm came and total charged 10000 aprox
      Sir my car warranty up to 2+3 years but no any conseson all charge apply just for like old and without warranty car

        I have booked my ertiga cng vxi in rohini, delhi 2months back & not recievd my car till yet. At the time of booking the showroom manager have said that he will give my car delivery within 2 months but he failed in it. I was very happy when I booked ertiga but the maruti suzuki' commitment vanish my all excitement. If you are unable to give car deliveries on time then please don't take booking. You are increasing the prices day by day of the car but not giving the deliveries on time. I am facing too much problem by not having car because I sold my previous one and currently I have not any car, this all happend because the maruti's wrong commitment. Please clear me if you can give my car delivery on time else I will switch to other brand..

          Sir main e kitni baar aap ko mail kar chuka hu lekin ek bhi mail ka jawab nahi aaya. Please company ki reputation kharab mat karo.mera bhi kafhi time kharab ho chuka hai.please solve it maine maruti Ertiga tour m CNG gaadi book ki thi jo ki 3mahine ho chuke hai.abhi tak delivery nahi mili.dealer ne bola tha ki app gaadi book kar do.appko gaadi 15 se 20 din me mil jayegi.lekin abhi tak nahi mili.agar gaadi time se nahi de sakte to jhot bol kar book kyon karwate hai.ya to mujhe gaadi do nahi to me cancel karwa raha hu.dhanaywaad.

            I had been building my car's engine for 45 days.
            The bill was 130000₹ (one lakh thirty thousand rupees )but my car has not been repaired yet.
            Therefore, I would like to lodge a complaint with I have come from Surat to Rajkot after spending fifteen thousand rupees and now he says come back and leave.So for the last forty-five days the car has been given to you to repair, so what did you do?

              We booked our car at Kataria Automobiles - Makarba, Ahmedabad for the Model of Swift Dzire VXI CNG 1.2L on 2nd April, 2022 by having a commitment to have a delivery of it within a Month & officially they have mentioned to deliver it within 2 months which is coming at before May end. Now they are sending an official email by mentioning delay in delivery & would be possible by 31/07/2022 which is pathetic & worst response.

                I Have went for replacement of Silencer. But they have done servicing and forcibly collected amount from me. I asked the same thing but they rudely behaved and hold my car keys and said they are not going to give me till I make payment. They are like rowdies .
                I have driven only 3000 kms from my last service . Even though they have again done servicing without proper information.This kind service is not expected from varum Motors.Its an worst experience I had with Varum Motors

                  Hello Team,

                  Please be informed, I am have been facing a huge problem with Maruti agents and customer services. It’s been almost 15 days and I have not ended up with any solutions.

                  For your reference,
                  I have booked a Maruti Ertiga Car Booking (ID SOB[protected] with Vipul Motors Sector 63 Noida on 28th December-21. At the time of booking I was informed that my vehicle will be delivered in 3 months. Where, Some of my known got their Cars within 2 months of booking. My first point of the complaint is Still I am waiting for my Vehicle to be delivered. Later Side, When I headed up for the current status. Now, I was asked to wait 2 more Months. I decided to wait for that extended period, meanwhile I got a Call from the Agency where I book the Car stating that New face lift model is released and now I will have to pay approx. INR-100K for that Model.
                  My concern is now, if I didn’t opt the updated version why should I pay extra 100K to avail that Model. All I need the Model that I have booked for. I have been following up with authorized Maruti representatives with no positive outcomes and proper response.
                  Moreover, They are very rude while communicating.
                  I have got a message this is attached below stating, To avail the new facelift model a customer needs to cancel the previous booking and to apply for the new one with updated Cost.
                  Since I did not opt for the facelift Model, I am going to bear any additional cost rather.

                  Please look into this matter, I am hopping a quick and Positive solutions of this considering the Maruti best for its customer relationships and services.

                    I have a new ertiga zxi plus its mileage is very worst company mileage is 18 to 20
                    But on road it is giving by 13 to 14 I think I have wasted my money in buying this vehicle rather than I could have buyed crysta it's also a same mileage so better ban ua vehicle in petrol it's tottaly waste of money

                      I bought speedometer one week ago it was not working properly...meter has gone strucked..we arised a complaint on the staff members but there was no response even they are rude at answering..i request u to take a severe action regarding my complaint

                        This is to bring to your kind notice that the Baleno Zeta model 2019 TS07GZ6634 that I have purchased has some serious issues related to its glass arrangement.

                        The glasses used in my car are of Delta model (which has plain glasses). My car was supposed to have tinted glasses as per the Zeta model.

                        This entire thing came into the limelight when one of my glasses got damaged and I took my car to the service centre in NEXA Service TR Sawhney Automobiles Gurgaon, sector 62.

                        This was confirmed by their GM Mr. Ajay and the staff. This entire case has been discussed in detail with Mr. Ajay, and since then I have been following up with him on the same. It’s been 14 days now that I haven’t got any response from them. They are simply making false promises and not working towards resolving the situation.

                        As a customer, I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible for I have paid full amount w.r.t the Zeta model. There’s no communication from their end and they are simply dragging the things.

                        This is how you cooperate with your customers? Seriously, I feel cheated at this point. Even when it is the fault of Maruti, they are expecting the customer to do everything.

                          We have left our car after a minor accident as the car Stopped after sometime of the accident and it threw the coolant outside

                          We have called the tow it but as the rates were high my father managed and tow it to the service center by other vendor on 18th April

                          They said they have given all papers and documents and now insurance people will check and let us know what is the issue

                          From 18th since now we do not have any update what is the issue Why the engine stopped working

                          There is no ETA on the resolution or even nobody bothered to provide timely updates

                          We are suffering for 10 days because people working at your dealership do not know anything about customer service or they are not getting paid enough as they do not want to work at all

                          It is 10 days now and we still do not know the cause How long it take to figure out what is wrong with the car

                          I have lost all trust as my car is not old by 1 year
                          A new car performing like this Engine stopped while coming from Indore to Ujjain after a minor accident as it was just a collision with a rock and not a mountain

                          This is risking our safety and I am afraid this will happen again as in a new car less than a years old where all the service has been done on time still in such short distance travel it stopped and threw out the coolant and we had suffered a lot that day
                          And still suffering because of the pathetic services we are getting from your Dealership

                          Also we have not received any calls for service as well
                          Other vendors do their job and they do call for 1st service and so on but here no service due calls have been made from your side as clearly you guys just believe in selling the product and not giving proper services after that

                          ALSO NOW THEY ARE HARDLY PICKING UP OUR CALLS

                            I got my swift Dzire repaired at vehicleades Maruti workshop, Chamba ( Himachal)
                            Front bumper, grill, condenser, radiator were replaced.
                            Front bumper and grill are of very poor quality as compared to the previous one. The workers claimed that they are getting only these parts from their authorities.
                            Moreover the finishing of the installed bumper is very poor.
                            It’s not properly settled at many places leaving very asymmetric finishing which cudnt be managed by the workshop people.
                            Poor experience at Maruti vehicleades, Chamba ( H.P)
                            Though dealing of the workshop people was satisfactory.

                                Have purahsed maruthi espresso from george motors Kundanoor, ernakula, kerala ( dealer)Your above referred invoice shows an amount of only rs. 5, 03, 899.74 after considering a total discount amount of rs.17, 100.24. But you may please not that you have only considered an amount of rs. 3000/= in george maijo invoice i just received. This clearly shows a difference amount of 14, 100.24.
                                As you know,
                                As required all papers for corporate discount and exchange bonus were submitted to you in time. These offers were also given to me by my nearby show room at trichur.
                                As you are aware i have paid an amount of rs.617916/= to you towards the cost of my s-presso. Thus this excess amount charged from me. and they are not willing to pay back. its kind of cheating . I need my amount back as soon as possible or same will be foirwared leagly

                                  I had booked for Maruti Alto Lxi using Maruti suzuki website in the month of Nov2021 ( 22/11/2021) for the delivery from Shruti Motors dealer at Davangere. I have paid Rs5000/ as ebooking advance.

                                  I was assured delivery of vehicle in Dec 2021. But later i was told by dealer that it may take another 3 to 4 months. So i purchased vehicle from Mandovi Motors Bangalore Chamrajpet branch. I cancelled booking from Shruthi Motors Davangere . BUT TILL TODAY MY EBOOKING SUM OF RS 5000/ HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED THOUGH I CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE CARE MANY TIMES. PLEASE REFUND AT THE EARLIEST

                                    I have complained in perfect auto rajkot that my steering sticks so they told middle rod we have to change and it comes under warrenty but it was not available at perfect auto but they told they will order but it's been almost a year but no action has been taken till now

                                      On behalf of the residents of karol bagh, I wish to draw your attention towards the unauthorised parking of vehicles in our crowded area which is causing a lot of inconvenience to the locals.

                                      The people don’t bother to park their vehicles at proper parking zone. Sometimes they park their vehicles in such a way that the pedestrians face difficulty in walking along the road. Whenever a passerby complains about this inconvenience, they rebuke with aggression. Sometimes they even start to fight.

                                      We humbly request you to look into the matter at the earliest. Kindly make proper arrangements for policemen in the area or set up a police booth to prevent unauthorised parking. It has become a nuisance for the residents.
