Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
I booked a Baleno, Sigma model in blue color on 12th March 2022 from Nexa, DD motor, Haridwar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand. with booking number 21000135. It was expected to be delivered in 4 to 7 weeks, which was before my marriage date i.e 3rd, May 2022.
Now, I have been informed that either I can choose grey color or there will be delay in delivery, which is disappointing and unacceptable from a brand like Suzuki.
I chose Suzuki over all other brands of car manufacturing, because I trusted it but if the company cannot fulfill its commitment I would have to make a change in my choice of brand.
l would appreciate it if I get positive confirmation on the color and delivery of the car to build a better relationship with the company.
