I purchased suzuki dzire 2021, while driving rear with parking sensor on it starts beeping sound automatically without any near object and it didnot also made any change while my car is getting near to objects.

    Dear Sir

    I have booked Ertiga CNG VXI on 23-August-2021 from Competent Automobiles Ghazipur Delhi 92.
    Its been 7 months and there is no update on the delivery of vehicle and there is no assurance from dealer as well.
    At time of delivery it was commited 12 weeks of waiting time now its above 7 months.
    I am without any vehicle from long time and facing alot of issues.
    Please help in escalating this issue to Maruti or Competent managment so that someone can hear my voice.

        Address: Maruti suzuki arena biharsharif near of Sogra college.

        I went to the Bihar Sharif showroom to buy a car in the month of September. In which my number was taken by the staff there.After that, the staff there are always harassed by calling. Which has bothered us. Whereas the staff there have been told by me that I may not take the car. Despite that, he always calls. I wish that no call comes from there. If the call comes next time, I will go to the consumer forum.

          I am the consumer according to the bill date we had sent the car for service the car was perfectly right before the service after service there was break sound after 15 days it was sent for service again there was break sound body sound and back sound after 15 days it was sent to service same problems with no mailbox and engine is not smooth no response even after complaining to customer care and service manager

              I have done my third free servicing of Baleno Zeta recently washing and interior cleaning is very poor problems in horn is not rectified and handed over the vehicle I have called the service centre they assured to rectify the issue with in two days it's been ten days completed no response from service centre

                I had purchased wagonr (MP 09 HE 6560) in year 2005 and opted for maruti finance known as maruti countrywide, but now the finance company has been wind up and my loan was completed in 2010 but didnt get the noc for the same.Now I want to sell my car but due to NOC I am not able to sell it.So I request you to please provide me NOC as soon as possible .

                  I am a very proud owner of Vitara Brezza zxi. And everyone appreciates me for this but I realised that the interior design, quality and features are very bad the other company's cars like Nexon, Venue, Sonet etc. So, i request you to improve these things please 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you.

                    I am being forced to get 5 years extended warranty from agency and their behavior toward the customer is also not good. The name of agency is nainital motors haldwani uttarakhand on rampur road.

                        Car put in workshop for front side damage, by insurance, company team observed all situations, get photos by all sides view, while getting car delivery, I observed rear side headlight and bumper are damaged, I won't any pre information or suggestions for it, I suspect it may be in workshop by oversight,
                        If it happens by me, why do not any information or suggestions or any arguements related to insurance with me.
                        I suspect their loyalty in work with my car,
                        I trust your whole home company, but see this matter carefully, seriously.

                          We have maruti automatic (AT ABS) car. Recently we face some problem with brake booster with Master cylinder of our car. We tried to fix the issue by taking our car to several maruti authorised service stations but they couldn't help with this problem. After that we sent mail to your maruti company but they didn't even respond yet. We have paid maruti lifetime road tax and our car hasn't even crossed 10 years yet. So if the product is not available in the market then it's your company's responsibility to find the same and help us getting out of the issue.

                            Swift Engine Vibration and Clutter

                            I own 2022 model swift petrol vxi vehicle. I bought my car a month ago and i have been experiencing jerking and engine noise clutter while shifting gears. My car has just completed 1000 kms and i been facing this issue from day one. I have registered complaint against this issue with my dealership Sai Sevice edappally and they have arranged few new vehicles to test the issue. We found that all the new swift is having this jerk and clutter...

                            Since from Jan To Feb they are communicated me salary of 35K per month from Jan to till date I didn't get single Rupees whenever I asked my salary they are telling we will give ur both month in March but still I m not getting my salary ..

                            My humble request is I m from Terdal its from Bagalkot 110kilometres I m staying here in rented room. I have family problems so that's why I came to work here ..

                            Plz help me to get my Salary several times I called them not getting any response..

                            Its My Basic rights to ask ..

                                1-Reapir/bodyshop work of rear dicky work after this work rain water entered in car then gain complain & repaired done by workshop but again same problem observed during rain,

                                  I am very disappointed with the Services of MSIl as I did not get resolution of Repeatedly failure of clutch ...and I am raising this issue with Maruti since 2017.

                                  But still they have no actual Rootcause of failure in my Car. every time they have commited for the permanent resolution but still no body bothered to resolve as i have spend huge ammout for this Correction.

                                  So requested please help me out from this financial and time loss

                                    I have given my vehicle for second free service to Fortpoint Automotive, Thane service centre and following are the complaints:
                                    1) the car was not delivered at the time committed even though I had called them that I would be reaching on time. I had to wait for more than 90 minutes since the car was not washed
                                    2) the staff at fortpoint was busy with their chatting and mobile phones rather than attending the customers
                                    3) the car was so badly cleaned and handed over that I had to take it for washing all over again
                                    If Maruti Suzuki feels that they do not have to provide quality service since it is free for customers kindly inform the customers and ask them to pay for the servicing
