Recently I have brought igination coil for my swift VXI 2016 from geniune spare parts .
Since in showroom in that particular day They said will take time to look into this job.
So i went outside some car shop for the cylinder 2 error Machanic ask me buy the parts .
I went to geniune spare parts auto nager vijaywada shop.
Even i have the bill too.
But after 2 weeks its the same igination coil has been damaged im getting the same cylinder 2 error.
When i went to maruti showroom we can't so anything since u replace from outside.
Its about 1000 rupees not one rupees. I have send a mail to maruti for some other issues i dint get reply from that.
So I'm making this complaint about bad quality products from Maruti.

    Hi Team Maruti Suzuki,

    This is one of the worst experience of mine buying a Maruti suzuki car because on the second periodic service your authorized service center got my car accident with 4 other cars & damaged it from several parts.
    Now after 8-10 days, these guys have not repaired the car in which i am supposed to pay for it from my insurance company. When i have paid to my insurance company then how can your people damage the car and you guys force me to pay from my insurance company. If the car is damaged by your authorized service center then how am I responsible for paying the damages.
    I am pissed off with the service what maruti suzuki is offering. No body gave me resolutions then later i requested them to atleast give a complimentary service of some discount on service but unfortunately magic auto denied the same. I think it was totally my mistake that i visited maruti suzuki authorized workshop for getting my service done. I have paid enough of amount on the car and paying constantly for the services and spares to maruti suzuki. Do i look fool to you people
    I am attaching photographs of the damaged done by your workshop. Please intervene in between and my last option after this will be uploading a video on YouTube to get the justice from all these nuisance that your service center has created for me. Because as per you service center getting vehicle hit or accident is common thing to them and they show us the terms and conditions document.
    Please look into it earliest possible.

    This was the email which i was sending yesterday but unfortunately your email id related to [protected]@maruti.co.in is not working. All the maruti suzuki employees emails are not working. Now today's update was that the workshop repaired the parts in third class quality and put on the damaged and dented parts painted. however the paint quality is extremely poor in quality. How shall i keep such a damaged car. My last option is to visit consumer court in such case because this is not a professionalism that you guys are misleading the customer.

            Sir, With due respect I would like to bring into your notice that I purchased a Ciaz (Alpha) Hybrid From Nexa Ghaziabad in 2020. Now after a year through a news report I got to know that there was faulty motor generator unit in my lot of cars, and all of the motor generator units were replaced by the company, now when the company changed my motor generator unit, my hybrid battery wasn’t getting charged, I Asked the company to change the hybrid battery as it didn’t charge due to their faulty generator, in-turn they said you have installed a stereo that is why you warranty is void and you have to purchase the battery now It is upto your better understanding that whether a battery gets discharged due to a faulty motor generator unit or A stereo, plus the battery is for 60000 inr. Now Is this not the responsibility of maruti suzuki co. this is pure fraudulent activities from a company, I Have tried contacting them on twitter but no response.

                  After 76, 000 kms there was a major issue of Gear Shift from 3rd Gear to 2nd Gear, with the motion not taking place.
                  The Failed Synchronising ring, show the FAULTY Material used at the time of delivery of the car and is purely a quality issue with the CAR at the time of sale.
                  This sort of inferior material and design is not acceptable and needs to be addressed by the Quality department of Maruti - SUZUKI

                    Sir/madam,
                    I Saras Manoj Dubey reseing at Room No. 201, Building no. H1, Arihant city complex, Kalyan bhiwandi road, Bhiwandi, Dist thane, State Maharashtra, country India, have purchased a suzuki access 125 scooter, (with chassis No. and Engine No. mentioned above) from Badal Motors Add: Yasin Mension, Gr. Floor, Nr Sagar plaza hotel, Naiggaon road, Bhiwandi, Dist thane, State Maharashtra, country India, Mob: [protected] / [protected], E-mail: [protected]@gmail.com, as on 05/09/2021, which was shown to be sold on 12/12/2021 in owner’s manual book which was received in the month of February 2022, by me.
                    My complaints are:
                    1. Right from the possession of the bike i.e. 05/09/2021 kilometer indicator of bike is showing 3 kilometer only, and there is no increment in kilometer till date.
                    2. Within a month from the possession of the bike i.e. in the month of October 2021 I noticed that one yellow signal was flickering every now and it was brought in the notice of dealer, he said that it will be removed (put right) at the time of service and service will be commencing after receiving owner’s manual.
                    3. According to me kilometer indicator shall be in function right from the day of purchase of bike.
                    4. This flickering light (please see pic 1 and pic 2), occurs when the scooter is of old model and is not in use for a long time.
                    5. There is something F I indication (flickering) in the indication panel (pic 1, 4 and 6) which is also a defect in bike. I have used this bike for not more than 100km.
                    6. Pic no. 7 is the photograph of receipt and pic 8 is photograph of owner’s manual book.
                    7. Under the circumstances it is requested that:
                    A. Please provide me the details that when this bike was manufactured and when it was delivered to the dealer.
                    B. What is the reason of this flickering lights as mentioned above?
                    C. What is the maximum retail price of above said bike?
                    D. Why did the kilometer meter is not functioning?
                    E. Why this F I is flickering and the reason behind it?
                    F. All the above problems are negligible or not and are they dangerous and threat for the rider or not.
                    G. Because of these defects I am not able to use my bike on regular basis as such please exchange this bike.
                    Please exchange the bike and do the needful for the improper service and negligence from the part of dealer.

                      I was told by their staff that you get the LS order as soon as possible and take the car, your car is parked in the agency.

                      After going to the showroom, I was told that the car is not available here yet.

                      I still have not received it.

                          I have booked Ertiga CNG VXI on 23-August-2021 from Competent Automobiles Ghazipur Delhi 92.
                          Its been 7 months and there is no update on the delivery of vehicle and there is no assurance from dealer as well.
                          At time of delivery it was commited 12 weeks of waiting time now its above 7 months.
                          I am without any vehicle from long time and facing alot of issues.
                          Please help in escalating this issue to Maruti or Competent managment so that someone can hear my voice.

                              I went to the Bihar Sharif showroom to buy a car in the month of September. In which my number was taken by the staff there.After that, the staff there are always harassed by calling. Which has bothered us. Whereas the staff there have been told by me that I may not take the car. Despite that, he always calls. I wish that no call comes from there. If the call comes next time, I will go to the consumer forum.

                                      I had purchased wagonr (MP 09 HE 6560) in year 2005 and opted for maruti finance known as maruti countrywide, but now the finance company has been wind up and my loan was completed in 2010 but didnt get the noc for the same.Now I want to sell my car but due to NOC I am not able to sell it.So I request you to please provide me NOC as soon as possible .

                                        I am a very proud owner of Vitara Brezza zxi. And everyone appreciates me for this but I realised that the interior design, quality and features are very bad the other company's cars like Nexon, Venue, Sonet etc. So, i request you to improve these things please 🙏🙏🙏.
