Hi, My MSPIN 1036010, and my dealer code 0902-09 Pallavi Motors. My salary is 8500, which is not sufficient for a employee in this situation. But the dealer not understand the situation of a employees life. Every employees have room rent (except someone), petrol expanse, monthly grocery expanse..etc. Please Help us in this situation🙏. And also request you to please don't highlight my identity infornt of my dealer.

        Refund of Cancelled Booking amount

        @Maruti_Corp I had cancelled my booking, 18 days past, till date no refund received from your Sai Serive, Pune Phugewadi Showroom.
        Is there any TAT or refund policy exists in Maruti Corp. or Sai Service.
        Very Very Disappointing experience..
        I am in need of money kindly arrange....

        I have used a Maruti vehicle for more than 19 years now with fair respect by understanding the motto of the company. However Its not true, I lost complete faith now. What can we expect from the company which is not capable enough to address the customer query and provide proper response to the customer..?

        I booked WagonR by last month (13th Jan), however the hike of 32.5k for an entry level vehicle announced later by end of the month. The company billed the hiked the price for the booking made as well. I'm really not sure, what's the meaning of booking here. Also is this really logical, ethical..? The company never responded for any of my queries till today.

        1. Is this really make sense to raise huge (32.5k) for the entry level vehicle .? by considering only middle and lower middle class people generally go for entry level. I personally never seen this much hike in the past.

        2. If it is a huge increase also, I hope there are options with company to make it lower for the booking already been made.

        3. Moreover the price hike for the existing booking is looks to be logical thing compare to any other product in the world..? I think competitors like TATA and Hyundai realize it is something not ethical in an industry.

        4. Being ethical and following principles of the company does it really take 20+ days to reply to any customer email irrespective of follow-ups.?

        5. Being a customer do we have to struggle this much to reach out someone in Maruti..?

          Totally let down by the service staff at Vitesse service located at Prabhadevi and in particular the staff who attended to me – Mr. Sameer Valve.

          Took my car – Maruti Ertiga VDI (fully loaded) to the service centre on 5th Feb 2022 which was a Saturday – after inspection, I was asked about the service history and the same was noted.

          Thereafter, I was informed what all would be changed as a matter of routine service and told that some servicing would have to be carried out either due to the time gap between the last service and / or KMs driven.

          I readily agreed to all that was explained to me. I was given an estimate of around 15, 000/- and I agreed to the same with s few requests from my side – which was ALL agreed to.

          1) I requested that my car be thoroughly cleaned from inside (as a loyal customer) and this was promised along with seat shampoo thrown in complimentary.
          2) The 3rd row seat was making some squeaking noise and I was informed that the cost included the greasing and oiling anyways and that this would be taken care of in the paid service itself.
          3) There was a scratch on the front screen in the line of view of the driver caused by the wiper blade and I requested that if the team there could get someone to buff the scratch away, I would be grateful – I was promised that it would be attempted but the result could not be guaranteed and I agreed to the same.
          4) The stepney tyre had never been used and due to which I was apprehensive that that the mechanism to lower the Stepney tyre could be jammed. I requested them to just lower the same and oil the same so that in case I had to replace the tyre in an emergency it should be free and not jammed.
          5) 47, 000 Kms done, I requested them to check the brakes and shock absorbers etc.
          6) I had recently fitted HID bulbs in my car and at the time of fittings of the same, the headlight alignment appeared to have been marginally altered from the original positioning. I requested that if it was not some herculean task, could the team ensure that the same was corrected and that focus / fall of the light was adjusted as per original setting.

          When I went to collect my car on Monday, I was totally aghast and felt cheated by Vitesse.

          1) Forget my request to clean the interior, even the exterior was dirty, and I was told that the car had been washed in the morning and that the dust was of that day itself. There were tell-tale signs that no washing had been carried out, the wheel wells were dirty, the dirt around the edges of the front screen and rear screen as well as the rear quarter glass showed enough proof that the car had at best been wiped lazily and not washed. No vacuum was done on the inside, the seats has all the stains and dirt marks as before, the arm rest was not touched, the steering had been wiped with a cloth but not cleaned properly, the small pockets that are present on the door handles to keep coins etc had dirt inside them (not cleaned at all). Even the inside of the front screen had finger-print impressions and it was apparent that no one had even bothered to wipe the front screen from the inside. I was so disgusted that I had to call Mr. Faizal (I believe he was in-charge of the workshop service dept.) and he asked Sameer why the cleaning had not been carried out as promised. Quickly, few people got around and tried to clean as best they could whilst my time was wasted as I had to stand for 1.5 hours in order to collect my car due to this delay. I really wonder what the approx. Rs. 2, 500/- is taken towards cleaning and vacuuming etc. and misc charges.

          2) Whilst the above cleaning was underway, I checked my rear seat and was astonished to note that the squeaking had not stopped and was the same as before. Once again, I called out to Sameer and asked him if he has done the oiling/greasing as was informed to me that it was part of and included in the service costs? It was only at that time that he instructed someone to get some lubricant and work on that. This – when it was supposed to have been done anyways and for which I was charged.

          3) I noticed that the scratch had not been touched, leave alone buffing the scratch away. When I pointed this – someone was asked to look at that. What I realised after driving away from there is that whoever worked on that scratch has ruined the 2-inch area on either side of the scratch all along the length of the scratch which is nearly 8 – 10 inched long. Instead of clearing the glass, they have ruined my front screen and now driving in the night has become more of an issue than what it was with just a simple scratch. The headlight from an oncoming car scatters the light all along the 3 – 4-inch width and nearly 8 – 10 inches in length – that too right in front of the driver’s line of view.

          4) Immediately after collecting my car from the workshop, I took my car to Saifee Tyres (Khar) to replace all 4 tyres as they had seen 47, 000 kms and a replacement was due. In the course of replacing the 4 tyres, it is customary to get the Stepney down and inspect it and then based on the least worn out tyre, that 1 tyre is kept as Stepney. It was at this point when they tried to lower the Stepney that I realised that this simple request to oil the mechanism was also not carried out. It took them some effort and they used RUST-OFF to get the mechanism going and they took care of this small but relevant issue for me which should have been done at the service centre. What a Shame !

          5) The mechanics could not believe me when I informed them that I had come straight from the service centre. They were shocked and could not fathom how the mechanics at Maruti had not informed me that the shock absorbers needed work / maybe even replacement. I told them that I had explicitly asked the service team to check the shock abs and no one informed me there was any issues with the same. They pushed the front of the car down – either side - to show me that there were issues with the shock abs. This was the most hard hitting of all the follies because if the shock abs are not working as they are supposed to it severely compromises the handling of the car and therefore can be life threatening for the occupants. How could the team NOT HAVE checked the shock-abs? I really fail to understand this. Now, I will have to spend time again to go and give the car to a Garage ( going back to Vitesse is out of the question) and I will have to be without a car for a couple of days, there will be test drives by the mechanics after the shock-abs are replaced and once again the interiors will get soiled and I will have greasy finger-prints on the steering and gear knob etc. So the entire sham of the interior cleaning will be brought to nought.

          6) It was last evening when I drove back from Saifee Tyres back to Worli (my residence) and it was then I noticed that the headlight adjustment had also not been carried out. It was a request as I thought the mechanics would know how to align the headlamps perfectly as they are trained at Maruti Suzuki institute. But even this small request was not met.
          If any of the above requests could not have been carried out or the same was on a chargeable basis, I was not told. If any service was to be charged, I would have agreed as I did for all that was asked of me, if anything could not be carried out by them, it should have been pointed out but was not done. At the time of pick up, when I kept asking them if all my requests have been worked upon or were there any not done, I was promised by Sameer Valve that all requests were successfully worked upon. I was blatantly lied to – on my face – and without thinking that the ruined front screen, the jammed Stepney mechanism, the issues with the shock-abs etc were all things that could lead to troubles for me and my family which commuting in the Ertiga.

          Such fake promises and lies make me doubt whether the engine oil / brake oil / coolant / gear oil / oil filter / AC filter etc were actually replaced or I have been cheated in all these too. Just charged me and let the earlier oils / filters etc remain with just some top-ups made. I am in two minds to actually take my car to another reputed Garage and get all these checked if they have actually been replaced and if not, they file a police complaint for cheating and also to the consumer forum for deficiency of services provided against full payment.

          I am weighing my options and am very much inclined to report the above to the Consumer forum and seek damages and seek other compensations for the fake promises and lies that were fed to me. I have photos of the initial noting’s made when I was dropping the car as well as the WhatsApp exchanges with Sameer which will more than prove all my averments hereinabove to be factual.

          I have lost my complete faith in Vitesse – someone from whom we had purchased our first Maruti (original Japan import Suzuki actually) in 1984 (MFA 1416 & MFA 1211 – these were the 2 cars we were allotted in a lottery basis).

          Even roadside Garages don’t cheat in this manner – the way the Vitesse team cheated me at Prabhadevi. Sameer Valve should be sacked for his lackadaisical attitude towards the client and shirking his responsibilities.

          This is not the last from me – I am also in the mood to copy paste all this on various blog sites for other Maruti customers to be aware of such let downs.

            I lodged an email to one of your service center in Kerala/thiruvalla(popular maruti service kavumbhagom) 3 weeks back regarding a problem with my s cross car.Till this date i didn't receive a reply from them.The car is having annual maintenance contract and extended warranty.
            The issue is related to gear shift.
            Please advise.

              I'm planning to convert my commercial Ertiga Tour M to private. Before that i wanted to know whether this can be done or not. I tried to reach the Manufacturer but there is no any response from the Maruti team.

              If i make it to private vehicle then there should be way to remove the speed governor of that vehicle.

                I had booked a celerio on 6 jan 2022 and was promised the car by jan 2022 end. But as on date 12 feb 2022 i have neither got the car nor getting any satisfacory answer from the dealer. My car is booked at pandit automobiles yamunanagar by the name mrs amrit kaur mundi

Believing your assured period, i had sold my old car during December 2021. Due to this, i experience many difficulties without usage of four wheeler. Sir i reuest you to deliver my new booked car as early as possible. At the same time, if the delivery gets delay and please request you to arrange me a substitute car that i may use it till my new car is delivered. i hope that you may consider my requisition and take the necessary steps as soon as possible.

                        Hi i booked an ertiga on 21/1/22 from Maruti Suzuki ARENA (AAA Vehicleades, New Delhi, Ghevra) my booking number is SOB21001019. They committed to provide my car within a week. After his commitment i sold my car and waiting for new my car. After one week they said we have some technical issue so not able to provide your car delivery, so the requested to allow few days more. I agreed because i could not do anything. After 2 weeks same thing happened and told me to wait more 10 days. This is very in professional think for maruti. I am facing many problems because of this. They are only doing fake promises and commitments just because of increasing their sales. When I told him to complaint in consumer forum then they said you don’t have commitment in our official letter head, so you cannot do anything. This is very frustrating. This is my first complaint, I will add more if they will not deliver my car soon

                            Dear sir,
                            I want to service my vehicle burgman street
                            3rd free service, from last two days i am going to suzuki bahadurpura service centre at 9.15 am.the staff behaviour is very bad and they not accepting my vehicle.they tell me they will accept daily only 15 vehicles.
                            And the second thing is my vehicle battery exide company is not functioning properly under warranty.
                            I ask them to replace the battery they tell it will take 8 days.so i tell them give me letter stamp for battery fault i will directly go to company for replacement but the management deny to give any letter.

                              I purchased car from future auto dehradun . And fast tag issued by company .. which have zero balance. Which I told to customer advisor.
                              But they didn't react to that . After which I have to pay double tax in toll plaza. And again after that I recharge my fast tag by 200 rupe but it didn't settled in my fast tag account. After that I complain to custmer manager for this issue . She took 2 hour to resolve but can't find any thing I attached all my fast tag account detail my recharge . After that I purchased new fast tag because I am in toll plaza . After that I called to highway delight app custmer no. By which they refunded me but my issue is that what's Is maruti custmer service has given to Mee they can't even process the app which they provided to me. I paid two times double paymnt to toll plaza. Who are responsible for that . I mail to maruti custmer care. But they won't respond. And I want that to refund the amount for which I paid to company against fast tag i waiting for your postive reply thanku!!

                                I had on 25 Nov 2021, taken possession of one Maruti Vitara Brezza
                                LXI purchased by me from Maruti dealer at Kerala namely M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 vide their Invoice number 15/VSL/21000931 dated 19 Nov 21 through CSD.
                                2. However one issue of concern was regarding the Extended Warranty. The payment for my car was made in two parts as follow.
                                a) The first part namely Rs 670350.80 was paid direct by me on-line on 13 Nov 2021 to Canteen Services Department (CSD) through their website.
                                b) The second part namely Rs 131143 was paid by me direct to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 of which Rs 12944.60 formed sub-payment towards the said Extended Warranty in question.

                                3. Therefore, the said Extended Warranty was very much a
                                part of Maruti sales package with me (and not in anyway related to the CSD) . This Extended Warranty has been provided to me directly by Maruti from the sum which I paid expressly to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 . To sum-up, the agreement for the Extended
                                Warranty was thus purely between me and M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 .
                                4.On receiving the soft copy of the said Extended warranty, I was taken
                                aback when I noticed that the said Extended Warranty was issued in favour of CSD Kochi and not to me .

                                5. I feel that this is wrong and totally incorrect. I had taken up my concern with M/S Sarathy Auto cars and Maruti CEO vide my e-mails to them. However I have still not received any satisfactory explanation from Maruti.

                                5. I am aggrieved by the above as I emphatically feel that the Warranty should have been be issued in my favour. I therefore request your kind action and request the following of your goodself.
                                a) Maruti may be directed to re-issue the said Extended Warranty earliest in my favour.
                                b) If above not possible, I may be refunded earliest the amount paid by me namely Rs 12944.60

                                  I had booked a Swift ZXi-AGS orange colour on 7thDec21. Delivery commitment was 4-6 weeks. Dealer booked order by saying to deliver in 4 weeks. However after strong follow up they gave a despatch date of 25thJan22 saying delays due to COVID. This delivery date also failed. The matter was escalated to Maruti Suzuki regional office. They simply moved the delivery to 15thMar22 (again no strong commitment to this as well) or mentioned we can choose to cancel on 27thJan22 saying chip shortage. The COVID and chip issue was present while we booked and has been continuing. Understand few days here and there but how can some one double the delivery period. This shows they are misguiding consumers thus not allowing them to take a informed right decision at the point of booking.

                                    Maruti Suzuki India — False commitment of delivery of Ertiga ZXI+ (in Solapur) by the Manager Mr. Saka ([protected]) of Chavan Motor, solapur
                                    Dear Team,

                                    This complaint against false commitment of delivery of Ertiga ZXI+ (in solapur) by the Manager Mr. Saka [protected] of Chavan Motor, solapur

                                    when i booked the car on dt: 03.01.2022 they committed me to handover the Car (Ertiga ZXI+) before 31st jan. but they didn't hand over the car to me. after that they committee me to handover the car on 2nd Feb 2022. now they again ask me that the car has not been dispatched from our Manesar plant.
                                    before book the car, i clearly ask them that i want the delivery of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZXI+ before dt: 03rd Feb 2022 because that time its our Marriage anniversary, and the committee me the same date.

                                    now till time i have not received the Car.
                                    Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
                                    also take action on Mr. Saka[protected], who is not reliable on the post of Manager in your esteem company.
                                    Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      This complaint against false commitment of delivery of Ertiga ZXI+ (in Ludhiana) by the Manager Mr. Manoj ([protected]) of Gulzar Moter, Ludhiana.

                                      when i booked the car on dt: 17.01.2022 they committed me to handover the Car (Ertiga ZXI+) before 31st March. but they didn't hand over the car to me. after that they committee me to handover the car on 2nd Feb 2022. now they again ask me that the car has not been dispatched from our Manesar plant.
                                      before book the car, i clearly ask them that i want the delivery of Maruti Suzuki Ertiga ZXI+ before dt: 03rd Feb 2022 because that time its our Marriage anniversary, and the committee me the same date.

                                      now till time i have not received the Car.
                                      Please look into the matter and do the needful at your earliest.
                                      also take action on Mr. Manoj, who is not reliable on the post of Manager in your esteem company.
                                      if you don't take any action, i will go for legal action.
