Car maruti vitara brezza purchased on feb 2018, Rusting problem faced on july 2019 .
poor quality work done by dealer. issued same problem faced after few months.
Called & visit many times at dealer but no satisfactory result given by dealer side.
also there staff and general manger did bad behaviour with me at workshop many times.
please look into this matter and escilate my complaint to higher department

    I am gautham, in 2019 I bought a new Ertiga smart hybrid petrol model, car number TN63BE 6600, it's not even cross 3 years, or 80000 km, NOW its in Madurai ABT maruthi service station, due to engine problem, it has 100000 km engine warranty which given by maruthi Suzuki company, engine problem is not small issue, , , it's a big manufacturing defects by your company, now I am requesting you to solve the issue, more then 15 days my car in Madurai ABT service center, I am suffering without car, , , if you not solve my problem in warranty, I will take legal action in consumer court, , , ,

      Hello,

      I have a Baleno vehicle purchased from Nexa Mangalore on November 2017. Registration No is KA20MB7670. In four years I am seeing rust formation in many parts of the body because of the poor paint quality (?). In my recent service, I have been told that Maruti Suzuki gives only two years of warranty on paint. I don't believe a car of 9 lakhs price tag comes with such a low quality paint. Please suggest.

        My vehicle no KA-05-MT9213 given for service on 8/12/2021 and the company didn't attend the problems properly

        I have purchased maruti dezire in the nov 2021.and for the same i have exchanged my old car. THe car was given to the dealer auto vogue panchkula.
        now a week back i have received a challan of 10k rupees for the polution of my old car which i had given to the delear.

        pl look in to matter on priroity and resolve the same.

          for repaire it take abount 25 to 30 days as per there communication on phone call.

          is there is maruti service for commercial vehicle help for parts for a month

          i cant see this type of service till date

            I own a Maruti Alto Lxi. Around October 2020, the car brakes started making some strange loud humming noise while braking. So I duly got it checked at the MUM Maruti service station in Dagapur, Siliguri, West Bengal. After thorough checking, they said that the brake disc and brake shoes have worn out and needs to be changed. I permitted it and got both the brake disc and brake shoes changed along with the general servicing. Before releasing the car from the service station, I went for a test drive with one of the workers whos was working on my car, I noticed the sound has faded but still there. The worker said that it will take a little time for the disc and brakes to get aligned, so after running a few kilometers this sound will go away. I believed him and got the car released. The sound never faded away completely although it was next to nothing. After a few months, maybe 7-8 months approx, I again began to notice the same humming sound getting louder as before changing the disc and shoes before. So I decided to get it checked again in September 2021 at the same MUM Maruti service station in Dagapur, Siliguri, West Bengal. To my surprise, upon inspection, they said that the brake shoes have worn out and needs to be changed. This was strange enough as my car ran only about some 400-500 Kilometers between October 2020 and September 2021. When asked why the brake hoes have have worn out so soon, the manager just simply said that they don't know and are installing genuine spare parts so it's not their fault. "if you have a complaint, go contact the company", was his reply. Nevertheless, I got the brake shoes changed again and paid the full amount. It has been 2 months and a couple of 100 Kms since and the strange humming sound has started coming again as loud as it was with the original unchanged brake disc and shoes the very first time. I do not know if Maruti is manufacturing sub standard parts or the service station is fitting duplicate parts in our cars. I have been a loyal Maruti customer for years and never faced such problems but lately getting the car serviced is becoming a nuisance as I am told to change 1 or the other part every time I go in for servicing to a genuine authorized service station. Please look into the matter and solve this menace.

              Dear Sir / Madam,

              I am Manoj M, Working with Jawaharlal College of Engineering & Technology, Ottapalm, Palakkad as Assistant Professor.
              I am planning to buy compact sedan and I myself contacted INDUS, Ottapalam branch on 08.11.2021. I contacted through Mr. Praveen, Service Executive of that centre. After that one of the person namely Mr. Prakasan K Nair contacted me in this regard. This was the exchange purchase. So he came to meet me on 11.11.2021 to discuss about the dealing. So we discussed and came to a conclusion of exchanging the car and I will book D’ZIRE according to my wish.
              Next day, on 12.11.2021 Mr. Prakasan K Nair called me and asked me to bring my car to his place for inspection. I was annoyed hearing this. A customer needs to go and meet representative is weird to hear. Anyhow, I went there thinking that I can see the vehicle models. I informed my wish of witnessing new vehicle model to Mr. Prakasan K Nair. He agreed. I went there, inspecting of vehicle has happened. But I couldn’t see the new vehicle. No Demo Car or sample vehicle is available in the outlet. I was very much disappointed with his activity. He said tomorrow he will come with vehicle for test drive.
              On 15.11.2021, I called and asked for a test drive. The reply was shocked; you can come to our premises to take test drive was the answer given by Mr. Prakasan K Nair. Any how I managed to reach there at INDUS Ottapalam by 4.30pm. Again I was cheated for the second time. There is no vehicle available. I was disappointed and turned back.
              On 17.11.2021, I called again for test drive. He asked me to come there for taking test drive. This activity made lot of disturbance. On the same day my vehicle was taken by MARUTI in the morning. Evening I went to Ottapalam for taking test drive as per the instruction given by Mr. Prakasan K Nair, the active worker who is always asking the customer to visit the outlet to make his work done. But strange, that day also no vehicle is available for test drive. Again I came back.
              On 18.11.2021, As usual he asked me to visit his office for TEST DRIVE. I reach there and this time I got vehicle to test drive. I am asking test drive to make confirmation on Manual or AGS. I got SWIFT AGS for test drive. I am not satisfied with AGS. So I booked D’ZIRE on that same day by paying 185000/- as advance. Have given a customer ID: OTP430816 & Receipt Number OTP/CASH/21-22/445. They told vehicle can be delivered by January 2022.
              Days went on. In between I went to outlet again for general enquiry. Also I wish to reserve registration number. Mr. Prakasan K Nair had given be an Agent Broking number for doing the process of Registration Number Booking, which I felt too bad on this activity. If a customer is going and meeting all the time and doing things by their own, then what is the need for the representative. In this way he is not doing his work. He is getting all the works done by customer.
              On 25.11.2021, Mr. Prakasan K nair called me and informed that your vehicle is allotted and is shipped to Palakkad. Also said the vehicle Allotted for Kozhikode branch is shifted to Palakkad. After that on 04.12.2021, I called to enquire about the vehicle. He said that the vehicle reached Palakkad Branch. So with this statement, I arranged cash for the vehicle and paid through bank account provided by him. The cash was transferred through RTGS on 06.12.2021. Then I went to INDUS Ottapalam and Mr. Prakasan K Nair was not there. I was welcomed by Branch manager, Mr. Krishnan. He was politely responding to my queries. I came to know that the information given by mr. Prakasan K Nair is wrong. The registration number is to be booked by them, not by us and also the vehicle is in Kozhikode, may be today it will reach Palakkad. Mr. Prakasan K Nair told it was already reached Palakkad three days before. Also the manager told that Mr. Prakasan k Nair will come and meet you today. I waited till 04.00pm, no one will contact or come to meet me. Again in the evening I went to Outlet to and collected the receipt for my transactions. Receipt No is OTP/RTGS/21-22/358 and OTP/RTGS/21-22/359 (Three Lakhs each). I am in urge of booking my favourite number. As usual Mr. Prakasan k Nair is not there in outlet, So the Manager assure me that the things will be okay by 07.12.2021. With this hope I returned home.
              On 07.12.2021, One Ms. Bindhu from INDUS back office called me for the car insurance related queries. I selected a premium and that process was completed and I have received a message stating that the insurance policy is issued (Proposal Number: N[protected]. So my hope has increased and called Mr. Prakasan K Nair and Ms. Bindhu to make the number booking possible by tomorrow. They agreed. Since no one from the INDUS is taken responsible for Registration Number booking, I myself taken the initiative. But I required ‘Application Number Of Purchased Vehicle Received From Dealer/ARTO’ that is supposed to be provided by Dealership. This has not given by them on 07.12.2021. I again called Prakasan k Nair, he told that he will provide on 08.12.2021.
              On 08.12.2021, I called Prakasan K Nair in the morning. He told that he will provide in the noon. In after noon I again called and enquire, I was replied the things will not be done today, it will be ready by 09.12.2021 after noon. I told him, please do the things at the earliest, I may loss the number I wish. Then I called Ms. Bindhu ([protected]) around 10 times in different times, she didn’t attend they call. A very pleasant response to his customer. She was talking to another person in between, she purposefully not attending my calls. Then I called Prakasan k Nair, his response was very much shocked, the one lakh rupees is to be billed through TRUE VALUE, as the exchange was carried out. All the amount was transferred from my side and the delayed happened from distributer side and to which, we the customer needs to suffer. That too not responding to calls. A very pathetic situation form INDUS / Maruti Distributor which will making their customer not satisfactory by their behaviour. By 04.00pm I called Mr. Prakasan K Nair again and he is saying that they didn’t take fastag yet, which is mandatory to take registration. A careless behaviour form their side, a customer is requesting for the process to do as early as possible, but the delay and careless handling is done form the distributor end. I hope at least by today the process will be completed from distributer end by valuing the customer by least. Then only I can book the registration number and release the car on Monday. I hope for the best.
              I was the user of Honda, Hyundai and Chevrolet. Now I am planning to move Maruti, but the initial process itself making me discomfort and the lethargic behaviour of Maruti staff make me dissatisfied at the beginning itself. As a customer, I request you to take necessary action against an irresponsive staff like Ms. Bindhu and the useless staff like Mr. Prakasan K Nair for the benefit and support of the customer and customer needs.

              Due to failing the duty of Mr. Prakasan K nair and Ms. Bindhu, I faced a loss in mu NCB which they failed to inform me at the beginning.
              It is also likely to inform you that they provide me the Consumer Bonus of 7000, Teachers reduction of 3000 and exchange bonus of 5000. Total benefits of 15000 they provided. But in advertisement, total of 27000 benefits is showing against D’ZIRE. Please confirm on this regard also.
              Also I request to provide the split up of Road Tax amount mentioned in the worksheet (Rs. 86020). It is noted some variation in the amount with the actual.

                    My car was in repair for d/p, yesterday they call me and said that my vehicle is ready to deliver so i went n took the vehicle form the workshop while I reach home I saw that the car windshield glass was with paint, so today I have call them and told that the windshield glass is with lots of paint they told me that I will call you back but til now I have not yet got any response from them, This is the was to treat people, we used to go to maruti service centre for a good job, but if they will do like this it's not good, so kindly look at this matter. vehicle number is AS01MC0158.

                      I am greatly disappointed by Maruti Suzuki India and its dealer in Bhuj, Kutch. I was been told that we will get our car within 45 days maximum but now its been four months i am chasing and no one is responding properly. I booked a car against my old car and now it looks like I am been trapped. I am tired of there empty promises. Is there anyone who can suggest any possible solution to obtain my car on immediate basis? Thanks.

                        Late delivery of car
                        my self pawan kumar salgotra booked zxi breeza car on 13 aug. 2021.The dealer promised me that the car will arrive between 12-16 weeks.But the car does not delivered between the given time peroid.When i enquiry, the dealer always telling lie for several times and does not tell the exact date of car arriving.I make call several times but they always change the date of call arriving.The manager, gen.Manager does not pick the phone call and does not give any response

                            Dear Sir,

                            This is in reference to my car No. DL 3CCQ 3020, I would like to draw your attention that my car met with an accident in the month of Dec.’ 2019 beyond that my car went to Maruti Suzuki authorized Service station Seven Hills Okhla Phase -ll for repair.

                            My claim got approved by ICICI Lombard and my car was delivered to me in 15-20 days, being claimed by the service station to be in perfect condition and appeared to me to be the same from outside .

                            However in Oct 2021 when we got our car checked from some local vendor near to my house we got to notice that the Chassis of my car was never repaired and now it's completely in a rusty position and could fall anytime, it appears as if they had never repaired the same. When I approached them again with this situation they asked me not to escalate the situation and bring the car to them so that they could look into it again .

                            I am really angry as they cheated me and also the insurance company by claiming the full repair amount and not utilizing it on my car and made a fool out of me .

                            I am attaching the picture of my car's condition to your kind interest. Kindly look into the matter as I don’t want to go to that service station again,

                            ALso my car brakes have failed not once but thrice and that too while i was driving in the hills and this has happened when i got my brakes replaced after the first time it happened . First time it happened we got the brake pads replaced in srinagar but on the way itself it faced the same problem in Chopta in approx 100 Kms. We somehow managed to get back to Srinagar to the service station where they replaced the caliper pins and they assured nothing will go wrong.

                            However we got it checked in Delhi Karol Bagh service station. Where they even charged me labour charges for checking the braking system. Being assured everything was fine we went to kedarnath and faced the brake fail problem again, which was life threatening and also your road side assistance services are just waste of money. They never respond in tough situations.

                            I don't know why these service stations are not able to look into the problem and now we are asked to get the complete brake system to be changed, kindly guide us as we have been spending a lot of money because of it and now its causing additional problems while driving.

                              Sir i went to Jagmohan Motors Rohtak Branch in haryana on[protected] to exchange my Ritz VDI for new Vitara Brezza VXI. They estimated my Old vehicle value of Rs200000. They gave me a hand made invoice and in which the cost for the vehicle was 996973 after november discount of Rs 10000. There was additional corporate discount. This cost was including Rs 10000 MG accessories. I became ready to buy the vehicle and transferred Rs 100000 in Jagmohan Motors account. And transferred Rs 100 in their another account. I also talked with SBI representative for the loan of Rs700000 in their branch. I gave necessory documents to Jagmohan Motors. On today my loan got sanctioned and I gave them sanction letter of SBI Bank for deleivery of new Vitara Brezza. So in this way I paid Rs200000 for old vehicle and Rs100100 through online payment and Rs700000 from SBI Bank. I paid them Rs1000100 in total including all payement modes while there was Rs10000 exchange bonus also.
                              Today they sent me another invoice and in which they were showing Rs18914 still towards me for which i objected as they showed Rs19890 worth accessories instead of Rs 10000 which is very high and was not asked by me. I asked them to remove accessories which I didnt ask but they refused. And didnt deleiver the vehicle. Please take serious action agaonst them as they are looting people in this Pandemic condition where everybody is suffering a lot.

                                I have opted to get spare keys from Rajalakshmi cars maruthi madhavaram, for my baleno car on June 26 2021, from Mr janarthanan service personnel, he told we can get keys within 2 weeks, so I paid the advance but till (August22) no response and rude behaviour from Mr janathanan still he is speaking rudely and telling me to come on his specific time and date only, I have been waiting for 2 months, he doesn't have the qualities to be a service personnel, worst service from Rajalakshmi cars madhavaram.
                                Till now Nov 30, I have not received my key and manager Giri number one fraud cheater, he now casually telling key will not come and amount will not be refunded.kindly please help us in this issue.the manager speaking very rude kindly do the needful, below bills are attached.

                                  Address: Nexa service center solapur

                                  I have change my belt at 38000 km from Nexa service center solapur but again it will break at 58000 km...ur company gives warranty schedule of belt 30000 km..but my running is only 20000 km so how it can break...what was the reason?? I have change my belt again from ur service center they charge me for belt..let me know how it can break again and again I want a answer..

                                    Full description of the incident : My car engine got seized due to an exposed portion of the engine thru which oil leaked. The company is unwilling to listen to this product issue and is engaged in a cover up giving lame and un-connected excuses. The highlighted product issue has the potential to be a safety hazard for the road users and the occupants of the said vehicle. The issue needs to be investigated and taken up on priority by the company or else it is a potential life hazard.
                                    Desirable Resolution : The engine to be repaired/replaced by the company and the rectification of the exposed area to be done as it has been in the other models of Maruti Suzuki.

                                      I Buy New appolo 4 Wheeler tyre in my Eeco car. Tyres in Warranty period. Tyre used 25000 K. M. In my car. There is issue in tyres wire are shaw outside of the tyre. I need a Solution as early as possible.
