This is to inform you that we met with an accident in Baleno car HR10AG9558 model 2019 on 12 Dec 2021 at KMP expressway. There were some stones flattered on KMP expressway near kharkhoda and while passing the way our car got strongly hit by few stones due to which engine oil leaked down and our car stopped working. After this incident we immediately called crane service and got our Baleno car towed from the same point of the incidence and the crane dropped our car at Jagmohan motors near murthal road. We have a valid Crane Tow Bill with invoice number.

We had our car insurance through Oriental insurance company so we raised a claim and the Oriental Insurance surveyer came on 15 Dec 2021 to jagmohan motors agency to check the car status. Since that day we have not received any communication about insurance approval from Oriental insurance company
This is very unprofessional behaviour of the company.
We are very disappointed through Nexa company and oriental insurance company that our matter is not brought and catered since last 21 days.

It is very clear that this is an accident as we have supporting documents and we should get the approval asap.

We are regularly taking follow ups from oriental insurance company but there is no response till now.

Attached are oriental insurance copy, crane service bill, Car RC and claim form.

Please look into this matter urgently and get the resolution asap.

We are Maruti customer since last 20 yrs and have not bought cars from any other company. We believe in your service, kindly acknowledge and take quick and necessary action on this matter.

    Dear sir,
    I visited MARUTI SUZUKI KULDEEP MOTORS PVT.LTD. ETAWAH on 07/08/2021 first time and bucked MARUTI SUZUKI ERTIGA VXI CNG and paid 11000 for it.
    They insure me for delivery in january 2022 . Then they contact me again on second week of septmber and said to pay 45000 more .Which i paid on15/09/2021
    This all time they are cheating me and giving me fake receipt . On 22/10/2021 I contact customer care for further update They told to visit Maruti suzuki Etawah kuldeep motors. KULDEEP MOTOR's sales team told that there are no bucking on this name (Rakesh chandra verma) They said that they will buck again and they give me a receipt on 23/10/2021 Then i visited again on 25/10/2021 on that date they again bucked and give me a computrised receipt
    Now there sales team member demanding 20000 extra for fast processing
    So kindly a attention on that

      I purchased Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 from popular Maruti dealership kottarakkara. With in 4 months the car clutch is damaged from manufacturing defect. The vehicle runs only 290 kilometres only. Very bad experience Maruti Suzuki. Expecially the vehicle under warranty but the dealership wants money.

        Hi,

        I have purchased a Maruti Ertiga car during 2019. On 14 December, 2021 it hit on the payment and got damaged. i have given it for repair at Indus Motors - Kanjirapally - Kottayam. Till date the repair work has not been completed for want of drives shaft which is not available with dealers and claimed to make a Maruti order. This will take another 2 weeks time to procure the spare parts and further delay repairing the vehicle.

        It is highly disappointing to see the delay in procuring the spare parts and to get it repaired even after weeks time.

        Please take appropriate action to advise Indus Motors - Kanjirapally - Kottayam to resolve the issue of procuring drive shaft and get the vehicle on the road.

Every time i get to hear some stupid excuses and nothing more than that. They seems not at all trying to escalate further and customer satisfaction is completely missing.

              Dear Sir/ Madam I had a call Sai service centre from Agashi virar west Maharashtra informing me that my warrantg claim is rejected by maruti suzuki, May i know the reason plz, bcoz the rear dead Axle is manufactoring defect, bcoz many of my friends had faced the same problem.The vehicles manufactured in November 2020, Ihave almost have the same problem.So plz do the needfull .

                Madam/ Sir,
                This complaint is against Maruti Suzuki India for deficiency in their Services. I submit that I had on 25 Nov 2021, taken possession of one Maruti Vitara Brezza LXI purchased by me from Maruti dealer at Kerala namely M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 vide their Invoice number 15/VSL/21000931 dated 19 Nov 21 through Canteen services Department (CSD).
                2.However one issue of concern with respect to the above transaction was regarding the Extended Warranty. As part of the purchase package I had paid a sum of Rs 12944.60 towards the Extended Warranty. However I was taken aback when I noticed that the said Extended Warranty was issued in favour of CSD Kochi and not to me.
                3.I feel that this is wrong and totally incorrect. I had taken up my concern with M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 . Shri Vijay of the firm stated on 02 Dec 21 that in such cases nothing can be done by them as in case of vehicles purchased through CSD the warranty is always issued in favour of CSD. I am aggrieved by the above state of affairs, as I emphatically feel that the Warranty should be issued in my favour particularly in view of the following .
                a) The payment for the car was made by me in two parts (namely Rs 670351 direct to CSD and Rs 131143 to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010) . Now the referred Extended Warranty was solely a part of sales package of M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 with me and expressly not in anyway related to the CSD.
                b) The said Warranty was provided from the sum which I paid expressly to M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 . Thus the question of making the Extended Warranty in favour of CSD from the money paid by me was totally incorrect, intriguing and needless to say definitely a breach of trust and faith.
                c) Thus the agreement for the Extended Warranty was purely between me and M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 .
                4. I had taken up the case with, M/S Sarathy Auto cars Pallimukku, Kollam -691010 who stated that the referred matter was beyond their control and in the domain of their higher management.
                5.Accordingly I had taken up case with Shri K Ayukawa MD/CEO Maruti India, Shri Sanjeev Grover VP/ Company Secretary /Compliance officer Maruti India and also at [protected]@maruti.co.in vide my e-mails and reminders of 03 Dec 21, 06 Dec 21, 09 Dec 21 and 16 Dec 21 . However I received no reply and the case is still pending.
                6.My Grievance still remains to be addressed and I request through your good offices that the said Extended Warranty be issued earliest in my favour and that I may be provided with Hard Copy duly signed alternately, I may be refunded earliest the amount paid by me namely Rs 12944.60.

                  I, Puneet Kathuria having Ertiga DL9CAR5129 is forced with no option left other than to write a strong complaint against the mishebahve, abuse & harrashment faced by DD Motors, Najafgarh

                  We faced a misbehave, abusive and harassment from employees of DD Motors, Najafgarh during our pending car service on 15th December 2021

                  We had gone for service of our car ertiga in the month of november and it was done in Maruti, Mayapuri from then we are facing the problem in car related to back and middle seat issues, car break and wiper problem

                  2 times we were called by maruti but again the problem was not sorted out. We were told not to give any negative feedback to maruti customer care and assured of best service from next service

                  We blindly believed their words and did not raise complaint. Today, on 15th December 2021, . Drive came for pick up of ertiga and take ertiga to DD Motors, Najafgarh

                  It was really shocking to see the abusive langauge used by employees for no reasons. Without checking they misbehaved and started asking for money.

                  It was Mr. Gurpreet Singh ( Concerned Person ). We may be wrong in remembering the name of Person bu Persons specially Sardar Ji working as labourer or service man was working under Mr. Gurpreet used abusive language for no reasons and it was really an below the level of sincerity was used

                  Mr. Gurpreet was totally saving their employee specially sardar ji behaviour in front of everyone which was showing the character of illegal behaviour and arrogancy

                  They simply refused to check the car properly by stating it is not covered under DD Motors and uses flighty languages against Magic Auto and with harassment they asked us to go there and simply told not ot come here

                  No Only Magic Auto, they do not left any stone unturned to miss any torture given to us despite of our request to check the car properly

                  Being a Maruti customer for past 10 years, We have never seen such an uneducated, unethical and intentionally humiliation giving staff during our services

                  For Past 1 month, we have been harassed badly and really feel humiliated for no reasons

                  First they refused to give test drive to check the problem, After lot of request, they take the car for drive to check the problem in car. Even, they intentionally ignored the problem in car. Finally we came back without any service. Even during drive, they drive with carelessness and during drive they.

                  It was an shocking and unbelievable for such an behaviour by DD Motors. Even they had shown such an arrogance that nothing can be done against them despite of real and genuine complaints against them. It was really an arrogant behaviour

                  Senior Staff standing there and supporting such kind of abusive and harassment behaviour by service man and labour for no reasons clearly shows that, they are purely trained by them and supported by them which encourage these staff to misbehave like this

                  Being a customer, we purchased the car from maruti and we were badly targeted by 2 different workshops for no reasons in order to avoid clearing the problem in car and intentionally throwing us here

                  WE HAVE BEEN BADLY AND INTENTIONALLY HARRASHED BY MARUTI

                      Car maruti vitara brezza purchased on feb 2018, Rusting problem faced on july 2019 .
                      poor quality work done by dealer. issued same problem faced after few months.
                      Called & visit many times at dealer but no satisfactory result given by dealer side.
                      also there staff and general manger did bad behaviour with me at workshop many times.
                      please look into this matter and escilate my complaint to higher department

                        I am gautham, in 2019 I bought a new Ertiga smart hybrid petrol model, car number TN63BE 6600, it's not even cross 3 years, or 80000 km, NOW its in Madurai ABT maruthi service station, due to engine problem, it has 100000 km engine warranty which given by maruthi Suzuki company, engine problem is not small issue, , , it's a big manufacturing defects by your company, now I am requesting you to solve the issue, more then 15 days my car in Madurai ABT service center, I am suffering without car, , , if you not solve my problem in warranty, I will take legal action in consumer court, , , ,

                          Hello,

                          I have a Baleno vehicle purchased from Nexa Mangalore on November 2017. Registration No is KA20MB7670. In four years I am seeing rust formation in many parts of the body because of the poor paint quality (?). In my recent service, I have been told that Maruti Suzuki gives only two years of warranty on paint. I don't believe a car of 9 lakhs price tag comes with such a low quality paint. Please suggest.

                                I own a Maruti Alto Lxi. Around October 2020, the car brakes started making some strange loud humming noise while braking. So I duly got it checked at the MUM Maruti service station in Dagapur, Siliguri, West Bengal. After thorough checking, they said that the brake disc and brake shoes have worn out and needs to be changed. I permitted it and got both the brake disc and brake shoes changed along with the general servicing. Before releasing the car from the service station, I went for a test drive with one of the workers whos was working on my car, I noticed the sound has faded but still there. The worker said that it will take a little time for the disc and brakes to get aligned, so after running a few kilometers this sound will go away. I believed him and got the car released. The sound never faded away completely although it was next to nothing. After a few months, maybe 7-8 months approx, I again began to notice the same humming sound getting louder as before changing the disc and shoes before. So I decided to get it checked again in September 2021 at the same MUM Maruti service station in Dagapur, Siliguri, West Bengal. To my surprise, upon inspection, they said that the brake shoes have worn out and needs to be changed. This was strange enough as my car ran only about some 400-500 Kilometers between October 2020 and September 2021. When asked why the brake hoes have have worn out so soon, the manager just simply said that they don't know and are installing genuine spare parts so it's not their fault. "if you have a complaint, go contact the company", was his reply. Nevertheless, I got the brake shoes changed again and paid the full amount. It has been 2 months and a couple of 100 Kms since and the strange humming sound has started coming again as loud as it was with the original unchanged brake disc and shoes the very first time. I do not know if Maruti is manufacturing sub standard parts or the service station is fitting duplicate parts in our cars. I have been a loyal Maruti customer for years and never faced such problems but lately getting the car serviced is becoming a nuisance as I am told to change 1 or the other part every time I go in for servicing to a genuine authorized service station. Please look into the matter and solve this menace.

                                  Dear Sir / Madam,

                                  I am Manoj M, Working with Jawaharlal College of Engineering & Technology, Ottapalm, Palakkad as Assistant Professor.
                                  I am planning to buy compact sedan and I myself contacted INDUS, Ottapalam branch on 08.11.2021. I contacted through Mr. Praveen, Service Executive of that centre. After that one of the person namely Mr. Prakasan K Nair contacted me in this regard. This was the exchange purchase. So he came to meet me on 11.11.2021 to discuss about the dealing. So we discussed and came to a conclusion of exchanging the car and I will book D’ZIRE according to my wish.
                                  Next day, on 12.11.2021 Mr. Prakasan K Nair called me and asked me to bring my car to his place for inspection. I was annoyed hearing this. A customer needs to go and meet representative is weird to hear. Anyhow, I went there thinking that I can see the vehicle models. I informed my wish of witnessing new vehicle model to Mr. Prakasan K Nair. He agreed. I went there, inspecting of vehicle has happened. But I couldn’t see the new vehicle. No Demo Car or sample vehicle is available in the outlet. I was very much disappointed with his activity. He said tomorrow he will come with vehicle for test drive.
                                  On 15.11.2021, I called and asked for a test drive. The reply was shocked; you can come to our premises to take test drive was the answer given by Mr. Prakasan K Nair. Any how I managed to reach there at INDUS Ottapalam by 4.30pm. Again I was cheated for the second time. There is no vehicle available. I was disappointed and turned back.
                                  On 17.11.2021, I called again for test drive. He asked me to come there for taking test drive. This activity made lot of disturbance. On the same day my vehicle was taken by MARUTI in the morning. Evening I went to Ottapalam for taking test drive as per the instruction given by Mr. Prakasan K Nair, the active worker who is always asking the customer to visit the outlet to make his work done. But strange, that day also no vehicle is available for test drive. Again I came back.
                                  On 18.11.2021, As usual he asked me to visit his office for TEST DRIVE. I reach there and this time I got vehicle to test drive. I am asking test drive to make confirmation on Manual or AGS. I got SWIFT AGS for test drive. I am not satisfied with AGS. So I booked D’ZIRE on that same day by paying 185000/- as advance. Have given a customer ID: OTP430816 & Receipt Number OTP/CASH/21-22/445. They told vehicle can be delivered by January 2022.
                                  Days went on. In between I went to outlet again for general enquiry. Also I wish to reserve registration number. Mr. Prakasan K Nair had given be an Agent Broking number for doing the process of Registration Number Booking, which I felt too bad on this activity. If a customer is going and meeting all the time and doing things by their own, then what is the need for the representative. In this way he is not doing his work. He is getting all the works done by customer.
                                  On 25.11.2021, Mr. Prakasan K nair called me and informed that your vehicle is allotted and is shipped to Palakkad. Also said the vehicle Allotted for Kozhikode branch is shifted to Palakkad. After that on 04.12.2021, I called to enquire about the vehicle. He said that the vehicle reached Palakkad Branch. So with this statement, I arranged cash for the vehicle and paid through bank account provided by him. The cash was transferred through RTGS on 06.12.2021. Then I went to INDUS Ottapalam and Mr. Prakasan K Nair was not there. I was welcomed by Branch manager, Mr. Krishnan. He was politely responding to my queries. I came to know that the information given by mr. Prakasan K Nair is wrong. The registration number is to be booked by them, not by us and also the vehicle is in Kozhikode, may be today it will reach Palakkad. Mr. Prakasan K Nair told it was already reached Palakkad three days before. Also the manager told that Mr. Prakasan k Nair will come and meet you today. I waited till 04.00pm, no one will contact or come to meet me. Again in the evening I went to Outlet to and collected the receipt for my transactions. Receipt No is OTP/RTGS/21-22/358 and OTP/RTGS/21-22/359 (Three Lakhs each). I am in urge of booking my favourite number. As usual Mr. Prakasan k Nair is not there in outlet, So the Manager assure me that the things will be okay by 07.12.2021. With this hope I returned home.
                                  On 07.12.2021, One Ms. Bindhu from INDUS back office called me for the car insurance related queries. I selected a premium and that process was completed and I have received a message stating that the insurance policy is issued (Proposal Number: N[protected]. So my hope has increased and called Mr. Prakasan K Nair and Ms. Bindhu to make the number booking possible by tomorrow. They agreed. Since no one from the INDUS is taken responsible for Registration Number booking, I myself taken the initiative. But I required ‘Application Number Of Purchased Vehicle Received From Dealer/ARTO’ that is supposed to be provided by Dealership. This has not given by them on 07.12.2021. I again called Prakasan k Nair, he told that he will provide on 08.12.2021.
                                  On 08.12.2021, I called Prakasan K Nair in the morning. He told that he will provide in the noon. In after noon I again called and enquire, I was replied the things will not be done today, it will be ready by 09.12.2021 after noon. I told him, please do the things at the earliest, I may loss the number I wish. Then I called Ms. Bindhu ([protected]) around 10 times in different times, she didn’t attend they call. A very pleasant response to his customer. She was talking to another person in between, she purposefully not attending my calls. Then I called Prakasan k Nair, his response was very much shocked, the one lakh rupees is to be billed through TRUE VALUE, as the exchange was carried out. All the amount was transferred from my side and the delayed happened from distributer side and to which, we the customer needs to suffer. That too not responding to calls. A very pathetic situation form INDUS / Maruti Distributor which will making their customer not satisfactory by their behaviour. By 04.00pm I called Mr. Prakasan K Nair again and he is saying that they didn’t take fastag yet, which is mandatory to take registration. A careless behaviour form their side, a customer is requesting for the process to do as early as possible, but the delay and careless handling is done form the distributor end. I hope at least by today the process will be completed from distributer end by valuing the customer by least. Then only I can book the registration number and release the car on Monday. I hope for the best.
                                  I was the user of Honda, Hyundai and Chevrolet. Now I am planning to move Maruti, but the initial process itself making me discomfort and the lethargic behaviour of Maruti staff make me dissatisfied at the beginning itself. As a customer, I request you to take necessary action against an irresponsive staff like Ms. Bindhu and the useless staff like Mr. Prakasan K Nair for the benefit and support of the customer and customer needs.

                                  Due to failing the duty of Mr. Prakasan K nair and Ms. Bindhu, I faced a loss in mu NCB which they failed to inform me at the beginning.
                                  It is also likely to inform you that they provide me the Consumer Bonus of 7000, Teachers reduction of 3000 and exchange bonus of 5000. Total benefits of 15000 they provided. But in advertisement, total of 27000 benefits is showing against D’ZIRE. Please confirm on this regard also.
                                  Also I request to provide the split up of Road Tax amount mentioned in the worksheet (Rs. 86020). It is noted some variation in the amount with the actual.
                                  Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Extra labour charge to be collected as told me less and 15 % discount was to be given, it was showing in bill but satisfied. Car washing was not done yet labour charge to be collected..
