Dear Sir / Madam, I undersigned Dr.Vikas Leelavati BalaSaheb Jadhav, own a Car Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi since 2003. I am a proud user of Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi since 2003 & its registration number is MH-10-W-1122. My Baleno met with an accident on 15th June 2015. I admitted my Baleno for accident work in the Workshop of Maruti Suzuki Limited of Chowgule Industries Limited in Satara, 415001, Maharashtra, on 16th June 2015. On 17th June 2015 I found some parts are stolen from my Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi, MH-10-W-1122. I have launched a complaint with the Workshop Managers Mr.Rajshekhar Kunnur & Mr. Dhamal of the Workshop of Maruti Suzuki Limited of Chowgule Industries Limited in Satara, 415001, Maharashtra. My Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi, MH-10-W-1122 was parked in the grey areas of CCTV approach where Camera was not reaching & where there is no night vision mode is installed. Workshop official are still reviewing the Camera Record to find the in-house thief. I feel highly insecure to keep My Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi, MH-10-W-1122 for Repair & Servicing & Accident work in the Workshop of Maruti Suzuki Limited of Chowgule Industries Limited in Satara, 415001, Maharashtra. I undersigned Dr.Vikas Leelavati BalaSaheb Jadhav, own a Car Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi since 2003.
I am a proud user of Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi since 2003 & its registration number is MH-10-W-1122.
My Baleno met with an accident on 15th June 2015. I admitted my Baleno for accident work in the Workshop of Maruti Suzuki Limited of Chowgule Industries Limited in Satara, 415001, Maharashtra, on 16th June 2015. On 17th June 2015 I found some parts are stolen from my Maruti Suzuki Baleno VXi, MH-10-W-1122.

    I have purchased my car in Feb, 2013. After 6 month, i have faced starting problem with my car. The fuel pump has been replaced by the dealer in Tezpur, Assam. Now i am facing the same problem and again my fuel pump has to be replaced for the second time. While purchasing my car, one of my friend has suggested me not to purchase the Swift Dzire diesel as there is some problem with the fuel pump of Swift Dzire. Now i have realized that. Now i will suggest all my friends and relatives not to buy Swift Dzire diesel version.

      I got serviced my wagon r cng lxi (up 78 cs 8084) on 20/03/15 at my car, jarib chowki, kanpur. While giving car, i told service advisor mr. b. k. mishra about a.c. not cooling. After servicing my car was kept for 2 days at service station stating that he is checking a.c. After 2 days when he handed back my car, he told that he filled a.c. gas to check the leakage and so kept the car for two days but in the end could not find the leakage. And as the gas was filled, so now the cooling was ok. I paid Rs.6700 at that time for servicing. But after about one & half month again the a.c. stopped working. So on 02/05/15 i again gave my car to service advisor mr. b. k. mishra with the reading of 39791 kms and he again kept my car for one day. On 03/05/15 he handed me my car back stating about a.c. condenser problem, which was resolved by changing it. And along with he also gave me a bill of job done for Rs.5850 for changing a.c. condenser changing and a.c. gas charges. I asked him to check for the warranty as my warranty is valid upto 25/06/2016 or 80000 kms. But he refused to adjust the billin warranty. On the first occassion in march 2015 if the error would have been detected then neither i have to travel without a.c. affect for about 15 days and nor i have to again give my car for another 2 days (02/05/15 & 03/05/15). And even after having valid warranty i have been charged for Rs.5850. Kindly consider and do the need full. Thanking you. Yours faithfully Brijesh Kumar Mourya Mob.         I purchased Maruti omni Ambulance in June 2014 from Kankariya Motors, authorised dealer of maruti in Ahamednagar (M.S.).After vehicle passing was supplied number plate only and I was told that your RC Book will send by RTO on your address.After few days I enquired and get same answer.in last one year i visited to show room about 20 - 25 times.but i listen fake answers from firm. Today they told that your RC Book was braught from RTO but it is not finding here, so you Make FRI and do the procedure for duplicate RC Book. I told them as I have not received RC Book.from you why should I make complain. So please told firm to give my RC Book.and warn for such careless behavior.. Mrs.Harshada V. Jape.

My car completed 4 services at the same service center and I have complained about my driver side power window is not working properly from the first service itself.             I have Swieft Desire VXI purchased in month of October 2014 from Nanda Authorities.My car is running is only less than 5000 km and first service was done by Mannan Authorities at Naranpura workshop and second service done by Nanda authorities at Narol Askari road work shop in month of May ie before one month than in a month time car running is about one thousand kms and now my car engine oil level is about to minimum which shows some major defect in Engine.So resolve this defect immediately.               Vehicle number-KL71 824 Colour -white Make-January 2014 Vehicle used-16 months Complaint is as follows, The body of the vehicle is lighter than a kids car drive. The vehicle was stopped in sunlight for a single day and we found that the cabin roof of the vehicle was completely bended towards the inside and when we just pushed it from the inside it just got back to its position. We really are worried that we are traveling in a very light vehicle were we don't have our safety at least 25%, and if we hit on its exterior a bit harder it gets bend.we are really worried that we had wasted our money for such a vehicle. right from the beginning, ie., after 6 months the centre lock feature doesn't work in it.the vehicle completely is a failure. and since we were worried we didn't take any pictures of the cabin roof before pushing it back to normal.

                Sir, I am purchase one maruti ertiga vdi in the month of July 2014 from Lovely Autos Banga unfortunately my vehicle is met with an accident and left side back door is damaged in the month of July 2014 I am going to CM Auto Ropar for replace the door in Insurance Claim the claim was processed and the door was replace to a new one. Now at present I want to replace my ertiga vdi to another one new car. But I was shocked then the vehicle cost is deprecated at more than 3.00 lakh in a year. When I am going in the depth of the case I found that the left side full painted by CM Auto Ropar. He has replaced the left back side door only but he has painted the full left side this can deprecated the cost of my car iam shocked when iam found that the car left side was fully painted. why he can paint the whole left side. this is not a need to paint the full left side. only the back door was replaced. iam suggest to all of my friends to not going to CM Autos.                   Our car was not right O average. O bought the car when the car's average poor hey hey complained several times to the matter in the Sub. But there was no reply from you, O. 3 to 4 times, after which the matter in the company car locked hard curry but hey no solution. General Manager se mene times. Sē ka'ī bāra śikāyata kī usakē bāda janarala mainējara nē gāṛī mēṁ phula āyala ḍalavā kara usanē ṭēsṭa ḍrā'iva lī usakē bāda usanē ēvarēja 12.3 Kī batā'i.Uske bāda gāṛī 36000 kilōmīṭara cala ga'ī lēkina kō'ī salūśana nahī huvā. Yā tō āpa hamārē kamplēṇṭa para karavā'ī karō varanā hama kōrṭa mēṁ kamplēna. Complained several times since then general manager in the car test drive he took full oil to the place he then Btai average of 12.3. Uske 36, 000 kilometers the car went off but not locked Solution.                     Sir, i nalini doneria, owner of wagon r regn no. Up80 da 1962 car purchased the vehicle from ktl pvt ltd, agra in september 2014, since last three months i have been facing a problem in the car of very bad average, the car is giving me a average of 7. 25 km per litre with ac in normal traffic conditions and for 13 kmpl on highway, where as the previous average was 16 kmpl in city and 21 kmpl on average, also note we drive smooth 90 kmpl on highways.
                    In between problem facing we first got our third free car serviced and send the car thrice to service station of ktl pvt ltd, agra. Every time regular checkups are done and try to show that they have cleared the problems giving vague reasons. I personally feel there is some defect in the piece or some spare has been replaced with the bad part, due to which my car has got damaged. The checkups job card no jc15003705 dtd 21. 05. 15, , job card nojc15004780 dtd02. 06. 15 and on[protected]Where we were not provided any paper and lastly today ie on 17 th june2015.
                    I request you to please sort my problem or else i will be forced to move to consumers forum for which maruti suzuki india and ktl qill be solely liable to the problem

                      I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE AVERAGE OF MARUTI SUZUKI ALTO K10, ITS JUST GIVING 11 KMPL IN CITY DRIVING. I HAVE MADE SURVEY OF OTHER PEOPLE IN THE CITY OWEING SAME CAR AND THEY ARE GETTING AVERAGE OF AROUND 18 KMPL IN CITY AND 22 TO 23 ON HIGHWAY.

                          Hi Sir/Madam, This is lakshmipathy from chennai, I booked a new Alto K10 vehicle (ABT Maruthi Showroom Chennai Branck) for my brother marriage, they promised to give the vehicle on June 11, 2015 since my brother marriage on June 12, 2015. but till now the vehicle is not delivery. They are saying not yet received the Invoice copy from the maruthi dealers, I am requesting for the speical number form they are saying not yet received the copy of the invoice so unable to give the special number form, I have lost the number which i excepted from the RTO the number is gone, I inform them RTO number seried going 1379 series itself now the number series going 2449. My excepted number is all went (1881 & 2241), Since my brother marriage is finished and I am unable to gift the car for marriage. I am requesting when my car will be delivery with the excepted number. If not so happen I will take an approatie leagl action against to all.                             I have ordered Maruti celerio glistening grey car with their dealer DD Motors Dehradun. The dealer assured me that they will provide car in a week time. I have given them advance of Rs. 5000 to them. When I was about to make payment of the balance amount, they informed me that the car has been sold by them to some other customer and next car will be available in a month time. I then cancelled my order and asked for refund of advance. They assured me on 27th May 15 that I will get payment latest by 10th June 15. However till date (15th June 15), I havent received my refund of advance. It was a pathetic experience with Maruti Suzuki dealer - DD Motor, Dehradun.

                              Dear Sir, I am purchased a Maruti Alto 8000 vxi on april 15, 2015 from Starbrust, Ranaghat, but till today I have not received my registration. usually the CF completes between 7 to 10 days and thereafter the owner receives the registration in another 7 to 10 days. But in my case I received CF more than a month later on May 18, 2015 and still waiting for the registration. This is unbearable for me. I tried to reach Mr. Subhajit Das, the broker to know the updates but he is not cooperative enough to feel trusted. After dialing his number so many times (more than 30 times) he only picks up once or twice. His explanation to my situation is also wired. He said company did not paid to their agent dealing with the registrations, so its getting delayed. Why should a customer get penalized for the fault of the Company? Can you please explain it to me. I thought Maruti is a trusted brand and customer will be treated to their satisfaction. My opinion getting changed from the day one itself when I had to wait for 8 hours to get my car r ea dy. i was promised to get my car at 10:30 AM but received at 6:00 PM. Totally unexpected from a company like yours. With all bad experience I had, I want categorical answer of the followings, 1. When I will get my car registration? 2. Why your company broker does not reply on call? If it is not his concern duty, then why your company did not inform me the concern person of contact to me ? 3. Why you promise to deliver a ready car at 10:30AM when you were unable to assemble it before 6:00PM. Hope this letter do not require to be sent 50 times to get an answer from you side. Regards,

                                Dear sir i have alto 800 car, model august 2014, in this car i feel a problem related by A/C. when i check the by authorized serves center (Uma motors) then they tell me this problem is related by engine head vol and they are not sort out my problem last 10 days i have phase to much problem and it is manufacturing engine fault so i don't accept it, so do need full for me, as soon as possible Thank You complaint no.-[protected].

                                  hi i am Maninder from Bathinda I have maruti swift vdi model December 2015 no. PB-03-AK -5106. I got an accident on 11th april near ludhiana and my car is fully damaged. I moved my car to stan auto for repair they punch my claim then I shifted it to my city bathinda Tara Automobiles and I gave application regarding shifting to Stan Autos Ludhiana and new india insurance manager ; manager canceled my claim .then i told to bathinda tara automobiles to repair it every tym they punch my claim it shows claim already exist and they told me to talk to ludhiana agency and insurance manager and evertym i visit to them they answer me that they send mail to delhi but till now they didnt start repairing . Evrytym they told me ur claim couldn't register. its almost 2 month passed I visit there every 2 - 3 day and I am fully harrased by dealer and insuranced company .

                                    Dear Complaint Manager, I have purchased new Maruti D'Zire LX-Opetional car Regd No. DL-1C-R 3601 on[protected], from Rana Motors - Prashant Vihar, Delhi, it has run only 1800kms.. Their are following problems to my said new car:- 1. I was facing problem in shifting the Gears on the very first month & I told the same problem to the service centre on my First Service, it was well accepted by the service centre manager & he said they have made rectification in the same, but I am shocked how the new car is having such problem on the Gear, when the car PDI is being done before delivery of the same. 2.I took the car for pollution check today to S.B. Filling Station, Community Centre, Sector-3, Rohini, Delhi-100085, I got shocked when he FAILED the same on LAMBDA test. I couldn't understand what Quality check system of the Maruti, is performing in their vehicles. I request you to please see to it and inform why such problems have occurred in my car. Next day I found that body color of my car and rear bumper right hand side color is mismatch than immediately I informed the complaint with Goyal Motors, Tensil – Nalagarh, Distt. Solan (Himachal Pradesh) Show room Manager. He accepted the same and say’s I will give you right answer after consulting the senior officers. But till date he has not taken any action and making my fool that i am consulting with top management of Goyal Motors. It is very surprise that a one of the reputed company Maruti dealer GOYAL MOTORS, Main Head office at Shimla has sold the repaired Swift VXI.                                         hello sir, sir mere pas swift zdi hai. jabse mane car li hai tab isme avrege issue tha. 1st service main ye problem solve ho gyi thi but tbhi se meri car main breaks awaj kar rahi hai. sir main already 4, 5 camplaint kar chuka hun but koi sunvai nahi hui. aaj jab main car ki 3rd service ke lye gya tab mne unko bola ki breaks awaj kar rhi hai to ab unhne kha ki iske break pad change honge uske 1500rs chrg apko pay krne honge..sir ab ap btaye ki mera kya foult hua jab s car li hai tabhi s problem a rahi hain mujhe car lye hue 8-9 months hue hai or mri car only12300km chli hai... sir ap plz kuch solution kariye...
