I PUCHASED A MARUTI SWIFT DZIRE, VXI IN 20JULY, 2015 FROM ANAND MOTOR, VIDHAN SABHA MARG, LUCKNOW. WE GONE FOR 3rd SERVICE FREE IN ANAND MOTOR WORKSSHOP, ALIGANJ, LUCKNOW.WHEN I RETURNED I FIND NO ANTENA(BACK SIDE) AND NO FOG LAMP WERE INTACT AFTE SERVICE. IT IS THEREFORE REQUESTED TO YOU. Dear Sir, This is for your information that we had purchased ERTIGA VDI bearing chassis no MA3FLEB1S00143784 Engine No-D13A1983538, in Oct.2012 from your company JAGMOHAN MOTORS MEHAM .I am facing no’s of problems with this car from the starting and got inspected it from your authorized dealer at MEHAM, Rohtak even at DD Motors Peeragarhi Delhi .But cant got the satisfactory result all the time only answer of your dealer was that there is no problem in it and concluded that it may be manufacturing defect which is overlooked by the dealer . but I m not satisfied and Following are my points of concern... 1. Problem in Gear box once changed at Jagmohan Motors Rohtak but still problem is same. 2. Engine error on display whiles the car in speed. 3. Arm rest displaced 4. Problem in rear tube. 5. Ac not performing well from the beginning complaint a no’s of times but all in vain .There is also noise in rear ac grills. 6. People working at your authorized service centre Jagmohan Motors Meham are so unskilled that they had fitted the ABS bearing in wrong directions. its comes in our notice while I checked it in Rohtak . 7. Engine noisy 8. There is a problem in stearing and also in inbuilt music system. Now I request you to please take necessary action and got my problem being sorted out otherwise I have no other option but to move to consumer court . Thanking you Jai Bhagwan [protected] [protected]

      I WENT TO EKANSH AUTO. FOR MY CAR PAINT JOB..AS I MEET WITH AN ACCIDENT..DURING THAT PAINT JOB.ALL THE PAINT WAS SPREAD IN THE CAR.ALL THE SEATS AND INTEROR GOT A PAINT PARTICLE.SO COMPALIN ALOT OF TIME.I DINT GET ANY SOLOUTION.EVERY TIME THEY WILL TALK LATER.PLEASE RESOVLE THIS PROBLEM

        I omprakash purchased swift dzire from apra auto rewari in July last year now apra auto has shifted to gurgaon which is around 70 to 80 km away from my home town now my vehicle has developed some problem in engine and nobody is listening I am totally annoyed and I feel this is the worst after sale service by a reputed company like yours pls give a call on [protected] so that I can tell you the whole story ...I just want to say that pls look into the matter or I will have to move to the consumer forum

            i have paid 50, 000 as they said first its from engine, then they said its from compressor from AC...but they could not find from where the problem is from? and they sent the vehicle back, saying its solved...such cheap prople of MARUTI SHOW ROOM FROM DURG, CHHATTISGARH, GANAPATI MOTORS...Such frustrating, illeterate workers employed.i will be shifting to INNOVA, god save such cheap people.
            please save me from the incapable illiterate mechanic workers from Durg, Chhattisgarh, Ganapti Motors...
            have got my deep pocket exhausted because of inefficient workers. My chief complaint was the loud sound as soon as i turn on my AC, i was made to paid 19000 and later 25000/- but they sent my car back saying everything is solved. when i started the ignition and then AC, nothing was changed...they were dare enough to send my vehicle back.

              Hi Maruti I have made a request to Celerio Grey AMT ZXI from Garuda Auto Craft, Lalbagh road, bangalore. I have paid full money of 6.3lak at May 28th itself. However, they are claiming that Maruthi has not made the dispatch yet. I have 2 problems: 1 Why do you take the money when dispatch date is not ready? 2 Why is there so much delay? I wanted to make sure Garuda management hears this and wanted to escalate this issue via You. Please help me out with this. Regards Pradeep

                  I Shyam Kumar would like to inform you that i am being harrassed (mentally, physically and economically) by Maruti dealer at Bhagalpur i.e., Seemanchal Motors pvt.ltd. Sir/Madam, I got pick-up trouble in my car and i gave it to repair on 1/4/2015.They asked to do engine overhaul and i gave the approval for that.3-4 times i went to collect my car but failed to take delivery on their promised time.I got a problem in my convenience so i have to purchase Toyoto Innova car due to their irresponsible attitude.Although they delivered my car on 30/4/2015, that day the billed amount was Rs 28, 500 but when i took road test I noticed a noise from engine-side, but they( PREM and SANTOSH ) convinced it as normal sound and not a noise and assured to repair it after driving 1000 km.Rapidly i returned again to Seemanchal Motors on 18/5/2015 and gave my car for diagnosis.This time they said it is a normal problem of tuning and promised to return the car within 2 days.But after 2 days they didn't called me and when i tried to call them, they ignored my call.Lastly on Saturday i.e, 6/6/2015 I called Mr.Sashi who is divisional manager of Seemanchal motors who is residing in Purnea.Then on Wednesday Prem Chandra called me and told to take my car without giving me the information of the alteration done on my car's engine.When I went to receive my car, they handed me a bill of Rs 27248 again.I asked the reason for this bill and then they answered that the pistons were changed.I asked them that by what authority have they changed the piston.Lathe work in the car's engine without my approval was done, Is it technically allowed ? If they would have told me earlier then i would have taken the decision of purchasing half engine. My vehicle registration number: BR 10 Q 0692 Engine number:1953705 Chassis no:410166 Model : Maruti Ritz VDI Date of purchase:22/03/2013 Kindly take further actions so that i can get proper justice and in future it cannot be repeated again.                     Respected Manager, Model - Swift VXI Vehicle No. MH.47.A.0799 I had purchased Swift VXI and on 3rd june someone has damaged my car bumper from backside and on the same day I had given in (paramount wheel pvt. ltd) and they told me that I will get my vehicle delivered on 5th june and when I called on 5th june they told me the work is not completed will give you on 6th june but even on 6th june i didn`t got my car delivered then they delivered my call on 7th june that also calling them many time so on 7th june late evening their driver delivered car took my signature and went away immediately and when i saw ma car the back bumper was made perfect but in front side bumper was damaged from bothside and even there was dent in mudguard and on the sametime I called driver he told that i don`t know about this I just delivered the car I don`t know anything. Then I call Mr.Omkar and inform about the damaged what had happened he said don’t worry now service centre is closed bring your car tomorrow morning we look into it because of that i was little tense but the next morning i went to the (Paramount Wheel pvt. ltd) when i was talking to them they was laughing and said you complain anywhere but at the end your car will come here only and they were misbehaving with me then i asked for the manager. He camed and his name was Mr.Nazir. and i told him i had given ma car for repairing not to damaged the car, he was apologising and he told to leave the car we will do it i replied I have to go to marriage ceremony so he told that’s fine come after once your work is over then come so i went on 10th june to service centre he said leave your car we will delivered your car tomorrow afternoon then I said i don't think by tomorrow afternoon you can repair the car I said give it tomorrow evening and next day evening i was trying to call Mr. Nazir what he had given me but the number was wrong so i find in net do lots of surfing and I got his number and I asked for ma car he told still its not done and then he started to misbehave with me and saying be thankful to me that I had taken your car in service or else we don’t take and when i replied i will complain to company Mr.Nazir told I don’t care tomorrow even you shouted my employee don’t tell me anything now do whatever you want to do complain anywhere at the end you will come here only. What is this your people will damaged the car and when we complain they make fool to us its like we are now trapped after buying your car. Now tell me what should I do being a new car there is so much issue your people are not bother what if the car get old you don’t even let the customer stand in front of you due to this kind of attitude, misbehaved and worst service I don’t want that car now give my money back. And really I don.t expected this from your company i really feel bad and what faith i was having in maruti company has been gone.                       Sir, this has to my subject cited, i mohammed khasim purchased a Motor Car Maruthi Suzuki Swift Dezire in the Year 2014, the vehicle No. AP 16 CZ 1845, the vehicle worked very well in the initial months, but later i started facing problem with the wheels, first i thought its because of tires since i travel most around, but when i approached the Authorized Service Center of the Maruthi in Vijayawada Mitra workshop, the Mechanic said to change the tires and see if its because of tires, but when we changed the tires the problem continues, the service center referred to the JK Tires, and they said the issue is with Air Noise not with the tires. i then approached Mitra workshop they asked me to wait for few week, on continues of approaching they are delaying and giving me excuses. sir i request you to kindly look in to this problem and help me.

                        Dear Sir /Madam This is to inform you that I always take my Dzire car to Pasco Motor's in Gurgaon as they are your authorised service centre. On 24th April I took my car for a issue that it was missing. I have CNG fitted in the car from outside. But the car was missing on both. I left the car at Pasco in the afternoon they called me to inform that the car engine is damaged and a compression test has been done by their engineer and two chambers are weak one is 0 reading. I was told that the engine needs to be opened and half replaced the app cost would be about Rs 55. To 60 Thousant plus tax without this the car will not work. I was surprised and shocked as till a week back the car was running fine. I refused the engine opening but I was charged for the compr ession test. As I was out of town on my return I took the car to my friends garage and to my surprise in five minutes the engineer told me that nothing is wrong with the engine, the cng emulator was short circuted due to water he changed the part for Rs 1200 and the car was running fine on both fuels. I took the car back to Pasco who did not believe me they drove the car which was fine, then then did the compression test which showed all 4 cylinders normal. I fail to understand that a authorised service centre is fooling people and ripping them, had I agreed to their report I would have paid about Rs 75000 for no fault and unwanted repairs. The photo of the written estimate of pasco is attached. I need a explanation for this and how they want to compensate for the blunder. I'm suffering from major bike issues till 3rd servcing of my bike. I have already register complaint many times at the showroom but didin't receive any satisfactory answer from them.                             Respected sir, i have purchased ERTIGA ZDI ON 15/07/2014 CHASSIS NO MA3FLEB1S00257778 REG. NO MH 50 A 3283 FROM CHOWGULE INDUSTRIES PVT LTD KARAD 415110 . MY CAR HAD REAR COLLASION ON 9/6/2015 SO I WENT AT KARAD WORKSHOP TO CARRY THE REPAIR WORK BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT THIS CAN BE DONE AT SATARA WORSHOP 55KM AWAY. SO I SUBMITTED MY VEHICLE TO SATARA ON 9/6/2015 AT 5 PM . AFTER COMPLETING ALL INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION WORK THEY TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE 12 DAYS TO COMPLETE JOB.SIR, I WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH TIME REQUIRES TO REPAIR AND REPLACE REAR DICKY DOOR AND REAR BUMPER AND TRIM . IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO KEEP THE VEHICLE IN WORKSHOP FOR 12 DAYS IN RAINY SEASONS .SO PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL

                              Hi, I been using Maruti Car since 2005 and being a car enthusiast i know when and where to service, recently i upgraded my car to the Premium segment initially everything went good. After my 1st service car was really good and i really like the performance and enjoying the ride. So now my car is due for second service and it has run only less kms but the months has been passed but am waiting for the exact running kilometer to do the service. But the service persons from Maruti giving me a big time headache calling me everyweek and reminding me about the service due. I already informed them many times i know the time to service and still those people will be calling me and saying about the service Can Maruti please stop calling for the service dues, if at all atleast remove my number from your customer database, i do not want to get any calls from Maruti for any service related queries This is the last time am logding a complaint for this disturbing call from the Service Persons

                                I buy a new swift last month.bt met with small accident.so i take car to bodyshop.i have zero depth insurance also. Job card made and survayour aprooved all parts. But I am dissapointed by service of body shop of maruti ; my car. At the time of car service.I have given remote of car.bt they lost it.main problem is of AC bt.no working on that.n they said slip.by mind. Deluvery ate is of 5june.bt ii recieved today9june2015.but with 6.new major problems.they made dent at the back.and saying to pay for each.why should I pay for the thing which I have not made. I am coming from last 3days bt my car is not ready yet.I stay at 100 km far from service center.pls take action.[protected]. Ill never buy any maruti car.

                                  i bought a new swift dzire zxi bsIV from shenbakacars pondicherry on 20.05.2015. but after 15days my vehicle has so much complaint. and not as new vehicle.the service station behaviour is worst, since i had so much agony about the showroom, and service station and i fedup hence im surrendering my car to the marutisuzuki.

                                    sir I Rahul Chaprana using a swift dezire vxi 2010. I took my car to the batra automobile main mathura road Faridabad for changing my car's windshield few months back they changed it n after few months I parked my car in the rain n I saw that water ws on my dashboard due to which my stereo n my cluster meter was not wrking properly n then I went to the service centre again they reinstall my windshield n repaired the stereo but till now two speakers my stereo n cluster meter are not working. Please help me out n kindly solve my problem so that I would buy a Maruti car in future also Sir please don't spoil your customers with these kind of dealerships..                                       Dear Sir, I purchased Alto 800 from Vipul Motors, Shyam Nagar Jaipur on 25 Mar 2015 Veh No RJ 14 Cy 4896 This vehical had following problems since day one 1-Indicator showing petrol on speedo meter was not working properly and it was agreed that it shall be changed, at the moment the spare was not available .We both me & my wife are Senior Citizens and most of the time vehical is used by my wife.This fault causes inconvinience and mental tension every time she goes out that whether sufficient petrol is in the tank or not? 2- Music system provided with the car KENWOOD is not functioning at its best two times they have tried to correct it once it was reported that it was not fixed properly second time we were told that there was some problem with antenna, however, things are not perfact on date.When I have bought a new car why should I accept a repaired piece ? In fact all the times we had been contacting your sales persons who sold this car to us and they were assuring that every thing shall be changed more than two months have passed and the things are still as they were I request you to get the two things changed so that our anxiety is over We shall be out of station from 16 june to 27 jue (both days inclusive) hence it shall be appreciated if things are done before we leave .                                         THE NEW VEHICLE GOT 20 AND MORE COMPLAINTS. THE SERVICS STAFFS DAMAGED THE LEFT FRONT HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY, i bought a new seift dzire zxi bsiv model from shenbakacars pondicherry, on 20052015, my left headlight bulg blasted on 01.06.2015, for that they took the vehicle for cleaning on 02.062015 while delivering to me on 03.06.2015 the left entire doom is full of fog and they totally damaged my headlight in the name of cleaning, after that the a/c is not cooling in even 19degree temp. beyond this the drivr side seat spring not worked, bluetooth not worked, the sensor is not sensing properly and he entire atmosphere was gone and also they damaged my bumper while refitting when i left my vehicle for first free service the entire complaint i had given but simply they said all problem are due to the extrafitting work done by me outside and in noway they are responsible and threatened me to take the vehicle or else the parking charge of rs, 200 per day will be collected, i tried as much as possible but they denied, hence as a lost option im decided to surrender my vehicle to the company itself. but i need proper justice as i want a new vehicle or refund, i dont want to ride the repaired new vehicle. my name satheeshkumar. my no.[protected], the opponent name shenbakacars, pondicherry, service station at moolakulam, pondicherry, my vehicle no.
