This mail i sent to maruti but they are lease to bother. Please Help. Rg This is regarding a complaint of New Dezire which i purchased from IP TR sahney on 30th April 2105, from the day of purchased i found a problem that on fourth gear, the gear was vibrating & the same i updated to showroom, i just gave it to parparganj TR Sahney service center to check this problem, now i got the call from service center that the gear box need to open and to be changed, I want a reply on my below queries, 1. Why you haven't checked this car before delivery to customer ?? 2 Is it the Used car Which you sale me on NEW Model Price ?? 3. Why would i accept this car as is having a product fail. 4. i spent 7.85L rupees on New car just to give in your service center, Please take it seriously, This is really harassment for me after spending of so much amount you gave me a repaired car which i will not accept it, i want a New car within a week or else you have to pay the interest which i invest to buy this car.         I am having a Maruti 800 1987 model and driving it everyday for alomost 45 kms.I took the vehicle to Automotive Manufacturers (p) ltd at Ambad Nashik.To my surprise, I was told that the job card could not be opened due to non traceability of data for such old vehicle.My car was originally registered at RTO Seoni (MP) VIDE REGN. NO. MIK 8100 (PRESENT NO MP 04 AA 8100) Chasis No.178878 engine No. 240848.Till now the vehicle is with the above mentioned dealer and they are saying that they are not getting proper instructions in this regard from Maruti udyog. can I hope for any help to get this problem resolved ?

          Took 2 months to return maruti suzuki swift (accidental repair) after committing 15-20 days. Gave me a initial estimate of ~Rs 30, 000 which turned to ~Rs 1, 00, 000 in the final bill. Even after two months of keeping the vehicle and overcharging me, the vehicle is unstable and appears to be some problem with steering/alignment which they had told was taken care of. Don't know if i can even drive this car again and feel safe in it.

            I own a Maruti Dezire purchased from Mandovi motors in August 2012. (KA 01 MJ 3327). A month ago, the passenger side seat belt (front) was not retracting and then stopped functioning. Mandovi Motors told me it was defective and needed replacement. They have ordered a new one. I fail to understand how a safety feature can become defective

              I bought a Celerio-VXI Model in OCT-2014 from AUDI MOTORS at Sriganganagar (Rajasthan) bearing my Car Registration No. RJ-13 CB 2603. On 2nd Service of my car made on 17.05.2015, wheal balancing & wheal alignment was done at service centre according to CASH MEMO No. BC15001409 dtd. 17.05.2015 charging Rs. 555/- (approx.) but when I went for the out of station during next week, I realized that my Car was bubbling over a speed of 80. I, then, contacted at Service Centre (AUDI MOTORS - Sriganganagar) on 23.05.2015 to resolve the problem but after making Test Drive by the Service Centre Official, I was told that there is no problem of bubbling/vibration in Car asking me that it your misconception/illusion. The next Sunday on31.05.2015, when I went for long drive & run the car over a speed of 80, I again felt that vibration/bubbling in my car then I again approached the Service Centre at Sriganganagar on 07.06.2015 & the while taking Test Drive by the Service Centre Official, he then concur with my opinion & felt the aforesaid bubbling in Car. However, the wheal balancing/ wheal alignment done again by the Service Centre & have been told me that, now the problem has been resolved which I also realize during Test Drive that the same has been now removed. I felt very dissatisfaction & doubt that wheal balancing or wheal alignment has been done properly during 2nd Service of my Car made on 17.05.2015. I have been cheated & charged the labour or cost of weight for balance & due to this negligence I have to visit the Service Centre twice for the problem. Moreover, the problem was not taken seriously on my visit dtd. 23.05.2015 tried to get me satisfied by proving the problem as my fallacy/illusion. I, therefore, request to look into the matter & I may be compensated well for the harassment & wastage of time with return of 2nd Service Charges, cost to me.                 Hi sir I am kanwar nihal singh had given my Maruti car Ritz at Pandit automobiles yamunanagar Haryana for service purpose. Had a issue in the cooling of the Air conditioner of the car and while the same was road tested the maruti officials said that there would a issue in service of air conditioner and also said that the clutch plates are not working. After the car was been checked the executive called me up and said that the Compressor of the car is not working but presently they don't have the parts available with them and they have order the part.date was 1-July-2015 but till date the part has not been made available nor the compressor nor the clutch plates. And the issue which I had faced is that when the Air conditioner was been checked the executive had taken out Gas from the compressor but had not re-filled that and the air conditioner which was in working state has stopped working. Sir my question is that is customer only made to suffer for all these things if the part was not available there is no responsibility of the company to check prior the things been opened up and if the part was checked is there no responsibility of the company to make it working as the same was working earlier. Would be waiting for your reply attaching the job card which they had provided to me

                  Sir my father is a old man .. Deposited car alto lxi ref no BR 1 AN 0251 in reliable motors, deoghar, jharkhand 14 days ago. They earlier told parts will come from furgaon .. Now after 2 weeks they are telling some parts are missing in that lot. Now please tell us what should i do... My father is rravelling 80 km for this service . Please help

                    Dear Sir, I bought a Maruti Suzuki Swift Vdi 2014 model. After second service this month the car stopped mid of the way. I went to Maruti Suzuki agency, Neemarana (Alwar) named Fortuner workshop. They said that engine was ceased because of technical problem. The car is in warranty period till 2016. And it's a manufacturer side problem. But Agency is not attending me properly. The Car is in Agency & they are misbehaving with me. I have complaint about the whole problem to Zonal Manager, Maruti also. He said me to fix the problem within 2 days But after 3 working days I didn't get any response. I am felling helpless and mentally tortured because of the rude behavior of agency owner. Kindly help me in the matter.

                        DEAR SIR I brought maruti Suzuki swift VDI on 27.11.2013 from competent automobiles gurgaon .i had lots of problem from DATE OF PURCHASE.from the beginning only diesel smell comes inside the cabin .i told about this to the competent service station, its not like that they did not respond to it .they always did a formality with my car.GM of the service department talk that swift have these kind problems and talk like local mechanic .recently my front win shield broke without any stone hit or anything at that moment also I said gm and advisor but they disappoint me by saying swift have thses kind of problems.my car is not giving proper average recent ratio of the average in meter was 13km/ltr and another big problem is my reverse gear doesn’t work at all.same I told the competent but same response from there end.                           I got 20000km service done at Prime motors Agra in last week of May 2015. There was lot of sound coming from left front or rear wheel, I reported the matter at the service center however they are unable to rectify it In the bargain my second left rear tyre also got worn out. I get my vehicle alignment and balancing done at every 5000km. Moreover, at 15000 km when I was getting alignment and balancing done I was informed that my left rear tyre had worn out, I immediately took the vehicle to the service center for finding out some fault as how my tyre is getting worn out at the same left rear position. After checking at service center they did not find any abnormality. Now my two tyres one at 15000 and other at 20000km got worn out and the service center is unable to find any fault During my visit in Bangalore I discussed the mater at Suraksha Service Station I was told that either rear tyre wheel bearing may be defective I want your interference to resolve the above problem as soon as possible and also my 2 tyres should be replaced as Maruti is still unable to find the defect and it may further damage my other tyres also.                             I was bought a Maruti Swift Dzire Tour Car from Siva Maruti Showroom. We tells the dealer to give a Bumber to bumber policy but he put the normal policy.We are think they are put the bumber to bumber policy.My car was slightly accident at 15/5/2015 in madurai. So, we went to the showroom to repair a car.We are going to claim a Insurance. Surveyor estimated and gives the total amount 1, 92, 000. Surveyor gives us to a 75% of amount and remaining 25% amount of 40, 000 asking to paying ourself. Hears that we are shocked because we have a bumber to bumber policy.The Insurance staffs gives me a full details about that.We are middle class.So, Please Help me sir.

                              Hello, My vehicle no GJ 06 HL 1340 (RITZ – VDI) I given cheque for renewal my vehicle policy before 10 days still today not received copy of renewed policy and receipt of cheque, also face abused language of your local insurance division, so now i want refund that payment i will make new policy with my insurance agent and if i not get refund within 24 hours i will file complaint in consumer forum as well as local media press note. after taking payment still today not renew the policy this is clear case of fraud.

                                My new car (bought on 10 Aug 2014) has had technical issue since day one. There is metallic noise coming on left side front wheel base. The car has been for 3 regular services & 4 complaint services to resolve this issue but still the service centre isnt able to resolve. I am so much disgusted that I feel like selling my new car. Car is serviced by Shivam Autozone Mumbai.

                                  Dear Sir, We are a taken the vehicle from RNS motors after 20 days we have gave it for the first service in RNS motors, Bommanahalli, B'lore. We are not all satisfied with the service provided by them 1. The car seat was fully black covered with grease and the door side interiors full black the seat cover of the car is cream in colour which was turned to black in colour. When I questioned Mr.Manjunath (service executive) he answered to buy a good quality shampoo and clean by ourselves. The RNS showroom manager tried to convinence us and took the vehicle and cleaned but when they returned the car in 15 mins with the interiors fully wet the side door interior was not cleaned properly and back dicky mat was also fully wet, when we asked it is wet and it will start smelling it is not dried enough kindly make it dry and he answered by itself it will dry and we provide only this much service. 2. Washing, After washing the colour of mud in the mudguard was very much visible 3. we feel the sound of the engine is changed . 4. We have also given satisfaction note on the service date[protected] the vehicle is run only 512 kms while giving for first service The vehicle's new look is gone and we are not at all satisfied with the service .I want proper service of the vehicle and i want the first service to be done again in a proper manner. kindly reply at the earliest .

                                    I have a vehicle UP 14 BR 8404, Purchase date is 18 June 2012. Till date run 39648 km . Dated 29 May i found some drop of engine oil near engine, Parked the vehicle. Dated 2 June 2015 Vehicle deposited at Competent Ghazipur, confirmed the same will take 2-3 days and expenses is close to Rs. 7000/- and vehicle delivery date given on 5 June.I remember that I had opt expended warranty one or two year. Today i called Mr Amit Shukla - [protected] and asked regarding the part.Mr Amit confirmed that still part is not available i am sending request again just then asked for warranty they replied and your vehicle is not under warranty and this part is also not cover is under warranty. Clutch is also very hard since 8-9 month, confirm the same, informed Amit also. As confirmed your staff they are saying vehicle is over heated but in my driving never saw blinker of over heat and my vehicle is running local Ghaziabad to Delhi ( close to 10000 km per year) I am very frustrated that in clocking of 39k km vehicle started problem. Please confirm after this problem my vehicle engine will work properly or not check engine power as per norm, Cover this problem under warranty .                                       Unethical Service Charges & Extended Warranty !

                                      I had purchased OMINI -8 seater for the purpose of transporting school students and doing it as a service and not profits. My intention being good I went to the supposed to be the a good dealer in Hyderabad - Varun Motors. They marketed well and convinced me to buy and an extended warranty for 3 Years(2 years being normal). This was last year(2014) April. I had serviced it regularly as per norms and last time I did was in January 2015....

                                      On the subject cited above, it is to bring in your kind information that I have booked a Maruti Celerio Car VXI (Petrol) of Blue Colour in RANA MOTORS, Bhikaji Cama Palace N. Delhi for more than one month ago and issue a cheque of Rs. 50, 000/- dt. 06.05.15 being booking amount to said dealer. They promise me for the delievery within 10 days . But still No delivery of car has been made to me till date by the said dealer/company till date i.e. laps of more than one month inspite of my repeated request. Hence, it is requested to make the delivery of said car at the earliest as summer vacations is also passing on.
