I claimed insuranced 1 month before my right car's wheel Rim.But i didn't get it till now.I've already lodged the complaints but i didn't get any response.So I must say your customer care tradition is very very poor and third class. my car details : Maruti Ertiga Zxi/Maruti Ertiga ZXI Chassis No-255725 Pebco motors (Adityapur) at jamshedpur in Jharkhand
Third class Customer service...NO responsibility...Close Ur company...I'll suggest my friends not to buy any maruti cars.

    I had a CNG kit fitted on my new swift 2015 model from Maruti itself The car has been giving continuous problems from the day of delivery Every 15 days its been in out of the service centre Its not even 3 months and the car is not performing whether on CNG or petrol So after paying 720000 on the car I am stuck with it. Every time they give it to me after "fixing" the issue, the same problem starts after few days.I got the car back yesterday saying the issue is fixed, today morning as i drove the car it did not switch to cng for atleast 40 minutes of driving, pick up dropped significantly. As usual the MARUTI technicians picked it up and took it back to the service centre to fix the issue for the 7th time.My problem here is it is goin to happen again, the same way it did all these times and I'm stuck with this 7lakh piece of crap! !

      Dear sir/madam, I want to inform you, i purchased new car maruti ciaz zdi date 04/05/2015 and that time in front bumper is scraped and black spot found many places (Both left and right gate, near diseal tank. I told to employers. His used rubbing and finishing spot. At time of servicing spot was showing again. I told to my complaint remove permanently bt his service is not stisfying. I hand over my car for dealer. Mob no.-[protected] Compalint no-[protected]
      I am having maruti ciaz. Since 10 months. But the body parts I feel r of lower quality. Eg- The fiber part below the viper gets below each time after the company service. N the quality I feel is of low category. Even I have one car of hundai . But I am not having any problem. Kindly go through it

        I am Mita Solanki. customer of Ritz car.I have Maruti company's insurance.It was about ac and some denting painting problem. the service is really bad and the job is not properly done.I am a reputed person and I run my own school.Somebody Mr.Arpit had sent 2 criminal minded person without any Id proof at my school.We have never denied to pay the amount. first do the job properly. We have already came three times to pay the bill but some people like Mr.Hitesh and Juned misbehaved not only with my husband with me also as a lady they have misbehaved very badly not only that they are not ready to understand us the costing of our car's service giving the reason that we don't have time and now when we are busy in school they are harassing us. More than 40 days our car was in service for 1 week work only they have not left a single chance to Harras us.We are customer of Maruti for last fifteen years this is our third Maruti car but now due to this unbearable behaviour of kataria we will never bought maruti's car. Provide your contact number of any responsible person of your company this just the summary of the whole matter they have done many bad things which is unbearable for any customer. Do the needfull.           I have given my Vehicle No.DL-1LP-5246 Maruti Suzuki Flexi for full body dent paint on 04.06.15 at Maruti Workshop at Gokulpuri under delear T R Swaney.which was committed to be given on 25.06.15.On the same time also asked for mechanical jobs of the vehicle and was advised for the complete dispenser repair.Had approved that job too at the same time but the supervisor asked that there will be separate job card for body job and mechanical job. So first they opened body works job card and then assured to open separate mechanical job card.But very irresponsibly they delayed my vehicle till date and no body informed me for the same.Even no body responded my calls including V.P. Of the workshop except Mr.Bhatat who told that he had been shifted to service dept from works manager so he is not in touch of vehicle.On 27 th June again on my visit they assured to give next day on 28 th of June from body works job and will start the mechanical job.which was assured to be done max by 30 th or 1st of July. But now they guys are dening to complete the mechanical job and asking to take the deleivery of the vehicle Incomplite position.Which is not only very painfull for me but also cost effective too as the vehicle is of commercial use and it costs me around 2500/- per day extra when I operate without the vehicle. Pls support with the deleivery of complete job discussed and pls support with compensation of the extra cost born by me due to the delay of 7 days. We have denied to take Incomplite vehicle and also requested for the compensation but the workshop has refused both the things. Pls support with responsible answer and action on this. The Complaint is that :- Its tyre has devlop "A solid, rounded growth that is elevated from the tyre's upper skin. the size of this papule could be like a slightly bigger than golf ball . The car has run till date around 40000 K.M. in chandigarh city ( which has most maintained roads compare to any city in India). kindly look into the matter and initiate your representative to visit the car.               I purchased my car from magic auto moti nagar on 2010. Since then, my car is regularly being insured by them. 2 days back, my car broke down and couldn't start. I called magic auto, first of all, the lady on reception (Shipa) had no sense about how to talk and later they kept on transferring my call from reception to insurance deptts and vica versa 5/ 6 times. Later, I was given a number of insurance head (Mr Manish) who was such a useless fellow who could not even handle my query and had no idea about why I am not eligible for on road service even after having a valid car insurance. I called maruti insurance also and the executive said that I am eligible for on road assistance only if my car has met with an accident else not. Foolish... Kindly never ever call me for insurance renewal as it has no use... MARUTI IS A PATHETIC COMPANY... DON'T GO FOR MARUTI...

                I have purchased NEW SWIFT DEZIRE CAVE BLACK VXI 2015 JUNE 2 at popular showroom anna nagar chennai, I Have isuues with Mirror switch and fuctiong of mirror with whirring sound thepainting is not even brighter at he front and not at the rear, the paint has completely faded at the rear wheel side i am attaching the photos pls replace the or repaint with removing the errors

                    Jamkesh jammu is not concerning about their customers. A harrasment is being faced by me. After a gap of one month they are not refunding my amount 3100 being a govt employee. No response of my mails. Vehicle service is not upto the mark. Only harrasment is faced by me from jamkesh. I m very disappointed by this attitude of jamkesh. Purely a bitter experience....

                    I was purchase gizzer 3 months before. In gizzer I have many probelms. Engine, shocker and tyre realted .Till the date I was puchase I am fed up with your company pls take some action. I want change the bike or compansate the money which I was spent.

                      I was purchased gizzer 3 months before. first day the back tyre was crack. and handle was tilt when I go service center and they chck they found that there was less shoker oil in the bike. it was very bad experience with suzuki bike . pls take necessary action as soon as possible

I bought Maruti Ertiga in 2013. I was one of the satisfied customers of Maruti Suzuki. This is my second car of Maruti after wagon R. When I bought Ertiga I am very happy about my decision of staying with Maruti. Approximately after 12 to 13 month suddenly I felt problem with pick up of car. When I took long trip of 600-800 KM to my village. I went to local dealer of Atul Motors in Amreli. They diagnose my car in workshop. They kept Car around 25 to 30 days. I ask explanation for the problem which I am going through. And Manager of Atul Motors told me that, this is rare problem in Maruti Suzuki car. 1 car Out of 25000 having this kind of problem. I thought my car should perform as it should be, but after few days I felt same problem. I came back to Surat where I bought my car. And I went to dealer here in Surat (Comet Motors).They couldn’t figure out problems. Each month I have to visit service station for this issue, and they keep saying there is no problem with my car. Now I am very frustrate with Maruti. I would never suggest any one to go with Maruti. This is my Last complain. I am going to consumer Board of India regarding this issue, if there is no solution for my car. I am hoping to resolve this problem as soon as possible. You can get back to me via phone.                           i have swift zdi silky silver purchased on 24.10.2013 from lohia automobiles. car regsitration no is RJ 06 CD 4000 purchased on name of style india synthetics the battery of the car is defective and i had also given it for replacement to lohia automobiles before months also but they gave it to me just got repaired. from last one week the battery is again creating trouble but the service team of lohia automobiles, bhilwara is not at all cooperating they dont have even standby battery i clearly told them to replace it but they are not helping me the workshop manager over there is mr.rameshwar [protected] who does not pickup my phone at all. i am fed up from them and thats why i lodged this complaint against them specially against mr.rameshwar who is so irresponsible. i clearly want replacement for my cars battery bcoz it is under warranty of 24 months regards sumeet sankhla [protected]

                            Hi, This is regarding repair of my accidental Dzire VXi. Last week I met a minor accident from front. The service provider has repaired the external parts but has asked for advance for Engine work. They have specifically mentioned, as a company's policy customer should provide 50% advance to perform the repairs above 20K. Please confirm if there is any such policy. If yes, then I am sorry, there is no difference between a Authorised Dealer and Road side mechanic. Also, If there is a faulty part which needs to be replaced and is not available with the service provider. Does the customer need to pay some booking amount for that part, so that the service provider can place the order with Maruti. Summary of all this is, as a customer I need to know, if there is a Company's Policy for customer to pay advances in order to get the parts/service done. Thanks

                              I would like to bring to the notice that though i have booked a Swift Vxi with "mysterious violet " colour as shown in your brochure, I have been delivered with the colour of the car not at all matching with the "Mysterious violet " shown in the brochure. The colour of the delivered car appears to be almost as close to black colour. The delivery was made from M/s Automotive, Nerul showroom on 28 June 2015. It is very frustrating from such a reputed company to have such a huge difference in the colour of the car shown in the brochure and the original colour.I would like to submit my entire dissatisfaction, though the dealers have taken utmost priority for the delivery of my vehicle. Please let me know a satisfying explanation on why the colour has changed with such a huge difference. I have accepted the delivery for time being as the vehicle was needed urgently to me.The photograph of the delivered vehicle saying of "Mysterious violet" colour is attached for reference.The colour of the vehicle shown in the brochures and website is also provided for your reference. Trust this complaint will reach the concerned and necessary remedial measures will be taken to safeguard the costumer requirement.

                                      This is to inform you that I purchased a Wagon R bearing Registration no. HR29AH1957 from your dealer at Faridabad in the month of October'2014. My car suddenly stopped moving while driving on 27th June'15 at Faridabad Toll Bridge at around 6.40pm. I approached Maruti Help Line No. continuously and didn't get any response and The the Toll people helped me to lift my car from the toll to roadside. I have continuously called Maruti Helpline Nos and they told me that they are sending the crane and nobody turned till 10.30pm and I was just waiting in the road lonely. This type of service is never expected from Maruti as I am using the Maruti Vehicle for the last 7 years or more. After that I approached the hotel near by and requested them to park my vehilce there at around 11.00 pm in the night on 27.06.2015. One of my neighbour is working with Vipul Motors, Faridabad and he only took effort in bringing the vehicle to the Service Centre on the next day i.e. 28.06.2016 at around 11.30am. This vehicle is very new as it has purchased eight month back only, the service centre is saying that the problem in clutches and has to be replaced. You are requested to please kindly look into the matter and advise the dealer to replace the Clutch on Free on Cost Basis as this is under Guaranteee period. Hope you will take care of the same as a special case as Iam one of your old customer. Awaiting for your positive response at the earliest.
