Hello, I have purchased new maruti suzuki CIAZ ZDI Plus variant car from Sai service, Erragadda branch, Hyderabad on 29 April 2015. When i am inserting USB Drive and playing the smart diplay device is switching off & Switching on automatically, some times when i am doing reverse dispay on screen is getting struck and not initialising after changing the gear to neutral. I need to switch off and switch on. This is my new car. I dont expect any bugs for the price i paid you. Please request you to replace device with new one without any bugs. I also serched in google, it says me these kind of bugs exist in the car already. Please helpme to sort the issue. I did not excpect such kind of bus from the maruti suzuki brand.     Clutch plate replacement
    Hi - i have a sep-13 model maruti ertiga vdi . I have done about 33990 km. The clutch plate has already gone and i am able to see the way clutch is working and the service adviser at has advised to change the clutch plate. I am wondering how a standard quality model like ertiga clutch plate can go so soon. The mileage also is coming down.

    This is not a good reflection of maruti's standards. I would appreciate a replacement of the clutch plates at free of cost and ensure the clutch functions as smooth as it was.

      I had given my car RITX VDI DL 4C AS 1096 at MY CAR service station in bhopal on 14th May i got my car delivered after a month on 15thJune after a massive harassment from My car staff i had to wait for my door repair approval from Insurance company just becuase my car was more interested in door replacement rather than door repair and their staff had deliberately made huge dent on that door deliberately to claim door replacement i was made to wait for every now and then for small petty issues pertaining to repair work in body shop it seems My car attitude was casual and customer seems to be not their priority i did not even got a call for customer satisfaction probably My car is capable of getting away with anything corrupting company officials for not giving calls for disputed services i have been using maruti cars since 1994 800 Zen Wagon R Ritz and never used any other Car It is utter lethargic and casual approach in all departments of My car as if it functions like a goverment department Request you to please look into the matter as no dealer is above customer and also company

I notice them by calling phone & sending letter (register A.D.) but they ignore me. So pls I request you to ask them to repair my A.C. immediately .           s Sir / Madam, my new Swit VDI ( TN05AZ8037), while driving from Tanjavur to Chennai on 02/07/15 a small blue metal thrown on the front glass from the wheels of a car that is driving front of my car. After a few hrs the glass developed a crack and it is getting developed every day.Though I sent a mail to you on 03/07/15 no action has been taken. I request you to replace the glass immediately.

Since none of knows driving, we managed to send some driver to fix number plate.To our utter suprise number plate was wrong. Instead of MH04 GU8160, it was fixed MH04 GU8190.Now he refuses to saying that i sent him wrong SMS of number plate and not getting it rectified.Two months passed, stil cant drive car on raod without number plate.He is very rude in talking who doesnt even know to respect women. Sir I belong to a middle class family and had to buy new car once in my life I am shocked with kind of services provided by your dealer I have done the mistake to purchase the Murti Make car, so you are requested to look in the matter and do the needful,

              My family is maintaining car continuously since 18th Century and at present there are Four Maruti Brand car with me and more numbers in my families. We have been true friend of this brand and therefore according to the market scenario we are adding its higher models in my fleet starting from Maruti 800, Alto and Swift Dezire Zdi. Recently I purchased Ciaz Zdi+ on 18th May 2015. I personally and my family too were satisfied with the performance of this brand. On one day, I have to replace one wheel on its being punctured and used Stepney provided along with the Car. I drive the car mostly in rural areas where roads are undulated and puncture repairing shops are generally located at distant places. The wheel given as stepney has shorter radius than its other wheels. I drive the car with the help of stepney, the following difficulties we faced :- (i) There was no driving comfort and the car was moving towards one specific direction which may lead to accident while running in congested situation on roads or while narrow roads. (ii) The other three tyres got more rubbed and thus may become unusable before their normal life o/a stepnety, it increases maintenance cost to the owner. (iii) The car consumes more fuels than the use of normal wheels. (iv) It is strange to learn that the highest model vehicle of Maruti Suzuki is providing 4 Alloy wheels, while stepney which is supposed to be of the same quality size and standard is misleading i.e. provided with ordinary wheel, with a changed size as well than the normal does not only amount to deceiving the customer i.e. cheating but dangerous to the life of owner & vehicle as well, needs to be immediately replaced, exclusively identical rest of the 4 wheels, to meet out travelling emergencies, need the authorities of companies utmost attention (for immediate replacement). (v) At the time of sale Company/Showroom people claimed the fuel consumption average 26.5 Km/L, but in last 1 month use for 7000 Km, it rendered only 16-17 Km/L, which is alarming and at times customer feels cheated. Its worthwhile to mention that I am working as Chief Manager, Purvanchal Bank, Gorakhpur (H.O.), sponsored by State Bank of India and we own highest market share of financing Maruti Suzuki car in the region. Some borrowers reflected similar complaint as experienced by me, is worth noting to needs immediate grievance redressal. We request you to kindly arrange to look into these grievances in light it is mentioned and redress them accordingly. Your express attention to the issues will be highly appreciated.                 Dear team, I am a customer of Maruti suzuki, a well known name in automobiles. I own a Maruti suzuki swift dzire (UP32 FA 5269) i visited Anand motors faizabad road lucknow authorized service centre and dealer of maruti suzuki for servicing of my car after 20000 kms. It was a paid service but my complaint is that i was overcharged for the service, spare parts and labour as no motor parts were changed except a pair of front disk break pad(which cost 1582 rupees). I was charged 12620 rupees for this service, which is too much, as compared to other cars like hyunadai, toyota. Maruti suzuki is known for less maintenance but after this costly service for simple oil change and normal servicing with no major or minor defects in car, my views for maruti suzuki has changed. Kindly contact some responsible authority from maruti suzuki company (not from the dealers) regarding these charges and bill. I want full clarification and of these charges over my bill. How can they charge so much???                   Hi Team, I purchased swift LXI on 20th march 2015 Regn No. DL2CAU6953. After i just noticed that it is defective(car wiper is not balanced and their plastic cover is down from glass) so i complained it in COMPETENT(ghazipur) but they ignored so thats why i changed my service center CHIRAG AUTOMOBILES i told them clearly that i have this complained but even they didn't take care of my complained.I called to BALAKRAM (who pic and drop my car, no-[protected]) again and again but he just ignored and stooped to pic ma call.They all are making my bills as i am serving free services(check in attachments).NOW THE CONDITION IS I AM USING A DEFECTIVE CAR, ONLY 3 MONTH OLD, AND NOBODY HERE TO TAKE CARE.All are just ignoring.                     I have bought alto k10 brand new maruti suzuki car from varun motors - ecil, hyderabad. Date of purchase 21st march 2015 silver colour. Surprisingly few uncomfortable things happening around. 1) Engine sound was loud and chirpy, I took it for check and the technician has replaced the release bearing to solve it. 2) Still the engine loudsound and vibration is more, earlier chirpy sound not audible - it is ok now. 3) Mileage is just 16 kmpl as advertised against 24kmpl, it should have come atleast 20kmpl, I drive on smooth vacant road on 4th gear completly @60kmph. 4) I am also not happy with the attention I was given by sales person and they were trying to convince me and not understanding my problem and discomfort, they are not courteous. 5) on the right side of the door there is sound of string hitting inside the door while the road is rough, mechanics could identify the problem and unable to rectify it properly 6) I took the car 6 times to the service center after my first servicing, which is very unhappy situation. 7) now they say they have replace the wheel bearing to settle the engine sound 8) i am totally dissatisfied, disappointed, unhappy, sad, grieved, frustrated, stressed driving the car and dealing with the varun motors staff. 9) i want justice, i need another car replacing this existing one. 10) i travelled 3000km till now. 11) the issue is still pending and the vehicle is in the showroom, photo will be attached once i get it, will upload the photo of the car once delivered.

                      Dear Sir, date of incident: 1/7/2015 client number:[protected] description: The rear glass of my car got broken on 30/6/2015 along with severe damage to its dikki. On 1st of July I took the vehicle to Fair Deals Pvt. Ltd.(12/67, Sahibabad Industrial Area, Site 4, Ghaziabad, U.P.). In the DEMANDED REPAIRS AND JOB INSTRUCTION CAPTURING SHEET that they gave me the delivery date written is unreadable, further the contact number written in the sheet is invalid. I had to retrieve the valid number through other sources. After waiting for 3 days, yesterday(4/7/2015) morning I called them up and asked them to deliver the car by that evening. They asked me to call in the evening. At 5:30 pm, I called them up, they told me that since the required spare parts are not available, they shall be arranging them from some other place and deliver the car by the next day(5/7/2015) Today(5/7/2015) morning I got a text message from [protected] stating the following "Dear Sir, you veh status is denting work on progress. contact no:..." At 3:41pm, I called up the person with the given number, he informed me that my car shall be delivered only after 3 more days due to unavailability of spare parts (dikki and glass). I asked him that according to the text message received the denting work should have been completed by the afternoon, he again told me that my car can be delivered only after 3 more days. Then I asked him about the denting works involved, he informed me that any repairs done to the rear of the vehicle comes under denting works. I asked him that when the dikki itself is not available with them (as informed by them) then where are they doing the restoration work. Upon this question, he asked me to talk to his senior who in turn asked me to wait for half an hour after which he would call after interrogating the problem. More than 1 & a half hour have passed since our discussion and till now I have not received any call. Tomorrow, I have to make an urgent visit abroad and without my car my family shall face grave problems in my absence. Therefore I decided to file a complaint. After all, what else can a common customer like me do? PS: I had purchased my car from this same dealer and had all my car services done from this very service center and not faced any trouble before this incident.                         Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked Maruti Celerio VXI on 1st May 2015 in Automotive Showroom in Dombivli. They delivered the car on 31st may with defect. Remote locking is not working properly. During deliver automotive showroom committed me to solve this issue within one day. Based on their words, i have accepted the car. But now almost more than one month, Automotive showroom and service center didn't fix this issue. They dont know how to fix this. And they are not proper in responding to this issue. Even some of their team member dont know how to speak. Finally i Paid 5 lac for the car. They delivered with defect. They dont want to fix. I behind one month but no solution. Three days continuously i was in their service center with my car but no solution. I request to ban the dealership of automotive with maruti. Otherwise maruti name will go as bad for sure.                           First of all i feel sorry for joining in maruti family.the approach of customers by the executives is worse.I have been maintaining a car from almost 25 years and changed many cars and companies but never felt such a shame and never felt sorry for buying a car of that company.i was actually waiting to join in maruti family from your first car maruti 800 but now i feel sorry for joining.it just took 12 days for me to get this feeling.I am writing this compliant because i dont want any other customers to suffer like me and spoil your brand name. Incident date:23/6/2015 to 4/7/2015 i have been suffering all these days each and every day i faced their cheating.it took 10days for me to get my bills. you can reach me at:[protected]. if possible i just want to return the car.

                            I got my Ritz serviced and wiper blads changed at work shop addressed at. Auda garden, Anand nagar, Satellite Ahmedabad. Billed with Invoice no. BR15006572 date 4/7/2015. The vehicle was picked up and dropped from residents. They have fixed 20 inch balade on both hand actual AS side balde should be smaller than DR side. To do this they altered wiper hand and has damaged it. No concurrence is obtained for this. I wants proper blade change and replacement of damaged wiperhand. The photo of fixed blade is enough at to proof .

                              Sir, I have 2014 ritz vdi. Last week i had serviced my car in KVR Cars, Kannur puthiyatheru branch. But unfortunately after 40000 kilometer service, from dealer side they made my vehicle as useless. now gear shifting is not at all possible.I informed the issue to KVR cars several times. but still no action taken.                                 Respected Sir, I am living in Jabalpuur and using the Maruti Vehicle since the year 2002 prior to this incidence i having no complaints against the MARUTI but in this occasion i have been severely harassed by the employees of the Dealer SHUB MOTORS Jabalpur. Sir I have purchased NEW SWIFT DEZIRE White VXI in October 2012. that a starting problem of there in my vehicle and so i left my vehicle for redressal of my problem in vehicle on 01.07.2015. that one Shri Roshan Manager has checked my vehicle and told me that starting problem of my vehicle will be short out and redress soon. i received my vehicle on 01/07/2015 and was told that my vehicle is now repaired and they chared Rs.4150/- towards the servicing charge and different charges. sir as sooner i reached my house and after 2-3 hours started my vehicle it was not started and after many self's my vehicle was started. it means they did nothing to my vehicle no repairing work was done in my vehicle as the problem of my vehicle is as it was previous to its servicing. i contacted to the persons of dealers but no solid answer was given to me. now i having no option but to submit this complaint. sir my humble request to please direct the dealer SHUB MOTORS Jabalpur to redress my grievance and rectify and repair my vehicle as sooner. sir if it will not be repaired i have no option but to lodge the complaint before the police authority for committing cheating with me and also file a complaint case before fouram.                                       Myself Sanjay Jain want to inform you that i have Swift Dzire (HR 26 CF 1592) which is white in colour, purchased on 12 may 2014 and getting my car service regularly from Pasco in Gurgaon but i want to register my complaint regarding AC which is not working after the regular services by PASCO and car is not getting cool at all . If i m facing the same problem again and again, as they have charged for Compressure Oil and AC Gas then whats the use of buying MARUTI car if problem is not getting resolved.

                                        My Suzuki Access-125 GJ.18 CJ-7916 was purchased on 20th April-2015. IN 1st service on 12th June 2015 to Umiya Auto pvt Gandhinagar. After completing service. extra sound was coming from engine.Due to this my scooter was damaged.This matter was brought to the notice of Manager of this dealer. Then it was given for repair and solving this problems.They confessed for this mistake. still I am not setisfied for this sevice. and They refused me to accept the vehicle for further service.
