D13A2493519 was delivered on 29.11.2014 against full payment including extended warranty for 3 rd and 4 th year from m/s. kataria automobiles pvt ltd, khokhra ahmedabad.they collected Rs13112 towards extended warranty. but till date i have not received extended warranty . i was in continuous contact with mr.yogesh modh, executive for maruti ciaz, who finally asked me to lodge a conplaint with you.-gollapudi krishna mohan, d-1001, parishkar-1, behind renault show room, khokhra circle, ahmedabad-3800008, [protected]

      R/Sir My Vehicle Maruti Esteem VXI Vehicle :- Reg No :- MH01 PA4531 Insurance Policy No ICICI Lombard Policy No :- 300/82238233 and clam No :- MOT04593164 had and accident on 12th May 2015 and a truck has banged from behind and Many parts were damage and and after 24 days I got a sms from Insurance that clam has settle to the STERLING MOTOR GARAGE Rs 49, 774/- with out informing me and when I ask the insurance server (Mr, Sachin Dube Cell:- [protected]) the reason he did not give me the proper replay and shouted at me and may of the part are not repair not replaced and I have been told to take the Vehicle and ask me to pay Rs.21, 800/- and part like side mirror was not replaced and without any reason and was not inform to me and now insurance is not paying and service center is asking me to exert apart from the Rs.21, 800/- Request you to please help for the same

        Dear Sir, I purchased a New Wagon r VXI from DD Motors Mayapuri on[protected] Reg no- DL 9C AL 4494, Chassis no- MA3EWDE1S00886928, engine no- K10BN 7530964. SInce the beginning I am facing following problems in the car. 1 There is lot of vibration felt in the car while on idling, 2 Pick up is very poor, Car vibrates while picking up on 1st gear. there is no smoothness in the running of the car 3 Power steering is very hard 4 A/C vents of extreme corners are loose. 4 Poor average- average is coming out to be only 12km/ltr on highway. I have only driven approx 500 kms till now and am facing the above problems. I am very unsatisfied with the Maruti Wagon R performance. Kindly provide me with assistance as soon as possible solving my issues. Previously I have owned Maruti 800, Van, Esteem, Wagon R, Ritz but have never faced such a problem.

          I had purchase a Celerio ZXI AMT on 27.05.2015 and while having the car driven home, it was noticed that the transaxle light was coming on intermittently and the car seems sluggish on the Auto mode.This was informed to the dealer immediately telephonically. But it appears that none has any clue as to why this is happening, If the engine is stopped for some time the light disappears for some time only to reappear again in slow traffic. An E mail to this effect was sent to me to the dealer on 28.05.2015 but I have received no response till date

            Sir I got wagnar (CG17KE8300). On 11th may my car got a sensor problem and was send to service center. I thaught the problem was sorted out for which i have to pay 850;but the actual problem starts here. Again within a week the same problem occured and as usual, again my car was send for servicing. Now i took my car and came to ichapuram(AP) from jagdalpur. Unfortunately again the same problem occured in my car while i was on my way. Plz tell me what should i be doing. To me, it seems like the servicing wasnt done and the team have made a fool out of me. What would you be doing if you were in my place. Plz do respond immediately. INVOICE NO. BR15000195. Take necessary action immediately

              My Car's both the excel start giving problem in such a small running in just 33000 km. Company said they are not responsible of probelm which comes after warranty A good company also take care of their product after warranty as well. This is not a usual technical problem, i am only asking for the problem which is abnormal. I would have not raised the voice if it is a routine problem. I know i can't raise my voice in such circumstances. My request is to investigate and than decide why this has comes in such short running. How can it possible that Maruti 800 which i drove for apox 9 years and more than 1.2 lakh KM without this type of problem and on the other side big Sedan car which only cover 33000 KM in just 4.5 years and start giving problem. I can not expect this from such a reputed company and such a reputed car. I am 100% sure that this is manufacturing defect. Pls take care of product and do the necessary action. (This is not a substandard product which work till the time of warranty and it expire as soon as warranty is expire) I have sent mail to Mr. Adil, Mr. Pankaj and Ms. Monika of Maruti but no satisfactory answer got.

                  i purchased Vehical on 28 june 2014 from spectra motors, LBS marg, GHATKOPAR showroom. after few month front windshield got small crack which is inside. i.e. no scratches on top and bottom of glass, which proves that its developing from inside, and it is manufacturing defect i did complaint in maruti showroom they visited my place 3 times and 2 times i visited showroom to show them. but no proper response is given by them. I would like to get glass changed under warranty as in just 5 month it got cracked which have no scratches My CAR Model No is : WAGON R LXI CNG
                  I have purchased wagon R vxi model in 3rd oct 2014 from Bhatia & Co. Kota (Rajasthan).on 2nd service, car send to workshop, and after service it seems that there was a abnormal sound in engine side, my front tyre punctured and one wheel cover also found crack. when i made it complaint against this service car again send to workshop but no change seen and workshop manager say it is normal sound but I am not satisfied and not satisfied about my other mishappening. please do needful
                  This is just to share our complaint ?

                      Hi I am using a WagonR lxi model car, I purchased this car brand new in 2013 since than I always visit Rana Motors in my car service, this was 5 service where I didnt received proper resolution even earlier I never use to receive proper resolution but still I kept continuing my service with Rana Motor, this time it has been a limit where I am being forced not to take my car again for Rana Motors just because of pathetic service which I received for the 5th time, this time my car mud flap was broken and one was lost although the cleanliness part after service was very bad. I received a call from call centre for service rating 5 days earlier and at that moment I gave only 1 rating and the lady on call told me that she I will recieve resolution in next 48hours but still I havnt received any resolution request you to please help I someone can help me out at a customer Regards, Shaikh Abdul [protected]

Sir, Maine 6 months pehle apne vehicle waganor ka 4 "SHOKUPS" change karwaya tha. " Sparsh automobile mahasamund Chattisgarh " se . sir main jab abhi servicing ke liye gaya tha to pata chala ki 4 shokups se "leakage ho raha hai" .sir maine ye complaint mahasamund ke sparsh automobiles ke manager KO batai to unhone sidha mana kar diya aur ye kaha ki isme hamari koi galati nahi hai isme hum kuch help nahi kar sakte .Maine is baat KO "AGM raipur sparsh automobiles" se complaint kiya aur wo bhi is I terha mana kar diye. Sir. Second complain regarding sir maine servicing ke liye subah 10 baje apni vehicle lagayi thi aur wo bole ki aap 4baje saam ko aa ke le jayeye par jab main 4 baje paucha to pata chala ke servicing unhone chalu hi nahi kiya tha mere bolne ke baad unhone chalu kiya. Sir. Kindly help me regarding this problem .I am very very unhappy with servicing service of sparsh automobiles mahasamund Chattisgarh. My contact no. [protected].

                          Sir, I had purchased a Maruti Swift VXI engine No. K12MN1262673 AND CHASIS NO.MA3EHKD1S00457626 ON 12 JUN 2013 FROM APRA AUTO GURGAON. after 3 months it was noticed that after starting engine rpm goes to 1200 and settles down to 1000 rpm after one minute that is ok but after running few kilometer it drops to 550-600 rpm which was not there initially. This causes the vehicle to cut off at some times specially driving through the long traffic jam situation. I had reported to this to service agent apra but they say it is ok. I had complaint the same in every servicing but no result yielded. Pl. guide me what to do. It appears that they are waiting to finish the warranty period go the car than only they will ask me to pay money for the fault. Pl. guide me what to do if the behavior of the vehicle is as per the standards of the company or otherwise instruct to service agent accordingly. I have no trust with the apra service agency it appears they do not analyst it properly.

                              Hello, i am Bijal Bhatt from pune. I have Wagon R LXI model. i am always service at your dealer chowgule industries & they insist to all customer for every 5000 KM they must service but as per MSIL service are after 10000 km only.( Please check my vehicle service chart by KM) also in last service they delay one day for delivery & my service adviser not bothering for pickup my phone also & they disturb my vacation & my family. At time of servicing i specially mention about average not given in petrol but after after service same average is continue they charge 10500 for this service & my money is waste. i also complain at your customer service & complain no is[protected] but after 10 days MSIL not call to me about this complain. we are vendor of MSIL (Our Vendore Code is M-213) & we highlight this issue in your senior team. I inform nearist maruti suzuki services point in sagwara city and my car is reach service point with other vehical support from self expence. 6.My car RTO registraion is under proccees but number plate is not issue me so maruti services point tell me that after car is ready then frist cash payment paid and then delivery my car.and when RC issue by RTO then they are claime, insurase company for claime payment pay my bank ac. 7.Date 24 jan 2015 my car is ready so i go service point and paid 75100 RS amont faver maruti suzuki. 8.they are tell me that you are submit document for claime faver my bank ac. 9. Within 1 weak i submit all nacessary document in maruti service poin. 10.after 3 months insurance company send check me only 38000RS somthing, so i have contect insurance company so she tell me that car work is only this amount and maruti suzuki more extra amount collect from you. 11. I have contect maruti suzuki services point so she tell me that they are working after server report from insurace side.so this amount is correct. 12 Dear sir after 6 months go but my amount is not receive, plz give me help argent basic.                                   Sir, I had handed over my Maruti ALTO car to Executive (Driver) of Maruti Competent Automobiles co.Ltd. Mehrouli for service as pickup facility.Driver Mr.Bharat Kumar pick my vehicle from my home dated 29/05/2015 at 10 am with good condition.After that I had received a confirmation call from service station by supervisor about vehicle service and payment I had give permission for the same. He assured me that I will got my vehicle at 5pm on 29/05/2015 after that when I call to service center at 5.30 pm I had got a message that my vehicle delivery will be done on 30/5/2015 (next day) at 10 am. But I have not receive my vehicle at scheduled time. which they assured me.After that I had make several call to Maruti service centre for my vehicle delivery but I have not get any satisfactory reply from their end.at 1pm I had received one call from Mr. Mahaveer supervisor that Battery of my vehicle is not good so change the same. but I had denied for the same because battery of my vehicle was in good condition when I handed over my vehicle for servicing. After that my vehicle drooped my home in a bad condition that vehicle is not started. so please lodge a complaint against guilt person and provide my vehicle/battery in good condition- SONIA JOY [protected]

                                    we have exchanged our old OMNI with new one but we not yet got any documents from Dealership i.e. Invoice RC Insurance till date or any cooperation. How we drive the Vehicle out side of the local area. normally i have about 4-5 tours monthly for which I take hiring Vehicle for the purpose. because of non receiving of documents.

                                      I have purchased car DL 8C NB 6691( Maruti car VXI) From T.R.Sawhney Motors Private Limited on 3.8.2009 vide bill no.886 from their show room at A-16 & A-17, Saraswati Vihar, Near Deepali Chowk, Delhi-6 while whole payment at the time of delivery of car. However they have shown in RC issued to me that car has been hypothecated to IDBI Bank. I have requested them verbally as well as in written but they are not giving any response since last six years. You are requested to get the hypothecation removed from my car as early as possible.

                                        I had purchased maruti desire vdi fro patel motors indore on 3/3/2013.the car is doing a mazic noise since last 9 month on back seat.I had several complaint to maruti indore staff and patel motor staff but till date they do not diagnose the problem.every time they had having a standard reply we are sending some one we are looking etc. every car dealer provide pickup and drop services at the time of services but they never follow.At the time of insurance they promised all damages and breakages will covered in insurance but they are not covering.
