Pathetic Customer Service. Today I visited your Dealer Amar Car Services Gorwa for my regular AMC contract for Washing of my car but the coupon which war provided was misplaced, I have given the details of payment and shown the Card detail which had the full details of the expiry of the contract. I believe the Customer Centricity of Maruti is strong but was wrong as I expected full cooperation from Customer service people, I discussed the problem with the Customer Service Manager Mrs. Komal she was making me understand the process and policy of Amar Cars but not give a solution for the same, and same was with Mr Rutvik Desai both are not able to solve and give a proper solution of the same but were adamant that It cant be done without “ Coupon “I also talked with Hiren Patel Stores manager but God Forbid no solution, but I felt why I talked with these people, and they called up some seniors and went to talk with them but came back with a reply that they will give me 25 % discount I fail to understand which type of service and what basis they are giving me this discount as the system is showing all detail clearly then why discount..and were asking for money to get the service done.FINALLY THESE MANGERS CAME UP TO ME AND SAID THE HAD A TALK WITH MR AMAR THAKKER CEO OF AMAR CAR FOR THIS CASE ( god know what they are up to thinking customers are as car washing case to taken to CEO ( In this also they want to earn money via this medium )further they were not making me talk with the senior for a proper answer but were continuously saying that they cant allow me to meet him I fail to understand how can a Maruti dealer can be so loose in customer service, in these time when full world is going towards Tech Savvy systems and these people are in the stone age and working like sarkari Babus . I fail to get the point if the system is showing that the coupon is pending to be used, the where in this world is the problem to give a solution for this issue “ LOST COUPON “ I regret this type of service and the no escalation matrix given and I was not allowed to talk to any superior for a proper reply but were repeatedly saying I am the incharge and you cant meet any one all those words. I want proper solution for the same and want a reply for this mail and If not then the settlement to be done for the service yet to be give by Amar Cars.

    I purchased SX4 ZXI April 2013 model in April 2013. Company fitted Navigation system was provided by Maruti Suzuki. It got locked and need for update. Whenever I asked maruti representatives regarding navigation system, they could not able to help me. Neither the instrument ID nor the manual had been provided to me at the time of purchasing. I contact some persons regarding this they told me that a SD card comes with it by which update can be initiated. Please provide me necessary documents, instruments & information that where should I go for update and unlocking of the device.

      My sx4 diesel needed change of synchronization ring of 3rd gear in the gear box as the gear was not working properly. This part is still in warranty The checked the part in store and opened the job sheet. After they opened the gear box completely they said the part is not available.         Respected Authority, This to inform you that in the month january 2015 we purchased a Maruti Swift VXI model on 21/1/2015 from popular wheelers ind pvt ltd near sola bridge SG highway ahmedabad.Its chasis no. is 814054, engine no. is 1520973 and Car no.GJ27AH3803. It is very much unfortunate to inform you that after three months of deleivery of my car.Its A/C is not working properly and also after servicing 2 times, still I am finding the same problem, may be because of the manufacturing defect and also the car was not properly serviced, with no response to our complaint.                 my cars rare bumper and tail light got damaged and i raised a claim and i took jamkash srinagar jammu and kashmir 20 days to repair it and when i saw my car, the rare bumper was not properly fitted and they started a fight with me and said this is what we could do and then they tried to fit it many a times but it still is open at one end.there service sucks big time.

Palam-Gurgaon Road Gurgaon-122015 (Haryana) Sub : Complaint regarding late repaire of accidental vehicle. Sir, I, Mr Arun Kumar Agrawal purchased a Maruti Ertiga-ZDI vehicle on 16th Oct. 2014 having Engine No.D13A5086170 and Chassis No.MA3FLEB1S00276942 from M/s. Legend Cars Pvt. Ltd., Bhawanipatna, Dist.Kalahandi, Odisha. I prefered to take Maruti Insurance for above said vehicle as suggested by the Sales Representative of Legends Cars. At that time I was said unfortunately if the vehicle met with any kind of accident, you need to handover the vehicle to Showroom and every repairing of damaged vehicle should be done by the Show room, I need to pay only Rs.1, 000/- at the time of delivery. I felt the insurance scheme is attractive and goes with the Maruti Insurance. The Insurance Policy Number is[protected]. Unfortunately my vehicle met with an accident on 12.03.2015. Now I go to handover the vehicle to the Legend Cars, Bhawanipatna Showroom from where I purchased the vehicle for damage repairement and insurance claim. They said me that I have to handover the vehicle at their Jeypore, Koraput, Odisha Showroom because Jeypore is their head office which costs me extra Rs.9, 000/- for transportation. I handed over the damaged vehicle at the Jeypore showroom on 15th March 2015, where they charged me another Rs.1, 000/- for unloading the vehicle. They take few signature of mine in some forms asking that it will be required at the time insurance claim. I put all signatures and requested the Workshop Manager for fast processing of my case and leave. Its already nearbout 70 days passed since I handed over the vehicle to the workshop but it was quite unacceptable that vehicle is not yet ready to delivered, whenever I asked to the workshop manager, sometime he says few articles of the vehicle is yet to be received from Gurgaon H.O., and sometime he says Insurance Surveyor making disturbances. So its total disgusting that in today's modern and internet world should a vehicle needs 4 months to repair? With sufficient logistic facilities are available in and around still the spare parts which are ordered by the Workshop Manager not yet reached at Jeypore Showroom. These statements of a Workshop Manager - astonished me or he make me foolish. Even after 70 days, the Workshop Manager is not been able to provide a particulare date for delivery of the vehicle. One more thing shocked me much that, few days back when I called the Maruti Insurance to know the status of my claim, they said my claim is not yet registered. Immediately I called back the Workshop Manager and asked me why my claim is not yet registered. He simply answered me that all the formalities has been done and your claim will registered soon. These kinds of experience I got with the nation's biggest car maker - Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Lastly only one thing I needs you to understand that I cann't afford to pay another Rs.22, 000/- per month (besides my regular E.M.I. to bank) which currently I am paying to travel operator for my travelling needs in absent of my vehicle. So my only and humble request to you to take all the necessary steps for fast processing of my claim and delivered the vehicle to me at an earliest.                     Hello, My name is Vishal Vyas. I live in Rajkot city of Gujarat state. I am very old customer of Maruti Suzuki company. First, I had Maruti 800 with vehicle no. GJ3AB1565. I also have Maruti Zen. Then I bought Maruti Suzuki WagonR Vxi (2010 Model). It's vehicle no. is GL3DG2029.It's chassis no. is 175397. It's engine no. is 4154344. My WagonR's tyres are company fitted Goodyear tyres. Their size is 155/65R14 (GT3). It was filled/struck air in one of my tyre about 1 year ago. So, I complained in Goodyear company and Goodyear have told to replace it from his dealer "Amrut Enterprise". So, I went to the dealer "Amrut Enterprise (Rajkot-Gujarat)" for replacement. He sold me new tyre in price more than market rate. He added heavy transportation and handling charges. He deducted wearing cost of my old tyre. At sum, the new tyre cost me more than regular market rate. Last week, my car's another tyre was filled with air on one side. So, I lodged compalaint on 27/02/2014 in Goodyear company. So, Goodyear representative inspected tyre on 28/02/2014. He finalized that there is problem in tyre and he calculated 29 % wearing of tyre and he sent my claim to Goodyear dealer "R B Auto Traders" for pass. So, I went to the dealer "R B Auto Traders (Rajkot-Gujarat)" for tyre replacement. He sells new tyre in 3000/- rs. to all customers. But, mine was claimed tyre so he charged me 3200/- rs. for the same tyre. He deducted 29 % wearing cost from it. These two times while changing tyres due to Goodyear company's manufacturing problem, I had to pay 500/- rs. for wheel balancing & alignment each time. I have complained many times about this issue. I had communication with their representative many times through phone calls and emails. But there was not any solution for it and i did not get any refund for it. Today i faced the same problem with remaining 3 tyres. They all 3 tyres got filled Air in one side. So i lodged complain (Q[protected])of this issue. I got this problem in all tyres now. Goodyear's all tyres of this series are defective. My car has driven only 16, 000 KM till now. Their tyres are of very low quality & low durability. It has not completed 5 years of tyres & they all have became non usable. I properly maintain my car with proper air pressure, wheel alignment & balancing etc. But still I had to face this problem many times due to Goodyear manufacturing defect. If something happens in tyre while driving, then it will become a disaster for my family. There are continuose problems in Goodyear GT3 series tyres. Everyone is complaining for this GT3 series. We all facing so many problems because of manufacturing defect. Moreover, I had to pay for tyre charges, wheel balancing, alignment etc. So, I request you on behalf of many suffering customers that don't fit Goodyear company's tyres in future in any model & fit other good company's tyre which had better quality.                       I m purchase the Swift Dzire VDI On 08.05.2015 from Mac Autos Sangrur (Punjab) And dealer give me rates and I m give the margin money and Bank loan amount DD and car dealer give us billing today I.e 23.05.15 and I seen they give us four year extender warranty without our consent and at the time of delivery they issue insurance forcely to us I m not interested because car dealer charge Rs. 24000 and I get quotation from market for Rs.14300

                        I have purchased maruti swift diesel car in the year 2012. From the beginning the vehicle is giving trouble, first the steering problem, last year the clutch assembly oil seal was damaged due to that the clutch plate and pressure plates were damaged and without replacing the clutch plates and pressure plate, only replaced oil seal they delivered the vehicle to me, at that time the speedo meter is 12000kms. Now the same problem is come and the varun motors, begumpet is refusing to replace the clutch plates and pressure plates, now my vehicle speedo meter is 26, 350.                           I had booked a Maruti Suzuki Celerio Green with the Spectra Motors dealer at Chembur, Mumbai. They had assured me the delivery of the car within 12 days and because of which I also issued a cheque for Rs.21000. But as soon as the money was in their pocket they started Ignoring my calls and gave me a deaf year for almost a month. And currently after a month they have the audacity to tell me that the car is NOT AVAIALABLE for another month. I checked with other helpline numbers and was assured of no such UNAVAILABILITY. Maruti Suzuki is a very trusted brand name and dealers like so are blamed for the deterioration of their goodwill. My matter has been resolved and I have sweated of not buying the car further but its a very ge uine request to the authorities to ensure that no such customer is fooled in the future. I was in constant touch with Mr.Ashwin Shah at the showroom of Chembur, Mumbai.

                              i have paid insurance amount of rs 7400 approx on 19 April 2015 and left the card with competent auto workshop as well in agreement with Ms. Varsha [protected] but I am still following up for card and for point credit in my auto card account. I don't know what is happening and where they stuck. Pls look into the matter for points and card as well. I have called several times to Varsha for card, points and coupons. my car no is DL 2C AP 2849. Auto card no. [protected].

                                I have purched Alto K10LXICNG from Excell Autovista (Pvt)Ltd, Sector 10, Kopra Kharghar on 24 March 2015 But still have not recd my car registration no. normally it takes 3-4 days maximum. At the time of delivery it was promised bycsakes personal "Mr. Amey" that i will be getting my car reg. no. with in a week. In between is used to keep reminding Mr. Amey about my car reg. no. After waiting for a week i called Amey and he told that there was Strike in the RTO so he was not able to get my car reg.no. My car was picked up from my home for having service and passing in the RTO for passing and kept by Mr. Amey for 5 days but no passing formalities were carried out. I kept checking with Mr. Amey, but all the time i have been promised that i will get in the evening or max to max tomorrow and always giving me some excuse. Till toady on 23 May 2015 i have not recd my car reg no. After lodging complain about the car reg no. on about my car reg no. On 9th May it was promised by Mr.Amey that i will get it by 13 May and requested to take back the complain. Under my pressure he took the car for passing on 13 May along with me. This is just to update you that i have bought this car under loan and i am paying premium for that same but not able to use my car because of my reg no. I am paying premium for keeping the car in the Parking area and running in the local where as it was bought for going to office which is approx 35 km from my residence. Even after having my car at home still using Taxi and Public transport for office and paying premium for the car. Trust Maruti will take full responsibility of my car if something wrong goes and issue arises because of car. reg no. (Accident, Theft, Caught by police for running without Reg. No.) I am having below questions from the Maruti: 1. When i will get my car reg. no. 2. Why wrong info passed to customers like me. 3. Why my car was kept with Mr. Amey for 5day where as service require only one day. 4. What is advantage of having complain on [protected], even after complaint i have not recd.my car reg no. 5. Settlement of extra expenses for premium and travelling by taxi. 6. Returning of car as looks like they will not be able to provide car reg. no. 7. Why the car released from the Showroom.                                   Hi, i was scheduled for service of my car, i gave them car for service and i was told that i would get in 4 hours but its more than 2 days that service centre has been delayed and not done yet. I visited the service station but it is still not operated. They are saying that they have large number of customers in the queue and they will attend one by one.

                                    sir ibought the new swift dzire zxi WHITE model for rs. 7, 40, 000( seven lakhs forty thousand only) from shenbaga cars pvt. ltd pondicherry and the vehicle delivered on 20.05.2015. chasis no.718304 and the engine no.1570248 and the customer id [protected] and the vehicle id. MA3EJKDIS00718304 Booking dealer 9601 and my name is satheesh kumar my contact no. [protected] sir the staffs are very arrogant they have not ready to communicate even the time of delivery of vehicle even then when i went to show room they simply replied it is in workshop and i waited for one to twoo hour finally they brought the vehicle un washed when i enquired they replied tomorow we will do similary they are not given the showroom invoice bill for the amount recieved they gien the RTO bill for 6, 50, 000 only but for the rest of the amount of 7, 40, 000 they refused. no othe proper tax come invoice bill wwas not given and receipt given at the time of payment of money is itself enough as they replied and finally they charged 7, 500 rupees for accessories but none of the things was given when i asked about the thing it is for antiruct coating and teflon coating but it seems that antirust coating is done in the manufacturing itself and the teflon coating was not required for the white coloured vehicle even if it is done it wont cost that much. and they said some vehicle health insurance that was also not given finally they tortured me and got signed in all papers and pushed the vehicle to me so i need proper justice for this and proper reply as the things to be done

                                      I m Kumar my car registration no. TN11 L8107.Car model Maruthi Suzuki swift dzire (Tour). I had a measure service on maruti Suzuki authorized dealer VISHNU MOTORS. After they hand over the car i went for a road test and found that the gear of my car are not working smoothly and gear are so hard and Engine noise very high.                                         Dear Sir, I have purchased the Shift VDI Car from JAI KRISHNA show room in Coimbatore vehicle registration TN37 CF 8957 But all services are done at JAI KRISHNAN Coimbatore One year before diesel tank wire also damage which was corrected at Jai Krishna two month before Mouse entered inner side cabin after that front side mesh provided at Aadhi show room to avoid the mouse at inner cabin around 20 day before same complaint sent to maruti two days before seat belt alarm wires also damage this also corrected Aadhi show room yesterday again Mouse entered at back side spare tyre storage areas Covering sheet and covering cover also damage every day we are getting more tension about this issues kindly review still I am not getting any solution from your end ie Maruti S.Babukrishnan [protected]
