I wrote a mail regarding my recently taken Swift at email id given with the visiting card or prem motors Jaipur and forwarded it also but even after 7 days, there is no revert or any reaction for my complain.     Maruti Suzuki Swift VXI, Chassis number:704709. Registration number: KL 51B 8501. Name: Chandran K, Sreevalsam, Santhi Nagar, Cherpulassery Post, Palakkad dist, pin:679503, Ph:[protected]. Exhaust gas getting onto the cabin. the vehicle was taken by the KVR Autocars Perinthalmanna Malappuram for necessary repairs. The have changed the dicky skirt wide their invoice number:BR14002583 dated 17/09/2014 for Rs.7390. This job was carried out without my approval and done the job and took money from me. Finally, they could not rectify my complaint and send back my vehicle. The vehicle was bought from this dealer. The problem was sorted out by other dealer and rectified the problem. The concerned problem was related to the engine and not the dicky skirt. They have simply changed the dicky skirt and collected money from me. Kindly refund the same at your earliest convenience.       I had really bad experience doing 4th service at Leo Motors Bangalore. I had given my car for service on[protected] at 11.30 AM for 4th service at Leo Motors 100 feet road Indiranagar. The vehicle was returned on[protected] at 1:30PM. The front Tyre had no air when the vehicle was delivered. So they hadn't fixed the puncture just rotated the wheels. There was dust inside the vehicle - dash boards, steering, windows, .. When i took the test drive the drive was rough, same as before giving the vehicle for service. I got suspicious and checked the water level in battery and engine oil. There was no water at all in the battery and the engine oil was not replaced (the level of oil was same as when i gave the vehicle for service). No wheel alignment was done either. You can feel it while driving. So in other words, vehicle was kept for two days washed from outside and returned. When i called the Works Manager, he asked me to send the vehicle again and assured me that he will check the vehicle and do the needful. I gave the vehicle again. This time the battery had water, engine oil was replaced, vehicle was partially cleaned but no alignment done or puncture fixed. I showed the same to the person (Nelson) who came to return the vehicle. He said sorry sir. But not ready to correct the problem. I am not sure what all has been done. I will have to get the service done again just to make sure everything is fine. I am thankful to the Works Manager Mr.Manju Who at least got me somethings done. Rest of the staff at the Leo motors - Raju. Nelson, works officer were irresponsible and non-committed in their work. Such irresponsible behavior can lead to accidents and lose of life. I hope some action will be taken.

        My car, Swift dezire tour LDI (WB02 AB 3197) had an accident on 20th of April 2015 and i have given my car for repairing on the very next day i.e. 21st of April 2015 to Machino Techno Sales Ltd, Darga Road, Kolkata. I got back my car on 25th May 2015 but still a light is blinking in the meter for that I took my car to the garage again on 26th May 2015. The mechanics did some scanning or something for a few minutes and told me that it will not blink again but today also i am facing the same problem. They are so casual in their approach. I have already paid around Rs. 22500 yet the fault remains. I really dont know what is to be done next. Please help.

          I own a 2012 model new Maruti Swift LDI. Its running for my Travels. Since last year it has a major complaint that still not resolved. It is hesitating to start when the vehicle is hot. and sometimes its shutting down while running. U know, my customer are depending upon the condition of the vehicle. Changing the vehicle on the roads make them unhappy. And the trajedy is that nobody knows what went wrong with my vehicle. I checkd it with Sai Service, Tripunitura, EKM, BRD Chavakkad, Indus Motors, Choolppuram, GVR etc. And nobody could resolve it. Sai changed my fuel rail, no change in the fault. Indus and BRD said its the problem of battery. I changed the battery. Somebody else said u change the nossils. I replaced the nossils. Every thing went in vein. The vehicle is not get ignitted in this night. My drivers and me fed up with the swift. Shall we make a campaign against Maruti or Maruti's Swifts? While the problem exists, no body knows the reason. How come? Very bad and its ugly too. My vehcle registration number is KL46F4100

            This is to apprise that on dated 13.11.2014, purchased a part " shocker absorver" front side for Maruti Zen Estilo and same has been installed from your authorized dealer M/s Shakti Trading Company, Jaigoan under Jalpaiguri district. During installation of above parts, the reading of KM was 34170. After installation of above shocker absorver it was felt some sound from the newly installed absorver. check up was done again and again and some rectification was done. But the sound was not rectified and informed that shock absorver is not function properly and advice to change the absorver again. In this connection, i met your authorized dealer and informed the facts which has occured and request to change the defect shocker. M/s Shakti Trading Company has refused my request stating that the maruti company did not giving any warranty on MGP. At present KM is 35200. Therefor, i am requsted you to kindly look into this matter.

              मेरी कार आल्टो up 32 cr 9346 का अकक्सीडेंट 15.03.2015 को हुआ जिसे आनंद मोटर्स चिनहट लखनऊ बेजा गया जिसको ठीक होने में वर्कशॉप द्वारा 2 month 11 day लगे और कार मुझे 26.05.2015 को 5.30pm पर मिली पूरी गाड़ी वाइब्रेट कर रही है fuel cap missing है साथ मे गाड़ी मैं पॉवर स्टेरिंग कम नहीं कर रहा है न ही बेक गियर मैं कार से आवाज आती थी वो भी नहीं आ रही है । इस कार के ठीक होने मैं देरी और इतनी अनिमताओ के कारन मुझे बड़ी ठेस पहुंची है यदि यह कार मुझे पूरी तरह ठीक होकर नहीं मिलती है तो मैं उपभोक्ता फोरम जाने को विवश हूँ

                I am writing this mail and feeling that I have been cheated by a leading auto company in India. I am feeling that I have made a very big mistake by choosing Maruti Suzuki Car because of your Authorized Dealer called Regent Autolinks Pvt Ltd. Ghaziabad. I am the owner of the car registered no. UP 14 BE 4451 make EECO VAN.I have been visited to your authorized Dealer M/s Regent Autolinks Pvt. Ltd. Along with the car and I went to the concern department call “Body Workshop” Supervisor attended me and assured me that my car work will be done within the period of one week from now onwards and they have given me Job Slip . I have not seen because he assured me to deliver the same in spam of one week time. After that I have called to the supervisor many time but he said me that we are working on your car but when i visited workshop i found that my car is at is there is no work has been done .i have also inform you that its totally effected on my business bcz it is delivered the material.                   This is to notify you that I am very pissed off with your car performance and service I purchased a Maruti Wagon R CNG model (DL 3C CD 1047) in the month October 2014 from T R SAWHNEY(Amar colony). its just been 8 months up till now n i m facing many problems first of all your car ac is not operational even when used with maximum setting on petrol but the most alarming issue is that in such a short time my front left side axle broke down as well as the whole of the engine chassis has fallen from the same side on 24th may 2015 wen we took it to the service/dealership shop where this car has been bought from the are complaining us for having broken our own car according to them it is we who unbolted the chassis and we may have done a accident where the axle got broken the truth being told there hasn't been any accident of this car since its been brought and of course we haven't done any such task as stated by the service station head these people are changing their own statements again and again making it prominent dat they are themselves not sure and just blaming us also a point to be noted is that this is the very same station where i get the servicing done and i just got dis car serviced on 4th may where they also did the wheel alignment and maintenance this has been a very painful experience i have had 13 diff cars in the past and never have i had to face such a problem because of this i am not able to go to my office please look into it and tell me what can i do n wat are you ppl ready to do for me cause wid this kind of a behavior on your part i m likely to go to the consumer court for this issue
                  i may also add that i was travelling wid my family of 4 wen the axle broke down in the middle of the road

                  dis could have lead to life loss so my complaint should be taken with the most seriousness

                    Dear sir, I have purchased a new car Alto 800 VXI from RajSneh at Garh Road Meerut on 26 Mar'2015. They have charged so much of extra money. This is so ridiculous. Firstly, they charged Ex- Showroom Price 3, 28, 670 which is 2, 92, 293 as per the bill. Secondly, they charged 13, 782 as insurance money which is again 12, 591 as per the insurance paper. I am sending you all the proofs of paper. Thirdly, they charged Registration charges 27, 955 which should be around 23, 000 as it is 8% of Ex-Showroom price as per my knowledge. Fourthly, they charged 4, 750 as handling charges which they should not as they are already included in Ex- Showroom price. Fifthly, they charged 4, 000 as 4 years warranty which they did not disclose at the time of purchase. Later when we recieved the bill and asked, them they said " its from Maruti Suzuki side without which we cannot sell the car" which i know is false. Maruti Suzuki is not providing any warranty for 4 years. Sixthly, on my first service (which i took on 27 April, 2015) which should be free they gave me the estimate of 2800 which included change of ac filter and one two other things which is absolutely not required. And u tell me Does a new car just driven 600 kms need not to get its ac filter changed? Obviously not. So kindly look into the matter at the earnest. Hope for a Positive Response.                       I puchased one ritz vdi bearing registration no. DL4CAS6906 in Aug.14. Yesterday it didnt get started. I work in Gurgaon and i m facing lot of difficulties. I had to pay taxi fare of Rs. 800 to go to my office. The mechanics are saying that the issue is with EVM. Plz let me know how EVM is not working properly in a car which is less than one year.                         Pathetic Customer Service. Today I visited your Dealer Amar Car Services Gorwa for my regular AMC contract for Washing of my car but the coupon which war provided was misplaced, I have given the details of payment and shown the Card detail which had the full details of the expiry of the contract. I believe the Customer Centricity of Maruti is strong but was wrong as I expected full cooperation from Customer service people, I discussed the problem with the Customer Service Manager Mrs. Komal she was making me understand the process and policy of Amar Cars but not give a solution for the same, and same was with Mr Rutvik Desai both are not able to solve and give a proper solution of the same but were adamant that It cant be done without “ Coupon “I also talked with Hiren Patel Stores manager but God Forbid no solution, but I felt why I talked with these people, and they called up some seniors and went to talk with them but came back with a reply that they will give me 25 % discount I fail to understand which type of service and what basis they are giving me this discount as the system is showing all detail clearly then why discount..and were asking for money to get the service done.FINALLY THESE MANGERS CAME UP TO ME AND SAID THE HAD A TALK WITH MR AMAR THAKKER CEO OF AMAR CAR FOR THIS CASE ( god know what they are up to thinking customers are as car washing case to taken to CEO ( In this also they want to earn money via this medium )further they were not making me talk with the senior for a proper answer but were continuously saying that they cant allow me to meet him I fail to understand how can a Maruti dealer can be so loose in customer service, in these time when full world is going towards Tech Savvy systems and these people are in the stone age and working like sarkari Babus . I fail to get the point if the system is showing that the coupon is pending to be used, the where in this world is the problem to give a solution for this issue “ LOST COUPON “ I regret this type of service and the no escalation matrix given and I was not allowed to talk to any superior for a proper reply but were repeatedly saying I am the incharge and you cant meet any one all those words. I want proper solution for the same and want a reply for this mail and If not then the settlement to be done for the service yet to be give by Amar Cars.

                          I purchased SX4 ZXI April 2013 model in April 2013. Company fitted Navigation system was provided by Maruti Suzuki. It got locked and need for update. Whenever I asked maruti representatives regarding navigation system, they could not able to help me. Neither the instrument ID nor the manual had been provided to me at the time of purchasing. I contact some persons regarding this they told me that a SD card comes with it by which update can be initiated. Please provide me necessary documents, instruments & information that where should I go for update and unlocking of the device.

                            My sx4 diesel needed change of synchronization ring of 3rd gear in the gear box as the gear was not working properly. This part is still in warranty The checked the part in store and opened the job sheet. After they opened the gear box completely they said the part is not available.                               Respected Authority, This to inform you that in the month january 2015 we purchased a Maruti Swift VXI model on 21/1/2015 from popular wheelers ind pvt ltd near sola bridge SG highway ahmedabad.Its chasis no. is 814054, engine no. is 1520973 and Car no.GJ27AH3803. It is very much unfortunate to inform you that after three months of deleivery of my car.Its A/C is not working properly and also after servicing 2 times, still I am finding the same problem, may be because of the manufacturing defect and also the car was not properly serviced, with no response to our complaint.                                       my cars rare bumper and tail light got damaged and i raised a claim and i took jamkash srinagar jammu and kashmir 20 days to repair it and when i saw my car, the rare bumper was not properly fitted and they started a fight with me and said this is what we could do and then they tried to fit it many a times but it still is open at one end.there service sucks big time.

Sir, I, Mr Arun Kumar Agrawal purchased a Maruti Ertiga-ZDI vehicle on 16th Oct. 2014 having Engine No.D13A5086170 and Chassis No.MA3FLEB1S00276942 from M/s. Legend Cars Pvt. Ltd., Bhawanipatna, Dist.Kalahandi, Odisha. I prefered to take Maruti Insurance for above said vehicle as suggested by the Sales Representative of Legends Cars. At that time I was said unfortunately if the vehicle met with any kind of accident, you need to handover the vehicle to Showroom and every repairing of damaged vehicle should be done by the Show room, I need to pay only Rs.1, 000/- at the time of delivery. Now I go to handover the vehicle to the Legend Cars, Bhawanipatna Showroom from where I purchased the vehicle for damage repairement and insurance claim. They said me that I have to handover the vehicle at their Jeypore, Koraput, Odisha Showroom because Jeypore is their head office which costs me extra Rs.9, 000/- for transportation. I handed over the damaged vehicle at the Jeypore showroom on 15th March 2015, where they charged me another Rs.1, 000/- for unloading the vehicle. They take few signature of mine in some forms asking that it will be required at the time insurance claim. I put all signatures and requested the Workshop Manager for fast processing of my case and leave. Its already nearbout 70 days passed since I handed over the vehicle to the workshop but it was quite unacceptable that vehicle is not yet ready to delivered, whenever I asked to the workshop manager, sometime he says few articles of the vehicle is yet to be received from Gurgaon H.O., and sometime he says Insurance Surveyor making disturbances. So its total disgusting that in today's modern and internet world should a vehicle needs 4 months to repair? With sufficient logistic facilities are available in and around still the spare parts which are ordered by the Workshop Manager not yet reached at Jeypore Showroom. These statements of a Workshop Manager - astonished me or he make me foolish. Even after 70 days, the Workshop Manager is not been able to provide a particulare date for delivery of the vehicle. One more thing shocked me much that, few days back when I called the Maruti Insurance to know the status of my claim, they said my claim is not yet registered. Immediately I called back the Workshop Manager and asked me why my claim is not yet registered. He simply answered me that all the formalities has been done and your claim will registered soon. These kinds of experience I got with the nation's biggest car maker - Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Lastly only one thing I needs you to understand that I cann't afford to pay another Rs.22, 000/- per month (besides my regular E.M.I. to bank) which currently I am paying to travel operator for my travelling needs in absent of my vehicle. So my only and humble request to you to take all the necessary steps for fast processing of my claim and delivered the vehicle to me at an earliest.
