I have purchased maruti swift diesel car in the year 2012. From the beginning the vehicle is giving trouble, first the steering problem, last year the clutch assembly oil seal was damaged due to that the clutch plate and pressure plates were damaged and without replacing the clutch plates and pressure plate, only replaced oil seal they delivered the vehicle to me, at that time the speedo meter is 12000kms. Now the same problem is come and the varun motors, begumpet is refusing to replace the clutch plates and pressure plates, now my vehicle speedo meter is 26, 350. My vehicle No is AP 13 AC 2979 MARUTI SWIFT DIESEL. Kindly look into the matter and solve my issue. Regards S Javeed Mobile [protected]

    I had booked a Maruti Suzuki Celerio Green with the Spectra Motors dealer at Chembur, Mumbai. They had assured me the delivery of the car within 12 days and because of which I also issued a cheque for Rs.21000. But as soon as the money was in their pocket they started Ignoring my calls and gave me a deaf year for almost a month. And currently after a month they have the audacity to tell me that the car is NOT AVAIALABLE for another month. I checked with other helpline numbers and was assured of no such UNAVAILABILITY. Maruti Suzuki is a very trusted brand name and dealers like so are blamed for the deterioration of their goodwill. My matter has been resolved and I have sweated of not buying the car further but its a very ge uine request to the authorities to ensure that no such customer is fooled in the future. I was in constant touch with Mr.Ashwin Shah at the showroom of Chembur, Mumbai.

        i have paid insurance amount of rs 7400 approx on 19 April 2015 and left the card with competent auto workshop as well in agreement with Ms. Varsha [protected] but I am still following up for card and for point credit in my auto card account. I don't know what is happening and where they stuck. Pls look into the matter for points and card as well. I have called several times to Varsha for card, points and coupons. my car no is DL 2C AP 2849. Auto card no. [protected].

          I have purched Alto K10LXICNG from Excell Autovista (Pvt)Ltd, Sector 10, Kopra Kharghar on 24 March 2015 But still have not recd my car registration no. normally it takes 3-4 days maximum. At the time of delivery it was promised bycsakes personal "Mr. Amey" that i will be getting my car reg. no. with in a week. In between is used to keep reminding Mr. Amey about my car reg. no. After waiting for a week i called Amey and he told that there was Strike in the RTO so he was not able to get my car reg.no. My car was picked up from my home for having service and passing in the RTO for passing and kept by Mr. Amey for 5 days but no passing formalities were carried out. I kept checking with Mr. Amey, but all the time i have been promised that i will get in the evening or max to max tomorrow and always giving me some excuse. Till toady on 23 May 2015 i have not recd my car reg no. After lodging complain about the car reg no. on about my car reg no. On 9th May it was promised by Mr.Amey that i will get it by 13 May and requested to take back the complain. Under my pressure he took the car for passing on 13 May along with me. This is just to update you that i have bought this car under loan and i am paying premium for that same but not able to use my car because of my reg no. I am paying premium for keeping the car in the Parking area and running in the local where as it was bought for going to office which is approx 35 km from my residence. Even after having my car at home still using Taxi and Public transport for office and paying premium for the car. Trust Maruti will take full responsibility of my car if something wrong goes and issue arises because of car. reg no. (Accident, Theft, Caught by police for running without Reg. No.) I am having below questions from the Maruti: 1. When i will get my car reg. no. 2. Why wrong info passed to customers like me. 3. Why my car was kept with Mr. Amey for 5day where as service require only one day. 4. What is advantage of having complain on [protected], even after complaint i have not recd.my car reg no. 5. Settlement of extra expenses for premium and travelling by taxi. 6. Returning of car as looks like they will not be able to provide car reg. no. 7. Why the car released from the Showroom.             Hi, i was scheduled for service of my car, i gave them car for service and i was told that i would get in 4 hours but its more than 2 days that service centre has been delayed and not done yet. I visited the service station but it is still not operated. They are saying that they have large number of customers in the queue and they will attend one by one.

              sir ibought the new swift dzire zxi WHITE model for rs. 7, 40, 000( seven lakhs forty thousand only) from shenbaga cars pvt. ltd pondicherry and the vehicle delivered on 20.05.2015. chasis no.718304 and the engine no.1570248 and the customer id [protected] and the vehicle id. MA3EJKDIS00718304 Booking dealer 9601 and my name is satheesh kumar my contact no. [protected] sir the staffs are very arrogant they have not ready to communicate even the time of delivery of vehicle even then when i went to show room they simply replied it is in workshop and i waited for one to twoo hour finally they brought the vehicle un washed when i enquired they replied tomorow we will do similary they are not given the showroom invoice bill for the amount recieved they gien the RTO bill for 6, 50, 000 only but for the rest of the amount of 7, 40, 000 they refused. no othe proper tax come invoice bill wwas not given and receipt given at the time of payment of money is itself enough as they replied and finally they charged 7, 500 rupees for accessories but none of the things was given when i asked about the thing it is for antiruct coating and teflon coating but it seems that antirust coating is done in the manufacturing itself and the teflon coating was not required for the white coloured vehicle even if it is done it wont cost that much. and they said some vehicle health insurance that was also not given finally they tortured me and got signed in all papers and pushed the vehicle to me so i need proper justice for this and proper reply as the things to be done

                I m Kumar my car registration no. TN11 L8107.Car model Maruthi Suzuki swift dzire (Tour). I had a measure service on maruti Suzuki authorized dealer VISHNU MOTORS. After they hand over the car i went for a road test and found that the gear of my car are not working smoothly and gear are so hard and Engine noise very high. I talked to the experts in Vishnu motors but still this case happens. Already 2 services finish (first -28/4/2015, second -19/5/2015). We expecting for your support. Pls solve issue as soon as possible

                  Dear Sir, I have purchased the Shift VDI Car from JAI KRISHNA show room in Coimbatore vehicle registration TN37 CF 8957 But all services are done at JAI KRISHNAN Coimbatore One year before diesel tank wire also damage which was corrected at Jai Krishna two month before Mouse entered inner side cabin after that front side mesh provided at Aadhi show room to avoid the mouse at inner cabin around 20 day before same complaint sent to maruti two days before seat belt alarm wires also damage this also corrected Aadhi show room yesterday again Mouse entered at back side spare tyre storage areas Covering sheet and covering cover also damage every day we are getting more tension about this issues kindly review still I am not getting any solution from your end ie Maruti S.Babukrishnan [protected]

                    I m lakshya bhardwaj my car registration no. UP 16 AE 5462.Car model alto CNG. I had a measure service on maruti Suzuki authorised dealer ROHAN MOTORS in greater noida with the amount of ₹14017. After they hand over the car i went for a road test and found that the gear of my car are not working smoothly and gear are so hard. I talked to the experts in rohan motors they said that it was a problem of pushing of clutch so they tight the clutch but the problem is remain same . They said you have to get change you clutch assembly. So my Complaints Only is that why i bear that problem in terms of money for that the dealer is responsible. or if their is the problem from long time then why his advisor do not mention this problem on wob card At the time of receiving my car for the service.

                      Dear Sir/ Madam, I would like to say to you that I have purchased a maruti suzuki swift dezire car in the month of june 2014 and after few month i have seen that in panel of the driver side it got rusted. i shocked to see that because as i know that the maruti suzuki is the company on which any one can trust and enjoy its product. But after giving several verbal reminder no any one has given me the proper reply whether its a type of production defect or anything else. I have purchased the car from the seemanchal motors, gulabbagh purnea bihar. I am waiting for reply because the rusted area will be expanded and on that time i have to bear abnormal cost.                         श्री मान जी, निवेदन यह है की मैंने आपकी कंपनी की मारुती सुजुकी की swift dizere zdi (HR19H[protected] मै खरीदी थी। गत दिवस दिनाँक[protected] को हम किसी कार्य से कोटा जा रहे थे। जब हम देवली (राजस्थान ) के पास पहुंचे तो अचानक आगे से गाये आ गई, गाड़ी की स्पीड करीबन 100 की थी गाये गाड़ी के ऊपर आ कर गिरी इस दौरान न तो गाड़ी के ब्रेक लगे ना ही एयर बैग खुले। कंपनी मारुती सुजुकी अपने ब्रांड की इतने प्रसंसा करते नहीं थकती पर हमारे साथ हदसा होने पर कंपनी के सभी दावे खोखले साबित हो गए। हमने उस समय आपके toll free number पर complaint दर्ज करवाई जिसका नंबर 875541 है। मैं काफी सदमे मैं हु मेरी पत्नी भी इस हादसे से सदमे मैं है हमें आपके ब्रांड पर भरोसा करके आपकी गाड़ी खरीदी थी पर हमारे साथ बड़ा छल हुआ है सुरक्षा के नाम से आपकी गाड़ी मैं कोई सुविधा नहीं है। श्री मान जी हमें क़ानूनी करवाई करने पर मजबूर न करें या तो कम्पनी गाड़ी ठीक करके दे नहीं तो मजबूरन हमें कानून का सहारा लेना पड़ेगा। आगे से आप पर हमारा विश्वास बना रहे इसका प्रयास करें और हमारी गाड़ी ठीक करवाई जाय contact no.                           my car registered as MH-04 5070 was send for claim with your dealer fort point dombivili, thane, maharashtra on 14th may.The surveyor who was supposed to attend the same day but attended today on 20.05.15. I had made very clear that i am out of state from 16th they assured me to complete procedure before 16th but put up a call 2 me today at 6.30th. car was scratched from all sides by unknown person when I had gone 4 shopping. since the person who did scratches was not known I did police complaint of the same. In complaint it's very clearly mentioned that scratches are made on all sides of car then to the said surveyor has left many sides saying that they are irrelevant . It's a foolish job that how this great person THE SURVEYOR knew that the scratches on some of the sides are not relevant.was this person the surveyor witnessing the event? had I caught the person who did scratches I would have never have dropped in 4 claim..n y would ne one loose NCB and pay claim charges 4 repainting car when it's originally in good condition. I have zero depth insurance since 2 years and no claim till the date then y would u get engaged in such complications and harass self. Iam making up mind of taking help of consumer court against insurance as well as all the guilty.such was never the case with my other non maruti cars earlier

I have requested the dealer for test drive which was flatly refused by the representative of dealer. Whereas dealer at ghatkopar and thane were offering me a test drive. At that time they said to take inovice and additional waranty after 15 days. I have taken my vehicle and wanted to register my vehicle .                                 Sir, I have the Alto Standard Model (HR05AA5661). In feb 2015, My car window and front glass were damaged in minor accident. then, i contact to Mahalaxmi workshop. they suggested that you can get claim for the one part at one time. Insurance company would not pay for both parts. and they said that 15 or more days after, we could claim for the another part. one suggestion of him, i agreed to get for claim of one part i.e. window repair. then after two months i.e. in May, i went there for the second part. they totally denied that you can not get the claim for it. but that time, they said that we will provide you the claim from the company. now, what is it. they did misguide and misbehave. sir, i want the written explaination form them and the maruti suzuki. that why they misguide us. if both parts were damaged on that time. then why did workshop manager and observer not put the case for both parts.

                                  We have purchased new Maruti Suzuki WagonR car from your authorized dealer Nanda Automobiles Pvt Ltd, , Plot No. 1003, G.I.D.C, Sector-28, Gandhinagar-382028, Gujarat, India on dated 24.09.2014. Till date we have used 3200 kms of this car. But, within 8 months, we have to face many problems regarding this car. Every time of problem, the dealer kept our car for three to four days under observation. During these days, we were without car. Last Sunday, we had faced big problems with car. The AC in car was totally not working. During our 40 kms journey, the cars was 400 times stopped. After many effort, we had reached our home. On Monday morning around 10:00 hrs, we go to dealer’s service station, one of their representative (Mr Bhavik Patel), took one test drive of our car to see problems. Then he prepared job card of our car and give assurance to us to resolves car problems within few hours. But till 16:00 hrs, we have no any feedback from dealer. So, we again visit the service station around 16:30 hrs, we saw that our car was untouched. We complaint to the manager. He was apologize for this situation and give again assurance to resolve the problems as early as possible. The next day, i.e, today, again, we have no any feedback from dealer. So, we had again reached to the service station at 17:30 hrs. We again complaint to the manager. But, as usual he assure to solve the problem. He said us that there are problems in car regarding radiator and engine. So, The radiator and some engine parts must be replaced. We have shocked hearing this. Our car is totally new. Then why that parts are replaced???????????? We said them to give in written whatever the car problems. They got excited and make misbehave with us and told us that no one can give in written and you can go to any where to make complaint. We Have one more car of Hyundai make I10. We told them about this car. The representative told us that Hyundai is horse and Maruti Suzuki is Donkey, If you interested in horse, then why you had purchased donkey. Again we have shocked. Your representative teach us about car purchasing. So, We have to last option to complaint to you regarding our problems. Even after having car of 4.5 lacs rs. cost, we can’t use it happily. So, please take our complaint seriously and do needful in our favour.                                     I own a ritz car. the auto lock of car is not working properly. i have visited your maruti dealer M/S KTL LTD at HAL, FAIZABAD ROAD, Lucknow on 17.05.2015.The workshop person told to contact showroom. The man at showroom reception told to contact some lady counterpart at back counter, lady told us to contact some another person at outdoor to repair the autolock.. Is the maruti dealer behave like this now? They are now not even bother to hear the complaint of customers. They are busy in selling their car but not listening the smallest complain of customers. Please arrange to do needful so that complaint may be resolved immediately for all the customers by errant dealers like KTL Pvt Ltd, HAL, Lucknow.

                                      I had purchased SX4 ZDI JK01R 8384 through Peaks Auto Pvt.Ltd on 14th March 2012 bearing chasis No MA3FFEB1S00209262 Engine No D 13A1816275 and had extended warranty till 13 March 2015.My vehicle had some problem as it was giving some sort of noise while driving on slightly rough or bumpy roads.I took my vehicle to Highland Automobiles PVT.LTD Srinagar J&K in the first week of september 2014 after taking a test drive by the authorised mechanic/representative Mr. Zulfiqar and Mr.Nisar, they said that the noise is from stering and needs to be replaced. since the extended warranty was valid that time a demand was noted for the replacement of said part and I was told that we will inform once the part is received from company.As after few days floods hit Jammu and Kashmir I went in the month of December to verify about the demand, I was told that due to heavy rush of flood vehicles I will have to wait for some time, finally after repeated reminders I was told that the part has arrived but will have to wait for some time more due to heavy rush of flood hit vehicles.I reminded them that the extended warranty is expiring on 15th of March, I was told that since part has already arrived so there is no need to worry.Finally one day I was told to get the vehicle for the replacement of the part.To my surprise when vehicle was delivered after 2 days it was giving more noise than before, I again took the vehicle there for the same, again did some thing but noise was as it used to be.Then I decided to take the vehicle to Jamkaish where after inspection I was told that stering needs to be replaced when I informed them that it has been replaced they were surprised and informed it has not been replaced only few nuts and bolts have been tightened.Then I enquired from the Highlands about the replacement of the part, they gave one or the other excuse and appologised that only tie rods or ends have been repaired when I asked about handing over the demanded part they are reluctant and now giving the excuse that stering is not covered in extended warranty.Kindly take strict action for cheating a valued customer
                                      I had purchased SX4 ZDI JK01R 8384 through Peaks Auto Pvt.Ltd on 14th March 2012 bearing chasis No MA3FFEB1S00209262 Engine No D 13A1816275 and had extended warranty till 13 March 2015.My vehicle had some problem as it was giving some sort of noise while driving on slightly rough or bumpy roads.I took my vehicle to Highland Automobiles PVT.LTD Srinagar J&K in the first week of september 2014 after taking a test drive by the authorised mechanic/representative Mr. Zulfiqar and Mr.Nisar, they said that the noise is from stering and needs to be replaced. since the extended warranty was valid that time a demand was noted for the replacement of said part and I was told that we will inform once the part is received from company.As after few days floods hit Jammu and Kashmir I went in the month of December to verify about the demand, I was told that due to heavy rush of flood vehicles I will have to wait for some time, finally after repeated reminders I was told that the part has arrived but will have to wait for some time more due to heavy rush of flood hit vehicles.I reminded them that the extended warranty is expiring on 15th of March, I was told that since part has already arrived so there is no need to worry.Finally one day I was told to get the vehicle for the replacement of the part.To my surprise when vehicle was delivered after 2 days it was giving more noise than before, I again took the vehicle there for the same, again did some thing but noise was as it used to be.Then I decided to take the vehicle to Jamkaish where after inspection I was told that stering needs to be replaced when I informed them that it has been replaced they were surprised and informed it has not been replaced only few nuts and bolts have been tightened.Then I enquired from the Highlands about the replacement of the part, they gave one or the other excuse and appologised that only tie rods or ends have been repaired when I asked about handing over the demanded part they are reluctant and now giving the excuse that stering is not covered in extended warranty.Kindly take strict action for cheating a valued customer

                                        On 17th May 2015 while traveling to native place our vehicle got stoped and surprisingly we come to know our vehicle engine is not working and we called the nearest authourised service CENTRE of maruti city mahabubnagar teleghana RI JAYARAMA MOTORS PVT LTD PEOPLE OVER THERE HELPED US.They confirmed us after taking the vehicle to service centre that the crankshaft and nut which connect the high pressure pump is broken IMMEDIATLY I did called to Chavan motors but no body responded positively and never contacted EVEN today My question is japanese companies follow zero defect quality process and this major quality issue not looked into and addressed and i have been told by TSM from hyderabad that they will replace parts which got broken but why should i suffer and defective defective engine and accept that. i am requesting for complete replacement of engine as engine of company delivered from factory will be always good one than the repaired once and is always not going to have feel of new vehicle BUT I AM HELPLESS CHAVAN MOTORS IS NOT RESPONDING AND NOT HELPING AND I BELIVE I DID MISTAKE BY TAKING VEHICLE FROM CHAVAN MOTORS AND MARUTI COMPANY MARUTI SUZUKI ERTIGA REGISTRATION MH13 BN 4259
