I have purchased a maruti alto k 10 on 21 st march. travelled 6000 km, completed2 service.but mileage is about 14-15 kmpl.but maruti giving commitments of 24.7 kmpl.service stations are saying it's automatic we can't do nothing. maruti is cheating costomers making false commitment.Please do the need ful as soon as possible.contact: [protected].

    Sir, I I had purchased my MARUTI RITZ ZXI BS IV in the year 2010 from your dealer POPULAR UTOMOBILES, near civil station CALICUT.I have been regularly getting it serviced from their workshop at POPULAR VEHICLES AND SERVICES LTD, BEHIND MIMS, , Govindapuram, CALICUT. I find that there is some serious complaint with its ABS functioning.First time they changed its sensors a few months month back and I had to shell out a sizable amount of money for the same . .But the same complaint persists and when i asked them to check this complaint, they once again said the sensors have to be changed.They also informed me that the sensors have come from their factory and it will take some time. But inspite of following up with their service staff i have not got any positive response from their side.I am a bit depressed and disatisfied with their service and wish to sell of my MARUTI once and for all for good. As a last resort i wish to bring this problem to your notice. Expecting a favourable reply at the earliest.         I possessed a SX4 ZDI car bearing No. OR-02-BN-0725 purchased on[protected] from Jyote Motors, Bhubaneswar. Even though 4 years and 2 months have passed from the date of purchase the Vehicle has 0only covered 47600 kms driven by the owner himself. But in the meanwhile the following major components of the vehicle has to be changed > 1. Timing chain replaced on[protected] at 45681 kms. 2. Then clutch plates and the cylinder was changed at 47147 kms on[protected]. 3. Now the vehicle is in the Jyote Motor Garage with the High Presure Inject pump defect. I am of the Opinion that your company do not have proper check or quality control. Otherwise how the timing system will need replacement at 45000 kmsand the pump needs replacement at 47000 kms. In this connection I request you to replace the defective pump set at the company cost as the pump must have some manufacturing defect and the vehicle has only covered 47000 kms. I also have strong reason to suspect manipulation in the whole process. If proper steps are not taken I shall be forced to move to the consumer forum and put my opinion about your company in all social sites.           I had been to mart authorised service station in mysore by its dealer name friendly motors. But services to me was denied by one Mr srinivas he gives reasons that previous service was not done by him/ company. But I was, not claiming any warranty on spare parts I told him to do the nedfull. Then same complaints where attended with other dealer in mysore pls take actions against friendly motors mysore thank you

            ON AUGUST 2014 I HAVE BOOKED ALTO K10 THROUGH UR SALES EXECUTIVE NAMELY FAROOQ BHAT. AND HE TOLD ME THAT INCLUDING EXCHANGE BONUS YOU WILL GET 54000/- SCHEME THROUGH COMPANY. ON 28 th AUGUST 2014 I GAVE HIM A DEMANND DRAFT OF RS. 2650000/ . THROUGH JK BANK NEW COLONY SOPORE JAMMU AND KASHMIR. AND AT THAT TIME HE MADE A PROMISE WITH ME THAT YOU WILL GET YOUR CAR WITHIN TWO DAYS . BUT NOT GIVEN IN TWO DAYS . ON 31 OF AUGUST 2014 I TOLD HIM IF I WILL GET CAR TODAY THEN OK I NOT THEN PLEASE CANCEL MY DRAFT AND RETURN MY PAYMENT.BUT HE PROMISED WITH ME AGAIN THAT U JUST WAIT TWO DAYS MORE AND U WILL GET UR CAR AND YOU WILL GET THE SAME SCHEME THROUGH COMPANY.                   I purchased alto800 LXI in chennai and gave it for 1st free service at CARS INDIA Ambattur Chennai on 24 march 2015 on receiving my car for free service i got a call from that office asking if i wanted to do under body chassis coating to prevent rusting and was advised its highly recommended by MrVenkatesan k who is the service advisor for my car after one day i got my car delivered from service saying all free service and under body coating is over i paid Rs3020 BILL NO BR14026937 for the same on recieving the car i found it was not even properly cleaned inside and outside i complained the same to the CARS INDIA ambattur branch but no action has been taken thus far The other shocking part is two days ago I gave my car for waterservice outside and when they raised the car for cleaning i was taken aback to find that only half of the chassis was painted and the rear wheel was completely not painted I immediately called CARS INDIA Ambattur and gave a complaint and the service advisor venkatesan k kept insisting that in some cars we dont paint the back wheel later he told me to send the car for evaluation and told me he will re paint it for me This is very painful to note that maruti suzuki is cheating customers like this your brand line is caring for customers please note that CARZ INDIA is changing it to cheating customers What if it was left unnoticed how will the customers know if the body is painted or not how many innocent customers have they cheated how is to account for this mistake simply saying sorry and repainting does not solve the issue the response to calls attended in CARS INDIA Ambattur is also very bad the people who attand the calls are not polite and we have to repeat the same line ten time for them to understand I am writing to you in the hope that some action be taken awaiting your reply i have also posted this in all the social media and to all my contacts on whats app stating the please dont go to CARS INDIA or maruti they are cheating

                      I have had a recent problem with my RITZ Vdi, a 2012 model, purchased on 31.03.2013. I took delivery on 09.05.2015. It has logged 42000 Km so far. Though it did not give me any trouble for 2 years, it started giving some, the moment the warranty got over, as if on cue. Around the 3rd week of April, the car refused to start in the morning though the starter and battery seemed to be strong. After four hours when my driver starting it again, it started. I took it to the nearest authorized workshop SPECTRA MOTORS at Ghatla, Chembur, Mumbai and got the electrical scan done. NO PROBLEM... they said. On 08.05.2015 while the car was running it started stalling a bit.Later after about half an hour, I stopped for about 10 minutes. Thereafter the car refused to start... SAME PROBLEM. I took the car again to the authorized workshop in Chembur. It is now five /six days and they have not been able to get at the problem... the guess is Electrical OR EMC OR the battery... they are not sure... In this age of scans and advanced technology MARUTI cannot solve a problem... let alone in hours ...but DAYS...so far SIX DAYS. What is lacking in the staff is conviction and importance of the customer's time. A CUSTOMER is no longer important. When you visit the workshop...you feel as if you are guilty of buying a MARUTI. You do not see the staff any urgency or care in any of the Authorized Care Centres. I have been visiting the workshop every day only to be told that the work is in process and they would call back in the evening on the status. NO CALLS...NO URGENCY... THE CUSTOMER BE DAMNED. I have NO OPTION but to take this indifference on the part of the workshop... Either the workshop is understaffed or they are following a TYPICAL INDIAN CULTURE of indifference. Why does it six days to solve a problem and get the spares. Now that the Sale Bill is dated 31.03.2013 and the delivery given on 09.05.2015... I wonder whether it will be under warranty, as I had brought the problem up to their notice, around third week of April 2013. GOD alone knows the working of MARUTI...

The new ciaz is either used car or defective piece, How can new car have such serious problem and Dealer does not want to accept to it . i have told same to Dealer also they also kept the car for one day after they told me car is done you try...

                        I have purchased a new WagonR CNG on 05-Jun-2011 from your showroom but I am not happy with the car provided. It seems that its an Old Car. When I purcased the car it is having the below mentioned issues. Alignment & Balancing was not there CAR is making unecessary Noise The car ignition automatically stops after 1 or 2 Km While Applying breaks the break is making noise After 15 days I have given the CAR for first service with the above mentioned issues & all the issues was not sorted out. Still the below mentioned issues were there after handing the CAR back to me. CAR is making unecessary Noise The car ignition automatically stops after 1 or 2 Km While Applying breaks the break is making noise Power Window Socket is broken & this was also informed at the time of serivce. CAR AC not working even after paying charges for the same Then again I have given my CAR for 2nd Services with the above mentioned issues & still the same issues are there which are mentioned below. CAR is making unecessary Noise The car ignition automatically stops after 1 or 2 Km While Applying breaks the break is making noise It seems that this is not a new CAR which has been given to me. I am surprised to see such thing as it is for the first time happened to me. I am your loyal customer since ages as previously I was having Maruti 800, then I have purchased WagonR & currently I am owning Swift D-Zire & new WagonR.                           Hi, I booked the Dezire 2015 (Zxi) from Maruti Dealer CM Auto Chandigarh on 29th April, while booking dealer confirm that it will take 10 days for delivery. But after 12 days while following up with dealer, they are not able to confirm delivery date. is this is the way Maruti Service there customers.

                            I booked a Maruthi Ertiga Diesel with Hercules Ltd. Franchise of Maruthi at Kallabalam, Trivandrum by transferring my Vagon R on 31st of March 2015. I paid the balance of amount of the True Value of Vaganor and completed all the financial dealings by the end of April 15. At my enquiry it is learned that Blue colour of the vehicle is not available and will take time for the allotment. I am a regular user of vehicle and I am using taxi for the last one and a half months due to the delay in getting my vehicle. I have been using Maruthi for the last 15 years as I have faith in Maruthi. But the Franchise of the Maruthi M/s Hercules Ltd. at Kallabalam, Trivandrum had cheated me. Hence I request to take immediate action for release of my vehicle and to compensate my travel expenses by the Hercules Ltd. Franchise of Maruthi at Kallabalam, Trivandrum.

                                BRIEF REPAIR HISTORY OF VEHICLE NO. OR 02 BN 0725 AT JYOTE MOTORS (SX 4 ZDI). Purchased on 25/2/2011 from Jyote Motors, Bhubaneswar. 1. Last Paid Servicing at Jyote Motors, Bhubaneswar on[protected] at 40715 Kms, when tyre rotation and change of E.Oil etc was done. 2. On 19/10/2014 Left rear wheel of the Vehicle was found bubbling by the driver of a overtaking vehicle and it was seen that one stud is missing and one nut is also missing. Also rest of the nuts were loose. The repair was taken up in a private garage. 3. On 9-3-2015 due to defective engine sount Vehicle was taken to Jyote Motors (at 45500 kms), Bhubaneswar for repair and it was noted that, E.Oil is flowng in to Cooling System. Vehicle was braught back on[protected] 4. On[protected] the vechle stopped on the road and towed to Jyote Motors, Bhubaneswar on[protected] at 45681 kms for reapir. 5. On[protected] the vehicle was braught back after timing chain etec were replaced at 45730kms. 6. On[protected] at 47182kms again the Vehicle was sent to Jyote Motors, Bhubaneswar for clutch problem and the clutch assembly and cylinder was replaced. 7. On[protected] at 47658 the engine of the vehicle was found shaking and sent for repair as the Engine mounting were loose. 8. On[protected] the very next-day at 47683, the vehicle again started giving problem as the engine frequently stops while vehicle was on the move. Now it is opined that the high pressure fuel pump is not function. How can a fuel pumps start de-functioning at 47000 Kms, where it was perfect the day before. Having a look at the above history of repair it becomes evident about the negligence in the repair work done. It is also strange to find out that a manufacturing company like Maruti Suzuki sales this costly car whose timing needs replacement at just 45600 kms, clutch assembly need replacement at 47000 kms and finally the fuel injection pump replacement at just 47683 kms. I strongly suspect manipulation while repairing or the manufacturer provide components which are below standard. If the work is not taken up by the Maruti Suzuki Company to replace the defective parts, I shall be forced bring these facts to the notice of public (T) all social media. My vehicle no. is MH-04 GJ847, My Chassis No. 113584, Engine no. 1727848 & Battery no. 141213F1150(Panasonic). Reason for writing to you is that your service center SK Wheels Pvt Ltd is not attending the issue concerning the car at the earlier. please look into the matter and resolve my issue soon for an urgent.

                                    Recently had a strange experience wherein my 6 months old 2000 kms done maruti swift vxi clutch got burnt suddenly in a remote place in a hill station... how could this happen for a brand new vehicle. How can we trust maruti n take vehicles to other places.. Please someone take this strictly n reply to me.
