Sir i went to Jagmohan Motors Rohtak Branch in haryana on[protected] to exchange my Ritz VDI for new Vitara Brezza VXI. They estimated my Old vehicle value of Rs200000. They gave me a hand made invoice and in which the cost for the vehicle was 996973 after november discount of Rs 10000. There was additional corporate discount. This cost was including Rs 10000 MG accessories. I became ready to buy the vehicle and transferred Rs 100000 in Jagmohan Motors account. And transferred Rs 100 in their another account. I also talked with SBI representative for the loan of Rs700000 in their branch. I gave necessory documents to Jagmohan Motors. On today my loan got sanctioned and I gave them sanction letter of SBI Bank for deleivery of new Vitara Brezza. So in this way I paid Rs200000 for old vehicle and Rs100100 through online payment and Rs700000 from SBI Bank. I paid them Rs1000100 in total including all payement modes while there was Rs10000 exchange bonus also.
Today they sent me another invoice and in which they were showing Rs18914 still towards me for which i objected as they showed Rs19890 worth accessories instead of Rs 10000 which is very high and was not asked by me. I asked them to remove accessories which I didnt ask but they refused. And didnt deleiver the vehicle. Please take serious action agaonst them as they are looting people in this Pandemic condition where everybody is suffering a lot.

    I have opted to get spare keys from Rajalakshmi cars maruthi madhavaram, for my baleno car on June 26 2021, from Mr janarthanan service personnel, he told we can get keys within 2 weeks, so I paid the advance but till (August22) no response and rude behaviour from Mr janathanan still he is speaking rudely and telling me to come on his specific time and date only, I have been waiting for 2 months, he doesn't have the qualities to be a service personnel, worst service from Rajalakshmi cars madhavaram.
    Till now Nov 30, I have not received my key and manager Giri number one fraud cheater, he now casually telling key will not come and amount will not be refunded.kindly please help us in this issue.the manager speaking very rude kindly do the needful, below bills are attached.

      I have change my belt at 38000 km from Nexa service center solapur but again it will break at 58000 km...ur company gives warranty schedule of belt 30000 km..but my running is only 20000 km so how it can break...what was the reason?? I have change my belt again from ur service center they charge me for belt..let me know how it can break again and again I want a answer..

        Full description of the incident : My car engine got seized due to an exposed portion of the engine thru which oil leaked. The company is unwilling to listen to this product issue and is engaged in a cover up giving lame and un-connected excuses. The highlighted product issue has the potential to be a safety hazard for the road users and the occupants of the said vehicle. The issue needs to be investigated and taken up on priority by the company or else it is a potential life hazard.
        Desirable Resolution : The engine to be repaired/replaced by the company and the rectification of the exposed area to be done as it has been in the other models of Maruti Suzuki.

          I Buy New appolo 4 Wheeler tyre in my Eeco car. Tyres in Warranty period. Tyre used 25000 K. M. In my car. There is issue in tyres wire are shaw outside of the tyre. I need a Solution as early as possible.

            i have given my maruti susuki shift vdi tn75 af 5664 to maruti susuki service center in ramanathapuram on 01/11/2021
            service provided (like clutch hard and stearing struck not repaired properly:remains same only like before giving for service) was not in satisfactory level
            money paid(labour charges-2749:total-11318)
            please take this complaint and make sure not let this happen again

              Sir i bought a baleno zeta in 2019.It was serviced by authorise workshop on 20k kilometres.Found less lubricant at 24300 km.When I contacted in the workshop, after checking everything, he said that we will repair the engine. Reducing lubricant without smoke or careless is a manufacturing fault. Please do not repair my engin cand give me a new engin.If I had to get a car with repairs, I would have done some old one.I have bought a new car so that there is no problem.Reducing the Lubricants of New engin is a Manufacturing fault.Please understand my concern.Please understand my problem and seal it by not giving a repair.

                I have booked my wagon r big i was being told that car will be delivered in a week's time., since then the sales manager and all the team is not sure about any particular date for the car delivery. this is totally frustrating as i have booked this car my booked one's to gift on birthday and now i have no face to justice my gift. kindly let me know that do u have.Because any assurance on delivery schedule? or is it at the discretion of company? Do u pay any penalty like u impose on customer who cancel their booking?...plz let me know

                  Rusting in baleno body just after 30 months of purchase

                  I purchased baleno zeta petrol in 2018. But now both the front windows have rusted out. Left side front window is completely rusted down and now causing a problem while we open and close it. There are several other rust patches on the body of the car....

                  I am using Nexa Baleno Car and from My first service I have some issue in clutch side. Every time they have doing some works and handing over the vehicle to me. Now my vehicle covered 30K kilometers and still my complaint is not resolved. One time they have replaced the Clutch Phase assy and in my last service they have replaced the clutch bearings.

                  Unfortunately still my problems remain and they are not able to rectify the exact complaint of my vehicle. Actually in my vehicle from the clutch side some noise is coming like an Old Diesel engine which covered more than 1 Lakh kilometers.

                  I am not expecting these types of sounds from a Maruti petrol vehicle.

                  So kindly do the needful to get my complaint solved and arrange one experienced Technician who can rectify my actual complaint to find the proper solution.

                  In my service center all of the teams are friendly with me, So I can't argue with the team regarding the same.

                  So I am requesting you to find a proper solution for me.

                  I have raced this complaint on 22nd November and still there is no response from Maruthi Suzuki India Team, They are purposefully ignoring My complaint.

                  Maruthi was not like this, I don't know why the team is these mush irresponsible.

                    I am An ADVOCATE Abhikant upadhyay, my car is alto lxi (UP15AW6652). I was going for some work by my car and traffic police (Mr. ANKUR MALIK and Mr. SATENDRA KUMAR RAI) stopped my car for checking and after that he challan u/s 184(c) RW rule 21 of CMVR, That is use of handheld communication devices while driving, but Sir/mam, i was not using the handheld communication devices, that device is only hang in my neck and you can also see the proof of that devices in the challan images, Mr. ankur malik challan my car by fault
                    please, cancel my challan, if you think my complaint is right

                      I have booked my alto vxi on 13-10-21, i was being told that car will be delivered in a week's time., since then the sales manager and all the team is not sure about any particular date for the car delivery. this is totally frustrating as i have beared tremendous loss for this delay. kindly reply to this compliant and resolve my issue as soon as possible..this is for the Last time I'm buying from peaks..and will never ever let anyone to repeat the same mistake.

                        S presso vxi+ ags

                        I booked an S Presso VXI + AGS vehicle on 6th October, 21. The delear mentioned the tentative delivery date in OBC form as 31st Oct, 21. Later in the email they mentioned as 5-6 weeks which is around by 15th Nov, 21. But after long waiting period now they are mentioning that they don't have any idea on S Presso high end production. I request you to please help me to get the vehicle delivered to me atleast in this month. Thank you....

                        This is to inform you that I am having Maruti Ertiga VDi with registration number GJ 05 JL 0804 It is registered with my wife name Bijalben Divyakant Master On 07th Nov 2021 myself my wife son and daughter were on a trip to M P and Rajasthan At 1 p m in Mandsaur city M P a car running before us suddenly applied brake due to some reason I also applied brake but somehow my car met with an accident with it It was damaged badly All these photographs and videos are forwarded to the concerned persons of your company

                        By towing the car was taken to the Patel Motors Maruti Suzuki workshop Mandsaur Rs 1800 were paid Bill forwarded I had a booking in Park Exotica Resorts Udaipur Rajasthan for which Rs 21000 were already paid So I got my car repaired temporarily so that I can move forward I paid Rs 19 675 Bills photographs Videos already forwarded to your concerned persons of the company After returning on 14th November 2021 my car was given at Kiran Motors workshop Udhana Surat for repairing work

                        Approval for claim is also given from Royal Sundaram Company Already a week is passed They are saying that parts are at present available It will take 7 days to arrive Then it would take at least 13 days to complete the car work Now this is ridiculous from the company like Maruti Suzuki People are buying your cars because of service and availability of parts Why are the parts not available Send them urgently

                        FREQUENTLY I HAVE TO VISIT HIGH COURT OF AHMEDABAD I NEED MY CAR BADLY TO PERFORM MY ROUTINE WORK

                        A minor Accident of my baleno (UK18M9829) happened about three Months ago. Next day after accident I contact in Maruti Service Centre for Accident claim. They said "Head Light o[censored]r car is not available right now... We ordered ur parts of vehicle and u contact us after 15 days.
                        Today after 70 days they said again and again “ We are arranging your vehicle parts”. And my car still standing from one month in Maruti Service Centre Kashipur ( Uttarakhand)244712.
                        Its worst Service i seen Ever...

                              I brougt my scooter from the suzuki access showroom on[protected]
                              at Andhrapradesh vehicle no ap39fw2013 and big problem related with battery and sensor problem but I noticed that then battery will exchanged back on 3-5 months back and reset the sensor also and had many problems like speedometer had also exchange and tyres also damaged but now the battery had dead on 3 days battery not working and Selfstart also damaged with in 5 months of time period how the battery will damaged now they are saying u pay the money

                                Just to let you know that we were waiting since 3 months for the most popular MPV Maruti Ertiga LXI (Red) to have it in our family but, can observes that people who booked the car after 6th September got the delivery dates and some got car delivery already but it was frustrating seeing that for me I didn't get any 😐.
                                Initially while booking dealer said within September end car will be delivered, the they postponed to Ayudha pooja (October 14th) then from there to October end, and from October to November 1st week. Now they are saying November last week, I am not sure they deliver my car November last week.

                                Can understand there may be some logic applied by your external vendor which excluded my booking to be skipped OR
                                there may be logic applied in manufacturing unit to manufacture a car on selective basis which may also excludes my booking to be skipped.

                                Now as we are coming out of WFH and need to go back to my working place very soon it's not possible for me to wait any longer.

                                Wishing you and all the manufacturing and sales team all the best as you had given a reason to Indian people to feel really proud by selling this beautiful MPV.

                                Hope, I can be a part of it very soon.

                                  I’m a proud Ciaz owner since September 2017. I was driving back to ambala my hometown and suddenly around Gharaunda, the pickup dropped and check engine light came up, I immediately pulled over and stopped the car. I opened the hood to find a lot of heat so I decided to get the vehicle taken down to the dealership. Since it was around 10 at night and I was travelling with family so I organised another vehicle and a tow truck to take the vehicle down to Nexa Ambala for a thorough checkup. The Nexa people informed me that the vehicle has been overheated and it would set me back by around 1 lac rupees to fix the car.

                                  I would like to bring to your kind attention that since the check engine light came up the vehicle was immediately pulled over, how come the damage is so much in just a matter of seconds. I’m sure these days vehicles are coming with advanced computer controlled systems so there has to be some mechanism to warn the driver well in time to avoid any kind of severe damage to the engine, which in case was definitely not available.

                                    Dear all, I have got a call from Shivam Motors authorised service center in Andheri East Mumbai stating that a mandatory part on account of manufacturing default needs to be replaced. The authorised officials committed for a pick up and later on did not turn up.
                                    On top of that there is no revert from the company end even after follow-up from my side. This kind of behaviour is ideally not accepted from Maruti.
                                    May I request if someone senior picks it up and take strong action with immediate replacement of the manufacturing default
