Dear all, I have got a call from Shivam Motors authorised service center in Andheri East Mumbai stating that a mandatory part on account of manufacturing default needs to be replaced. The authorised officials committed for a pick up and later on did not turn up.
On top of that there is no revert from the company end even after follow-up from my side. This kind of behaviour is ideally not accepted from Maruti.

Have took Vitara brezza vxi from adarsha motors warangal, Telangana on Oct 31, 2021. In quotation they have quoted car exshowroom price around 867000 and provided discount of Rs. 6500 ( company discount - 5000, corporate discount- 1500). Its a week now that my vehicle has been taken for service by Maruti Master Service, chennai. Till today there is no update on the service done or when i my will be delivered back. Unless i call the nobody is bothered to provide an update on the vehicle service or time take to deliver it.

Today i even call the DGM of the service center to make a complaint and he said will get back it few minutes after...
