    Max Gurgaon - my wife got laproscopic surgery on 20feb 2021 at 9.30am it's 5.40 pm and we have not got our singal room.
    My wife is not able to rest as we are in three bed room.
    This is sheer cheating and mismanagement here.

      We had paid a consultation fee for my mom who is a CKD patient. This was an online payment through credit card for an online/virtual consultation. Since, the consultation couldn't happen the hospital said the refund can be done. Calling several times they kept confirming about the refund being initiated but till date they keep saying that since Dec 2020. Am yet to receive the refund from Max Mohali. I feel extremely cheated by the finance team afterall its our money not theirs what is the problem in refunding... please take care of the refund.

        My father was admitted in emergency ward and had his CABG done by Doctor Subhash Kumar Sinha.

        My father had two fainting bouts, which looked like seizures, on the 4th and 7th day after his CABG and while he was still at Max Super Speciality Hospital, Saket.

        The first time, the staff rushed my father to the ICU and kept him under observation and on ventilator for half a day. The doctor attributed the bout to my father's age (75yrs) and recovery post CABG. We were told its because of 'excessive coughing' and lack of oxygen supply, whereas, my father did not have any cough around that time.

        The second time he fainted, we sought further clarification and the doctor said these side effects happen at his age as CABG is a big ask and the symptom will stay 'lifelong'. The doctor's and the nursing staff were not comforting and did not pay any attention to these symptoms. They brushed it under the carpet and we were told that our father is ready for discharge.

        It was shocking for us to have no clarifications, and so we decided to take a second opinion from Medanta, Gurgaon. Medanta did his brain MRI when we had to take him to the emergency ward, due to another seizure. Through MRI, they found out that he had a stroke and has multiple blood clots in his brain and that's why he is getting these seizure like fainting spells. My father was admitted at Medanta for 5 days and treated for his condition. Thankfully, the neurologist at Medanta could diagnose and immediately put him medication.

        My father did not have any neurological condition or such history of such symptoms at all, before the CABG done at Max Saket. We have all records to support our claim and this feedback.

        Of course, We wonder till date why the doctors at Max Saket did not think of any neurological intervention or diagnostic tests for proper diagnostics. Probably because they were aware of their negligence either during or post CABG in ICU? It is quite obvious. They treat patients like vegetables. The doctors are unethical and do not care.

        We give this feedback on social media with a hope that we can caution people of this ruthless and completely unethical behaviour of doctors and staff at MAX Saket super-speciality hospital.

          They take you for a big ride!

            Hi,
            My mother has been admitted to Max hospital, Dehradun. Its been almost 5 days now, she is suffering from various issues along with CKD. Staff that serves here, is completely irresponsible, even in emergency the nurses do not even listen, 2 days in a row we have calling them for help or attend the patient, however, even in emergency they tend to arrive an hour late or do not come at all. When we say anything they give many excuses. Palak, is the name of the nurse. She is dramatically rude and careless.

              I just been unnecessarily stopped today 16/01/21at 8:05 AM by one security staff Mr Manpreet Singh deputed at Lift. Though I had pass and I was only attendant for my wife he misbehaved and denied me to take lift for coming to bed where my wife is admitted. He stressed to go through stairs just without reason. It is nit duty just manhandling and does not duit your repute. Please look into the matter at the earliest and inform me. [protected]

                Patient was admitted on 24th Dec 20 in covid and she was discharged on 2 nd Jan 2021. The excess amount deposited in the hospital which was deposited in advance till date we haven't received the same. Your account personal is windling and lying to us that amount has been transferred on 4th Jan which was untrue and when we asked him to provide the UTR no of the transaction then he straightly declined to provide the same. We have been travelling to and fro to the bank, home and hospital for our own hard earned money.
                We have been passing through very hard time as in my family 4 person are having Corona and i am in real need of money but your hospital is doing a great job in providing zero assistance, zero cooperation and giving lie statements to patients relative. What else I can do rather waiting listening to your people here only I can only request you that Kindly resolve the issue on urgent basis and its a request from your kind office.

                    1. We have to stand in Que after perior appointment.
                    2. For checking the BP, staff was not there, he went for tea break & patient have to wait for staff, isn't it shocking patient have to wait for hospital staff.
                    3. After complaining to reception, they are also defending completely that staff has two shift Bla Blaaaa...

                    If we are coming max we accept some good & high quality services but sorry MAX is a big name, but service is similar some low end hospitals.

                    I am accepting some strict action on staff or staff handler.

                      I visited the max Dehradun on 11/09/2020 and consulted a eye doctor. Eye doctor advised me to bear a glass. I bought a glass in max Dehradun glass shop near OPD side. I was told to give a address for sending the glass but I not received my glass due to not properly contact with me. I contacted max shopkeeper but he is not responding me from 20 days. Today, he said to me to make a complaints.
                      Please, solve above problem and give me my class at max shop only.

                          It is pathetic that MAX can not provide a comfortable sleep to its ward patients .
                          Max Smart Covid wing Economy ward First Floor bed no 1131 patient is everyday snoring soooo much that it’s impossible to sleep at peace. Can’t doctors or sisters give him some nasal drops or some soother medicine?? It’s been 3 nights I haven’t slept. Please...please do something about it or else instead of getting well here Other ward patients land up in ICU.

                            This is to bring to your notice the unfriendly and rash behaviour of your associate at TPA counter @ MaxSaket.

                            I had submitted my papers for a bronchoscopy test along with insurance papers as desired, was told that I had to wait for 10 minutes and would receive a call on my mobile. After waiting for almost 1 hour I approched the TPA counter and the associate by name Hina was not ready to listen saying that they have not received any papers, when I asked her to check she said I need to ask the person whom I have submitted. When I said i could not see that person, she said she cant do anything but I need to wait for her. Further i approached the duty manager and came to know that they need the prescription .
                            Two points here
                            1. Associate Hina who did not have the courtesy to check though approached for.
                            Was treating me as though I am asking for a favour. Is this the way one treat a customer, really suprising.
                            2. Somebody should have called me if they were some paper required. Why should they wait for me to approach. That too when none at the counters are ready to entartain my query.

                            Absolutely unhappy with the attitude and service of the associates there.

                            Hope this would be looked into and the needful done

                            Its 20.40 hrs came to hospital at 12pm for a consulatation, the doctor adviced to go for a broncoscophy which would take 5 minutes, hence went to the counter for ghe same. Before payment I asked twice and got a confirmation.

                            Once admitted the doctor comes and says test cant be done as its late, here I had to push saying that i was told that the test wpuld be done today post which finally the test happened at 6pm, the patient didnot have anything from 9am no food or water.
                            Once the test is done the next drama starts, discharge. I am told maybe the discharge would be tomorrow as its late. Upon pushing they said they are trying i need to wait for sms or call. I was asked to meet the duty manager in ghe same building and when I go to the counter i am told to go to West building, upon saying that the nurse asked to meet here, the person there says I need to go to west building, once reaching there I am told i need to back to east building. Finaly came backnto the room, remember no food or water since 9am. I also tried reaching a number i saw where we were asked to send in our feedback. Tried [protected] but no response .After one hour they say the TPI department is closed.

                            I am ready to pay the money and they say this would be reimbursed. But again there would be extra charges . Finaly after lot of argument i am told tonpay 14k more and the settlement may happen on monday. Theres no coordination among the staff and departments. Standing there I could see 4-5 cases where people were being send from one desk to other due to burocracy . One case where people were send from one building to other for payments.
                            Other case where somebodies son was not given medicine post operation as his details were nit appearing in system etc.

                            Overall pathetic experience and sorry state of coordination among the staff and department. Everyone other than the nursing staff here seem to take patients for a ride and hardly bothered of the patients . The biggest mistake I did ' coming to this hospital'

                            Suggest you to please have a proper system in place to help the customers and also have associates who treat customers with respect. The experience was worse than a govt hospital, there we atleast know they are managing it without charging like corparate hospitals like you.

                            By the time got discharged it is about 22.30 hrs

                              Doctor Puneet Agrawal of Max Saket has prescribed anti depression tablets for normal dizeness case.
                              I m attaching herewith the prescription for today's opd .
                              We asked the doctor twice reason for the dizeness/weakness he simply said it may be due to some harmonal change or medicine reaction.
                              Please take appropriate action against him as he prescribed anti depression medicine without any medical examination or not informed to patient.
                              Otherwise we have to take up this matter with Health Ministry.

                                  Sorry to say that I am you customer from last 10 years but now onwards I will not come in your hospital again due to your staff members, coz night staff n nurses are not feeding my child properly n every time I call them they make faces, if they are not willing to do there job then you should give the job to the despirate persons .

                                  Yesterday I set my room temperature to 26 degree at 1 am n sleept my wife call the nurse due to some reason around 3 o clock I wake up n saw that my room temperature is setted above 30 degrees I asked my wife have you asked some one to increase the temprature she replied no . And your nurse putted the diper as well as baby pant in the dustbin .

                                  Today is also the same reason that is the reason I am writting this at 4:09 am to you the temprature automatically increases . Only nureses can do this no one else can do this and your staff members are not wearing the batches of name . How do we know her name but I can tell her name she is junoiur nurse wearing green dress little heavy

                                    Worst hospital, just they are here to make money by doing unwanted tests and scan the oncologist doctor is the worst of all. My Daughter was admitted in good condition and after 20 days we got her body.
                                    So please don't go Max hospital .

                                      My name Karan Singh Rana s/o late Shri G S Rana admitted to your Max Healthcare, Patparganj, New Delhi on 20.11.2020 due to Covid Infection. I am medically insured by health policy by National Insurance Company Ltd. so, I have submitted a copy of my cashless policy to the hospital and deposited Rs10, 000/- as advance. On November 26, 2020, Max Hospital, Patparganj send a message that your bill of Rs1, 35, 420/- is ready. Kindly reach out to the billing desk and settle your bill and kindly vacate the room in 90 mins after this SMS. I would like the question to Max Healthcare management, why they didn't inform me that why my cashless could not be sufficient for my medical expenses. Due to this error, I got discharged from the hospital after 36 hours. This gap period of 36 hours gives me heavy mentally torched. Which I could not forget in future life. I have got discharged after a cash payment of my medical expenses, which I have arranged very hardly.

                                        I asked for an appointment of endocrinologist and staff booked an appointment for Dr. Sanjay Raina (Diabetologist) 2 weeks ago under DGHS panel. On the date of appointment, Doctor created a very sad and embarrassing situation for me and my wife. He yelled on us for coming late (though he wanted to leave 15 minutes before time) and said that he was losing ₹5000 because o[censored]s as his patients are waiting for him on his private clinic. He denied to check and referred us to some other doctor as he is not designated to check issues related to endocrinologist. I felt really sad and embarrassed by the way he addressed us.
