It is pathetic that MAX can not provide a comfortable sleep to its ward patients .
Max Smart Covid wing Economy ward First Floor bed no 1131 patient is everyday snoring soooo much that it’s impossible to sleep at peace. Can’t doctors or sisters give him some nasal drops or some soother medicine?? It’s been 3 nights I haven’t slept. Please...please do something about it or else instead of getting well here Other ward patients land up in ICU.

    This is to bring to your notice the unfriendly and rash behaviour of your associate at TPA counter @ MaxSaket.

    I had submitted my papers for a bronchoscopy test along with insurance papers as desired, was told that I had to wait for 10 minutes and would receive a call on my mobile. After waiting for almost 1 hour I approched the TPA counter and the associate by name Hina was not ready to listen saying that they have not received any papers, when I asked her to check she said I need to ask the person whom I have submitted. When I said i could not see that person, she said she cant do anything but I need to wait for her. Further i approached the duty manager and came to know that they need the prescription .
    Two points here
    1. Associate Hina who did not have the courtesy to check though approached for.
    Was treating me as though I am asking for a favour. Is this the way one treat a customer, really suprising.
    2. Somebody should have called me if they were some paper required. Why should they wait for me to approach. That too when none at the counters are ready to entartain my query.

    Absolutely unhappy with the attitude and service of the associates there.

    Hope this would be looked into and the needful done

    Its 20.40 hrs came to hospital at 12pm for a consulatation, the doctor adviced to go for a broncoscophy which would take 5 minutes, hence went to the counter for ghe same. It took 4 hours of wait and on asking strongly given an admission for daycare, before admission I specificaly asked whether the test would be done today and whether we would get discharged and would take admission basis this. Before payment I asked twice and got a confirmation.

    Once admitted the doctor comes and says test cant be done as its late, here I had to push saying that i was told that the test wpuld be done today post which finally the test happened at 6pm, the patient didnot have anything from 9am no food or water.
    Once the test is done the next drama starts, discharge. I am told maybe the discharge would be tomorrow as its late. Upon pushing they said they are trying i need to wait for sms or call. I was asked to meet the duty manager in ghe same building and when I go to the counter i am told to go to West building, upon saying that the nurse asked to meet here, the person there says I need to go to west building, once reaching there I am told i need to back to east building. Finaly came backnto the room, remember no food or water since 9am. I also tried reaching a number i saw where we were asked to send in our feedback. Tried [protected] but no response .After one hour they say the TPI department is closed.

    I am ready to pay the money and they say this would be reimbursed. But again there would be extra charges . Finaly after lot of argument i am told tonpay 14k more and the settlement may happen on monday. Theres no coordination among the staff and departments. Standing there I could see 4-5 cases where people were being send from one desk to other due to burocracy . One case where people were send from one building to other for payments.
    Other case where somebodies son was not given medicine post operation as his details were nit appearing in system etc.

    Overall pathetic experience and sorry state of coordination among the staff and department. Everyone other than the nursing staff here seem to take patients for a ride and hardly bothered of the patients . The biggest mistake I did ' coming to this hospital'

    Suggest you to please have a proper system in place to help the customers and also have associates who treat customers with respect. The experience was worse than a govt hospital, there we atleast know they are managing it without charging like corparate hospitals like you.

    By the time got discharged it is about 22.30 hrs

      Doctor Puneet Agrawal of Max Saket has prescribed anti depression tablets for normal dizeness case.
      I m attaching herewith the prescription for today's opd .
      We asked the doctor twice reason for the dizeness/weakness he simply said it may be due to some harmonal change or medicine reaction.
      Please take appropriate action against him as he prescribed anti depression medicine without any medical examination or not informed to patient.
      Otherwise we have to take up this matter with Health Ministry.

          Sorry to say that I am you customer from last 10 years but now onwards I will not come in your hospital again due to your staff members, coz night staff n nurses are not feeding my child properly n every time I call them they make faces, if they are not willing to do there job then you should give the job to the despirate persons .

          12/10/2020 incident in night
          Yesterday I set my room temperature to 26 degree at 1 am n sleept my wife call the nurse due to some reason around 3 o clock I wake up n saw that my room temperature is setted above 30 degrees I asked my wife have you asked some one to increase the temprature she replied no . And your nurse putted the diper as well as baby pant in the dustbin .

          Today is 13/10/2020 incident in night
          Today is also the same reason that is the reason I am writting this at 4:09 am to you the temprature automatically increases . Only nureses can do this no one else can do this and your staff members are not wearing the batches of name . How do we know her name but I can tell her name she is junoiur nurse wearing green dress little heavy

          Your staff night duty nurses miss behave with patients also right now l asked her to check the baby poop and plz change the diper also .

          She changed the diper n and said to me I am coming after washing my hand n not returned

            Worst hospital, just they are here to make money by doing unwanted tests and scan the oncologist doctor is the worst of all. My Daughter was admitted in good condition and after 20 days we got her body.
            So please don't go Max hospital .

              My name Karan Singh Rana s/o late Shri G S Rana admitted to your Max Healthcare, Patparganj, New Delhi on 20.11.2020 due to Covid Infection. I am medically insured by health policy by National Insurance Company Ltd. so, I have submitted a copy of my cashless policy to the hospital and deposited Rs10, 000/- as advance. On November 26, 2020, Max Hospital, Patparganj send a message that your bill of Rs1, 35, 420/- is ready. Kindly reach out to the billing desk and settle your bill and kindly vacate the room in 90 mins after this SMS. I would like the question to Max Healthcare management, why they didn't inform me that why my cashless could not be sufficient for my medical expenses. Due to this error, I got discharged from the hospital after 36 hours. This gap period of 36 hours gives me heavy mentally torched. Which I could not forget in future life. I have got discharged after a cash payment of my medical expenses, which I have arranged very hardly.

                I asked for an appointment of endocrinologist and staff booked an appointment for Dr. Sanjay Raina (Diabetologist) 2 weeks ago under DGHS panel. On the date of appointment, Doctor created a very sad and embarrassing situation for me and my wife. He yelled on us for coming late (though he wanted to leave 15 minutes before time) and said that he was losing ₹5000 because o[censored]s as his patients are waiting for him on his private clinic. He denied to check and referred us to some other doctor as he is not designated to check issues related to endocrinologist. I felt really sad and embarrassed by the way he addressed us.

                  In spite of several requests calls and mail communications, not a single reply has been received by me. They want us to call directly then they share/discuss the issues. I am a Covid patient and admitted in Max patpargunj hospital. In spite of this they want my physical presence at their desk. They are charging additionally for the TPA process. Their unprofessional handling way is mental pressure for us. Kindly take necessary action.

                    I called on 18 sept at 12 am booked n paid foe an appointment with dr. Ashutosh tripathi for my daughter gunieve anand
                    I have been charged twice with 2 upi now from paytm. Next day to my surprise when i disnt receive a cal i called up to chck i spoke to a representative preeti kimar she was extremely rude did not understand that whole day they kept making a fool of me & themselves n kept saying i have not paid. I emailed the screenshot * bank statements whr i have been charged twice e but they did not listen & had no solution. Kindly check on it end. Hence iam comparing regarding the whole experience. Finally i paid third time on netbanking thru my card & still noone spoke yo me for refund. Preeti was extremely rude & kept passing g the buck. Pls look into this asap.

                        Hi, i nikhil mehrotra file a complaint against max hospital dehradun. My ipno : 74173 and maxid : mddn.[protected]. I want to tell my feedback first of all.. All doctors and staff are good and very helpful nursing staff is very kind... But one unfortunate incident happened i was admitted in post icu that time i was wear my slippers.. After one day they shifted me on normal ward no. 3303.. I didn't received my slippers on my room i used washroom without slippers everytime no one provide me slippers and its very unhygienic.. At the time dicharge no one provide me slippers for going home. I walked all the way to my car without slippers no one to bothered to provide slippers.. No one to listen..

                        Second incident happened i have new ptron earpods costs 1000 rupees.. They are also missing from my room (3303).. Wow what a service you provide to your patients

                        Who is responsible for these two incidents?? It was very pathetic and untrustable hospital i ever seen..

                          I visited max hospital, mohali on 22.08.2020 after being reffered by cghs dispensary sec 45. Patient was my wife and she had pain in her feet so i booked an appointment with dr. Vikram lahoria (Dermatologist). After examination he explained that there is a corn in her feet so he need to to some quick treatment so called parring, which is just removal of corn and it took only 10 minutes to remove it.
                          My complaint is about the bill amount charged for the treatment (So called parring) of rs. 637.20 (Including gst) which is non reimbursable as not in the cghs rate list. The same treatment is given in cghs rate list as excision of corn and amount is rs 140 (Non nabh) 161 (Nabh).
                          By just changing the name of treatment the hospital charge exorbitant charges which is not fair.
                          I also complaint to the hospital staff (Mr. Vinod saklani) but they just circumlocuted the matter.
                          You are requested to look into the matter as early as possible.

                            This is regarding my mother who was admitted to Max hospital patparganj Delhi.She is discharged today and the bill we received from the hospital contains unnecessary charges for the services which were not given to my mother.The unnecessary charges included in the bill is neither covered by the Insurance policy and has been denied by them, I am not satisfied with the services and behavior of Max hospital and would request you to please wave off the unnecessary charges included in the bill and refund this as soon as possible.Request you to please address this concern at the earliest and take action accordingly.

                              I was admitted to max super speciality hospital for 6 days due to corona positive report, i was charged for lab investigations and pharmacy which is included in government approved package according to my insurance company (East west assist insurance tpa pvt. Ltd.).

                              According to the claim i was charged 40, 410 rs. Against the government approved package for covid.

                              Please looking into the matter and assure me i will be reverted back with whatever the outcome of my complaint.

                                I am cghs benificiary. I visited to max hospital on 29 jul 20 for echo test. I am regularly visited max shalimar unit (Dr sanjay gogia). Since echo test is not conducted at max shalimar bagh due to some technical fault, dr suggested for same test at max saket unit. During the billing i shown my office identity card, a permission letter issued for max shalimar bagh. But authority of max saket (Mr mandal) stated that office identity & permission...

                                  Dear Team Max, Please be informed that My Patient name is Devki Devi ( Age 87 YR old ), she has been admitted to MAX DEHRADUN on 15 July due to chest congestion and too much of cough, she has gone through with COVID-19 test twice, however, both test reports came negative beside all Max Dehradun hospital administration and doctor's are not shifting her to from COVID-19 ward. We are worried about her because she is not COVID positive and she is still laying and living with COVID affected patients in COVID-19 ward where the chance of her contamination is extremely high .I request you to please shift her out from COVID ward to the general ward, hospital administration is kept responding unfavorably not allowing us to meet with the patient . We were not expecting such unprofessional treatment from such a big named hospital in town. We will be looking forward to hearing from you against a senior citizen patient.                                     Hi, today i have given sample of covid19 in max saket. Where the name in the billing is mentioned wrongly.

                                    Despite of giving the information 3 times in diffrent forms asked by the reception counter they have used wrong name in the billing receipts.

                                    I need urgent support to correct the name on my bill and the report.

                                    Please help

                                    I have tried around f15 times to the number[protected] but none is reverting on the number.

                                    I am really frustrated on the negligence of our request. Only i want to appear my name as per my aadhar card. Which i submitted at the time giving the sample.

                                      Hi, Today I have called to Max hospital, saket and talked to customer care representative to book appointment for my son. She confirm the appointment and sent two links on my mobile phone (one for payment and another for app.). She also told me that I need to pay appointment fee within 30 min from now otherwise it will be cancelled. I immediately open the link and payed Rs. 2000/- as a appointment fee. After that I have downloaded the mobile app. In Mobile application, it was showing that payment is still pending and I need to pay Rs. 2000/-. I immediately connected with customer care representative and he told me that It may take some time to update. After around 1 hour I again check and I was not updated and my appointment was cancelled. I again called to Customer-care and they told me that they are not authorized to check transaction details. I have payed through Paytm UPI and I have translation details details with me. all details. Request you to please help to resolve the issue.
