This is to inform you that the Technician at Max hospital Shalimar Bagh is doing a pathetic job with the patients.

His name is Mr. Noor

He is not listening to patients and when the patient or patient’s attendants are approaching him for the troubles in the dialysis process
He straight away answers them with rude behaviour that he knows better than doctors.

All the other supporting staff are Witness of his miss management and rude behaviour.

Patients are even threatened that if they will complain then in this COVID situation where they will go for dialysis.

When patients are requesting for the doctors he is saying he is the in-charge and doctors are not available.

From the month of May 2021 till now no doctors are visiting the dialysis centre.

    Dear sir
    My family used to get medical advice whenever required and always have good response That's why we decided to vaccinate at max hospital even its pricey. Me and my husband got our vaccination on 14 Mayin morning 9 to 11 slot Everything was well managed upto billing counter but there was big chaos at vaccination room .No social distancing was there almost more than 25 patients were in room.only one vaccination cabin was working kept waiting for more than 40 minutes complained to available doctor then all cabin became operational please explain what's the purpose to visit max during this pandemic where appropriate covid behavior is not followed No after vaccination precautions explained, I simply want to know why max is charging so high when such medical facility is also available at govt health centre we felt cheated that we paid only for ac environment Such mismanaged, unprofessional services was not expected at ur hospital

      I am a kidney donor. And for a month and a half (1 month 15 days) I am stopped for kidney transplant in Delhi Saket Max. All my tests have been completed and even the committee has been cleared. Yet the surgery date not given. It is becoming difficult to stay with the family in Delhi during this corona period. And financial problem is also happening in Delhi's inflation. Therefore, I humbly request to you that I should be pleased to solve my problem as quickly as possible. And please getting our kidney transplant surgery done by Anant Sir at the earliest. So that I will always be grateful to you.

        My mother was admitted in Max Smart Super Speciality Hospital. Max ID is SKCT [protected]. Insurance Company has rejected the Blood Sugar claim from the insurance amount since Medical Record Room has given Sugar testing report only for 24 times and Kapil Anthony in MRR informed me that they have only 24 reports where as Max has charged 48 times. Doctor visit is also rejected by insurance since Doctor visit charges are charged twice for 7 days. I have been trying to reach the billing department for the last 5 days but no one picks up the extension. I spoke to the operator Menka she says they are busy with Covid admission and hence Billing deptt is not picking up the call.

          Dear Team, I am trying to connect with max dehradun insurance team, over landline for last three days, customer care official pick the phone and transfer it to insurance department, but no body pick the call, I also got mob number of insurance official but he also not picking the call,

          Since my surgery is scheduled on 26th April, but I don't no the status of insurance which documents proceed one weak back.

          Pls help me.

            Please Refer a sample pic attached after cleaning the so called already cleaned food table and trays in room.
            Pic is self explanatory with so much dust gathered within 5 seconds.

            How one can expect to heal from the infection in in-cleaned environment to subside early when inputs is still getting inside all day?

            May be I am wrong considering my limited understanding of medical science and that’s how only infection circumvents early with inhaling more dust and pollution.

            Just my view point with actual facts of image taken just couple of hours back before I started my dinner which was lying on same table and tray. Similar cleanness I have to do 3-4 times a day since I am here, though my bit less
            strength due to ongoing infection limited my reach of cleanness for myself, despite I had raised the similar issue 10 days back too.

            Rest is yours view point and actions if you think Management committee, admin and governance etc whosoever it matters at Max for better and healthy time.

                My Dad named Dalip Gulati is admitted on (Emergency number[protected] bed no. 2 RICU on 7th Floor of Max Vaishali.

                Since yesterday he has been asking to each and every person coming to his bed or passing by his bed for some basic things like Any kind of liquid to drink, a tooth paste for his brushing, a newspaper so he can at least have some sort of stuff to pass the time, toilet paper roll for washroom, slippers to walk with, I mean is it the standard of MAX which is known to be a brand in the hospital market ??

                Do we need to ask for each thing for couple of days and twenties of time in a day to get it done ??

                Neither we can provide anything from outside nor anyone is doing it inside, every time someone comes and says yes to the demand and just moves away.

                This is really a shameful thing for the management. We are old customer to the Max, but such a act is happening for the first time.

                If this is the way it will go, I doubt if I’ll ever come or refer anyone to visit max for any reason.

                      My father Mr. Prem Singh Negi was admitted on 30th March 2021. He was tested for Covid-19 and report came one day after and he was positive. Then he was shifted to Corona ward icu. He was admitted in hospital as he was suffering from renal infection. I asked for detail medical billing from hospital and they emailed me. In detail billing i found there were billing for some injections but no injection was given to my father who is in covid ward. Two days ago i.e. on 4th April he was again tested and found negative for corona. I went to hospital for his shifting to general ward but whole day was spent but in the evening they said there will be another test for corona then only they will shift to general ward. Yesterday again the test was done and he was found negative again. Now he will be shifted to the general ward. He was not given medication sometimes, yesterday from afternoon no medicine was given to him. He asked some there who was on visit that he is having pain in renal area and to treat it, they said they are not allowed to treat for it and he will be treated in normal ward when he will ne shifted.
                      My complaint is regarding false billing for injections and for not treating him for the reason he was admitted in hospital. From past two days he was found negative but still he is in Covid ward. I want to ask if he is safe there from past two days if he was found negative.

                        Sorry, to submit complaint for Max Super Spl Hospital PPG.New Delhi.

                        Lastly, Jan it was problem I noticed after my surgery and was admitted in Single room( premium room).toilet was filled with black water and red warms. They cleared the same in half hour as their flush tank was partly filled with sewage mud.
                        Today on 6.4.2021 Rno.1517 when I went for brush and bathing in morning.

                        I felt like vommiting. I was shocked to see totally turbid water in bucket. I immediately informed their supervisor Mr Suresh who came and told me he monitors daily water quality and maintain it. I called their HOD Mr Jha who told me they will try to resolve it.
                        We took pic of water. As Mb was more can't be uploaded. It is a serious issue and crime. Lots of patients are unknown about this irregularities.

                        Hope problems to highlighted and responsible person to be accounted for as I am a cheemo patient and asked to be away from infection.

                        Other services are good.

                          My father Dharminder Kumar Goel was admitted in the hospital in the beginning of March. He was diagnosed with sarcoidosis. The doctors who were looking after his case were Ravi Kant Behl and Deepak Bhasin.
                          3 days after discharge (14 March) my father started coughing. 5 days after that (20 March), he had very high fever. On 22nd March, we went to see doctors Ravi Kant Behl and Deepak Bhasin. We told them of my father's problems (cough, fever, and slight breathing difficulty). They just told us to get tested for COVID-19 (RT PCR test) and sent us home. They did not warn us about the severe distress that my father might face if he really had COVID-19 infection (since he has sarcoidosis). They did not give us any medicine to contain the infection. Deepak Bhasin did not even listen to my father's problems properly and even reduced the dose of steroids (I have no idea why).
                          Next evening, my father tested positive for COVID-19 and on 24th March, we had to take my father to the emergency because he could not even breathe. The doctors in emergency told us that he needs an ICU bed but they could not provide us one. The hospital left us high and dry and we didn't know what to do. We had to look for another hospital.
                          We, non-doctors, could not predict that his condition could get so bad. But the doctors could and still they did not warn us about it and sent us home on 22 March. What kind of doctors do you have who could not even take proper care of their own patient?
                          Moreover, my father must have contracted the infection when he was admitted in the hospital and in spite of my father being the patient of the hospital, he was not provided with the bed in the time of need. This is shameful on your part.
                          My father is now in another hospital for 15 days already. We dont know when will he get better.

                              Dear Max Team,

                              This so to show the utter carelessness your doctors and staff show in treating a patient. My dad, Mr. Ashok Chaudhary (Mob: [protected]), underwent an operation at your hospital in Saket on 19th March'21 and we as a family are severely disappointed in the way we were treated at Max. The doctors and nurses who checked upon him post operation had no empathy with the patient and rather I can go to an extent in calling them quacks.

                              When the bandage was to be opened, two days post surgery, the hospital staff in UDS Department (3rd floor), West Block just pulled off the bandage at once without applying any cream/lotion thus leading to a severe injury on the stomach skin (see below images). This wasn't expected from a globally recognised hospital like Max. What difference in service are you bringing as compared to any other hospital and then also charging inexorbitant amount of money for every surgery/check-up?

                              Infact, even the efficacy of the surgery is now under question as the outcome of the same is not as expected. The right hydrocele which was operated for its large size is still three times larger than the left one. Has Max stopped taking its patients seriously or are we missing something here?

                              With such unscrupulous staff and inhuman practices coming into the picture I'm not sure why Max's license of treating patients be continued? I'll make sure that going forward I or any of my family members don't use any services from Max. Infact I'll try and spread this word as far as possible through all the mediums - phone, social media, WhatsApp, etc. on the deporable service being provided by your hospital.

                                    Dialysis staff of max shslimar bagh is very corrupted and care less especially for ews pateints.they take money from wealthy pateints for extra care.and do not even listen ews pateints when they got sick at the time of dialysis...even dr.behaves so rude with them..we complained many times but no response from any senior officer. mr.sukhpal is a senior technician and behave so rude and take bribe from wealthy pateints..
                                    Pls do something and recruit some responsible staff

                                      Myself S S Narula, aged 65 and my wife Kiran Narula aged 63 were vaccinated at Saket Hospital, Saket, New Delhi on 15th March, 2021, My experience of vaccination was very poor and not upto the basic standards.

                                      Before, vaccination, no inquiries were made at any level about any health problems and treatments if any we were taking. Rather, no one was ready to reply our queries. Moreover after vaccination, we remained in the observation room for 30 minutes. No body was there to attend or guide. This level of health services are even below the govt hospitals standards.

                                      Now, we are having fever, headache and other related problems. We are having no clue to whom we should contact at Max for any help or query.

                                      ARE THERE ANYBODY IN THE HOSPITAL TO HELP OR GUIDE?

                                        I've an appointment with a doctor at Max smart super specialty Hospital (MSSSH), saket (earlier known as saket city hospital, modi unit) at 01:25 today i.e. on 16th of March 2021. Some medical instruments have also to be removed which were attached a day earlier as the same is a test for 24 hours. At 12:30 I was at cardio lab near emergency for removal of the medical instrument and to collect the report of the same and the same has been done within 15-20 minutes and then i went to OPD counter at 12:50, where i found myself 7th person in the queue and it took more than 35 minutes for the official at counter to issue receipts to 6 people in from of me (taking more than 5 minutes per person), i was handed over the receipt after approx 40 minutes. the receipt was handed over to a nurse at nursing station which took more than 10 minutes for her take vital measurements such as BP, weight, SPo2, PR etc for the reasons best known to her only that too when there is no one else on the counter and after making her recall that i am waiting for vital measurement. at the doctors chamber, i handed over the receipt to a ward boy positioned there, which told me that there are 2 more patients before me, while there is only one receipt which was handed over to him just with me. on questioning about him about the consultation with doctor has been carried out as per appointment or as per the reciept handed over to him, to which he doesnt have any answer and straight away offered me to consult with doctor next. The most surprising part comes now, all the above exercise of more than an hour has been carried out by me just for the consultation with doctor which even doesnt last for 60 seconds. Is this the way Max has been dealing with the patients who have been user of credit facility being provided by their employer. It is one of the worst experience i have ever been through. The same doctor during the covid time asked me to visit his personal clinic and the experience was completely different. this time he doent even look at the reports didnt even ask for any thing about my health. A LESS THAN 60 SECONDS CONSULTATION REQUIRES THE EXERCISE OF MORE THAN AN HOUR, these are the standards being followed by Max hospitals for their patients. NEEDS A ADMINISTRATIVE REVIEW. further, if max does not want to treat the patients properly from CGHS/DGEHS or any other government panel, you should stop accepting the terms being offered. Government is paying in bulk to Max group of hospitals and in return the kind of services are being are awfull, depressive. This procedural lapse has to be rectified by the administration at max hospital.
