Very disappointing to see how the hospital staff didn't provide food in time to patient.

This is really bad and why we spend much at Max ?

    Got admitted in your respective hospital on 7th october at 10:40 PM very first time with a hope of getting better treatment in d mid night. I stayed there for an hour but didnt get any treatment. I was just given canula two times and that wasn't given properly both the times. As a result of which lumps were created where it was injected. It wasn't for the first time that i had canula and it never happened like this before. I was badly treated by manager and staff. I was charged for treatment and equipment that I didn't receive and used during the treatment. I was medically mishandled by the nursing staff.
    Emergency wards should be medically equipped along with well trained staff but unfortunately the staff is very unprofessional. I am very disappointed with the services which I didn't get on time or even i paid for that. When I complained about the charges to the manager on duty Mr. Puneet Khanna he behaved rudely and favoured for mismanagement done by nursing staff.
    Please look after the matter and take necessary action required. I hope I will get justice at ur end

      Totally irresponsible behavior of TPA staff. No one on the hospital is aware of a single name who can be approached in case of need or for filing any complaint. Least bothered about the patients comfort and satisfaction. Due to TPA's negligence and irresponsible behavior, my father has to suffer and kept waiting for 4 to 5 additional hours at the hospital. They are only concerned about how to make money from patient irrespective of patient's satisfaction . From the staff attitude and their approach it seems that even management is least concerned about patient's satisfaction.

        I had an appointment with Dr Meenakshi Jain on 28-Oct-2021 for 12:00 pm at MAX hospital, Noida. We reached hospital by 12:00 pm but Dr was not available in the hospital and receptionist called no. of times to the Dr but many times she didn’t picked up the phone or her phone was busy at last, she said coming in 5/10 minutes but she came after 1 hour (i.e., 1pm). I also faced same thing with same doctor in August as well. This is so irresponsible, unprofessional attitude of the doctor. Other patients available in the hospital also facing hours of delay for this doctor. It should be rectified, patient time is also important.

          The hospital has a policy to get a COVID -ve report before any inspection procedures such as Endoscopy etc.

          Did anyone from the MAX team ever note the turn around time taken for a simple report generation?
          Delay 1 : wait for 5 reports before sending to the lab
          Delay 2 : unnecessary delay by the lab team for report generation. Also, nobody answers the phone, obviously why would you let's make the customer happy!
          Delay 3 : No one from MaX team available to resolve customer queries. Just make a complaints portal, Job done.

          How can you solve this.
          1. Delay 1 : every report to be submitted ASAP, this will increase the number of rounds by the executive to the lab. So, arrange another staff or whatever but resolve this immediately.
          2. Delay 2 : GEMBA to be done by 'someone responsible' at MAX to check the delay.
          3. Delay 3 well this is plain hiding from the duties. Try Good Cop, Bad Cop.

            Dear sir, my son is under treatment with dr Saloni Gupta in max hospital dehradun. His continues 2 confirmed appointments on 28/09/2021 and 12/10/2021 was cancelled by the hospital. My home is 80 kms far from the hospital. I came to know about the cancellation on the way just before reaching hospital. On contacting the dr for the same she just said that never come to me for the treatment again.

              On 30.09.21 I have purchased Medican from Max Hospital Dehradun for Rs.946.96, while paying Google pay transaction could't completed and dismiss, then I have paid the amount by Debit card of Syndicate bank, while checking I found that amount Rs.946.96 was deducted from Google Pay also, thus I have paid twice, pl. look into the matter and arrange to refund my amount of Rs. 946.96.

                Today's incident i.e. 27th September 2012, Mr. S. GULSHAN KUMAR, guard on duty at ICU 2 at Max Saket was requested to allow me to go and meet my patient during the visiting hours of 10:30 to 11:30 am. Our patient is there since 1.5 months and we are well aware of the rules and have been respecting and obeying them. Apart from other guards we encounter, this particular person has peculiar rude way of taking and body language.

                i requested this guard (considering we get limited one hour period to meet the patient and also to meet the doctors) that i might allowed to go in and i will send my aunt out as she is with the patient but i cannot call her as she doesn't have the phone. he very rudely said 'aise nahi jaane dunga'. i said 'main unhe bahar bhej dungi'. he said 'main bula laata hau'. i said 'haa aap bula laao, main yahi wait karungi'.
                but this chap was so flying high in the arrogance of his position and uniform, he did not budge from his place and then started to walk over me so as to corner me on the gate. i said 'main yahi khadi hu aap bula ke to laao'. but he didnt go and rather kept pushing me and waving his hands around me. one of other staff member (not a guard but was in max uniform, white and grey) intervened and said 'madam aap yahi raho ye bula laayega'. i said 'main b to yahi ke rahi hu'. but he didnt go and kept pushing me.
                in the meanwhile my aunt came out and then i entered the ICU and to my surprise this Guard, left the gate, followed me inside ICU.

                this man is a nuisance standing there, we meet everyday, when we are already under distress and mental trauma and have to bear with his harassment and rudeness.

                    Dear team,

                    This is to inform you that there has been separate Billing counter for panel employees which is very bad feeling for them to gather at a same place and wait for long for billing.
                    Sometime even it takes one hour for get the billing done and till that time the doctors time get over...
                    This type of treatment with the panel employees is unethical and I will in my next step will take to the social medial if not actioned by the max management.
                    Request same treatment for alll...that's it...

                      Highly irresponsible staff at reception as they just worry about payment only and post thay we are waiting for almost more than an hour even when prior appointment was taken to meet Doctor.

                      It is difficult to manage a small child for this long with no proper communication as when the doctor will be available!!!

                      Aircons not function in this hot weather

                      No one with whom we can communicate, Nurse say tell Doctor, Receptionist ask to contact Nurse!!!

                      This hospital is nit recommended to anyone unless people want to wast time, money and test patience

                        I am very shocked to face non-cooperative and time consuming behaviour of Me. REEMA, who was sitting at oncology billing, when asked for id no. She denied providing excuse that she is from dialysis department. Kindly inform from which department she belongs and depute concerned persons to concerned departments for smooth and early process of administrative works.                             My patient is admitted in Max Patparganj
                            Today evening he is shifted from ICU to ward
                            He is having issue o[censored]rine leakage & I requested duty doctor
                            Duty doctor has not responded & eating sandwich in his room, He is not bother to come out of his cabin
                            When I requested again, he was aggressive saying “ how dare you come in”
                            Upon requesting to check patient he was not ok to check

                            Very unprofessional attitude

                            I will not recommend anyone to visit max hospital Patparganj.

                                  I want to log a complaint against Mr. Arvind who was very rude in dialysis department (max super specialty hospital). From last two days we are struggling to get a permission for catheter placement due to the mistake of hospital, they don’t know the code which needs to get approve from CGHS Department. At the end even after having the CGHS facility we have to pay Rs5000 for the catheter. We requested them to give us day time for the dialysis as it is me and my mother alone to take care of my father and it is not safe to travel at night for us but still they gave us night time (10pm). Last time they make us wait for 1-2 hrs and start the process at 12am and it finishes at 4am in the morning. Me and my mother do jobs, so we have to awake till 5 am in the morning and then go to our work at 8am, you are mentally and physically torching us by doing this. Maybe you guys treat us so badly because we come through CGHS panel. If you guys are not able to give the treatment or at least talk politely then we don’t want to get any treatment from Max hospital. We came here just because of Dr. Alka Bhasin but the nurses and Mr.Arvind really need to learn basics of how to talk to your patient or thr attendant. My mother is crying due to that person’s behaviour (Mr.Arvind), and I need some action to be taken against him and his apology.

                                    My patient id is Skdd870687 as named Ramesh kumar uppal today 27/7/2021 i do spinal endoscopy by Dr vikas singal and Dr sarahow . Endoscopy done at 6 pm and know its 12:00 am right know patient is in so much pain but no one take care the nursing staff say no doctor is available but one doctor is available but she says i have so many patients not only you if i have time so i attend you otherwise they not respond you . So these are the services are given in max hospitals

                                      I rohit surha was operated on 27th july 2021 afternoon and was told by doctor to come empty stomach so i had my food on 26th july 11 pm. After surgery i was told by nurse that dinner will be served by 8pm then later on they told that dinner will be served at 11 pm now its 12’0 clock but I haven’t got dinner served. Now they are saying that we don’t serve dinner after 11 pm what kind of behaviour is this is this the way max treat there patients i choosed max to get good care but really disappoint with this kind of behaviour

                                        Today i visited max Shalimar Bagh for Ultrasound and colour Doppler, They person told me after half hour later you can get your report, i visited 2 time in hospital but my reports are not prepared then i made a complaint on customer care they give me assurance to provide me my reports after some time via my email. But still im waiting but my reports is not prepared..I called so many times at respected department for my reports . Please help and try to send my reports i can't come personally for reports collection.
