Hello
My Patient Mrs. Sushma Saxena is admitted at Max Patparganj. Her IPID is 423647. She has been experiencing back pain since morning today. She and her attendant has been asking for a heating pad for last 9 hours but one seems to bother. Many Doctors and other Paramedic visited her and everyone said we are sending in 10 minutes but to no vein. This is a very sorry state of affairs. I am sure that this complaint would be handled and my patient would be provided with necessary equipment immediately. Best regards

    Hi Sir,

    My brother was admitted in MAX Hospital Dehradun on 27/06/2021 and discharged on 10/07/2021 . When we checked the Billing we were really surprized .
    We observe below points .

    1. Consultation charges were added twice/thrice for the same day .
    2. Consultation charges for Dr. Rashmi Bajpai were added on 9th and 10th July, even she was on leave that day .
    3. Test no. 340 (Acute Leukaemia comprehensive panel) of amount 16370 was added in our bill but the test was cancelled by Doctor .

    My brother was referred to Delhi, and we were not having time to fight for these issues at that moment . we just paid whatever they asked at that moment .

      Baby of pooja, photocogulation was done and i submit approx 84000 thousand rupees in hospital and approval for photocogulation from NRCH ( Administration said that if i would submit approval then my chek will return but they encash my chek after that they said they will retun my amount after getting amount from my Railway organisation, they getting amount in month of feb 2021 but till date my refund process not done.

        I got my first covid vaccine jab at Max hospital Saket on 12 June'21 but didn't received the vaccination certificate or message of my successful vaccination. I kept waiting for a week then called the Max customer care but they kept transferring call from one executive to another but no one helped for alteast 3 days. Then on 4th day I was connected with the concerned department and she said she would look into the matter and get the thing sorted but before I could ask her that how i was supposed to contact her for further procedure she disconnected then for next one month I couldn't get connected to her and no one resolved my issue. Then on 9th July when my parents went for their vaccination, they connected the customer care and they started the blame game. They informed that their staff forgot to approve the vaccination and because of which my vaccination was not successful. They said that they cannot do anything about the vaccination certificate of 12 June and issued another certificate of 12th July. Because of their negligence my second dose got delayed by another one month.

          My wife was vaccinated covaxin on dated 16th July 2021 and still neither showing at cowin portal nor any message received regarding vaccination.I called many times on helpline no [protected] on dated 18/07/201 in between 1400hrs to 1500hrs but no suitable answer was given by on duty lady

            I have taken opd appointment on 10th july 2021 max hospital shalimar bagh for 15 july 2021 for dr vineet arora at 1.00pm. The request was submitted online and it was successful. When i visited hospital after driving from a long distance, i was informed at counter that your appointment was not approved and you will not be issued token.. As i am ex servicemen and the hospital is registered for echs panel but their staff does want entertain ex serviceman. They donot want to respond to their appointment. This is my second experience about this hospital. I request such hospital are not be put in panel for defence personnel.

              Hello,

              I had undergone Pituitary surgery in July 2019 at Max Saket...under Dr Walia and Dr Sachdeva...initially after the surgery i used to have little headache but used to get okay by afrernoon etc. Then later tye headache became a head pressure abd tge severity increased significantly...now it feels like something has spread in the whole head and that keeps pressing the head 24 hours of the day...I have been dancing from one doctor to other to find out the reason but no one is able to figure out the issue...I have ni idea what to do and how to get it resolved. It was a horrible surgery ...please advise what should i do to get over this.

                It is to bring to your knowledge that I have my brother admitted to MAX hospital, IP Extention, Patparjang. We have already deposited a sum of Rs. Rs 8, 40, 000.We are still to get the discount for senior citizens. The medical staff here has stopped the medical treatment and are forcing us to pay a sum of Rs. 80, 000 before they begin the treatment once again. They are refusing that no sum of Rs. 1, 00, 000 was transferred to their account. How is that even possible???? I have already shown them the account statement of my account in which it is clearly mentioned that the transaction was made successfully on 24-Jun-2021 Cheque no[protected] from account Number - [protected] (Dinesh Garg) for the patient with Max ID - 937034. We have already mailed the cashier with the account statement on 9:14 AM 28 June 2021 ( love.[protected]@maxhealthcare.com). He was the cashier at that time. Please help us in this case else we have to go to higher management.

                    Hello mam /sir, I'm MD BILAL ANSARI
                    i comes in max hospital for my mother treatment from the cota of EWS
                    BUT for ews patients there is no any facilities are available.
                    like chairs are not there
                    guards not talk appropriately
                    doctors and pharmacist also not listen us properly

                    and a concept of photocopy this is very time consuming process

                    I'm a neet aspirant so please do something for us we are also Human but they treat us like we are no one

                    please 🙏 concern our problems and
                    take a necessary action

                    we are poor and we waisted most of time here after that we couldn't do anything in our life to overcome our poor status.

                      I have done a urine and blood test at max hospital shalimar bagh. No one is responding on my call . No one in lab is responding to me . They are putting my call on hold for 5-10 min and then ending the call. 3rd class service you are giving to your patients

                        Mere father ki dylisis max vaishali sector 1 me hoti hai...last night during dylisis unko shivering, fever and vomitting ho gyi..iske alwa 7 to 8 people also faced same problem at the same time...Dr se discuss krne k bad pta chla ki .. dylasis machine me hi kami hai...unka RO system me problem thi...ye hospital ki kami hai..iski wajah se kisi ki bhi jaan ja skti hai...body infection bhi ho skta hai..very bad experience ..

                          Max hospital shalimaar bagh delhi. Night shift guard gate no.1 he was not giving entry in the hospital or already my grandfather is admit and in serious condition i don't think there is any rule for getting entry in the starting of the gate when ur patient is already admitted..if something bad happend so who will responsible for it after paying a large amount i am not getting entry I don't think there is any rule for stopping u in front of hospital gate i don't know the name of guard i wish please fix ur this stupid problem or please take right guards for it i don't want anything like this will happen with ur family'..

                              My mother is being treated at the Shalimar Bagh facility of the hospital. She is prescribed IVIG medication which involves injecting 10 doses of Immunorel over a period of 5 days. The price per vial they are charging is Rs. 21349/-. When I checked the price of drug I the market, it is easily/readily available at Rs. 15500/- all over Delhi. I requested the authorities (their Admin dept here) to either provide me this medicine at the cost available in the market, or allow me to procure me of my own.
                              They denied, quoting some 'policy' of not allowing drugs from outside, if it is available in house. They insisted that they will provide it at MRP only, and not a Rupee less.
                              To me, it is sheer blackmailing, where you are asking patient to pay more for a lower cost drug, just because he/she is at your disposal.
                              I'm not sure what action or correction you will make here since it pertains to your hospital 'policies' only, but I'll ensure I use all forums available to report these practices (and a few more which I've noticed here in the last 12 days.

                                  Is being a government servant a sin?
                                  My mother geeta batra admitted in max saket faced a lot of trouble being a government servant. She was hospitalised for 45 days and shifted to max saket due to hospital infection and post covid pneumonia issues. After requesting and begging for like 100 times we only got economy room with 4 patients.
                                  Being a central government employee we were entitled for a private room still we were not willing to avail the CGHS services and wanted to pay the amount on our own as the room in cghs was economy and single for cash.
                                  Isn’t it the patient’s choice of how he want to pay? We were willing to give them in writing that we will be harmless to the hospital and there will be no claim further but we didn’t got the single room.
                                  I request you to please look forward and help as we are already broke and not in a state to suffer.

                                    My father Mr. Raj Kumar Jaij was told by Dr. Mrs. Alka Bhasin to report at the hospital at 6:00 a.m on 1st June for getting operated on for a fistula to be made. We brought him there empty stomach as instructed by her.

                                    On arrival we keep waiting for hours. After waiting on a hungry stomach and inquiry all around the hospital, we were told that surgeon Dr. Vineet Arya was not informed by our educated qualified Physician and Nefrologist Dr. Alka Bhasin. Not only has she not informed him, she has been refusing our calls since morning.

                                    The surgery didn't take place due to Mrs. Bhasin's not informing the respected surgeon. This has put our patient at risk and caused mental trauma to him. Not only him but also we are at risk as we had to visit the hospital in vain in these covid times. We have nothing against Max but our doctor's negative, unethical, harsh conduct has caused my father and me tremendous medical distress and stress other than physical, emotional and financial difficulties.

                                    Even now she hasn't apologised to us or tried to mend the situation. This is not the service we expect at all from Max. We will of course get the procedure done whichever way and wherever possible as my father has to be attended to. but we would bring it out in the media and on social media so that other people do not suffer at the hands of people at Max Saket due to our doctor like Alka Bhasin with whom our experience has been arrogance and negligence which is a terrible combination for a patient to have to suffer. Incidences of Dr Alka's misdemeanour do not end here!

                                    Kindly see how you can help us to remedy this situation. We are going ahead medically and making this public. Please understand our situation.

                                      Hi the payment process for vaccination is not logical at max hospital parparganj.

                                      They are first filling the registration form, then doing registration at hospital and payment is taking almost 3-4 hrs.

                                      When the person is not a patient and only came there for vaccination why registration is required he already had online appoitment fromcowin app why we need to do hospital registration and wait for 4-5 hrs for vaccination even after payment whereas at govt it is free and very good management.

                                        Sir, 24/05/2021 no Maine apni mother is urine test karwaya tha or iski reports next day ani thi. Sir main 60km travel karke apni mother ko lekar gya tha or staff ne bola ki next day woh sms kar denge par last 4 days se main regular call kar rah ho [protected] par koi phone pick nhi karta. Aj apke ek employee ne pick kiya or 4 jagah call transfer karne ke baad mera call but kar diya.mujhe koi bhi jawak nhi mila.sir main poori tarah se pareshan ho chuka hoon is REPORT is bina meri mother medicine nhi le pa rhi .Sir if any thing happens to my mother without medicine for that max hospital is fully responsible.
