Today an accident happened with my wife, which I want to share with you. My wife works in MAX Vashali as a scientific officer, she has total experience in MAX for 6 years. The thing I want to share with you is related to the issue of pickup by cab. It happened that my house is in Noida Sector 137 and whenever the cab comes for pickup, it always comes to the main gate of our society. This time the CAB stood on the main road, not coming to the main gate. Then my wife called him 3 times and asked him to come to the main gate as daily drivers come.
He disconnected all three calls saying that you have to come out to the main road itself. Then after that I called the driver and asked him to come to the main gate and tried to explain that it is not right for the ladies to come on the main road at this time, so the driver told me to come, otherwise do not come. Still I went with my wife to the main road when I told the driver that you should come to the main gate, just talking so much, he seemed to be abusive with me and started talking with my wife also insolently, at that time both There was an argument from the side. Then I refused to send my wife with that driver and asked him to leave.
Then we complained about this in MAX Hospital Vaishali, which provides this CAB. But the people of the hospital did not want to listen to us, they started saying that it is from the 3rd party with CAB, then we cannot say anything to them. So I said that if someone misbehaves with my wife, should I send my wife with her? So they said yes should have been sent together. I did not expect such a reply, which I felt very bad. We always call the driver to the main gate. There is also a reason for this because of a COVID-19, we are called to the main gate because it is forbidden to go out on foot from the society. Another reason is that there is a risk of snatching on the main road many times in the evening. Does the safety of the ladies in your hospital matter? I want to know what should anyone do if someone misbehaves with his wife? Even after that, the hospital staff is also not supporting us and is saying that you should have sent your wife with him without saying anything to the driver. And after that we were not provided another cab.
Can you tell that if a man misbehaves with someone's wife then he should send his wife with him? I am very surprised to see such behavior of the hospital staff, how can one ignore the safety of the ladies at such a time. Where on one side COVID 19 and on the other side which goes wrong with the ladies like rape, kidnapping and murder. I refuse to send my wife with the driver, for fear that nothing should happen to my wife. I expect you to take this as a serious matter.

    My father harjit singh is admitted in hospital. He is diabetic patient. Now it is 8.41 pm till now waiting for food. Nursing staff called so many times in kitchen for food but all in vain. I do not expect this service from max hospital which is most expensive hospital. Please look into the matter

      My mother admit for harnia and pita operation. After operation there lack of services and there poor quality of food. Provide wrong medicine and behaviour of staff is very very bad

          I want to complain against the following employees working at max super specialty hospital because in spite of me sending emails and calling them none of them replied to me or helped me. I even sent the mail to the hospital but they didn't reply.

          I want my patient meena jain's entire bill. Their negligence is proof that there is some manipulation in the bill. I want the entire bill asap.

            dr manju khemani and negligence if the customer care

            We took an appointment for 23rd may, 2020 for my aged mother as she was not well. She had a pain near her breast. So on the trust of the city saket customer care staff, we opted for video calling appointment. They charged us 1000.00 rs appointment charges. However next day dr called on normal phone asked my mothers age and name and asked the issue and advised to get test done. She denied helping the patient who was in pain since two days....

            ‪i am from haridwar, uttarakhand, my patient has been admitted in max, patparganj from 27th april, after the admission staff asked me to investigate the covid-19 test to attend the patient, through the guidelines i have given my sample to your staff and still waiting for the report.‬

            ‪i am sitting outside the hospital from last 5 days and waiting for my report so that i can meet my father (Patient), however the hospital and call centre staff is continue asking that your report will come on morning than evening and so on, everybody is threatning me.‬

            ‪nobody is giving me proper response, i took my leave from my department and also out of job at the moment i am loosing payout as well.‬

            ‪i don’t know how and where my patient is actually in the hospital. Patient is old aged and can’t even take care of himself.‬

              I had an appointment for my fathers health check up today by 12:20 pm. At max superspeciality hospital patparganj delhi.
              With dr. Deepak lohani.
              I reached there by 11:45pm
              But till now its 1:04pm,
              We are still waiting for doctors arrival.
              Staff was saying that doctor us on round but there is no sitting arrangement available for senior citizens. Service is completely pathetic.
              Doctor is not available yet. It seems like we are undergone some govt. Hospital.

                I’m complaining about the dailysis management about Mr semson dailysis incharge he always have problem with us when ever we call up for dailysis he has something or the other to say about us He keep delaying or extending the date he don’t give Appointmnt according to time

                This incident happen on Wednesday when I went to take appointment for Saturday slot for dailysis he told me to come after half and After hlf hr I went again he told me it’s lunch time he was washing his hand thn he told me come on Sunday as on Saturday we don’t hv any slot I ask him is it confirm he told yes. So we went on Sunday but our names are not in the list I call him so many times to ask his phone was busy lastly I txted why dint he put our name in the list ! now he is talking that he gave us on Saturday slot u only dint come on Saturday dear max hospital if he put on Saturday isn’t his duty to inform us now he is telling me I misbehave at him
                Please tell your staff members to behave it properly we come to the hospital to get treated as we depend our health care on you people we are not animals we understand your hard work Bt don’t show your sentimental to us

                  My mother karanwati (Uhid [protected]) sheoran got admitted in max gurgaon dt. 06.03.20 due to chest pain complaint. Her eco and angiography was got done on 07.03.20 alog with other tests. I paid all the bills on 08.03.2020 wide receipt no. Gndi106073. I did not got following reports along with discharge summary of patient:

                  1. Echo report
                  2. Angiography report

                  I was told on 08.03.20 that reports are not ready. Today when i contacted your representative (Mr. Pawan) initially 3-4 times he transferred call to an ext. No. Which no one was picking. Later he told that i need to pay rs. 1200/. Is this the way to treat the patients/customer. I had paid fee for all the tests along with rs. 1600/ for record keeping, then why again i need to pay.

                  I belong to neemrana which is approx. 120 km away from gurgaon.

                  Pl. Arrange to send reports by e mail or courier. I need to claim the amount from my insurance company.

As i sat on the assistant seat, just i fall down due to rough condition of seat. And i got injured, thereafter i told to staff about this, they told me that they are sorry for this.

My debit card was used twice by the counter clerk as according to her ist transaction was a failed transaction.. My bank bank of baroda has informed that both the transactions are successful and hence rs 1100 be refunded immediately to the credit of my account [protected], ifsc code barb0rajnag..                           Max smart hospital is insisting that cghs patients get photocopies of the cghs card, referral letter and doctor's prescription, and submit them. They cite cghs circular of[protected]. However this applies only to patients above 75 years, but the hospital is taking copies from all patients.

                          Secondly the additional guidelines of 27th june issued by the cghs, which gives the format to be used by the patient has been unauthorisedly amended by the hospital to include requirement of the photocopies.

                          The hospital has set up photocopying machines and the patients (Many of them old) have to stand in queues (Once with the card and referral letter, and a second time with the doctor prescription), pay rs 2 per page and get copies made.

                          This seems to be a racket of the hospital to earn additional money, and harass patients, who have to stand in a line twice to get unnecessary photocopies for the hospitals use. The hospital must be asked to desist from this and remove their boards mentioning about the photocopying procedure. A photo of the board mentioning the requirement to photocopy is attached.

                            After a road accident on the 1st january 2020, i was admitted to max hospital saket, where i received my treatment and was kept under observation for 1 day. I received multiple stitches on my forehead. The doctors approved the discharge. After a few days i started feeling pain in my forehead, i visited another hospital to get it checked where i found out that 6-7 pieces of glass were still in my forehead which have caused me severe pain and bleeding. It is so disappointing that doctors who we expect to provide us best medical care are negligent. The carelessness of the doctors has resulted in severe pain. This could have caused me major problems during the course of life. Max saket, one of the popular hospitals, is very expensive and the services are so bad. The staff is very rude and not at all helpful.

                            The doctor i was admitted under is a reknowned neurogsurgeon dr. B. S. Walia; but my experience has been very unpleasant.

                            This is a case of medical malpractice that needs to be addressed at urgent basis.

                              Urgenly carried out widal test (Bill no. Ppcs2032150). We were told by lab technician that the rport will be made availabe through mail and sms by 7 pm on 11/1/20. Nothing coomunicated. When contacted at 7.30 pm over phone, customer catr informed the report section closed at 5 pm. I needed the report urgently, which was communicated ay the time of blood collection to the lab technician. Then he told as above. I could hve done this outside with lower price and reporting time.

                                Highly unprofessional doctor does not care about time of the patient and also he is interested in looting the patient in the name of surgery. The doctor suggested for urgent operation but after doing all the blood test and taking pac clearance from hospital when he got to know about cghs panel he was not at all interested to do operation. As per him operation was urgent earlier but now knowing it is a cghs case and there will be fixed rate for that, suddenly his team says does not require any surgery and need to wait for few months.
                                Please refrain yourself going to him or his team at max hospital.

                                  On 6th of december, my wife and i met in an accident at bathinda. So i called my friend. As my wife injured. So he took ourself to max for treatment. We made all entry to the clerk who was entering in the system. After that same inquiry started by emergency doctor. We told him we have already given the all information further we also confirmed to doctor about the place of accident, about wife working and time of accident etc. But doctor was willing to know about her designation and which bank etc.

                                  We asked him sir please start the treatment. This much inquiry is not needed even for police intimation. Then he warned us that inform me what i m asking. Else take the patient away. So he discharged us without getting signed and primary treatment.
                                  Please let me know is this kind of hospitality is needed from a reputed hospital.

                                    I was 1.5 months pregnant, i went for consultation to gynecologist dr archana bachan singh in max hospital patparganj, i was 15 minutes late for the appointment but i waited for around 45 minutes as she told at the reception to. As i l entered the room, she yelled at me for being late, there can be serious reason to be late & i waited afterall. Then when i told her that i am concerned about my pregnancy, as i have been travelling in train & felt a muscle pull, just in seconds without discussing my concerns she yelled again about not to google anything, else remain at home, why have you come here. We patients are paying 1000 rupees just for 3-5 minutes consultation wherein we are not even getting our doubts and concerns cleared. This is total exploitation & looting of money. She wrote some tests and said everything is perfect and you need to follow up every two weeks. That's it.
                                    Why is any doctor there? For patients. It's her prime duty to be polite and hospitable to patients and discuss every problem that patient is suffering from.
                                    Right now i am suffering from miscarriage. She said everything is ok. Then why this miscarriage now. I told her in the starting what my concern is, but she didn't listen to. She could have asked about symptoms and signs and my pain areas.
                                    She must give atleast much needed time to every patient according to their respective problems.
                                    She is there for us, because o[censored]s, she has no identity without us. We patients know where & when to google & when to consult doctor. If we are there in hospital, we are definitely for proper consultation & advice.
                                    I want my complain to be acted upon soon.
