I had gone max hospital saket branch for eeg today, that guy who was there to do eeg, he had no manner how to talk, he did not know how to do eeg. After applying electrodes that man started gossip with his colleagues, they were laughing, joking without noticing that a patient is waiting, it was a terrible moment for me to wait in such position, after waiting a long when a shouted then a lady came and removed electrodes. For me max is no more.

MAX IS A MUST AVOID HOSPITAL, staffs have no manners, sooner or later people will stop going there

    I have been doing treatment of the dad in max saket since 2015 and this year again we have to go to max saket for treatment for cancer as the doctor told us to we need cyramza medicine for the patient so the doctor made me to meet one vinod in oncology department who usually gives appointment to patients for daycare treatment. As doctor clearly had mentioned in the report that we need to give 400mg of Cyramza but when i went to get it from max they made me pay for 500 mg and aftr the first cyramza dose i asked vinod and also the max pharmacy guy why i was made to pay for 500mg cyramza when doctor has mentioned only to give 400mg they didnt gave me any answer. I paid Rs. 2, 31, 778.80
    For the therpy and the receipt that is with me shows 500mg and doctor prescribed 400mg. And interms of the price difference between 400mg and 500mg there was price difference of Rs.49, 000. I have been paying max saket since 2015, neither was i having any panel or insurance . It hurts when some reputed hospital like max cheats you and takes away your hard earn money . I dont know wheather max hospital will respond to my allegation or will they just keep mute like their employees did when i asked them . I tried to contact the zonal head but was not able to, but now i have been left with no other choice other than file the case in consumer court regarding this. I am attaching bill of cyramz which i was made to pay for and the prescription of the doctor as well

      My mother had an angiography test and it caused 21000. They gave us reports and discharged my mother. Later when I showed the reports to another doctor they told us we are supposed to get a video recording as well. On asking the hospital they asked us to pay Rs 1000 extra for the video.
      On confirming with multiple doctors I got to knew that video is always provided with the test and should not cost any extra.
      This is just cheating patient to get extra money.

        I brought my mum (an international patient ) to Max hospital in Gurgaon for heart disease treatment. She was received as an emergency patient and later ended up being in CCU in the hands of Dr Arvind Das who discovered that a pacemaker implant was the right treatment for her so mum had an implant on the 14th December 2018. I was happy with this. But on our last day (22nd December) Dr Das was supposed to meet us and examine my mother and write a final report and prescription. However, this didn't happen and we were met by his assistant (Dr Vikas) instead who briefly looked at the final tests and wrote a final prescription. The prescription said there should be a review in 6 months. When I asked about the after care in between the review Dr Vikas and the international coordinators team told me that I should be able to contact Dr Arvind Das via WhatsApp and email when there are any issues and there should be help available.
        Now, that communication with Dr Das happened for one month only. Recently my mother was having difficulty with some medication she took so I contacted Dr Arvind Das for advice on the 6th of March but he has not responded. A week after, my mum was vomiting blood so I contacted Dr Arvind Das again for advice to see if medicine would need to be reviewed but he has not responded. I contacted the international team and asked to pass on the message to either Dr Vikas or Dr Arvind Das so they did but the response received from Dr Vikas (the assistant) was that mum needs to see a local doctor in Tanzania as the symptoms she may be experiencing have nothing to do with what Dr Das did. I was shocked to hear this response. It is true that Dr Das' treatment has not caused any problems but that is not the reason we turn back to him. We turn back to him for advice when there are concerns because we trust his expertise than of the local doctors. I am frustrated that these Doctors are focusing on the pacemaker treatment they did rather than mum's overall health.
        Again, today (1st April) mum run out of one of the medicine which we could only find a lower dose of locally so I contacted Dr Arvind Das for advice to check if to get this low dose of medicine instead but he did not respond. I tried to call him but he disconnected my call.
        I'm so so frustrated that a hospital we put so much trust on has let us down. We came to India for treatment because medical care in Tanzania is poor. We chose Max because of recommendations but this experience has left me feeling that out choice was wrong. I feel there should be a well-thought-out after care plan for international patients. Even if it's a telephone call or an email conversation once a month where a doctor gets to listen to a patient and hear any concerns and then come up with a solution or advice.
        Furthermore, I think the doctors should be able to have a system where they can review medicine for patients and give advice if there are any concerns.
        I know friends who have been to other hospitals in India and are still receiving ongoing medical care from their hospitals.
        For us, when we chose to bring my mum to Max, Max became our hospital so we put all the trust on Dr Das for ongoing advice. If he is going to withdraw his assistance to provide the after care then we need to know who else will provide this. It's simply not good to treat a patient and abandon them. We paid a huge sum of money to Max and this is how we end up being treated for it?

          We came on 30th march for gastro issue. My wife was not attended properly. A junior doctor met my wife. But the senior doctor never met my wife although he was present in emegency. Before discharging the doctor did not ask the condition of the patient. We had to remind the nurses to remove the drip repeatedly. Even after reminders they came very late.

          It's been almost two days my aunty is in the hospital..they are not giving bed telling us that there is no bed available they have given us date for chemotherapy .but they kept my aunty in emergency just to make money ..at rate of 500 per hour ..please sort out our problem ..she has a cancer in the lever.

            I am a aml patient post transplant. I got admitted for platlates transfusion. The platelets reacted and my body temperature was 104.2.
            Dr gaurav dixit discharged me post giving paracip and asked me to come to emergency if anything goes bad. Since it was evening and everybody leaving for home, never expected such negligence from this doctor and smo.

              This is regarding my refund. I had an appointment with dr. Brajendra prasad singh at 7:45 pm on the 4th of december and had already paid for it online. I got a call from max at around 6:30 pm saying dr can’t come to see you and spoke with the doctor also who was not available when i was already on my way to hospital. I said okay we can reschedule. The next day i asked for rescheduling and they said we can’t because it had to be done the same day but we can issue a refund. I called many times after that and even complained on the website where you have to fill in your details and the nature of the complaint but it has not been done yet. Almost 3 months have passed. I have been visiting max since a long time but they don’t seem to care and take prompt action. If i am expected to pay money instantly why is the refund not issued and no follow up done by max to ensure that refund is processed. It’s apalling they want our money but they don’t want to ensure that the money they owe to us is refunded.

                You guys lack commitment. Don’t provide incorrect information to your customers. Staff lacks professionalism as well. You really need to work on it. Will definitely find another route to expose you guys.

                Got a confirmation from the hospital for the test, a day ago and now i am struggling to get a hold of someone from urology department. It has costed me a lot as i had to take a day off from my office which was quite important. Bad experience, i would call it.

                  I was operated by Dr Manish Agarwal, Surgeon, at Max Hospital Saket, New Delhi on 16/10/2018 for hydrocele.

                  Immediately after the operation I suffered from high fever for 2-3 days and the Doctor did not even turned up once for post operative checkup and advice and was discharged on 17.10.2018.

                  As per the Doctor advice the stiches were removed after 10 days. but the wouds were not healed and alive even after 40-45 days of the operation.

                  I met the Doctor at his residence clinic in Dhanbad for followup checkup and advice on the size of testis. He told that the size will be normal in due course of time.

                  But again after 15 days the size of testis started increasing instead of becoming normal.

                  I again went to Delhi for his advice and he informed that the operation was not successful and will require another operation.

                  Rather than clinical advice, he demonstrated shrewd beahviour and instead of consolement, he told that there is no guarantee of success for another operation also. and you will be charged not a single penny less than what was charged in the first operation and see, I am the best Doctor of India.

                  I had already suffered a lot of pain and agony during healing of my wounds and the fear of trauma and now he is suggesting for another operation for which also he is not sure for its success.

                  I am a Professor at IIT(ISM) Dhanbad and if such things can occur to me what will be the fate of common man in your hospital.

                  As a human being and common citizen of India I feel my sense of responsibility for putting this information and incidence along with my complaint to the managment of Max Hospital Saket, New Delhi for taking appropriate actionwith an information to the undersigned against his irresponsible and shrewd beaviour and incompetence.

                  At the last my heart is blowing and saying "SALUTE TO THE BEST DOCTOR OF INDIA"

After taken 4 cheemotherapy now in 5th cheemotherapy they added charges patient diet charges n nursing charges extra except bed charges. They said its new rules for TPA customer by max hospital. They also charges cancer medicines on mrp rates. Pls

                      Visited max hospital bathinda punjab on 12/02/2019 to consult eye specialist. Service so poor that i will prefer govt hospitals have to wait for 3+ hours than why waste money in these money sucker hospitals. Same answer from supporting staff always when asked 10 min more 15 min more very poor service. Dont know where the doctor is no information provided by any staff. No back up. If doc not available they should have told when we are paying high consulation fees at counters

                        My dr. Has mentioned in prescription to have thallium test to check viability and reversible ischema in lad.
                        At nuclear medicine where test is performed they named this test as stress mibi/tetrafosmin mp scan with gated and performed the test on 7th feb 2019. I devoted 8 hours for this test and at the end of the day i have been told that test is completed and i may collect my complete report on 8th feb 2019.

                        When i reached to collect my report on 8th feb 2019, i have been told that they only performed test of reversible ischema and they forgotten about the test of checking viability and this test needs to be performed separately again to check viability and patient had to come again for this test.

                        Its completely a misguidance approach by hospital to its patients as they never told me about the complete test and when they committed that whole test is done then where is the question of checking viability test separately.

                        Moreover i have been told that for this viability test i will be billed again.

                        When once i have approached with dr prescription to nuclear medicine and the thing which is mentioned in prescription that has been billed then why should i pay separately for a test which is not done by mistake of hospital.

                        Moreover if hospital has forgotten this test to be performed on 7th jan 2019 then why i has not been communicated this thing on day itself and also the same has not been communicated to me next day also.
                        Only when i approached to collect reports then i got to know about this.

                        I need an strict action for the staff who is handling this case.

                        Dr pankaj dougall is hod of nuclear medicine and necessary action must be taken for staff who reads prescription carelessly.

                        This type of careless and reckless behaviour can take the life of a person.

                        It's a life threatening call from max hospital staff for their patients.

                          Ipd - 56668. My son admitted through emergency dated 26/1/2019. Due to high fever.

                          Not get any good support from emergency after 1.30 hrs. Staffs are not good and also not get any better service till 28/1/2019.

                          In emergency we requested for doctor bhaskar. But they refused and booked preeti doctor.

                          She never care patient as per her medicine my son have mouth infection after admit

                          Discharge was happened dated 30/1/2019. That time my child have mouth infector but she never give any medicine for the same and discharged my son she advised to put vaciline

                          We visited other clinic and confirm ed infection have due to her medicine. And doctor given some medicine and oilment. Now he is becoming recovery.

                          Charge paid rs. 64280/- as bill to max hospital (Thorugh mediclaim and they also taken rs. 9400 from us as non medical charges.

                          After taking lot of bill never give better service

                            I spend more then 50$ us dollar for my mum treatment but my mum condition getting worse and max hospital need more money. She is suffering from back pain and hart, we spent all of this only on tests like mri etc there is no operation involved. Nearly in one month max hospital did 3 time test. We are paying more then 40 thousand a day. I told them we sold our house to treat her but she is in pain and no one knows anything except more new doctors and each time they charge a fortuned!!! They need to be exposed

                              I had ordered one spectacle in max hospital, salimarbagh on 17th jan. It was supposed to be delivered on 19th jan, but despite repeated calls, complaints, visit to hospital and even personal complaint to ms. Pratima chabra,. The specs is not delivered till now...

                              Very very pathetic customer service.. Even the in charge ms. Pratima is showing helpless ness.. If this is the service then only god can help harassed customer.

                                Sir/madam,

                                I, priyanka gupta, patient of max health care, has been overcharged for the cghs category services named usg pregnancy - cghs1590 to the amount of rs.886/- in the bill no mhcs886250/mhrc861434 dated 10.11.2018.
                                However, for the same services under the same category vide bill no mhcs870324/mhrc846339 dated 08.10.2018, the amount charges rs.371/- only.
                                On comparing the above two bills, it is evident that i have been overcharged by the amount of rs.[protected].

                                Kindly address the raised concern and do the needful to refund the overcharged amount ie. Rs.515/- to me. Positive and timely response is anticipated from your side.

                                  My mother visited under panel for usg whole abdomen which is done by dr harshita senior resident, she is such a unprofessional doctor, with 0 knowledge, nowdays if your mother father are doctor and you have 1 crore you can become doctor . These doctors prove that this is absolutely true . First of all they will let you sit separately if you are a panel patient my mother kept on waiting for 3 hours with full pressure in her bladder even after that she refused to do usg and called her the next day and next day it took her 5pm to do the usg my mother reached there by 11am and she did her usg at 5pm when my mom requested her so much. She did the usg for a very short time as per what is expected from a radiologist, and gave her a very very poor report . Which was just showing a stone in her gall bladder. But my mother was having extreme pain in her gallbladder as she is having stone since 29yrs she was not statisfied with the way she did her usg, we again went to a panel hospital in noida prakash hospital which is not that hifi one but a good hospital when they did the usg it showed that the gallbladder is full of sludge(pus) and also gallbladder is well distended and they also mentioned each and every change in her liver the thickness of wall and everything which made the doctor to decide that my mother needs immediate surgery and they operated my mother in emergency the next day we are so thankful to their doctors and staff . What we got to know that this doctor can kill anyone if you go to her especially in panel, they also dont care about what if other person will die because of them because she's not her mother or father, may be they will understand it when her mother will get a wrong report when she will get ill, or her father sister or brother anyone . These are such ### who can kill you anyday, moreover our country treat doctors as god but its completely wrong . Doctors should be treated like any other profession like nurse, teachers, engineer etc. It is just thier job they are becoming doctors for their own good not doing any greatness for us they are over paid for what they do 1-2lkhs per month for killing us . moreover they got this mindset through the godly treat from indian society that they are actually god sitting on our heads for giving us some kind of vardaan or something . There are only 1-2% doctors left who are actually becoming doctors for curing and treating the people who really doesnt care about money but others are really so cruel and arrogant they are just thinking ohh we are doctor we are god we can do anything but they don't understand that the way they are treating other they will also one day die the same way with some wrong medicine because Inturn only a ### will be treating them one day with poor knowledge.

                                    Medical officer of cghs dispensary can grant permission to its patients to consult doctors at panel hospital, which includes three max hospitals at saket. As per procedure of permission by cghs medical officer, the said permission is valid for one month and in said one month 3 visits can be made by patient. Further it is provided that if doctor at panel hospital prescribes listed investigation, the same can be done at hospital without any permission.
                                    However the staff at above hospitals is under impression that for each visit, a separate permission /reference is required, even though it is valid for 3 visits in a month. The staff is thus asking cghs patients to either pay precribed charges or go to cghs dispensary for seeking fresh reference before each visit at hospital for consultation /showing reports etc and is not doing tests without permission or without payment, even though same is prescribed by consulting doctor and falls in listed investigation. The hospital in charge should explain correct intent of om of ministry of health to avoid problem to patients of cghs, who are permitted to see a doctor at panel hospital.

                                        My father got admitted in max vaishali gaziabad, and he was admitted for 27 days and finally with no improvement, only medicine were given and just putting him on ventilator, max hospital only raised money by doing unnecessary treatment and finally we thought to discharge him and brought to him in our home town where the doctor told he will not survive

                                        I have visited hospital today at 11.am with appointment where as the appointment is no where consider wit the help of staff broken the que and I was eating for 2.pm still staff as made people to go in to the doctor Reddy this Babbit imiteattely.
