मैं जगदीश प्रसाद MAX ID-EHPG687533 ने दिनांक 21/08/2017 को X-Ray कराया था, जिसकी फिल्म तो उसी दिन प्राप्त कर ली थी।रिपोर्ट अगले दिन की लेने को बोला था।आज दिनांक25/08/2017 को सुबह 08:00 बजे जब रिपोर्ट लेने गया तो कभी बेसमेंटB-1मेँ डिस्पेच मे कभी रिस्पेशन में चक्कर लगाते रहे, परन्तु न तो डिस्पेच मे कोई स्टाफ मिला न रिपोर्ट।
मैं परेशान होकर 08:40 पर वापस आ गया।मुझे काफी परेशानी और मेरा समय भी खराब हुआ।

Its true that Max hospitals r just doing business. They are not at all concerned about the patient health. My father Mr Prem Narang had gone through a angioplasty on 24 December 2017 in Max healthcare saket (GM modi building). Couple of days after his surgery, he had few episodes of vomiting and fainting so we have taken him to the doctor, where doctor advice us to admit him for a day so we did it. We were told that as we have insurance so they will admit my father for 24 hrs so that they can do all necessary tests and can observe him. As told by patient(my father) and attendants, no medications were given. Dr have visited him once a days and charged 2-3 times. Kept him in ICU without any reason.

Now, today he had some breathing issue so went for a reqular check up. He was waiting for 3 hrs in emergency for a dr and were charged Rs 500 per hr. Is this patients fault that he had to wait and charged? Dear Max hospitals management, PLEASE STOP CHEATING AND CHARGING UNNECESSARILY. STOP UR BUSINESS. We can't pay u in excess. We are middle class people with limited salary. We were at ur hospital in hope of good treatment not for paying unacceptable charges. My parents are ur reqular patient because we dont have any other hospital around our place.

Please take some action otherwise will forward this in a consumer court.

    When i reached the hospital, observed it was a lavish type hospital.
    I need to consult a specialist in hormones.
    So had a view on the internet of dr. Saptarshi bhattacharya specialised in andrology (Specialist in hormones) that to from aiims.
    But he gave me medicines which can cause tumor.
    He is such an unprofessional doctor and charges was very high 1200 rupees per consultation.
    I need justice for this why did he do so.
    I am educated so was able to find the medicines side defects what about others who are not educated.
    Kindly resolve my problem how dare he to give me tumor medicines.
    I need my refund back along with all expenses.

    I didn't receive my refund which I paid online and it has been 11 days the person on the bill counter even took my number saying they will contact me but they didn't

    I was given wrong medicine and when i called up after taking wromg medicine for two days. There was no suitable response. If i hadn't rechecked it, i would have continued taking wrong medicine and people giving medicine are nit accountable at all.

      I am very up set to see the service and bill of max hospital vashali sector-1.

      They have qualified doctors and they are not know the sem terms of the normal fever or other fever.

      Finally they are just money maker and test all the possible combination of the medical test even they have not done some test but they have charged it.

      When i asked the report for the same then all look like me as a chor.

      Very high charge -
      Worst service
      Added extra blood test charges which is not done.

        Sir on dated 18 august i visited a max hospital shalimar bagh on emergency case of mrs manisha mehra and his husband is sub insp in railway police a govt emoloyee.in this regard a employer name mr mandeep singh seated on bed booking says no occupancy but on the time being a new patient come with the refrence of dr nandi immidate provide a bed to the patient in between i recorded all on mobile i want to register a case to both of them for negligence and heating with govt employee

        Except doctors everything is poorly serviced. From waiting lounge to your room and in the room everything very mis managed. They have satin curtains but broken pillows.phone near you but no one responds. Communication gap between nurses and the sufferer is patient .Finally, oonche daam fikke pakwaan.

          [protected]Yesterday) i can buy a medicine vaccine pneumovax 23 i don't know about this medicine and any one can't suggest me on pharmacy to this product is put it still on ice and i can put both are separated so now vaccine - pneumovax 23 is useless for me please you can replace it or provide me a new medicine as possible as soon and pneumovax is also a costly medicine.

            Max hospital patparganj

            Sir, max hospital is known for its high standard of services to the patients. But i am sorry to inform you that the max facilities in normal economy ward and bms ward are below standard or i must say pathetic.
            Following are the main concerns:

            1) no provision of sleeping benches for the attendent. How can an attendent sit 24 hours in a day on a chair? Hospital must provide at least sleeping benches in economy ward. Attendent has to sleep on the floor.

            2) absence of individual light. Three/four lights are operated with single button which creates inconvenience to the patients. Similarly, ceiling fans don't have regulator which is surprising.

            3) no water glasses. These wards donot provide water glasses for the patients. Patients are given disposable glasses.

            4) overall the nurses are not so attentive in quick in providing services to the patients as in other wards.

            5) lack of cleanliness. The cleanliness in these wards is not upto mark as expected in max hospital.

            Note: these facilities are provided in other wards.

            I suggest you to provide these basic facilities at the earliest so as to maintain the reputation of the max healthcare.

            We were told by doctor that there are 1% chances of any side effects of vaccine including fever, swelling and pain.but in our case all these side effect happened.moreover it is a painless vaccine and we are paying 7k for the same but still child is suffering so much and when we called the doc he didn't picked the call for guidance as well

              Hello my son vivaan singh was admitted max hospital vaishali ghaziabad,
              On 11 of july, 2017 at around 5:57 pm. He was admitted because he had seizure attack. He was admitted to picu for one day according to doctor after that they did all the test of 2 year child (Blood culture, dengue, malaria, typhoid, hemoglobin, mananjiatis, even ultra sound of stomach etc) these test were around of rs 30000/-, after doing all the test all the reports were normal. At the end the said he had an infection because of his throat, at the time of discharge
              They have charged me money for level 1 picu. But at the time of admission they told me level 2 picu and one more thing they charge unnecessary doctor visiting charge even if doctor hasn't visited to your ward or picu. There was a difference of around rs. 2200/- in my bill this is what these big branded hospital do and make money from peoples life. Even i have proof with both the bill and the documents photo signed by me.

                1) i am getting my dialysis done thrice a week in max vaishali. My patient identification no is vsli 6840. On 14th i had some complication so informed dr dr sumit at about 11a. M. Who promised to check but in spite of 4 reminders and left hospital. When nurse contacted he wanted me to go to opd, by that time opd was closed. Height of negligence.

                2) there is always non availability of bed sheet and blankets. Patients go on requesting but staff is helpless.
                3) there is always flies moving around difficult to take food.
                4) tv connection is another problem. Shortage of remote-non availability of cable connection etc. Etc.

                  This is regarding my previous complaint against the gastroentrologist dinesh singhal and his unproffessional conduct, I only got 1 phone call the next day of the complaint and no follow up, if you people are not interested maybe i should go to an authority for proper justice, Plus i am starting to think that the service, medication and consultation received from your hospital may not be the appropriate one for me, but since your gastroentrologist is too busy in just typing his prescription and coning people out of their hard earned money(One thousand for one minute of prescription writing, No Consultation whatsoever) i am kind of confused as to who will answer my questions, please reply as soon as possible

My sister went and forced him to cum and attend him while his behaviour throughout was highly ridiculous and pathetic.. Doesn't seem like a doctor.. At last.. We had no option.                       I visited max hospital shalimar bagh today and had got an appointment to meet dr vineet arora at 1:20 p. M. But this staff favours people on the basis of i dont know what.
                      I got to meet dr at 2:20 pm due to some people coming without sequence. What is the meaning of giving sequence number when nobody follows. I am highly disappointed by the management of the hospital.

                        The gasentroentrologist doctor dinesh singhal refused to listen to any of my qualms or queries about my illness and kept on typing the prescription. No co sultation was actually done by the doctor ironically called consultation fees for which you have charged me a whopping 1000 rupees per appointment. He just prescribed me another medicine and had me leave within 1 minute. He was rude and insensitive. How can you charge 1000 rupees for a minute of non satisfying unhelping advice.

                          I have visited max hospital, panchsheel a month ago and experienced one of the worst experience at the dentistry. I had cavity issues which could have been solved with calcium filling that was said by the dentist there yet the doctor named priya ahluwalia insisted on root canaling in the middle of the cleaning process where she already drilled one of my tooth and i was in that helpless situation where saying no could have been an ugly situation. She started the process with checking the tooth and incessantly shr started the cleaning process. Initially she charged me with 9800 rupees for the root canaling. The whole package when asked was supposed to be rs.8400. After the second sitting she told me that i would be charged rs.2500 for the crowning process. Later when i was about to fix the crown, she charged me with another rs.8400 instead of rs.2500. So, i almost paid rs.20, 000 for just one root canal. My husband was also shocked to evidence the same. When asked that why was i charged so high, she said that's a discounted price. I was astonished. There was another staff whom i asked that it is supposed to be lower, but i was replied with "whatever the doctor says". I had already done a root canal before in another tooth and it was only rs.6000 and flawless. But this one started paining within a month. I assume she didn't take the infected pulp out. I think she did a flawed operation and that is why my tooth hurts every other minute. She even kept insisting to go for a full clesning & polishing, and when asked about thr price, she never gave me a concrete figure & told to visit her soon to avail discounts. Doctors are meant to save and heal life, if i am charged higher than thr normal with flaws then i feel i should lodge a complaint. Another thing that i'd noticed, the equipments used weren't cleansed properly. Stains were present. I fear that hepatitis c is spread from the dentistry, i just can pray that no patient should get it from max hospital. We pay such high price for this?
                          And the helpers of the operation were not concerned about cleanliness as they operated on my tooth and went out with wearing the same gloves in other dentist's cabinets. Now, i am worried for the hygiene as well as the expense of a flawed operation.

                            My mother is admitted for knee surgery and she is in pain post operation... The nurses and other staff is so inconsiderate and dumb they are so loud that the patient can't sleep.. They don't come when the patient rings the bell.. They are busy on the phones etc etc etc. There is no basic decency here... Dr are good but the floor staff comes across as illitrates

                              I had been operated by some junior doctor at max patparganj hospital.. My name is dr chanchal goyal i had been operated for my hand on 22/4/17..
                              Since then my thumb index finger and middle finger are totally numb with no sensation at all.. Instead of dr l tomar some junior doctor dr shukla done it.. Who used to be always on mobile..
                              Now i need to have 1 more surgery for same procedure.
                              I was simple operation.. But still max people make it and my life horrible.. They are playing with patients life.

                                Hi Team,

                                This is informing you that my daughter name Ruhi was admitted in your hospital room no - 1729 on 19th April and discharge date 22nd April, 2017. On 22nd April when my wife went to billing department and asked for the final payment, then these 2 people (Gurpreet Kaur, Deepak Ravo) gave her wrong payment structure and added unnecessary charges. I have confirmed with my insurance company and they have sent a final payment amount, but these two guys were not ready to understand what the insurance company had written on the sheet. They have misbehaved with my wife and said that you dont' have money to pay and come to the hospital. My wife was not well till now after that incident happened. This is not the first time we have faced this issue, last year also they have done the same specially (Gurpreet Kaur). I am highly disappointed the kind of response i got from the billing team. Moreover they also said that this hospital is not for you it is only for rich people.My insurance company already gave the preapproval of rs 45000/ and we also have submitted 7 thousand rupees before the treatment start. I don't know how much money you want to give admission to the patient.

                                  I bring to draw your kind attention against max hospital vaishali, there is no proper facilities regarding car parking & most of the time this full of cars, but their securities are not proper inform to out side visitors. & they are charges Rs 40.0 against parking from every visitors.
                                  I told you guys, when you are not provide the parking in the hospital, so why you charges against parking.
                                  i have complaint many employees of hospital, but they are not given the answers.

                                  so i requested to you kindly look in to this complain seriously, other wise i have complain to top level.

                                    Am complaining about Dr. Rajiv jain in ortho department of Max hospital patparganj branch.Very very disgusting to see such a person in doctor position. His behavior and attitude is completely very rude. He does not even know how to behave with the patients and their kins. I was bothered and thought to leave the hospital immediately as his way of questiong is completely wrong.

                                    I guess am wrongly chosen this doctor/hospital.
                                    Patient should feel comfortable with doctor.

                                      My mother (Veena Batra) is admitted to Max Hospital Shalimar Bagh under CGHS panel. She is admitted because of her severe stomach infection and diabetes by Dr. V.K. Gupta. Dr. V.K. Gupta was handling her case and after 3-4 days he handover the case to Dr. Arora (Nuerologist) by saying that she got some neuro problem. However, my father (75 Years of age) approach him 3-4 times to visit my mother as she is not eating anything from past 25-30 days. Also, she vomits whenever she eats anything in the hospital. Is this the kind of behavior is acceptable from a senior doctor? My mom is still in hospital but nobody is focusing on the actual problem i.e. stomach problem due to which she is not able to eat anything.The doctor should visit the patient and start the required medicine as her pain is getting critical day by day. I would have not complaint if I was in India but I am in Canada and helpless.

                                        My mom is admitted here in Max hospital Saket, east wing 4 th floor bed no 2458. The services here including nursing, GD and room services are very poor .. we are experiencing lots of issues here whenever we complain a few managers from different departments come and leave after just saying a word "Sorry " but there has been no improvement in the services.. we are getting mad here .. they charge you a lot but services are worst than that of government hospital
