This is to keep you informed that we were about to take three max life insurance policies thru one of the Axis bank manager in Chennai - Saligramam branch. above please refer the list of policy details.It was taken in the year 2012 & 2013.

We were unable to make the renewal payments further to the policies neither continue the same due to our financial crisis and family issues.

We have given written letter at one of your Max life insurance branch office in Chennai - Vadapalani few months back to the cancel all the three policies and refund the money back, but the person in the front office has denies that the policy cant be cancelled.

We were totally unhappy with your service and due to which am about to write a mail.

We were just a middle class people and my mother was uneducated. she does not know any of these insurance etc and unaware of your rules and regualations.

one of the Axix bank branch manager in chennai has brain washed my mother and made to sign the policy in her name and remaining two in my name and my brother name.

The concerned person or the insurance people has not clearly mentioned that the money cant be refund if the policy gets lapsed. It clearly shows that the people are particular only about their targets and the incentives for the month.

Requesting you to kindly check whether the concerned policy holder will be having regular monthly income or not to make their regular renewal payments.

Since the cancellling request letter has not been accepted in one of the chennai branch, am about to write this cancellation request mail.

Currently am not working for the last three years and my parents were very aged persons and we are having very bad financial crises for the last few years.

We were totally unhappy with the services and unable to continue the policy.

Therefore requesting the concerned team to look into our issue and cancel our three policies to refund our money at the earliest.

Since its the huge amount of Rupees two lakhs amount we have made the first permium altogether, once again requesting to cancel our policies and refund the money at the earliest.

Requesting the team not to say any execuses or any other reasons in regards to our cancellation request and i agree if you deduct very less amount for cancellation also.

Its our hard earned money and failing which i have to go legally to get back my money.

Kindly look into our issue and revert back at the earliest.

Dear team..

Would like to update that the person who issued our policy from axis bank is one of branch operations executive and not the branch manager.his name is Benjamin .
The insurance company would have sent mail seems.branch manager called me and got irritated and asked to update clearly..for which am updating clearly for more clarity.

Hi,

With regards to your response, am totally unhappy & unsatisfied with your response and the service.
Its totally a professional way of cheating the customers. However am not going to close my request at any cost and will move legally to get my money back.

For one customer, you cheat two lakh and how much you would hold the customer's money by cheating in a professional way for many customer's in the country.

I never gave my money for the charity or for the donation and i demand my money back.

I did not know in what way you send a reply stating "hope you are satisfied with the response" doesn't have sense to reply such one.

I dont know what kind of investigations you have done in my case:

My insurance has not been delivered at my residence, do you know that?

During the verification, did any one told that "my money wont be refunded after my first payment"?

Have you investigated that how many times, i got the verification call? I got two verification calls? Does any body knows that?

Your branch person, has forced us to attend the verification call and told us to say "ok" or acknowlege for all the questions during the verification call? (During the first call, we didnt reponded and branch executive called us and forced to answer the second call).

Already you had email draft in ready format and sends the same to the customers just changing the name and insurance details. You should understand that customer's are not fool or dump as we are also from the non voice customer care.

For this you took two weeks of time to send your ready made draft reply and mean time your managers in chennai scream at us for sending the complaint mail on them. As if they are going to pay my two lakhs rupees. Bull team.

Think in a customer place and reply, who reads your rules and regulations printed on your insurance book which can be viewed only with the lens.

Now tell me, if am not going to pay my remaining dues at any cost during my life period, where does my two lakh goes and who eats my money. Dont you people think its a professional way of cheating the customer's. I would say, yours is one of fraud company and eats people money.

Once again, i demand to re investigate my complaint and i need justice by refunding the money, however am going to file a case on your company thru legally.

I need a reply from your higher authority at the earliest.

    I applied for a term policy and I clearly stated to customer care that I will be travelling to Malaysia soon, and same specified while filling up the application as well. I did all medical formalities before I travel. After that I continuously follow up on status of my application since August 12th and after 26 days, today (09th Sept) they replied saying that due to "Travel Risk", they are unable to process the application.

    I trusted this insurance company and did not look for any other, Now I am already in Malaysia, so I could not take any policy from other insurance company.

    Committed false promises saying that after medical formalities, I can travel and they process the application in 2-3 days and finally they rejected after 26 days of continuous follow up with simple cause which I already mentioned in the application.

      I am a simple housewife, mislead by max life agent (mr. satyavrat was working in axis bank as relationship manager in east patel nagar branch, delhi) while selling his policy. i explained him very clearly that i want short term fixed policy of not more than 5 years maturity period, but he cheated and sold me insurance policy of maturity period 20 years. without knowing this i paid first two premiums amount, later when i came to know about policy terms i stopped paying the amount and asked for stopping the policy. but no one is giving attention to this. only i am getting messages about deposit the premium, which i have already told that i do not want to continue this. why are you harassing your customer who once trusted you and deposited her savings with you for small gain. big company like you should not cheat your small investors.
      On one hand we are getting emails from max life "thanks for making us claims service leader at the indian insurance awards 2016" on other hand you are harassing your customers. i am trying to get my money back from last 2 years but all in vain. i shall really be thankful to you if you return my hard earned money back to me that i deposited under misguided policy.

          My insurance policy premium was due on july2016, got calls from [protected], [protected](mansi sharma) [protected](shalini) on behalf of Malice insurance, & they told me to deposit Rs.22133 & 35400 for my due premium & revoking DCC code. Now Maxlife & its partner Axis Bank both says it was a fraud call & I hv been cheated

              Kindly get me back my max life insurance maturity claim for policy[protected]. Just now somebody contacted me from mobile: [protected] said that he is from Maxlife insurance office.
              They are not transferring the amount into my account ( account details they have). Instead of paying my amount they used to interrogating and disturbing me a lot.

                  I have taken policy No.[protected] on 23 Dec. 2013 and paid Rs. 72000 @ Rs. 24000 per year. Now I want to surrender the same. On inquiry I was Intimated that I will get 30% amount of the 2nd and 3rd installment only. please intimate how much I will get, as while taking policy i was intimated that I will get 90% in case i surrender after 3 yrs.                     i have an insurance policy with Maxlife insurance company and

                    i have an insurance policy with Maxlife insurance company and

                        मै शिल्पा नरेश तामेचिकर आपसे निवेदन करती हूँ की मेरी इस शियाकत को ध्यान पूर्वक पढ़े, मेरे स्वर्गवासी पिता श्री राजू रामचंद्र टिड़ंगे पत्ता मकान नंबर २६४७ सुभाष वाड़ी वंद्रापाड़ा फातिमा स्कूल के पीछे अम्बरनाथ मे अपने पुरे परिवार के साथ रहते थे.

                        मेरे पिता की पालिसी मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स कंपनी मे निकाला गया था पालिसी नंबर २७०४९१३३५ है और यह पालिसी ०७ मार्च २०१५ को चालू किया गया था. और यह पालिसी पंजाब महाराष्ट्र बैंक के स्कीम के अन्तर्गत था. मेरे पिता का खाता उसी बैंक मे था और वहा के मेनेजर श्री कुलकर्णी साहब के बताने के मुताबिक यह पालिसी निकाला गया था पालिसी निकालते समय जो आपके कंपनी से साहब आये थे मैक्स लाइफ की तरफ से उसे मेरे पिता के बारे मे पूरी जानकारी देते हुए यह पालिसी निकाली थी.


                        मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स कंपनी के डॉक्टर ने घर आकर पूरा जाँच किया था. और जो डॉक्टर और लैब का आदमी आया था घर पर उसे भी मेरे पिता के बारे मे पूरी जानकारी दी गयी थी. जैसे की वह शराब की सेवन करते है और उनको पहले भी हॉस्पिटल मे भर्ती करवाया गया था उसकी जानकारी भी डॉक्टर और मैक्स के साहब श्री माने साहब को दी गयी थी. और जब डॉक्टर ने उनका इ. सी. जी निकाला था तब उनसे पूछा भी था की अभी को प्रॉब्लम तोह नहीं नज़र आ रहा है तब उन्होंने मुझे बोला भी था की कोई प्रॉब्लम नहीं है. और इसकी जानकारी माने साहब को भी दी गयी थी और यह पालिसी ६० लाख के लिए निकाला गया था पर पूरी जांच के बाद इस राशि को घटा कर ३० लाख कर दिया गया और पूरा पेपर वर्क होने के बाद ही मेरे पिता के खाते से पालिसी का प्रीमियम कटा है.

                        साहब मै बताना चाहती हूँ की मेरे साथ मैक्स लाइफ इन्सुरांस कंपनी ने धोखा किया है, साहब मै सिर्फ कक्षा ४ थी तक ही पढ़ी हूँ और मेरे घर मे कोई इतना होशियार नहीं था की जो फॉर्म एजेंट भर रहा था उसमे क्या लिखा था पढ़ा जा सके क्यों की फॉर्म पूरा इंग्लिश मे था और इंग्लिश की जानकारी मेरे यहाँ किसी को नहीं है. मैंने आपके डॉक्टर और आपके कंपनी के एजेंट्स के ऊपर भरोसा रख कर इस पालिसी को निकाला था और उनसे बोला भी था की मुझ इग्लिश की जानकारी नहीं है तोह अच्छे से भरे कोई गलती न करे और इसका प्रीमियम भी भरा था पर जब मेरे पिता का अचानक से हार्ट अटैक से देहांत हुआ और जब मैंने उनके क्लेम के पेपर्स को सबमिट किया तोह मुझे पता चला की एजेंट ने फॉर्म भरते समय एक गलती कर दी है जिसकी वजह से मेरे पिता का क्लेम रिजेक्ट हो गया उसके बाद मैंने काफी बार आपके ऑफिस मे लेटर लिखा पर इसपर कोई सुनवाई नहीं की जा रही थी. तब जा कर मैंने अपने एक मित्र के ज़रिये इस इ मेल पर आपको पूरी बाते बता रही हूँ और उम्मीद करती हूँ की मेरे इस लेटर का प्रार्थमिकता दी जाएगी और मेरे क्लेम को जल्द से जल्द पास किया जायेगा.

                        मै आपसे बताना चाहती हूँ की मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स कंपनी एक चोर कंपनी है जो लोगो के साथ चीटिंग करती है जिसका एक उद्धरण मै खुद हूँ। मेरे इस मेल के अटैचमेंट मे पुराना मेल का कॉपी है जिसे आप पढ़े यह मेरी आपसे निवेदन है ताकि आपको सब समझ मे आ जाये।







                        अभी हाल मे जो मेरे साथ हुआ उसका जिक्र मै इस कंप्लेंट मै करना चाहती हूँ

                        मैंने जो इ मेल और ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट लिखाई थी इसके आधार पर मुझे यह जानकारी मिली थी की मेरे कंप्लेंट पर काम जारी है और मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर मुझे मैसेज भी आया था ०१/०९/२०१६ को ०४:१९ मिनट पर दोपहर मे और उसमे लिखा था की। "Dear Policyholder, We have received your request. Your reference ticket no. is: 17275591. We will update you on the resolution shortly. Thanks Max Life Insurance". और जो दूसरा मैसेज आय मुझे ०२/०९/२०१६ को सुबह ०८:१९ मिनट पर उसमे लिखा था की। “Dear Policyholder, Your request no. 17275591 is under processing. We will get back to you within 3 days. We thank you for your patience. Regards Max Life Insurance”.


                        उसके बाद मुझे पहला कॉल आता है उसी दिन दोपहर १२ बजे रौनक भरद्वाज जिनका मोबाइल नंबर है "७०६५८३५१६२" और वह अपने आपको मैक्स लाइफ के क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट से बताते है और कहते है की मेरा क्लेम उनके पास है और इसको प्रोसेस करने के लिये मुझे फिर से क्लेम फॉर्म भरना पड़ेगा और मुझे रूपए ३०, ०००/- प्रौसेसिंग फीस भरनी पड़ेगी जो आपको अप्रूवल लेटर आने के बाद भरना है। और मुझे मैक्स लाइफ इन्सुरेशने के इ मेल एड्रेस से क्लेम फॉर्म मेल किया जिसे मैंने पूरी तरह भर कर बैंक का स्टाम्प लगा कर फिर से उसी मेल ID पर मेल कर दिया ०४/०८/२०१६ को और फिर मुझे ०५/०८/२०१६ को क्लेम का अप्रूवल लेटर भी मेरे मेल पर मिला जिसे मैंने डाऊनलोड कर के उल्हासनगर मे चोपरा कोर्ट के पास जो मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स का ऑफिस है वह पर चेक करवाया तोह वहा पर जो मैडम थी उन्होंने ने भी बोला की है यह पेपर ओरिजिनल है और मेरे अकाउंट मे pay दिखा रहा है



                        मैंने कंपनी के मेल और उनके क्लेम एजेंट पर भरोसा रख कर और जैसे की मुझे कांसुमेर फोरम और IRDA और जो मैसेज मेरे मोबाइल पर आ रहा था उसके मुताबिक मुझे लगा की शायद सही होगा मैंने प्रोसेसिंग फीस का NEFT किया और मेरे पूछे जाने पर क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट के साहब ने बोला की यह क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट का जो उनका हेड है उसका अकाउंट है.

                        और जब यह सारी जानकारी मैंने बैंक से कन्फर्म करवाई तोह पता चला की है मोबाइल नंबर और सारी जानकारी जो मुझे दी गयी है वह सब सही है. और जो अप्रूवल लेटर मुझे मिला उसी के आधार पर मैंने ०६/०८/२०१६ को उनके अकाउंट मे NEFT किया जिसका रिसेप्ट मैंने इस मेल मे जोड़ा है. पेमेंट करने के दूसरे दिन जब मैंने रौनक भरद्वाज से बात किया तोह उन्होंने बोला की मेरा फाइल अकाउंट डिपार्टमेंट मे है और २-३ दिन मे ही क्लियर हो जायेगा जब मैंने फिर से १ दिन बाद उनसे कांटेक्ट किया तोह उन्होंने मेरे कॉल को रेस्पांस नहीं किया मुझे फिर कुछ शक होने लगा की मेरे साथ धोखा हो गया है। पर फिर भी पूरी तरह यकीं नहीं था क्यों की मेरे मोबाइल पर मैसेज आया थी की २-३ दिन मै मुझसे कांटेक्ट किया जायेगा और कांसुमेर फोरम के रिप्लाई मे भी यही लिखा था। और रौनक भरद्वाज के अलावा मुझसे किसी और ने कांटेक्ट भी नहीं किया तोह मुझे यकीं भी है रहा था.



                        २-३ दिन बाद जब मैंने फिर से रौनक को कांटेक्ट करने की कोशिश की तोह उस दिन से उनका मोबाइल बंद बता रहा है और जो HDFC Bank के कांटेक्ट मे नंबर था उसपर कॉल किया तोह वह बोल रहा है की गलत नंबर है। मुझे यह नहीं समझ आ रहा है की मेरी बात कंपनी के बहार कैसे लीक हो गयी और कंपनी ने अब तक मुझसे कांटेक्ट क्यों नहीं किया। क्या यह कंपनी की चाल है मुझे फ़साने की ?

                        मै चाहती हूँ की मेरे इस कंप्लेंट पर मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स पर क़ानूनी करवाई हो और उनका लाइसेंस को रद्द कर दिया जाये जिससे की मेरी तरह और कोई इस जाल मे नहीं फसे. मेरे पिता ने पुरे विश्वास के साथ यह इन्शुरन्स निकाला था. पर मुझे आज लगता है की उन्हें ही नहीं हर किसी को Life Insurance Corporation चुनना चाहिए ना की किसी और कंपनी को.

                        इस मेल मे मै पूरा डॉक्युमनेट्स भेज रही हूँ जिसे पढ़ कर आपको यकीं हो जायेगा की मैक्स लाइफ एक चोर कंपनी है और उसपर कानूनी करवाई होनी चाहिए।

                        उम्मीद करती हूँ की मेरे इस मेल पर जल्द से जल्द कारवाइ होगी.

                            Max life insurance company has done a big fraud of Rs. 4 lac with the support of their partner Axis bank ltd in my policy no's:[protected],[protected]. The agent had issued me fake policy benefits certificates on letterhead of Max life insurance co Ltd and also forged our signatures in the policy records. Now the company and axis bank both are not ready to understand my pain and mental agony I m going through. How I will educate my children without this fund which I saved for education of my children?? I m in mental agony and not even able to sleep as i m on verge of losing my money.

                            Axis bank staff also cheated me. I want to buy plan for seven year having good return but they fraudulently sell me bad plan the agent which was stated in my policy was not meet me neither tell me anything about policy this person name was seen in my policy The person who sell me policy was barry staff of axis bank he black mail me to purchase policy against home loan sanction.                               I invested my hard earned money in the policies of max life insurance company ltd through the authorised agent of max life insurance. The agent has done fraud and cheating with me and my signatures are forged in all the policies. I have already justified this forgery and the company has already admitted in few policies. Now they are refusing any signatures forgery in rest of my policies. The agent has done totally different signatures in all of my policies but now the company is totally supporting the agent. Even I have asked the company to get my signatures forgery investigation done in a forensic lab st my cost but they are reluctant to do so because my signatures are totally mis-matching with the signatures on the proposal forms. Please help in this matter.

                              Max life is a big fraud company. They have done a big fraud with me and not even ready to rectify their bad deeds. I will sue them in court as they have forged my signatures in my policies and also wasted my money for 4-5 years with no return. Even they are refusing to settle my principal amount.                               Mr Vidit Bhasin from Max life team is using unfair and illegal practices in signatures forgery investigation. I use my first name and sir name in my specimen signatures . I sign as Tarun Kakkar everywhere in all of my banks, PAN card, passport and all other documents. But my signatures are done as Tarun Kumar in all of my policies. The agent has written only Tarun Kumar as my signatures on all the proposal forms.
                              Even a layman can decide in 1 minute after reviewing all the proposal forms and my specimen signatures duly attested by my bank that my signatures are totally mismatching with policy records. But still I do not understand why Mr Rajesh Sud is silent in the matter. Please intervene in my matter and help.

                                  I Manohar Sadashiv Deodhar had my policy matured on 19th April 2016. In spite of repeated visits to Dombivli office, there is no action been taken and I am informed that the papers have been sent. I have not yet received any papers till date and this is getting on my nerves now . The max people are absolutely useless and make false promises .

                                  I would like to take this complaint further .
