Main aap sabse ek question puchna chahta hun please reply karna policy ya fd insaan kyun karta hai sirf isliye ki mehnat se jo paise kamata hai use save karke rakh sake aur time aane par un paiso se apni family ke liye kuch kar sake magar kya haal hota hoga us insaan ka jab use ye pata Chale ki uske jama kiye hue policy ke paise use nahi milenge.maine 2 saal pehle 2015 me max life insurance ki ek policy li thi.policy lete time agent ne yehi kaha tha ki agar koi emergency aa jaaye aap 2 policy payment ke baad chaho to apne paise nikal sakte ho 2 policy payment main kar chuka hun already crises ki wajah se compny ne 3 month se salary nahi di aur kuch month me meri sister ki marriage hone wali hai main able nahi tha policy continue karne me isliye maine max life insurance customer care me call ki aur apni detail batayi policy no etc...aur pucha ki main apne paise jo around 1 lakh 99 thousand hain kaise milenge mujhe and unka reply answer ye the ki aapko paise nahi milenge aapko pure payment karna padega policy ke uske baad aapko milenge us time mujhe aisa laga jaise main ek deathbody hun main bahot jyada roya becoz middle class family ka hone ke sath sath puri family ki responsibility sirf mujh par hai kuch month me ghar pe shadi hai main aap sabhi max life insurance compny ke employee se hath jodkar request karta hun ki please mujhe mere paise return kar dijiye please badi muskil se paise kamakar main apni family sambhal raha hun agar aap logo me koi ek person bhi insaan hai aur mere dard aur taklif ko samjh raha hai to please mere paise wapas kar dijiye otherwise pareshani ki wajah se mujhe suicide karna padega please mere madad karo mujhe paiso ki shakt jarurat hai please brother and sister please

      Policy issue date: 31 march, 2007.

      As per the plan, we had to pay 3 lakhs to complete this policy which we have already paid.

      In the month of june 2015, two of your agents
      1. Pritesh patel (498471) ph: [protected].
      2. Dharmen yadav ph: [protected]

      This two people have misguided us and insured a wrong policy and made us to pay more money. And now when we call them, they start abusing and says do what ever you want to do i am not afraid.

      This is what your agents are??

      We kindly request you people to please take some serious action against this this two people and take necessary steps.

      I want this two people to be thrown from max life and never be allowed to be agents.

        I Hara Prasad Mishra, applied for an insurance policy No.[protected] earlier and the same has been cancelled on 09 Nov 16 as SMS received from Max Life. The amount has been credited to my account till date. Though I have physically contacted to the Axis bank representative as well as the agent of Max life Insurance at Sector-14 Gurgaon repeatedly, no action has been taken by them till date. They do not want to attend the queries and the attitude of the staff is quite pathetic. I request you to kindly initiate necessary action for crediting the amount Rs. 50000/- to my account.

          In the month of november i have joined as a advisor but from the concerned adm co operation regarding sending emails is very poor. Recently i came to know that the amount mentioned in the graphical representation is shown as guarenteed but from the head office we came to know that policy holder will get within that amount. At the time of joining they said that for your presence of 16 days in a month they will give stipend amount. But know they are telling if your code is active we will give. Please take the concerned action and i am claming the stipend amount + 12 times.

            I did not want to buy any policy, but your adviser given me the policy of Rs. 20000 Per year. I am very poor person and did not invest this amount.
            I have received this policy on[protected] and I am submit this policy for cancellation on 04-10.2016.
            As per talk on telephone your adviser said this policy does not cancel because of time bar.
            So please cancel my this policy and refund in my account.

                I called in Maxlife customer care department to find out the status of my father's policy as he was told in the branch that he already surrendered his policy and has already claimed his money that he'd invested. That's a big concern as he has not done so for the fact. I was already upset due to the branch service and then I landed to this guy Hari-Shankar. He was so irritating, immature and kiddish that he kept on asking questions to verify his details. I had already answered the three questions out of four he had correctly, still he wouldn't just let me know the status of my father's policy document. If you guys care even a bit about your customer, please go through that call recording. To help you track that call, you can go trhough the call recording for the call received from my number, that is [protected]. He was very stubborn, rude, no sensibility, unprofessional and non-sense. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE THAT I AM GONNA POST IT TO IRDA, BETTER YOU RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT QUICKLY.

                Inspite of inserting all the details required for verification purposes to IVR, I don't really get the point of asking four stupid questions for verification purpose to get a general query answered like whether the policy is up or not . Or is it like your business to irritate your irate customer even more by assisting them with such a poor and foolish staff?

                  I recd a call from the number[protected] regarding my policy details. The person on the other line was a fraudster and was already aware of my policy details like policy no, Dob, and even my nominee.
                  Due date and amount.
                  How can the customer confidential details can be known to outside agency this is total negligence on Max side as customer data is leaked.

                  I am also filing a complaint in IRDA as well that customer confidential data is not safe in the hands of Max. Pls take this seriously and act accordingly with legal authority.

                      I received a call from Max Life agent from Delhi stating that to receive bonus I need to open a new customer id paying amount as huge as 50, 000.This is since earlier two policies were via agents code. They told that agent is claiming for my bonus and to avoid this direct customer id with "MAX LIFE INSURANCE" needs to be created.

                      This is first time in my life that for claiming your own bonus need to pay amount of 50000 and creating a new customer id.
                      Something really fishy...fraud...
                      Before taking any max policy please be careful of all these clauses. It will directly hit your spine.

                        Dear max life insurance customer care,

                        I want to surrender my policy no.[protected]. I paid premiums for more than 3.7 years (Rs 165000), due to finance problem i wanted to surrender my policy and will not be able to continue the policy.

                        I called customer care but they told me that i'll get only rs 65000 which was very shocking to me. I do not want any bonus from the company. All i need is the money i have paid till date is returned to me without any deduction.

                        I have paid all the premiums in time for more than 3.7 years and will not be able to pay further premiums so kindly consider to release the amount paid.

                                Dear max life insurance customer care,
                                I want to surrender my policy no.[protected]. I paid premiums for 5 years (Rs24000 per year), but now i am unable to continue the policy. Im in need o[censored]rgent money due to personal reasons.
                                I called customer care but they told me that i'll get only rs40800 something thats very shocking.
                                I've paid over rs1.06 lakhs & what i get is a big loss.
                                Please help me in getting my money back with minimum loss.

                                  Max Life Insurance — Policy Termination Against Rules and Company Not taking any action

                                  SHAKUNTALA DEVI Submit a Complaint
                                  I took Max Life Insurance Policy in APRIL 2009 . I paid all premiums during my policy.
                                  Despite it is written in many places in the Rule booklet provided by Max Life insurance company that Policy will be terminated only when Fund Value is less than single ATP they have terminated policy with the false statement that Fund Value minus Surrender Charges should not be less than single ATP.

                                  After deducting surrender charges they are giving cheque of 20, 525 which is even more than single ATP of 20, 000 amount.

                                  I called Max Life Insurance Customer Care many times, they always say we are arranging call from our end and you will get a call by tomorrow 11 AM for clarification.
                                  It happened 5-6 times and I am not getting any calls from them after long time also because they know they have done mistake so nobody in Max Life is even bothering to Activate policy which they terminated wrongly.

                                  Max Life is worst ever Insurance company and there executive does not know the rules of policies. Even I mailed them many a times on there service .help desk email but did not get any response even after 3 months.

                                  Please resolve my problem immediately and Max Life company should pay compensation for the losses happened to me.

                                      Dear Max Life,

                                      I am policy holder in Max under Policy number[protected].Paying premium of Rs.25, 600/- (Twenty five thousand six hundred) per year.
                                      Total premium period: 6 years.
                                      Paid so far: 4 Years.
                                      Total amount paid: Rs.10, 2400 (one Lac plus).
                                      Now i have contacted the customer care about surrendering, and asked the refund amount i will get.
                                      They are simply telling that, i will get Rs.42, 000/- only.
                                      Which means Rs.60, 000 are getting deducted. This seems like cheating the customer.
