Dear Max Life,

I am policy holder in Max under Policy number[protected].Paying premium of Rs.25, 600/- (Twenty five thousand six hundred) per year.
Total premium period: 6 years.
Paid so far: 4 Years.
Total amount paid: Rs.10, 2400 (one Lac plus).
Now i have contacted the customer care about surrendering, and asked the refund amount i will get.
They are simply telling that, i will get Rs.42,...

A big fraud has been done by max life insurance with me . The company is doing fraud with so many people every day . At the time of selling policy i was told something else .my policy guidlines were told to me differently . While what i recieve in my booklet was all different. The sales team, advisor of the company misrepresent their policy and make customers fall in their plan. I wish that strict action is needed against the company and...

I have worked as a max life insurance customer advisor from april 2012 to sept 2012, during my tenure, i have spent my own money for training at delhi travels exps, rooms booking & travels in mumbai, have submitted all documents with senior officers approval to head office, as i left the service and they accepted my resignation too, they have not settled any due,

I made my third year payment of rs 59291.56 against policy no[protected] on 26.7.16 which got cleared from my saving account of Axis Bank on 29.7.16. Till now i have not received any acknowledgement or the premium receipt. One of the worst policy. from the very first day they started deducting the mortality charges of 6 units every last of the month.
second from the very first day, in name of premium allocation deducted 4% of principle amount.

third the remaining amount is invested in stock market and as seen growth rate is the slowest u ever imagine. sensex from its lowest meet its highest but not this stock every try to provide u any...

I Rakesh patwa. My Maxlife policy no[protected] six time paying term complete pay my policy but my policy fund value 23000 around .jab apke office aye the wo high returns ka bola tha aj pata Chala kaisa hai apke returns.
Ye kiasi hai apki company jisme 60000 pay karne per customer ka paisa 50% apka ho jayata .aur ap bolete hum acche returns dete hai.

Sr, i went to make the payment of policy no.[protected] to axis bank, housing board chowk, chandigarh, but it was not accepted as the particulars are not uploaded on system. The company is unnecessary harassing the customers. I am a senior citizen and not possible to go time and again. At the time of insuring a person the agents are misguiding.

It has been 2 months since i have surrender my policy no[protected], but tilll date i have not received the amount. The cheque was sent with wrong account number. It has been more then 20 days the cheque was returned. No one to give any reply on phone so has to go personally keeping my work aside. It is good i surrender my policy while I am still alive otherwise my family would have to sufffer what i am suffering now even for a small amount...

I have sponsored insurance policy No.[protected] in the name of my son Varun Sharma. I had received SMS for payment of premium due on 21.10.16. Today I went to Axix Bank, , NAC, CHANDIGARH, Near Housing Board Chowk, but not accepted by computer.

I had purchased policy of Max life insurance. Agent explained that i have to pay the six installments in six year and after that i will get the full amount and risk will cover for 20 years, i paid three installments . Now customer care explained that money will refund after 20 year on the maturity of the policy.

I called customer care but they told me that I'll get only Rs68, 972 thats shocking.

Dear team,

I had paid for a new policy on september 03 - and they allotted me a number policy number[protected] but till now i have not received the policy. Even after emailing 10 times requesting for a refund till now they have not refunded the amount i have paid.

It is 25th day today - and till now they are having the 100, 000 (1 lakh) rupees without any sort of response of any answer as to when the amount...
