I recd a call from the number[protected] regarding my policy details. The person on the other line was a fraudster and was already aware of my policy details like policy no, Dob, and even my nominee.
Due date and amount.
How can the customer confidential details can be known to outside agency this is total negligence on Max side as customer data is leaked.
