This is to inform you that I Uttam Kumar Ghosh policy no[protected] made on 25/11/2006 submitted documents was driving licence but they entered wrong name Uttam Ghosh and D.O.B 24/12/1969 correct is Uttam Kumar Ghosh, 24/12/1962.
They asked for affidavit I submitted now they want Nagar palika birth certificate which I don't have.I visited the office 5 times but they didn't turned up only troubled me.my complaint...

I called in Maxlife customer care department to find out the status of my father's policy as he was told in the branch that he already surrendered his policy and has already claimed his money that he'd invested. That's a big concern as he has not done so for the fact. I was already upset due to the branch service and then I landed to this guy Hari-Shankar. He was so irritating, immature and kiddish that he kept on asking questions to verify...

I have taken policy with maxlife. I paid earlier 2 years. Now i m not able topay the same due to economic conditions. When i called customer care executive he informed that you need to pay atleast 3 years. That means what i paid (Approx one lakh rupees) earlier gone away.

I received a call from Max Life agent from Delhi stating that to receive bonus I need to open a new customer id paying amount as huge as 50, 000.This is since earlier two policies were via agents code. Dear max life insurance customer care,
I want to surrender my policy no.[protected]. I paid premiums for 5 years (Rs24000 per year), but now i am unable to continue the policy. Im in need o[censored]rgent money due to personal reasons.

Despite it is written in many places in the Rule booklet provided by Max Life insurance company that Policy will be terminated only when Fund Value is less than single ATP they have terminated policy...
