Yesterday at 2:20 pm i was receiving one call from Mobile number [protected] and she told me about my insurance benefit. She also know about my policy number and my address also but how ???? . After that i called to Max life customer care regarding this issue. so please tell me now my policy now safe or not?

    I am m. Rajendran from karur tamilnadu, i had raised the insurancein my wife name r. Amsavalli for 50, 000 & the same will be deducted in the account approximately on 19.08.2016. Afew days we had a welcome call in that they told the maturity amount etc. This conversations makes contra between the branch&welcome call. So we cancelled the insurance on 26.08.2016 & we had given the particulars on the same day. But still now we cannot able to get refund amount. What i have to do further. I asked karur manager vijay, bala& coimbatore laxmanan. They replied today it will come, today it will come, at last now iam struggling to get the refund amount. Policy no[protected]. Please help me to get the same.

      I made my third year payment of rs 59291.56 against policy no[protected] on 26.7.16 which got cleared from my saving account of Axis Bank on 29.7.16. Till now i have not received any acknowledgement or the premium receipt. The axis bank which dealt with this insurance is absolutely non cooperative and the present gentleman who is the max employee of this paltan Bazar branch Guwahati named Jitendra is as mentioned is extremely uncooperative and now he is also not picking up my calls. Please settle this issue immediately or I shall file a complaint to irda or consumer court.

        Max new york life insurance had send the policy document of my name to my adress and i continue it by depositing the money and when i ask for the money they are saying that the policy is of another person of same name .. How can they be so irresponsible that without enquiry they are continue the policy with me . now iam rotating their office and they re saying ne to search the other person and talk him to return the money . plz help me out .

          I remitted my priemum amount Rs:20000/-in axis bank bhadravati.karnataka.surprise is that policy no:is correct but name is wrong. I get recipt as VIDYA.L instead of my policy name VIDYA.B.L.
          I shoes Co:how cares its policyholders.
          In Co: tottaly full of irresponsible persons.
          There is no KANNADA HELP LINE.
          No one official to answer in kannada.

            One of the worst policy. from the very first day they started deducting the mortality charges of 6 units every last of the month.
            second from the very first day, in name of premium allocation deducted 4% of principle amount.

            third the remaining amount is invested in stock market and as seen growth rate is the slowest u ever imagine. sensex from its lowest meet its highest but not this stock every try to provide u any profit.

            if i close the account the seize the total amount and do their monopoly.

            is their is any rule in this country. i want guidance in making court case of fraud to max life insurance.(as early as possible)

              I Rakesh patwa. My Maxlife policy no[protected] six time paying term complete pay my policy but my policy fund value 23000 around .jab apke office aye the wo high returns ka bola tha aj pata Chala kaisa hai apke returns.
              Ye kiasi hai apki company jisme 60000 pay karne per customer ka paisa 50% apka ho jayata .aur ap bolete hum acche returns dete hai.
              Sir Maine badi mehnat karke ye paise jama kiye hai.Muje sirf jo deposits kiya Hai Wahl amounts chahiye.

                Sr, i went to make the payment of policy no.[protected] to axis bank, housing board chowk, chandigarh, but it was not accepted as the particulars are not uploaded on system. The company is unnecessary harassing the customers. I am a senior citizen and not possible to go time and again. At the time of insuring a person the agents are misguiding.

                  It has been 2 months since i have surrender my policy no[protected], but tilll date i have not received the amount. The cheque was sent with wrong account number. It has been more then 20 days the cheque was returned. No one to give any reply on phone so has to go personally keeping my work aside. It is good i surrender my policy while I am still alive otherwise my family would have to sufffer what i am suffering now even for a small amount refund .You are requested to look into the matte, and instruct the concern to send the cheque/dd, with the amountt number of the cancelled cheque written or transfer the amount directly to account.

                  It is a matter of concern for people like us that a company who spents crores of rupees on advertisement cannot refund the amount of their customers on whom the company sustains on time but are ever ready to charge late payments charges even for one day delay.

                  It is impossibel for are to come personally again and agian to your company just for getting our rights. You are once again requested to look into the matter.

                      I had purchased policy of Max life insurance. Agent explained that i have to pay the six installments in six year and after that i will get the full amount and risk will cover for 20 years, i paid three installments . Now customer care explained that money will refund after 20 year on the maturity of the policy.

                      In well come call representative not explained the terms and condition. He only speaks two lines that " you have to pay six installment and maturity period is twenty years

                      regarding this i complained to customer care & Nodal office of the company but no result.

                      I am trying to resolve this matter from appx. two months and now i am
                      frustrated .

                          I had paid for a new policy on september 03 - and they allotted me a number policy number[protected] but till now i have not received the policy. Even after emailing 10 times requesting for a refund till now they have not refunded the amount i have paid.

                          It is 25th day today - and till now they are having the 100, 000 (1 lakh) rupees without any sort of response of any answer as to when the amount would be refunded.

                          I kindly request you to enable this refund of full amount at the earliest.

                              I have paid the premium twice and i'm requesting for refund... Im continuously callicalling your customer service no one is responding properly.. Every time they say they will call back but no called me till even a supervisor named jayanthi from hyderabad location ptimissed for call back and i never received any call... This is bad insurance company which is just playing with customers... Im finally decided to go to consumer court will all the evidence i have... And also i will cancel my premium account with max life which a pathetic company...

                                Hi,

                                I have a life insurance policy bearing Policy number[protected] with Max Life Insurance which is a money back policy providing some cash back at the end of every 4th year. Recently I have closed my bank account which is attached to this policy and I wanted to update my bank details with the Insurance company. For this I was asked to provide following details,

                                1. NEFT Mandate Form
                                2. Cancelled Cheque
                                3. Bank Passook Copy
                                4. Policy Amendment Form

                                I provided first 3 details in the form of attachment to email. However, I didnt provide the 4th requirement as there was no information of the concerned form which I wanted to amend (Bank Details info was not available in form).

                                However, my request was declined saying that no documents are submitted. I wrote a complaint about this attaching the mail chain containing the attachments sent earlier. I was told that that someone will help me resolving my quesry by calling me. However, I didnt receive any call about this so far. Everytime I write mails to them, I get this auto reply with no resolution at all.

                                I would like to file a complaint against the insurance company to Consumer Court now. Request you to provide me the necessary guidance on the same.

                                    मै आपसे बताना चाहती हूँ की मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स कंपनी एक चोर कंपनी है जो लोगो के साथ चीटिंग करती है जिसका एक उद्धरण मै खुद हूँ। मेरे इस मेल के अटैचमेंट मे पुराना मेल का कॉपी है जिसे आप पढ़े यह मेरी आपसे निवेदन है ताकि आपको सब समझ मे आ जाये।

                                    अभी हाल मे जो मेरे साथ हुआ उसका जिक्र मै इस कंप्लेंट मै करना चाहती हूँ

                                    मैंने जो इ मेल और ऑनलाइन कंप्लेंट लिखाई थी इसके आधार पर मुझे यह जानकारी मिली थी की मेरे कंप्लेंट पर काम जारी है और मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल नंबर पर मुझे मैसेज भी आया था ०१/०९/२०१६ को ०४:१९ मिनट पर दोपहर मे और उसमे लिखा था की। "Dear Policyholder, We have received your request. Your reference ticket no. is: 17275591. We will update you on the resolution shortly. Thanks Max Life Insurance". और जो दूसरा मैसेज आय मुझे ०२/०९/२०१६ को सुबह ०८:१९ मिनट पर उसमे लिखा था की। “Dear Policyholder, Your request no. 17275591 is under processing. We will get back to you within 3 days. We thank you for your patience. Regards Max Life Insurance”.


                                    उसके बाद मुझे पहला कॉल आता है उसी दिन दोपहर १२ बजे रौनक भरद्वाज जिनका मोबाइल नंबर है "७०६५८३५१६२" और वह अपने आपको मैक्स लाइफ के क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट से बताते है और कहते है की मेरा क्लेम उनके पास है और इसको प्रोसेस करने के लिये मुझे फिर से क्लेम फॉर्म भरना पड़ेगा और मुझे रूपए ३०, ०००/- प्रौसेसिंग फीस भरनी पड़ेगी जो आपको अप्रूवल लेटर आने के बाद भरना है। और मुझे मैक्स लाइफ इन्सुरेशने के इ मेल एड्रेस से क्लेम फॉर्म मेल किया जिसे मैंने पूरी तरह भर कर बैंक का स्टाम्प लगा कर फिर से उसी मेल ID पर मेल कर दिया ०४/०८/२०१६ को और फिर मुझे ०५/०८/२०१६ को क्लेम का अप्रूवल लेटर भी मेरे मेल पर मिला जिसे मैंने डाऊनलोड कर के उल्हासनगर मे चोपरा कोर्ट के पास जो मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स का ऑफिस है वह पर चेक करवाया तोह वहा पर जो मैडम थी उन्होंने ने भी बोला की है यह पेपर ओरिजिनल है और मेरे अकाउंट मे pay दिखा रहा है

                                    मैंने कंपनी के मेल और उनके क्लेम एजेंट पर भरोसा रख कर और जैसे की मुझे कांसुमेर फोरम और IRDA और जो मैसेज मेरे मोबाइल पर आ रहा था उसके मुताबिक मुझे लगा की शायद सही होगा मैंने प्रोसेसिंग फीस का NEFT किया और मेरे पूछे जाने पर क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट के साहब ने बोला की यह क्लेम डिपार्टमेंट का जो उनका हेड है उसका अकाउंट है.

                                    और जब यह सारी जानकारी मैंने बैंक से कन्फर्म करवाई तोह पता चला की है मोबाइल नंबर और सारी जानकारी जो मुझे दी गयी है वह सब सही है. और जो अप्रूवल लेटर मुझे मिला उसी के आधार पर मैंने ०६/०८/२०१६ को उनके अकाउंट मे NEFT किया जिसका रिसेप्ट मैंने इस मेल मे जोड़ा है. पेमेंट करने के दूसरे दिन जब मैंने रौनक भरद्वाज से बात किया तोह उन्होंने बोला की मेरा फाइल अकाउंट डिपार्टमेंट मे है और २-३ दिन मे ही क्लियर हो जायेगा जब मैंने फिर से १ दिन बाद उनसे कांटेक्ट किया तोह उन्होंने मेरे कॉल को रेस्पांस नहीं किया मुझे फिर कुछ शक होने लगा की मेरे साथ धोखा हो गया है। पर फिर भी पूरी तरह यकीं नहीं था क्यों की मेरे मोबाइल पर मैसेज आया थी की २-३ दिन मै मुझसे कांटेक्ट किया जायेगा और कांसुमेर फोरम के रिप्लाई मे भी यही लिखा था। और रौनक भरद्वाज के अलावा मुझसे किसी और ने कांटेक्ट भी नहीं किया तोह मुझे यकीं भी है रहा था.

                                    २-३ दिन बाद जब मैंने फिर से रौनक को कांटेक्ट करने की कोशिश की तोह उस दिन से उनका मोबाइल बंद बता रहा है और जो HDFC Bank के कांटेक्ट मे नंबर था उसपर कॉल किया तोह वह बोल रहा है की गलत नंबर है। मुझे यह नहीं समझ आ रहा है की मेरी बात कंपनी के बहार कैसे लीक हो गयी और कंपनी ने अब तक मुझसे कांटेक्ट क्यों नहीं किया। क्या यह कंपनी की चाल है मुझे फ़साने की ?

                                    मै चाहती हूँ की मेरे इस कंप्लेंट पर मैक्स लाइफ इन्शुरन्स पर क़ानूनी करवाई हो और उनका लाइसेंस को रद्द कर दिया जाये जिससे की मेरी तरह और कोई इस जाल मे नहीं फसे. मेरे पिता ने पुरे विश्वास के साथ यह इन्शुरन्स निकाला था. पर मुझे आज लगता है की उन्हें ही नहीं हर किसी को Life Insurance Corporation चुनना चाहिए ना की किसी और कंपनी को.

                                    इस मेल मे मै पूरा डॉक्युमनेट्स भेज रही हूँ जिसे पढ़ कर आपको यकीं हो जायेगा की मैक्स लाइफ एक चोर कंपनी है और उसपर कानूनी करवाई होनी चाहिए।

                                    उम्मीद करती हूँ की मेरे इस मेल पर जल्द से जल्द कारवाइ होगी.

                                      I amrendra sharma a residence of b-53 (D), dilshad colony, delhi, 110095, policy number:[protected] want to bring to your notice that on 23rd august 2016 i got a call from number [protected] on my mobile number [protected]. He told me that he is from max life insurance and was knowing every details of mine which was mentioned in my insurance copy. He told me that i am yet to pay my insurance amount, if i will pay it by 31st august 2016 than you will get a discount of rs 7, 682 and you will need to pay only rs 43404 instead of inr 51, 086.49. After that he sent me the details of bank account and asked me to pay through internet banking, details of his bank account are:-

                                      On 26th august 2016 i paid an amount of inr 43, 404 through internet banking the details of which are as follows:-

                                        This is to keep you informed that we were about to take three max life insurance policies thru one of the Axis bank manager in Chennai - Saligramam branch. above please refer the list of policy details.It was taken in the year 2012 & 2013.

                                        We were unable to make the renewal payments further to the policies neither continue the same due to our financial crisis and family issues.

                                        We have given written letter at one of your Max life insurance branch office in Chennai - Vadapalani few months back to the cancel all the three policies and refund the money back, but the person in the front office has denies that the policy cant be cancelled.

                                        We were totally unhappy with your service and due to which am about to write a mail.

                                        We were just a middle class people and my mother was uneducated. she does not know any of these insurance etc and unaware of your rules and regualations.

                                        one of the Axix bank branch manager in chennai has brain washed my mother and made to sign the policy in her name and remaining two in my name and my brother name.

                                        The concerned person or the insurance people has not clearly mentioned that the money cant be refund if the policy gets lapsed. It clearly shows that the people are particular only about their targets and the incentives for the month.

                                        Requesting you to kindly check whether the concerned policy holder will be having regular monthly income or not to make their regular renewal payments.

                                        Since the cancellling request letter has not been accepted in one of the chennai branch, am about to write this cancellation request mail.

                                        Currently am not working for the last three years and my parents were very aged persons and we are having very bad financial crises for the last few years.

                                        We were totally unhappy with the services and unable to continue the policy.

                                        Therefore requesting the concerned team to look into our issue and cancel our three policies to refund our money at the earliest.

                                        Since its the huge amount of Rupees two lakhs amount we have made the first permium altogether, once again requesting to cancel our policies and refund the money at the earliest.

                                        Requesting the team not to say any execuses or any other reasons in regards to our cancellation request and i agree if you deduct very less amount for cancellation also.

                                        Its our hard earned money and failing which i have to go legally to get back my money.

                                        Kindly look into our issue and revert back at the earliest.

                                        Would like to update that the person who issued our policy from axis bank is one of branch operations executive and not the branch manager.his name is Benjamin .
                                        The insurance company would have sent mail seems.branch manager called me and got irritated and asked to update clearly..for which am updating clearly for more clarity.

                                        With regards to your response, am totally unhappy & unsatisfied with your response and the service.
                                        Its totally a professional way of cheating the customers. However am not going to close my request at any cost and will move legally to get my money back.

                                        For one customer, you cheat two lakh and how much you would hold the customer's money by cheating in a professional way for many customer's in the country.

                                        I never gave my money for the charity or for the donation and i demand my money back.

                                        I did not know in what way you send a reply stating "hope you are satisfied with the response" doesn't have sense to reply such one.

                                        I dont know what kind of investigations you have done in my case:

                                        My insurance has not been delivered at my residence, do you know that?

                                        During the verification, did any one told that "my money wont be refunded after my first payment"?

                                        Have you investigated that how many times, i got the verification call? I got two verification calls? Does any body knows that?

                                        Your branch person, has forced us to attend the verification call and told us to say "ok" or acknowlege for all the questions during the verification call? (During the first call, we didnt reponded and branch executive called us and forced to answer the second call).

                                        Already you had email draft in ready format and sends the same to the customers just changing the name and insurance details. You should understand that customer's are not fool or dump as we are also from the non voice customer care.

                                        For this you took two weeks of time to send your ready made draft reply and mean time your managers in chennai scream at us for sending the complaint mail on them. As if they are going to pay my two lakhs rupees. Bull team.

                                        Think in a customer place and reply, who reads your rules and regulations printed on your insurance book which can be viewed only with the lens.

                                        Now tell me, if am not going to pay my remaining dues at any cost during my life period, where does my two lakh goes and who eats my money. Dont you people think its a professional way of cheating the customer's. I would say, yours is one of fraud company and eats people money.

                                        Once again, i demand to re investigate my complaint and i need justice by refunding the money, however am going to file a case on your company thru legally.

                                        I need a reply from your higher authority at the earliest.
