I have ordered a BL-243 battery for Lenovo K3 Note on november 18, 2015. I was delivered a wrong product on november 20th, which I returned in person by visiting Maxbhi.com's office in Karol bagh on november 24th. There I was assured that the product will be delivered to me in 3-5 days. But to this day I receive nothing and no communication on their behalf. When I wrote to them, they asked me to wait for some more days. I was told on chat that some SENIOR will be calling me as now for them it has become a high priority case, but again no one called and my order has also not been delivered. order no is 167247

Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom Customer Care's response Dear Mr.Sushant Saini, We really apologize for all the inconveniences caused to you with your order with Maxbhi.com. as i checked your order the battery which has came for replacement which doesn't gets replaced becoz of the unavailability in the market so unable to fulfill your requirement therefore we refunded your full amount of your order into your acquiring bank account on 7 December 2015 kindly do check & confirm back, Also i would request you to please mark the issue resolved at consumercomplaints.in so that other users can also know the terms and policies regarding the same

i have buyed a touch screen digitizer for my lava iris 504q black mobile phone but my phone needs combo touch pad with LCD display so i want to replace the item with another
