    I bought 3 items from maxbhi website costing of Rs. 1809 and already placed an order but after some few minutes I got an sms from Maxbhi saying my items are unpaid! I got all necessary proof. I want to file an FIR. Please help

      I ordered a digitiser for my tablet on 30th of July. When I was ordering the parts, it was mentioned that it will be delivered by 3rd of August. On 3rd of August I was informed that my order is delayed. Before this notification, status of my order was marked as 'Under Process'. Now it's marked as 'PSD' which I have no idea as to what it may mean. Tried reaching to the helpdesk via email, from their website, requesting a callback... Unsurprisingly, nothing worked.
      If someone is searching for weather to buy stuff from this website or not, trust me, save your money. These guys will take your money prior to confirming your order, and when it comes to return your money (if somehow that happens to be) then they will return it in their own wallet system. Now I don't know why the hell would someone like to put their money in a wallet of a website that fails to deliver stuff. It's a scam. Beware.

      Update: My order is marked as completely shipped but it is not delivered yet. Also my 10 day replacement countdown has already started. But why is so when I haven't even received my parcel yet?

      मैंने 30 जुलाई को अपने टेबलेट के लिए डिजिटाइज़र का ऑर्डर दिया। जब मैं पुर्जे मंगवा रहा था तो बताया गया था कि 3 अगस्त तक इसकी डिलीवरी कर दी जाएगी। 3 अगस्त को मुझे सूचित किया गया कि मेरे आदेश में देरी हो रही है
      इस अधिसूचना से पहले, मेरे पार्सल की स्थिति को 'अंडर प्रोसेस' के रूप में चिह्नित किया गया था। अब इसे 'PSD' के रूप में चिह्नित किया गया है, जिसका मुझे पता नहीं है कि इसका क्या अर्थ हो सकता है।
      ईमेल के माध्यम से हेल्पडेस्क तक पहुंचने की कोशिश की, उनकी वेबसाइट से, कॉलबैक का अनुरोध करते हुए ... अप्रत्याशित रूप से, कुछ भी काम नहीं किया।
      अगर कोई इस वेबसाइट से सामान खरीदना चाहता है, तो मेरा विश्वास करो, अपना पैसा बचाओ।
      ये लोग आपके ऑर्डर की पुष्टि करने से पहले आपका पैसा ले लेंगे, और जब आपके पैसे वापस करने की बात आती है (यदि ऐसा होता है) तो वे इसे अपने वॉलेट सिस्टम में वापस कर देंगे।
      अब मुझे नहीं पता कि कोई ऐसी वेबसाइट के बटुए में अपना पैसा क्यों डालना चाहेगा जो सामान देने में विफल रहती है। यह एक घोटाला है। खबरदार।

      अपडेट: मेरा पार्सल पूरी तरह से भेज दिया गया है लेकिन यह अभी तक वितरित नहीं हुआ है। साथ ही मेरी 10 दिन की रिप्लेसमेंट काउंटडाउन शुरू हो चुकी है। लेकिन ऐसा क्यों है जब मुझे अभी तक अपना पार्सल भी नहीं मिला है?

                  I've ordered one plus display in maxbhi and the item which was got an as bad one.

                  After making a request to order the replacement, there's no update.

                  I've called more than 10 times since there's no update.

                  Please refund the money, more than 1-month patiently waited for an update but there's no update regarding my order replacement

                      Ordered 2 products from maxbhi.com. Item returned to maxbhi.com due to No Service Area. And They are not providing refund

                        I have order Battery for Nokia 6.1 Plus Order #3526184, and Charging Connector Flex / PCB Board for Nokia 6.1 Plus Order #3526184, both product is defective and i have also file for replecment or refund but since they dont response and taking much time i want them to refund my money as soon as possible.

                          I have order touch display combo folder letv le1s and they say that it will delivery in 3 working days and now it is not almost it is 10 days
                          Customer care service is also not available and they show order delayed due to pandemic
                          If the maxbhii customer service is not able to respond to me
                          I will start further proceedings towards maxbhii
                          And this process will not be delayed due to pandemic

                              It's been more then 15 days and they still saying that no product is available and website is still showing the product available and delivery in 2 days. very pathetic service and very frustrating to order and contact the customer support, they don't even take queries on website

                                I Bought a realmi C2 Display for RS:1859 from MAXBHI.com and the product is not working..am not a service person so I gave it to the service person then he only told me it was not working...so i was going to Maxbhi site there was no replacement option I can't see...and I did Costerm support on the website then I received a text "We are sorry but due to the coronavirus pandemic, our support channels are working at a very limited capacity. Please try again after some time." I need to replace my product or I need my payment back

Today it's been 28 days, I haven't received my money, I want my money refunded in my credit card, in any case, you cheat with customers in this way, you take the trust of customers by making online purchases. If you do not want to give my money back, then refuse so that I do not disturb you by calling people again and again and I should start my further proceedings, it is not right to disturb a customer so much, transfer it from which bank Yes, it takes twenty five days, I should get my payment by tomorrow.

                                    My name is love kaushik, I have purchased one LCD with touch screen for samsung galaxy j7 pro. My order number is 3431593 This is my second purchase for the same order. First purchase works very well but after 7 months because of my fault the screen was broken so i trust on this site and purchase again. But this time i received a damaged product, the back button is not working after putting the screen as well as the color of the LCD is very dark in blue. I can't see anything clear on the screen. So i place the replace request. I called to execute they said we have received your request, our technical team will call you in 48 hours, but i haven't received any call from technical team. After 7 days i received a call to update the damaged product pics on the site. And i told the executive i placed that screen from the local vendor before checking that the touch is working fine. But the screen quality can't check without removing the plastic cover from the screen. So i pasted the screen on phone. Then I called to customer care that the screen resolution is not good and back button is also not working, they replied on phone to remove the LCD screen from the phone through the local shop and then mail us the photo of the screen. I said r u sure, because removing the lcd is not easy task, it have many chances to damage. Later i gave heavy amount to local shopkeeper to remove the screen. I have recorded confirmation about this. Now they are blaming on me that the seal was broken, we can't replace the order as its in our policy.
                                    Now i have a question without removing the blue plastic cover it is not possible to check quality of the screen, only i can check that the screen is working or not. Second why the executive told me to remove the screen from the phone. If they have policy not to replace after seal is broken.
                                    If the screen will damaged on removing from the phone who will responsible for that.

                                    I have reviewed many customers that they complained that the quality check was not good before sending any product to customers. After that they will not replace easily.

                                    I have requested many times to maxbhi.com. kindly replace my order and check the order.

                                    Now i am with other users who claimed that the company was not good in order to purchase anything from them.

But from the time i have order, my status is in "under process" only. I had call their mention mobile numbers but did not pickup my call .
