I purchased a MI MAX 2 display on 28th may, 20 and got it delivered on 10th june, 20.After installing it on the mobile, it gradually showed issues and malfunction and completely stopped working.On asking for a replacement as per my query on 4th july 20, they make all kind of excuses to harass me and denying for replacement.As per their waranty policy of 1 month, which excludes the delivery period.its been 24 days.But they 1st said the product was dispatched on 3rd July, which is also wrong.You can check its status through xpressbees website awb no [protected].They had handed it over to courier on 4th june 2020 and upon confrontation they accepted the fact.Now after being caught with the lie, now they make excuse that 4th july was the last day and why did I raised the query on the last day.See how foolish these people are.They dont was to take the reponsility for their mistake.They deliberately make defective and damaged good which will stop working eventually and after 1 month passes no one can claim a replacement.They customer care no has hours of waiting period and there is no callback even after i have made many request.See how these organizations are working.Very Unprofessional and unethical people there.I have given a mail at rajat.[protected]@maxbhi.com qnd waiting for reply
