I have ordered one product in this about 10 days ago and paid money online for that product. But neither they are sending product not attending any call. They are cheating by taking orders but not sending product as well as no contact information.

    The maxbhi.com is complete fraud, they'll show products available at their site (Which won't be available on any site at reasonable rate), once you buy it, your money is gone, there wont be any delivery of your product and when you contact the customer care for refund, they'll tell you as per policy the money can only be refunded in the maxbhi wallet and the money is lost. Dont buy from maxbhi

      My product with order # 2421851... Has not been delivered to me nor any call was made to me before delivering the product... And... If the product is delivered or received at the given address kindly show or send me the proof with name and signature of the person who received this package... I bet you don't have

      I am really wondering what type of management is being done by you people to safeguard your customer's interest. This was my first order... I have already lodge my complaint through their very support system team/portal... But no response from their side... This is shear cheating to the customers on your part...

      I think maxbhi need to change its courier partner who is least concerned to deliver the orders with due diligence and with proper notification to the purchaser... Its very evident that time is not far away when your business will be definitely affected severely by these kind of careless delivery system... So you people better be improve or safeguards the proper delivery of products to your customers with notification so that product reached in hands of purchaser and not to any body else that to without any notification or call before delivering the product.

        Order #2452281 is showing psd, at the time of order it was showing it will be delivered by 7th july.
        Still not sure where exactly is the order.

          They called me from the number on their website and told me that they don't have my product. They said they can refund my money, to which i replied yes.

          But instead of refunding my money, they took my card number, expiry and cvv, again.. And asking for a otp on the phone.. I said i didnt receive any..

          Then they are asking for my debit card atm pin..

          Why in the world would anyone require otp, cvv to refund your payment and why would they ask for atm pin of your debit card.

            My order number was Order #2482167.I ordered three things from maxbhi.com all three things were unavailable however they deducted the amount of rs 1207 from account and transferred it to my ewallet on maxbhi.com and then when i wanted the money back from my ewallet to my account i clicked on transfer to my bank account and it showed me this error
            (Error Insufficient amount available in eWallet. Amount in eWallet should be greater or equal to the amount requested for transfer to bank.) Then i decided to buy some things which are available on the site from the wallet and then it shows my balance rs 5 in wallet. Can somebody help me in this ???

              This is about my order #2454778, which i ordered on 4/7/20. According to the website i was supposed to receive my product (A touchscreen digitizer for a fusion 5 tab) on 7/7/20. Today is 10th and neither have i got my product nor are they communicating anything to me. The status on their site is showing "process #2" ever since i ordered. I requested customer support call back atleast 10 times but no reply. Fraud company!!!

                  I purchased a MI MAX 2 display on 28th may, 20 and got it delivered on 10th june, 20.After installing it on the mobile, it gradually showed issues and malfunction and completely stopped working.On asking for a replacement as per my query on 4th july 20, they make all kind of excuses to harass me and denying for replacement.As per their waranty policy of 1 month, which excludes the delivery period.its been 24 days.But they 1st said the product was dispatched on 3rd July, which is also wrong.You can check its status through xpressbees website awb no [protected].They had handed it over to courier on 4th june 2020 and upon confrontation they accepted the fact.Now after being caught with the lie, now they make excuse that 4th july was the last day and why did I raised the query on the last day.See how foolish these people are.They dont was to take the reponsility for their mistake.They deliberately make defective and damaged good which will stop working eventually and after 1 month passes no one can claim a replacement.They customer care no has hours of waiting period and there is no callback even after i have made many request.See how these organizations are working.Very Unprofessional and unethical people there.I have given a mail at rajat.[protected]@maxbhi.com qnd waiting for reply

                    This is regarding order #2454778 (A touch screen digitizer for a Fusion5 tab) . I placed the order on 4/7/20 and was supposed to receive the product on 7/7/20 as per the website when I placed the order. But let alone receive it, it is still showing "under process #2" whatever that means.

                    I requested support call back at least 6 times but received no response. I called customer service but was kept on hold for 15 mins.

                    This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. While taking the order your customer rep called immediately when I had a query but the moment the order was placed, this is the service I receive.

                      I've placed an order for a pixel3a screen on june27th. They charged my card (Deducted amount) but order has never been shipped. They keep sending invoice email (Which you can't reply to) multiple times.

                      I tried reaching them via phone during their business hours but they are always busy. Never answered even once. Tried almost 10-15 times. Wasted 2-3 hours of my time waiting on the automated message on the whole.

                      No working email address to contact them, contacting them via their website doesn't work.

                      But instead of refunding my money, They took my Card Number, Expiry and CVV, again ..and asking for a OTP on the phone.. I said I didnt receive any..

                      Then they are asking for my debit card ATM Pin..

                      Why in the world would anyone require OTP, CVV to refund your payment and Why would they ask for ATM PIN of your Debit card.

                          I ordered a couple of products from Maxbhi.com ( Order No. 2396199 ). One of them was an LCD with Touch Screen for Motorola Moto G6 - Black (display glass combo folder). I expected the product to be tested and OK before it was shipped. Upon installation, the LCD didn't turn up and it was dead while the Touch was working. I placed a replacement request (#19666) but it was declined to say the warranty seal was broken. The seal was placed such that it breaks upon installation.

                          The other product I ordered " LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Redmi 4 (China) - Black (display glass combo folder) " on the same invoice, It failed within 12 hours of installation.

                          I placed a return request ( ID: 19666 & 19707 ) for both defective products which were declined stating the seals were broken. Seals clause is arbitrary as they’re placed in such a way that it breaks during installation. I fail to understand how one can install those LCDs without breaking the seals. Moreover, the LCD’s screen burn is evidence of shortcomings in the quality and substandard.

                            I ordered on 26th june. Bt products is oos. So i got refund on their ewallet. Then i did refund to bank. They are saying they have refunded to bank. But no amount received. Aslo they are not giving any refund reference no. As proof.

But maxbhi order status is still unpaid i have contacted support team from 3days they are saying we well resolve issue till now no response no mails recvied with them.

                                      I have ordered 3 item in maxbhi.com. While placing order product was available and order got placed. Unfortunately unavailability of products maxbhi.com cancelled my order and full refund provided to maxbhi e-wallet. I have been checking about product availability and transferring money back to bankfor past 1 month. Both or not happened. If i go place order error message "product not available". If i trasfer money back to wallet error message "invalid request". I followed up with mails phone no response from them. Pls help me to get either products or money to bank.

                                        I, Nalin Handa ordered a "Touch Screen Digitizer for Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8.0 2017 WiFi - White, CODE: ET-TOUCH[protected]" on 02/07/2020, 02:54 AM and the dealer promised the date of delivery as 04/07/2020 and the product has not been delivered yet. I have tried contacting this company multiple times, emailed them called them, even asked them to contact me, but nothing worked. I believe this company is running a fake operation by swindling money off of customers. Could you please help me here.
