I ordered a Gionee s5.1 loud speaker but i received a defective which doesnot work at all moreover the product i reccieved doesnt fit my mobile at all. So i contacted maxbhi for return but no one is responding to my call or message.

Every day i am getting promised that i will get some update and nothing is being done here. 27th june i was told that my order will be cancelled in 1 hour and i will get the message and email, no body contacted. On 29th june i was told that my order is moved and i will get tracking details by evening, again nothing. When i asked to cancel the order, why it has moved by contacting new supplier for white screen. I am fed up with lies being told. Please cancel the order and initiate refund.

It been 10 days and the order status is still showing under process i tried to cancel th3 order but its not canceling the order also i requested for callback from customer care but i didn't receive any call either

Im shailaja i had ordered an display scren for samsung j2, order number #2401924. I had ordered on 23-06-20 even after 7 days of order i did not recieved the product nor any reply from them even when i contacted them. Now i don't want the product i want my money back. Now im not knowing what to do.

I ordered display from maxbhi.com the product taking time as expected so i am planning to repair from service center. Due to which i called maxbhi support for cancellations for my order but they say we can't cancel because the product is shipped. So i said it is ye to be delivered so if i reject the parcel than they said they will not provide refund in any case.

I have ordered my real me 2 pro side button and power button.. On 22 june they said that delivery on 25th of june but after some time my order for side button and power button cancelled automatically... And money did not refunded.. So far... And my order for display glass has not been delivered.. And they have been saying.. It is under quality checkup... They are simply bluffing the customers... And enjoying customers money...

Date - 16/06/2020 - i had ordered a samsung galaxy a7 lcd screen, due to system glitch and incorrect lcd model was delivered.

I followed up for replacement despite readily paying for the shipping charges.

First they asked for the picture of the my mobile model and the delivered lcd screen.in the next email the customer support bluntly declined the replacement request.

This is the highest order of cheating.
In the past i had good experience with flikart and amazon.
Ordering stuffs online has its own demerit. Sometimes the product do not fit the requirement. Sometimes back, i had issues with lcd light purchased over flipkart, they readily replaced due to incompatibility issues.

I tried calling customer care and requested call back to negotiate, but they never returned my calls.

After this episode, i just searched for "maxbhi fraud" over google and came across a quora thread. These guys have duped many people.

I have placed an order for lenevo tab display touch screen digitiser on 17/06/20. Order no 2373539. Still as on date 26/06/20 maxbhi could not deliver the item and have cancelled my order. After cancellation of the order they are not refunding my money rs 529/- to my bank account. Truly speaking they do not have any inventory with them and play tricks & make fool the customers. I ordered 2 screens for OPPO which came damaged and Panasonic battery model no: Pana p55 nova, which was also not usable as it was damaged and was not charging. This company is awful, cheats their customers and sell duplicate products. We tried to return the 2 oppo screens but they were not allowing us.

I have ordered real me 2 pro power button, volume button and display glass. After some time.. My order for power button, volume button were cancelled.. But the money did not refunded so far.. And my other order that is display glass is yet delivered...

I have ordered a combo pack of lcd screen on 08/06/2020 on maxbhi website were the order i'd is #2346261 there is delay in delivery of the product and no response from the customer support. It was suppose to be delivered 13th june 2020. Please look in to my issue and take necessary action to do needful to me.

I placed an order for a primary camera and an earpiece for oneplus3 from maxbhi website, the camera is delivered and upon placing the same on camera in mobile it is not focusing hence i have reached out to them for replacement and these guys have rejected my request citing that it is not in proper condition and i have removed the sleeve covering camera, it is a protective cover which comes along with any spare camera and this has to be removed while fixing the camera on handset. These guys asked me to share images of the part when i approached for replacement and they have outrightly rejected my claim stating it has tampered, these guys should have basic common sense that a spare which goes into handset have to go without the sleeve, they can insist on return back with the sleeve for any replacements, (You can see my images were got with & without shield) i have every sleeve, shield, stickers that came to me, i have genuinely shared all the images and they take the example of an image without sleeve and rejected the claim, later when explored i got to know they have very very bad service history and these guys only fit to serve local repair shop guys and not public at large that to serving on ecommerce portal., i need a refund of faulty product, apart from this they also have to supply balance order which they have not fulfilled till date. I have not received the payment yet for the that was cancelled by maxbhi as the product was not available. They have refunded the money to wallet and when i sent a request to transfer to my bank they asked to wait for 15 days and now 15 days are already done but yet money not received.
