Selling damaged and duplicate products.

I ordered 2 screens for OPPO which came damaged and Panasonic battery model no: Pana p55 nova, which was also not usable as it was damaged and was not charging. This company is awful, cheats their customers and sell duplicate products. We tried to return the 2 oppo screens but they were not allowing us....

My money not refunded sofar...

delay in delivery and no repayment options

I have ordered a combo pack of lcd screen on 08/06/2020 on maxbhi website were the order i'd is #2346261 there is delay in delivery of the product and no response from the customer support. It was suppose to be delivered 13th june 2020. Please look in to my issue and take necessary action to do needful to me.

I placed an order for a primary camera and an earpiece for oneplus3 from maxbhi website, the camera is delivered and upon placing the same on camera in mobile it is not focusing hence i have reached out to them for replacement and these guys have rejected my request citing that it is not in proper condition and i have removed the sleeve covering camera, it is a protective cover which comes along with any spare camera and this has to be removed...

Money not received

I have not received the payment yet for the that was cancelled by maxbhi as the product was not available. They have refunded the money to wallet and when i sent a request to transfer to my bank they asked to wait for 15 days and now 15 days are already done but yet money not received.

no improvement on order status #2359992 for more than a week.

I have ordered lg nexus 5 flex cable on 13th june 2020 worth rs 629, initially the order status was under process #1 and after couple of days, it changed to under process #2. But since then, there is not much improvement on the order status. I tried to connect maxbhi support a dozen times and never got them on phone. I also requested for a callback several times, never got a call from them. The fulfillment ratio is above 93% for this product...

maxbhi / elcotek telecom fake bluedart tracking number associated with my order and no provision to cancel my order.

I ordered lcd with display for asus zenfone max pro m1 for 2109 rupees. After three days of placing the order, they have changed my order status to completely shipped and provided me with a fake refernce number of bluedart. I wanted to cancel my order but thy have provided no such option to customer.
The customer support is saying that it will take time to update the status with refernce number since 3 days.

I ordered a lcd with touch screen combo for my asus zenfone 4 selfie on 14.06.2020 with order number - 2362449. I paid rs. 2064/- through my credit card. It was supposed to be delivered by 17.06.2020. But, i haven't received it yet. I got an sms on 16.06.2020 stating that my order has been dispatched through bluedart with tracking no.-[protected]. The tracking number is fake. I have been trying to trace my order through this tracking number...

Hello, i placed orders for multiple items on 27/4/2020. One item was processed and rest of the items got cancelled. The order numbers are 2261706 and 2261556. The net order value is rs. 5421/-. It has been hanging in the air for 2 months now. No aid what so ever from maxbhi!!! Please refund the amount to my respective bank account or ill go to customer court.

product sold in 2858 rs, but after 1 week price is 2069.

Company has sold me poco f1 screen in 2858 rs. But after 1 week price is 2069. How this can be possible? Company should refund extra money. Further, company is not dispatching some accessories order on 04/06/2020. Not picking up phone....

I recently booked a screen for about 1200 and no response from their end no cancellation button no customer care is working they are not responding.

Payment issue and improper order status
