I was trying to purchase Nokia 8.1 back housing on 1 September from maxbhi.com of 326 rupees. All going good before the transaction page. When I paid for the product via amazon upi through paytm gateway, my money got transacted from my bank account and when it redirected to the order page after transaction the maxbhi site still showed that the order is open and I need to pay. After refreshing maxbhi site so many times I saw that there's no change in product status. I visited bank branch and their site as well for confirmation but all they are saying that money is debited from my account and I must confront whoever I paid to for further doubt. Even I contacted amazon customer care, they are saying the same thing that I paid through paytm gateway and paytm is responsible for my money. Such a pathetic service Maxbhi gave to me. I really never expected from you. As money is successfully transacted from amazon UPI as well. So the thing is that it got stuck between the gateway which Is Paytm and Maxbhi.com. After sending details of the entire incident to paytm, they mailed me that they released the amount the exact day and at the exact time to the merchant. Now, when I contacted maxbhi.com, they are just not taking responsibility to admit that the mistake is from their side. Either you are doing some serious fraud and playing with customers hard earned money or you know this entire thing and still acting like you don't know. It's been more than 48 hours and still I didn't know when will get my money from a fraud company like maxbhi. beware guys., Never order from maxbhi. They provide cheap and broken products and they won't take replacement. You will have to take the product anyway and won't get your money back for faulty products the provide to you. Fraud maxbhi.

i was asked to wait for 15days for refund, then after 15days i made a complaint and was asked to wait for next 24hours but still no refund. please resolved the issue and refund me the amount.

Maxbhi is not ready to take their shipment back. I initiated a call back request mentioning I want to cancel my order still they shipped my order and told me they can't cancel after shipping. Even international websites have a refund/return policies but maxbhi for some reason doesn't. Not Recommend at all.

Worst and pathetic website to Order
Would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from this site because:

I purchased I phone 6 display from Maxbhi.com
after I received my order I wanted to get it fitted but when I checked the display was partially damaged. 50% screen was ok and 50% screen was damaged, fully black.
I raised my Concern with customer service executive.
She guided me the path for replacement.
I visited maxbhi.com site and raised a replacement request.

They told me to send damaged display, courier to their address because maxbhi.com don't have pickup facility.
I did it by paying inr 375.

Now when I called customer service, I had a word with one of their customer service executives and asked her what to do further to get refund of money which I paid as courier charges.

She clearly told me that we won't be able to refund the courier charges as per our company's terms and conditions.

I got refund of the money which I paid for display but what about courier charges.
Display was damaged, why should I bear loss.

My only mistake was I had purchased damaged product from maxbhi.com

This was my first and last purchase from this website and won't recommend anyone to purchase anything from maxbhi.com
If you do, purchase at your own risk because these guys don't care about customer satisfaction.
They care about their terms and conditions.

I palced an order with maxbhi order id #2592856, they didnot delivered on promissed date, so i rejected that product on delivery as i got the thing from local market,

Now they are not refunding my whole Money,

I have ordered LCD screen for iPad mini 3 but the seller could not able to deliver so the order was canceled, again I have reordered but same problem, order was cancelled and money was refunded to ewallet, I have transferred the money from wallet to bank account on[protected], till now I haven't got the money back, I have contacted customer care they told me it will take 12 to 15 days, but its nearly 2 months, please check and transfer the money back to my account.

Manufacturing defect product. Now they are asking warranty seal wich was placed half on protective film and half on display folder. Within 15 min of replacement display started heating from downward. And got blurred. Now they refusing replacement . It was my first shopping on maxbhi.com . Worst experience.

Worst first experience. Maxbhi will be never buy. Pathetic response and customer services. No ethics of dealing with customer. No return policy and incorrect descriptions leading to wrong purchase still arrogant to take returns beside months of raising concerns. I understand, maxbhi have doubts about their own products or have highly incapable vendor support.. Their customer service are helpless goats who refuse to take forward actions as no escalation in customer service. If maxbhi have any guts, they could call back but they are not worth spending time.
Maxbhi is simply a frauds available on line.

Due to lockdown situation i ordered the samsung lcd display for galaxy a6 plus and today i went to mobile repair shop to change my lcd screen with the bought new one. Unfortunately it's not working properly screen becoming off and also if it ons getting colour lines in background. If i approached them they are not at all accepting my query in website and also didn't got any response from them even i requested for call back also. You people cancelled my product twice and further added the amount in maxbhi wallet which is of no use i want my amount back to my bank

I ordered 2 products form maxbhi. Com1 "lcd with touch screen for samsung galaxy m30 - black (Display glass combo folder)" 2 "tempered glass for samsung galaxy m30 - screen protector guard" on 7 august 2020 8:45 pm i then found out i did not need them as i was getting a better deal elsewhere so i searched for cancellation but there nothing of sorts and i could not even contact them through phone email so the next day i called them asap at around 10:15 and requested them for cancellation the customer service representative told me that their cancellation department will contact me in 24 to 48 hrs but nothing. After this i received an email that my product is shipped so i again contracted them that i want cancellation and they said i can refuse the delivery and they will receive the product back then cancellation process can begin and so i decided to not accept the delivery. After rejecting the delivery they called me about the cancellation and said there is no policy of cancellation and you can only cancel the product before it is shipped now there no cancellation option on the website and contacted them the morning and according to the product was shipped by then then if one wants to cancel where is the opportunity to do so. I told them this is not right and you are exploiting my consumer rights and i will complain the just said ok and disconnected. Please help me getting my money back.

I am not satisfy with maxbhi and its terms and conditions. Please take back these parts and raise refund.

I've already repaired my mobile phone so I don't it anymore. I've tried to call them many times but they are just saying that this order can't be cancelled because it has already been shipped. I have booked mobile display digitizer in maxbhi and after two days got message that they dont have the spare with them and my money has been moved to their e wallet. I requested for refund of cash on 25/06/2020 they didn't refunded the money yet. No money no product!! Dont try to buy any thing from these frauds they will loot you. Beware!

I have purchased lava mobile phone body after 2 days i got message due to supplier problem we unable to deliver product same time i cancelled the order and now more than 20 days am doing follow up and there is no response from these people.
