I have ordered LCD screen for iPad mini 3 but the seller could not able to deliver so the order was canceled, again I have reordered but same problem, order was cancelled and money was refunded to ewallet, I have transferred the money from wallet to bank account on[protected], till now I haven't got the money back, I have contacted customer care they told me it will take 12 to 15 days, but its nearly 2 months, please check and transfer the money back to my account.

Manufacturing defect product. Now they are asking warranty seal wich was placed half on protective film and half on display folder. Within 15 min of replacement display started heating from downward. And got blurred. Now they refusing replacement . It was my first shopping on maxbhi.com . Worst experience.

Worst first experience. Maxbhi will be never buy. Pathetic response and customer services. No ethics of dealing with customer. No return policy and incorrect descriptions leading to wrong purchase still arrogant to take returns beside months of raising concerns. I understand, maxbhi have doubts about their own products or have highly incapable vendor support.. Their customer service are helpless goats who refuse to take forward actions as no escalation in customer service. If maxbhi have any guts, they could call back but they are not worth spending time.
Maxbhi is simply a frauds available on line.

Due to lockdown situation i ordered the samsung lcd display for galaxy a6 plus and today i went to mobile repair shop to change my lcd screen with the bought new one. Unfortunately it's not working properly screen becoming off and also if it ons getting colour lines in background. If i approached them they are not at all accepting my query in website and also didn't got any response from them even i requested for call back also. Please dohelp me on this to get my money refund to my bank account or my wallets. The amount is 3139

You people cancelled my product twice and further added the amount in maxbhi wallet which is of no use i want my amount back to my bank

I ordered 2 products form maxbhi. Com1 "lcd with touch screen for samsung galaxy m30 - black (Display glass combo folder)" 2 "tempered glass for samsung galaxy m30 - screen protector guard" on 7 august 2020 8:45 pm i then found out i did not need them as i was getting a better deal elsewhere so i searched for cancellation but there nothing of sorts and i could not even contact them through phone email so the next day i called them asap at around 10:15 and requested them for cancellation the customer service representative told me that their cancellation department will contact me in 24 to 48 hrs but nothing. After this i received an email that my product is shipped so i again contracted them that i want cancellation and they said i can refuse the delivery and they will receive the product back then cancellation process can begin and so i decided to not accept the delivery. After rejecting the delivery they called me about the cancellation and said there is no policy of cancellation and you can only cancel the product before it is shipped now there no cancellation option on the website and contacted them the morning and according to the product was shipped by then then if one wants to cancel where is the opportunity to do so. I told them this is not right and you are exploiting my consumer rights and i will complain the just said ok and disconnected. Please help me getting my money back.

I am not satisfy with maxbhi and its terms and conditions. Please take back these parts and raise refund.

I've ordered a - LCD with touch screen for realme 3 pro -Black on August 4, 2020. My order number is #2573116.
I've already repaired my mobile phone so I don't it anymore. I've tried to call them many times but they are just saying that this order can't be cancelled because it has already been shipped. Please please helm me out I want my money back. I want my refund on my bank account so please kindly help me.

I have booked mobile display digitizer in maxbhi and after two days got message that they dont have the spare with them and my money has been moved to their e wallet. I requested for refund of cash on 25/06/2020 they didn't refunded the money yet. No money no product!! Dont try to buy any thing from these frauds they will loot you. Beware!

Hi sir, i was order #lcd screen for huawei honor 7c (Replacement display without touch) on 1 august, 2020 and paid to maxbhi.com by pnb net banking their payment gateway #paytm rs. 1029 and payment was successful but maxbhi.com showing unpaid.
I tried to many time to contact maxbhi customer care but could not reach them. Please help as soon as possible my transaction number: #paytm mob/[protected]/[protected]

I had ordered opening tool for lenovo phab 2 plus order no 2522807 on 19th july 2020 to maxbhi.com website.
On 25th july i received opening tool for 3g/3gs/4/4s which was wrong supply. It also does not contain all the tools for opening of lenovo phab 2 plus.. It was reported on same day and company agreed wrong supply and is ready to send replacement provided i return the wrong supply to them.
Returning will cost me around 200 rs. Whereas order cost is rs 292/-. I told them to pick up wrong supply and give correct part which the are not agreeing.
As the error is done by supplier in sending wrong product they should bare the cost and give the right product to me.

I have order lava mobile phone body after placing order after 2 days i got message unable to deliver product due to supplier problem. And website send me 2 options refund to wallet or bank account i select refund to my bank account as per procedure 10 to 15 days. But now more than 18 days and there is no single response every time am only doing follow up

My amount is rs 519.

I just received a defective product so i just wanted to replace it but my replacement request is rejected as said the warranty seal was broken down. But i haven't done anything with the product. It was same as it is on arrival. Please do me a favor by doing replacement or i have to take some strict actions regarding this kind of fraud.

I ordered display from maxbhi.com which is not delivered to me but the status on tracking page is shown delivered..the delivery person couldn't contact me .. due to the my wrong mobile no..on shipping adress plz help me i want my parcel plz . I talked to maxbhi customer service 4 to 5 times but they are saying our shipping team will contact u in 24 to 48 hrs..i ordered it on 24 july..and still i didnt recived it..my order id #2539601 they sent my order with ekart..and there is no customer support from ekart no customer care number nothing...
