I want to cancel the order for which I have made the payment also my order no. Is-#2518588 so please cancel my order....

I complained earlier... But my product not deliver yet... Pls resolve my problem... Its very delay... My experience is not good from this site......

I had ordered the redmi note 5 front glass on 4th July 2020, the product is not yet delivered, the customer service is not at all responding though it has callback support....

I had ordered few products worth Rs.4509(order id #2461849) and Rs.544(order id #2417871) from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me.
The order date was[protected] and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account.
Even the chat window in their website...

I made an order of Coolpad note 3 lite combo display on 7 July 2020 and it's reached to our Gulbarga hub on 14 July 2020 still not delivered to my address and no busy called me . Ive asked to our ekart logistics which is in Gulbarga he told me ur order is available here but we can't deliver to u cause mazbhi company made NASS OR Something he told today date is 17 July 2020 still not delivered. Called several times but no one response, they are fraud, waiting for refund since 16 days. My order no is - 2433069. After giving money they immidiate cancle my product and still after 16 days they have not returned my money.

Hi, order #2385791 and #2385792 dated 20 june 2020 was cancelled due to product out of stock or unavailability. Amount refunded to ewallet, but not able to transfer back to my bank account.in order cancellation tab, refund cash to bank link is not working and error invalid request message is given. I had ordered a lcd touch screen combo 15 days back with order number #2447123, maxbhi didn't shipped that item for a long time which led me to cancel my order, after that amount was transferred to e wallet but it there is no option available for transferring the money to bank account. Maxbhi's costumer service is waste and there is no one responding to you calls ans emails....

Hi, my order with maxbhi.com with order no #2499096 was successful transaction and got an email also acknowledge successfully order placed and after 10 mins it's showing unpaid and order not placed. I checked with my bank and also phone pe wallet. Transaction was successful and merchant received the money. My order not yet placed and customer care not receiving call. Can you please help me with my refund of 3633.30 rs.

I lodge here the same complaint like all others. I had ordered a spare battery for google nexus 7 (Order no. 2421626 on 28 june 2020) for 739/-. I was never delivered the product nor refunded the amount. I am greatly disappointed and request the firm to do the needful....

Hey Sir I just want To return My product because I received my product very late i am not impressed because i was in need and Estimated delivery date was showing as expectation of mine so i ordered it but it got delayed so i fixed my phone from another one.I just want to Return and want refund there is not fault in your product how can i send you back please tell thanks.
