I have ordered lcd touch screen digitizer for my mobile. But unfortunately, the phone get dead and can't make of it. So i tried to cancel the order. But, maxbhi support contact shows error and support call number also not working to inform about the cancellation. The product has been shipped and i rejected the delivery and asked to return back to the seller. It has been sent back to their office.

Now, the customer support called me saying that as per our terms and conditions, we don't option to cancel the order, after placed. Also, we can't initiate refund and re-shipment only possible. I told to them, my phone is dead, you don't have any option to contact and cancel the order after placed. So i can't use the re-shipping item anymore.

So, i understand that they are tried to loot my money, having the product with them with original packaging condition.

Hi my order no. 2470861 still has not come from maxbhi and i have lost my money on that. The customer care of maxbhi is not receiving my call and i have no information about my order now. Its a fraud company and making us fool while taking our money

I have ordered the screen on sunday - 19th. It says it will be delivered by wed/thur. Until now i have not gotten any tracking id or email showing the progress of the order. Please help! I have to gift it to someone as their birthday is tomorrow (Wed).

I had ordered display and a screen guard for my mobile costing 5298, while ordering it was showing the product was available and after transferring the amount it showed that the product is unavailable and the amount was credited to my ewallet of maxbhi.
I requested to transfer the cash to my account, now even after 15 days the cash has not yet credited to my account.
Kindly do the needful as i can get the amount credited to my account

On 15/07/2020 we ordered "lcd with touch screen for samsung galaxy s8 plus - black (Display glass combo folder)" and payed 13270 rs via net banking.

On 17/07/2020 maxbhi/elcotek telecom cancelled the order. I called them and asked them for refund of 13270 rs, to my bank account. They told their refund team will process the refund within 24 hrs and provided me with a reference number 154108 for the same.

After 24hrs on 18/07/2020 when i didn't get my refund i tried calling them but my call didn't connect, i tried calling them again on 19/07/202 and 20/07/2020 but the call did not connect again.

I see there are many simillar complaints against this company on all the portals and seems like this company is fraud.

Kindly look into the matter.

My order no is 2429299 i received this order, but want replacement for it as it is of incorrect size ie not fitting my handset. I had been to 4 known repairs shop but according to them size is incorrect

I had placed an ordered of apple iphone 6 (Lcd with touch screen) and 32 pieces screw driver on 05/05/2020. I cancelled the product due to their late delivery, but they haven't refund my money. Order #: 2269578

I was searching for a back cover in google for my lenovo s850 phone.
When i had visited your website for the product, it was looking like back cover and i had ordered it. As the image shown in mobile browser is small. I could not differentiate the back panel cover and back cover.
After receiving the item, i came to know that its panel back plate. Its is not at all useful for me. That too my phone colour is white,
Kindly take it back and refund my amount. The packing is as it is you had sent to me.

Sometimes, its very common for every person to order a wrong one due to wrong visual illusion.

One image is my lenovo white colour mobile back. Looks new. Still the company lamination stickers are not removed.

They are not taking back the product and declined my request.

I ordered a battery for Mi A1 worth rs619 on this 3rd Class site called maxbhi.com. I then recieved the product although late they sent me a wrong product. A camera glass for Moto G4plus. Their sales team was going mad at me when I didn't order the battery and they were calling me like hell to convince me to buy from them

No I bought it and the customer service isn't responding. Not on ivr, not even calling back, not even responding to my email. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD. I am not only the one who have been scammed by this company. There are many others. I don't know why this site pops up at the top in Google search.

I had requested refund to bank against the cancelled order but the refund amount yet not credited and there is no way to contact them as they don't pick up calls as says high call volume and also on online portal the says

I complained earlier... But my product not deliver yet... Pls resolve my problem... Its very delay... My experience is not good from this site...

I had ordered the redmi note 5 front glass on 4th July 2020, the product is not yet delivered, the customer service is not at all responding though it has callback support.

I had ordered few products worth Rs.4509(order id #2461849) and Rs.544(order id #2417871) from maxbhi.com, none of which were they able to deliver so they gave me the refund in their ewallet which is of no use to me.
The order date was[protected] and since then I haven`t got the refund in my bank account plus there is no option in the website to ask them to send the refund in my bank account.
Even the chat window in their website does not work or they just stop responding as soon as I ask them to transfer the refund amount in my bank account.

I made an order of Coolpad note 3 lite combo display on 7 July 2020 and it's reached to our Gulbarga hub on 14 July 2020 still not delivered to my address and no busy called me . Ive asked to our ekart logistics which is in Gulbarga he told me ur order is available here but we can't deliver to u cause mazbhi company made NASS OR Something he told today date is 17 July 2020 still not delivered. Called several times but no one response, they are fraud, waiting for refund since 16 days. My order no is - 2433069. After giving money they immidiate cancle my product and still after 16 days they have not returned my money.

Dear sir i ordered from maxbhi my order id #2480350 no cod available so i made my payment through online. After that no responce from this team no order delivered not even picking call and requested to call back no response till now if write in customer care we face an error as i attached same. No support from customer care. Please take an action to deliver my ordered product or refund my money.
