    Every online order having return policy if it is not there they should mention as non returnable. I requested call back through website but no call received from their end. No call or email received from their end except order information.

      I have ordered lg nexus 5 flex cable on 13th june 2020 worth rs 629, initially the order status was under process #1 and after couple of days, it changed to under process #2. But since then, there is not much improvement on the order status. I tried to connect maxbhi support a dozen times and never got them on phone. I also requested for a callback several times, never got a call from them. The fulfillment ratio is above 93% for this product (As they say on product page).
      Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      It has been 10 days till date. I haven't seen any progress with my order.
      It is over 10 days now. The order has just moved from under process 1 to under process 2. The following screenshot shows. They deliver in 3 days.

            I ordered lcd with display for asus zenfone max pro m1 for 2109 rupees. After three days of placing the order, they have changed my order status to completely shipped and provided me with a fake refernce number of bluedart. I wanted to cancel my order but thy have provided no such option to customer.
            The customer support is saying that it will take time to update the status with refernce number since 3 days.
            I made calls on the number given - nobody picks

            I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, since i cannot afford more days cancelling and reording it from other company.

            Now, I have received an update about my order that the shipment is picked and i am able to track the same using the refernce number.
            Maxbhi / Elcotek Telecom customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I ordered note 9 charging strip for 339 rupees. After three days of placing the order, they have provided me with a fake refernce number of bluedart. I wanted to cancel my order but thy have provided no such option to customer.
            The customer support is saying that it will take time to update the status with refernce number since 3 days.
            I made calls on the number given - nobody picks

            I want my order to be delivered as soon as possible, since i cannot afford more days cancelling and reording it from other company.

              I ordered a lcd with touch screen combo for my asus zenfone 4 selfie on 14.06.2020 with order number - 2362449. I paid rs. 2064/- through my credit card. It was supposed to be delivered by 17.06.2020. But, i haven't received it yet. I got an sms on 16.06.2020 stating that my order has been dispatched through bluedart with tracking no.-[protected]. The tracking number is fake. I have been trying to trace my order through this tracking number on bluedart's website, but it says that the tracking number is not correct. I tried to contact maxbhi support through their website but i am not able to contact anyone through phone or chat. I requested a callback from maxbhi, but, i never got call back. I want to cancel this order and get my money back. Please help me get my money back. I will never shop on this thug website ever. It doesn't give an option to cancel an order. It is against consumer rights. Please help me and get my money refunded to my account.

                Hello, i placed orders for multiple items on 27/4/2020. One item was processed and rest of the items got cancelled. The order numbers are 2261706 and 2261556. The net order value is rs. 5421/-. It has been hanging in the air for 2 months now. No aid what so ever from maxbhi!!! Please refund the amount to my respective bank account or ill go to customer court.

                order 2261706 could be refunded to account. so thats over. now about 2261556, this order has been split into 4 orders and out of which 3 are cancelled and one is showing under process. The order number cancelled are 2261560, 2261569, 2261559. The order showing under process is 2261557. The main order which i placed cant be refunded to account as you split up the order and one among the split order is still not cancelled. i cant cancel the order from my end as well. I checked multiple times, but it aint possible. so please cancel that order as well, and refund the pending net amount Rs.2186/- to my account. Looking forward to a spontaneous response.

                  Company has sold me poco f1 screen in 2858 rs. But after 1 week price is 2069. How this can be possible? Company should refund extra money. Further, company is not dispatching some accessories order on 04/06/2020. Not picking up phone.

                        One of the worst customer support. Nobody picks up the call. Have to wait for long time, i mean very long time to speak to an support person. I had given courier tracking id [protected], which is fake and does not work or there is no delivery initiated.

                        I have taken all the screenshots of what they promised and other things.

                        I had paid online the very first day i ordered moto g5 plus touch with digitizer of rs. 1, 319 /-.

                        I ordered on 15th june 2020, delivery as per your promise is on 18th june 2020.

                        I want refund to my bank account or want my genuine ordered moto g5 plus touch with digitizer display delivered on or before 21st june 2020.

                        i have been provided a tracking id of Bluedartsr # [protected] for my Order ID:# 3064347.
                        But there is no such ID found while tracking with Bluedart tracking.
                        Don't know wether the tracking Id is fake or real

                        I found the solution.
                        Bluedart Sr means Shiprocket is the main vendor/tracker, which is handling the shipment through bluedart.
                        So please search your AWB tracking number in https://shiprocket.co/

                          I have placed an order for asus max pro m1 touch display with digitizer. While making payment i chose paytm and paid the amount through it. After successfully making the payment, the page did not come back to maxbhi to show the order confirmation. I have got message from paytm with order #2294185. The find the message below.

                          "you have made a payment of rs. 1789.50 at elcotek india pvt limited for order id #2294185. Contact paytm.com/care for any issues."

                          Since the page did not come back to maxbhi and the order was not showing there, i tracked my order but the order status is showing it as open
                          I have contacted paytm in this regard. They have suggested me to contact you.

                          So i request you to kindly look into this and please revert the amount paid through paytm transaction

                                        I have placed a order in maxbhi for LCD with Touch Screen for Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus - Black (display glass combo folder), Full Body Housing for Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus - Black on 09/06/2020, 06:56 PM on a single payment of Rs.1538 in google pay but they accepted payment in lock down but not processed the order.
                                        When i was trying to connect with customer support there is no updates from that website on that order, it gives me an error.Unable to lodged a complaint against it.
                                        Tried to cancel the order, no option to cancel it in that site. I have tried in all the way to do cancel the order and get refunded from this website but didn't succeed.
                                        Please do cancel my order and start process of refund to my source bank or google pay from where the amount is debitted.
