I have placed an order in maxbhi (For redmi 5 touch screen, pcb charging board and glu), they accepted payment in lock down but did not processed it.
There is no updates from that website on that order, when i was trying to connect with customer support, it gives me an error. Unable to lodged a complaint against it.
Tried to cancel the order, no option to cancel it in that site. I have tried in all the way to do cancel the order and get refunded from this website but didn't succeed.
Please do cancel my order and start process of refund to my source bank from where the amount is debitted.

Updated by Shivaraj HM Since 3 days the status is available for the order which I placed. if you can't deliver the order in time, why do accepts the order.
Can you please cancel this order from back-end and do start refund process for the same. can't wait I am done with this site.
