    Hi, order #2385791 and #2385792 dated 20 june 2020 was cancelled due to product out of stock or unavailability. Amount refunded to ewallet, but not able to transfer back to my bank account.in order cancellation tab, refund cash to bank link is not working and error invalid request message is given. Please fix the issue and transfer the ewallet money to my bank account

      It is fraud company. We want to take legal action for this company. I order a redmi note 9 pro back panel after transection he says your order is cancel and my money not credit to my back. How to take legal action for this company please help me. Iam very disappointed to this company.

        I had ordered a lcd touch screen combo 15 days back with order number #2447123, maxbhi didn't shipped that item for a long time which led me to cancel my order, after that amount was transferred to e wallet but it there is no option available for transferring the money to bank account. Maxbhi's costumer service is waste and there is no one responding to you calls ans emails.

          I have ordered moto x4 display on 26 june 2020 and still no updates received from maxbhi what is this,, where is my order, your estimate date of delivery was 30 june 2020,,, right now month is july still no updates for my order

          My order number is : 2415122

          Every day i call them they told me we dispatch your order today you will get your order within 3 days,

          They are cheating with people and when i requested to cancel my order that time they clearly told me you can not cancel your order.

          What is this you are not providing any product and even you can not cancel order

          Please this is my humble request to all of you please dont buy anything from this side they are fraud people

          I thought i have lost my money

            Hi, my order with maxbhi.com with order no #2499096 was successful transaction and got an email also acknowledge successfully order placed and after 10 mins it's showing unpaid and order not placed. I checked with my bank and also phone pe wallet. Transaction was successful and merchant received the money. My order not yet placed and customer care not receiving call. Can you please help me with my refund of 3633.30 rs.

            Updated by dsouzadavis             I really need help with my refund since when I contacted maxbhi support they behaving as if they didn't receive the transaction even after sending them the transaction copies from the bank with transaction id. Also these are the reply from bank/wallet customer care for transaction has reached maxbhi.

                    I lodge here the same complaint like all others. I had ordered a spare battery for google nexus 7 (Order no. 2421626 on 28 june 2020) for 739/-. I was never delivered the product nor refunded the amount. I am greatly disappointed and request the firm to do the needful.

                                I paid through my credit card and you cancelled the items from your side and all the money you putted in to your e wallet now i am not able to transfer that money my order i'd is #2443518, #2443516 you people have done scam it's not about my 1 k it's about how you can do this to your customers

                                    I had purchased a lcd/glass replacement for my one plus 6 mobile on the 3rd of july 2020, by order id # 2446372.

                                    It's been more than a week now, and there is no updates regarding the delivery of my order, when i go to their website i cannot track my order their as well. Tried calling their customer care as well, but no one answers the call.

                                    Really pathetic service, seems like a fraud company

                                        I ordered a front glass from them they show that they will send it next day that's why i ordered... It's been 3 week they are not shipped yet... We can't contact them as they are telling during covid it's really hard to maintain... Why these guys are treating like thisss... I get mail every day to purchase the glass... They are looting money they are scammers... My status is now psd for 3 days now
