I have purchased Pixel 3a screen and they delivered me pixel 3a XL.

Incorrect

I've order the asus max pro m1 screen in maxbhi website on 1st june 2020 but still i haven't recieved my product today is 14th july from 1 monthis showing the order is in the under process#2 you might support me and resolve this problem i trust you a lot sir such a waste website i've ordered can you please help me to deliver my order a little bit faster please my father is schoulding me due to such a waste website i've ordered i think you might help me a lot and share my problem thank you
Refund the my money to 100%

I have ordered the lenovo tab 4 10 lte screen on 5th july 2020 but srltill i've not reached the order today the date is 13th july still i didn't received the order it's showing under process#2 since 6 days but it doesn't change anyway such a waste website is maxbhi i think after seeing this complaint my problem might me resolved so please help me to receive my order.

I lodge here the same complaint like all others. I had ordered a spare battery for google nexus 7 (Order no. 2421626 on 28 june 2020) for 739/-. I was never delivered the product nor refunded the amount. I am greatly disappointed and request the firm to do the needful.

Hey Sir I just want To return My product because I received my product very late i am not impressed because i was in need and Estimated delivery date was showing as expectation of mine so i ordered it but it got delayed so i fixed my phone from another one.I just want to Return and want refund there is not fault in your product how can i send you back please tell thanks.

Sir... I ordered my product nokia n8 full body panel from maxbhi... I ordered 11 july 2020... From till my order is under process... My order id is #2485073... Please solve my problem as soon as possible... And deliver my product...

I have cancelled the above order from maxbhi.com and refund time of 15 days is over and i am not getting any updates from them now. I have even made a refund status check query but no updates till now.

I paid through my credit card and you cancelled the items from your side and all the money you putted in to your e wallet now i am not able to transfer that money my order i'd is #2443518, #2443516 you people have done scam it's not about my 1 k it's about how you can do this to your customers

Ordered an item from maxbhi.com (Jul 4, 2020) but they cancelled my order an now is not refunding my amount. I tried to contact them but no reply from there side.

I had purchased a lcd/glass replacement for my one plus 6 mobile on the 3rd of july 2020, by order id # 2446372.

It's been more than a week now, and there is no updates regarding the delivery of my order, when i go to their website i cannot track my order their as well. Tried calling their customer care as well, but no one answers the call.

Really pathetic service, seems like a fraud company

I have ordered from maxbhi they are spending more time to deliver consignment... They are not able deliver on committed time then no use for us please help me us to cancel my subjected order

I ordered a front glass from them they show that they will send it next day that's why i ordered... It's been 3 week they are not shipped yet... We can't contact them as they are telling during covid it's really hard to maintain... Why these guys are treating like thisss... I get mail every day to purchase the glass... They are looting money they are scammers... My status is now psd for 3 days now

I have ordered one product in this about 10 days ago and paid money online for that product. But neither they are sending product not attending any call. They are cheating by taking orders but not sending product as well as no contact information.

The maxbhi.com is complete fraud, they'll show products available at their site (Which won't be available on any site at reasonable rate), once you buy it, your money is gone, there wont be any delivery of your product and when you contact the customer care for refund, they'll tell you as per policy the money can only be refunded in the maxbhi wallet and the money is lost. Dont buy from maxbhi

My product with order # 2421851... Has not been delivered to me nor any call was made to me before delivering the product... And... If the product is delivered or received at the given address kindly show or send me the proof with name and signature of the person who received this package... I bet you don't have

I am really wondering what type of management is being done by you people to safeguard your customer's interest. This was my first order... I have already lodge my complaint through their very support system team/portal... But no response from their side... This is shear cheating to the customers on your part...

I think maxbhi need to change its courier partner who is least concerned to deliver the orders with due diligence and with proper notification to the purchaser... Its very evident that time is not far away when your business will be definitely affected severely by these kind of careless delivery system... So you people better be improve or safeguards the proper delivery of products to your customers with notification so that product reached in hands of purchaser and not to any body else that to without any notification or call before delivering the product.

Order #2452281 is showing psd, at the time of order it was showing it will be delivered by 7th july.
Still not sure where exactly is the order.

They called me from the number on their website and told me that they don't have my product. They said they can refund my money, to which i replied yes.

But instead of refunding my money, they took my card number, expiry and cvv, again.. And asking for a otp on the phone.. I said i didnt receive any..

Then they are asking for my debit card atm pin..

Why in the world would anyone require otp, cvv to refund your payment and why would they ask for atm pin of your debit card.

Lost my money

My order number was Order #2482167.I ordered three things from maxbhi.com all three things were unavailable however they deducted the amount of rs 1207 from account and transferred it to my ewallet on maxbhi.com and then when i wanted the money back from my ewallet to my account i clicked on transfer to my bank account and it showed me this error
(Error Insufficient amount available in eWallet. Amount in eWallet should be greater or equal to the amount requested for transfer to bank.) Then i decided to buy some things which are available on the site from the wallet and then it shows my balance rs 5 in wallet. Can somebody help me in this ???
