Til today it is 15 days from which i transfered my money from ewallet to bank account.. I want my money sir.. Plsee check and take an action

I have ordered one micromax x706 battery of rupees 409 on 23/05/20 and now it's 28/05/20 but still i didn't get my product.. And they are not replying anything nor taking any complaints nor receiving my call... And not even they are giving any options to cancel my order... I want to cancel my order because it's too much delay and i don't want that product anymore because i purchased that battery from market.....

Though i ordered for a mobile spare parts on 18 may but then not shipped my order yet till 27.05.20.
I think it's too late and so the ordered item is not needed now.
But when i tried to cancel my order since last 4-5 days, the order cancellation option does not working on maxbhi.com website. Also support option has been temporary stopped.br...

I have ordered on 19/5/20 for mobile back panel for i phone xr and an i phone mobile holder but have not received my order till now.

Hi, i placed an order for rog 2 touch and display with order numbers 2271510 & 2271511. After a week wait, they just cancelled the order and refunded the money to wallet, it says the invalid request when i try to refund. Unable to contact them too. I understand this is a difficult situation but atleast refunding ourselves should not be a problem. My 8, 598/- rs is stuck and i cant order the display from anywhere else. Please resolve it asap....
