I will be no longer using my maxbhi account kindly delete my account from your database.
I have already contacted the customer care for this but i wasn't able to get relevant answer.
I am aware that by deleting my maxbhi account i couldnot use my same details to log in or sign up again.
And to make sure that i donot waste all of our time i want my account to be deleted and not deactivated.

I want to change my country for my information but the only available to select different country isn't available in the category selected -

Recently i was looking for purchasing cover for my tablet but when i placed the order from this website, amount got deducted through upi but order haven't placed.

I have placed an order in maxbhi (For redmi 5 touch screen, pcb charging board and glu), they accepted payment in lock down but did not processed it.
There is no updates from that website on that order, when i was trying to connect with customer support, it gives me an error. Unable to lodged a complaint against it.
Tried to cancel the order, no option to cancel it in that site. I have tried in all the way to do cancel the order and get refunded from this website but didn't succeed.
Please do cancel my order and start process of refund to my source bank from where the amount is debitted.

Please return back my money

I received product today i. E., 06/06/2020, after receiving the product i went to 4 technicians for screen replacement but the experts said this item in bottom length having gap, if it's replaced & fits then my mobile will get gap and hardly 4-5days touch will not get work so i've decided to better cancel the order & get refund to my source account. But when i tried calling in evening no one is responding to my call & while seeking support request it's showing error on website of maxbhi.com, please call me & refund the amount with return shipment. Thanks

My order i'd is 2326559, i've paid for the order but it still didn't get dispatched.
The order was worth 2899 rs.
There is no option to cancel the order.
Please help me either ship the order or please cancel the order and refund the money.

I ordered my samsung s9 plus display in maxbi.com and i order through my card and suddenly my order get cancelled. And that order price is 9243rs and my money was refunded to their ewallet. What right they have to refund my money to their ewallet and when i tried to transfer my money to my ban acount in that order page no funds to transfer to your account and said you have
9243rs. So plse refund my money to my bank acount. And my order id was #2281716. Tansfer my money to my ban acount or orginal paymet mode. Ordered on 14 th may 2020.

Due to covid -19 lockdown, there is a shortage of display replacement locally. So i thought of order them online. Gone through maxbhi.com to purchase 3 display screens for asus zenfone live l1, max pro m1 and zenfone 5z and a back cover for zenfone 5z on 06/05/2020 order id:2271856. Immediately that order got cancelled and splitted it into 4 individual ordersi. E ordered ids: 2271861, 2271862, 2271863, 2271864. I got worried why because previously these people did the same thing by cancelling my ordered they transferred it into the wallet in that there is no option to transfer money from wallet to account. But it wasnt happened this time with 3 of my orders and happened it with one of my order for zenfone live l1 order cancelled money transferred to wallet. So i thought of ordering it again. I ordered again of order id 2314820 for 125/- more of previous cost it got cancelled and requested money to be transferred to account for my surprise they returned rs 125/-. And trying to get my balance amount of 1200. And coming to my other complaint that the screen which i got for asus zenfone 5z is a faulty one order id 2271862. As customer any one thinks that the part which they sent found faulty without any damage to the part it has to be returned. Its a faulty one thought of return placed replacement request id 18494 they are running a # server they asked me upload images of 1 mb size. Somehow i manged and sent photos for my surprise i got a reply quoting that the part that which came along with a protection film has slightly moved or changed while trying to fix it to my phone by technician. They are saying protection film is important for warranty and says your warranty is void wont get replacement. Its hard earned money these people looting me in the name of # warranty policy please do justice.

I have ordered samsung lcd display touch digitizer on 19th may 2020. Recieved sms that product placed. Next day it was cancelled and my amount was at e wallet. I press the option to transfer my bank back. Sms received it takes 10 to 15 days but till now i didn't receive my refund amount 969 rupees

I ordered display pannel for oneplus3t and tools, i made payment, but the status of the order is psd for last almost 10 days. I tried to reach support but i can't raise a complain or a callback from there.

May i know how long it will take to deliver the product, if it's not feasible to deliver the product, please don't keep accepting the orders. And please confirm if it will be delivered or not, or refund my amount.

1915 debited from my account for screen of asux max zenfone max pro 1. But its not redirected to web site. Its seems fraud dont trust again on such faults web sites. They have closed customer support but opened web sites for sales.

Bought Redmi 2 Prime's Battery from Maxbhi. But then I read in their site that order will not be shipped till Lockdown end. So I cancelled the order & the money was credited to Maxbhi E-Wallet. I did refund from that page and I have not yet received money.

And they are not replying anything nor taking any complaints nor receiving my call... And not even they are giving any options to cancel my order... Though i ordered for a mobile spare parts on 18 may but then not shipped my order yet till 27.05.20.
I think it's too late and so the ordered item is not needed now.
But when i tried to cancel my order since last 4-5 days, the order cancellation option does not working on maxbhi.com website. Also support option has been temporary stopped.
So please cancel my order as soon as possible and refund my amount to bank account and not refund as maxbhi wallet balance.

No body picks up the customer care device no too
