Hi sir, i was order #lcd screen for huawei honor 7c (Replacement display without touch) on 1 august, 2020 and paid to maxbhi.com by pnb net banking their payment gateway #paytm rs. 1029 and payment was successful but maxbhi.com showing unpaid.
I tried to many time to contact maxbhi customer care but could not reach them. Please help as soon as possible my transaction number: #paytm mob/[protected]/[protected]

I had ordered opening tool for lenovo phab 2 plus order no 2522807 on 19th july 2020 to maxbhi.com website.
On 25th july i received opening tool for 3g/3gs/4/4s which was wrong supply. It also does not contain all the tools for opening of lenovo phab 2 plus.. It was reported on same day and company agreed wrong supply and is ready to send replacement provided i return the wrong supply to them.
Returning will cost me around 200 rs. Whereas order cost is rs 292/-. I told them to pick up wrong supply and give correct part which the are not agreeing.
As the error is done by supplier in sending wrong product they should bare the cost and give the right product to me.

I have order lava mobile phone body after placing order after 2 days i got message unable to deliver product due to supplier problem. And website send me 2 options refund to wallet or bank account i select refund to my bank account as per procedure 10 to 15 days. But now more than 18 days and there is no single response every time am only doing follow up

My amount is rs 519.

I just received a defective product so i just wanted to replace it but my replacement request is rejected as said the warranty seal was broken down. But i haven't done anything with the product. It was same as it is on arrival. Please do me a favor by doing replacement or i have to take some strict actions regarding this kind of fraud.

I ordered display from maxbhi.com which is not delivered to me but the status on tracking page is shown delivered..the delivery person couldn't contact me .. due to the my wrong mobile no..on shipping adress plz help me i want my parcel plz . I talked to maxbhi customer service 4 to 5 times but they are saying our shipping team will contact u in 24 to 48 hrs..i ordered it on 24 july..and still i didnt recived it..my order id #2539601 they sent my order with ekart..and there is no customer support from ekart no customer care number nothing...

I have ordered two products from maxbhi .i received one product and wuality of the product is very cheap . That's why i not accepted and product and returned it to seller . Now max bhi is not giving ke refund. I have ordered this product in ₹379 my order id is #2507842 . Please ask them to give me refund on my default payment method .

I ordered a display folder for htc desire 626 from maxbhi. The product i have received doesn’t match the requirements. I have submitted issue several times. And i have also requested customer support but haven’t received any call or reply. I want to return the product and get my money refunded. Maxbhi team kindly help.

I want to return or exchange my product because i bought wrong product and i am calling customer service but nobody response me.. I want resolve my problem...

I ordered mobile display from maxbhi.com but due to unavailability of the product they cancelled the product and refunded the money to maxbhi.com wallet but i transferred the money to bank but the amount is not yet credited to my account it's one year passed already.

My order was not processed for a week even after contacting customer support. So had cancelled my order. And now order these maxbhi people are irritating for refund. Status in account shows refund initiated and it's more than 15 working days and my refund for order not yet processed or credited for order no 2451631

I ordered my mobile phone combo touch display. Item out of stock in maxbhi.com... Then my order is cancel but not get refund... Plz stop this fraud company... And return back my money

I decided to buy a iphone 7 plus screen on maxbhi website. But unfortunately, I mistakenly brought iphone 7 screen instead of 7plus. First of all, there is no cancel bottom at all. I tried cancelling right after my order. I thought maybe I should call them. But they did not answer at all. I tried calling them every day before my order was dispatched but they did not reply. So, when my order arrived l, I refused to receive it and it was returned back to seller. That's when they called me and refused to refund my money.

I had ordered display and a screen guard for my mobile honor 8 pro and paid rs 2989 on 27th june. Till 5th july there was no progess and they were not responding to calls and mails.
So i cancelled the order on 6th june, now even after 15 days the cash has not yet credited to my account.
Kindly do the needful as i can get the amount credited to my account.
They are not responding at all.

Hi,

I bought an item "Side Key Flex Cable for Blackberry Priv" from Maxbhi on June 16, 2020 with Order #2368139 and paid the amount through my debit card, however, the order was cancelled by Maxbhi but the amount was not credited back to my account. I raised multiple complaints with Maxbhi but they closed each and every complaint without resolution. They are only faking with assurance that "we are working on it". I have also shared the account statement as requested by them from June 16, 2020 to July 10, 2020. Please look into this matter and get my money refunded
