I want to cancel the order no.#2275028 which I had placed today morning and want money back . I am trying to cancel through website but no option to cancel the order and also trying to contact customer support but no response from them. Kindly cancel and refund the amount to original source of payment.

Don't buy maxbhi website, they send duplicate and low quality products send and not working waste of money, i buy redmi note 4 display order id2206624, just seal the white sticker, and warranty not apply and it was defective, and lcd display was very low quality image produce please don't buy maxbhi website, and they don't replace the item tell it is out of warranty...

I had booked a ear phone on[protected] i have paid the amount 289/- product delivery date is[protected]. I was not able to get connected /reach any person over phone which was given in the invoice [protected].

I had ordered a screen display. The website said my delivery will be done very next day if ordered in 50 minutes so i did as i was not able to use my phone at all with broken glass it had to be fixed urgently. On tracking order my delivery is said to be done at the end of this month and it was an urgent issue to fix my phone so i had to get my phone fixed from somewhere else which was way more expensive.

I purchased (Order no#2103005) a product (Nokia 6.1 plus charging port) from maxbhi.com i recived the broken charging port, after that i asked maxbhi refund/replace the product, they declined my praposal, they said
(We are not able to replace your product if it has been damaged in transit by the courier company.
You can lodge a complaint in blue dart express limited by attaching broken product images).

Order was placed on 6th jan. Till now no update was given, yesterday i called customer care and they said, products are available and will send shipping details by the evening.

This morning i called and customer care says the order is partially available and that only one item is available instead of both items.

My point is if you dont have an item available/ if you have an inferior quality item, why do you list...

They are totally fraud. I ordered front camera for my mobile. After 7 days i get the package. While opening the package the product is damaged condition. I call Maxbhi customer support but there is no proper response from there end and also they saying it's not our mistake Please contact the delivery company. Please don't buy any product from this website. They are cheaters. Now i am going to file case on them....
