Hi, i placed an order for rog 2 touch and display with order numbers 2271510 & 2271511. After a week wait, they just cancelled the order and refunded the money to wallet, it says the invalid request when i try to refund. Unable to contact them too. I understand this is a difficult situation but atleast refunding ourselves should not be a problem. My 8, 598/- rs is stuck and i cant order the display from anywhere else. Please resolve it asap. Order placed on the 6th may.

    Even after 8 day there is no update provided from them.
    Order status tracking link not providing sufficient information to know what happening with my order.
    And maxbhi support link is also not working.

                      I had placed an ordered of apple iphone 6 (Lcd with touch screen) and 32 pieces screw driver on 05/05/2020. Now till today 18/05/2020 there is no progress, i tried reaching multiple time but no response. I want to repair my mobile as on urgent basis so i don't need the product. There is no cancellation order option is available on the website, so please cancel this my order : 2269578 (Order is not shipped yet). Also please process the refund as soon as possible.

                      At every call they will deny to refund money and accept their product forcefully. Sometimes they will offer you that they can only refund 50% of amount. But do not agree on that and stick with one decision. In these way you will get success.

                                #2234764 order id.
                                So, i ordered asus max m1 lcd with touch screen on[protected], but due to late delivery and lockdown i received this product on[protected]. I have put on my hard earned money trusting in maxbhi.com that the product will be of superior quality and there will be no fault. But when i went to repairing centre to fix the display touch was totally irresponsive and not working. I called customer care executive they told me my warranty period is over. Look, it's not my fault that the product got delivered to me that late. I was sent a faulty product, and i demand a replacement with working lcd with touch screen. Please kindly look into it, asap
