I have ordered a small phone part. After 4-5 days they tell me that their vendor cannot fulfill their order so they cancel it and put the amount in a ‘wallet’ and i have to go online to take the refund in my bank account. This is clearly a scam. Money paid by credit card should be refunded to the same card or bank account. Keeping money like this in a ‘wallet’ can only be termed as a scam. Please refund my money back to my card!

I had ordered combo (Touch+lcd) for lyf water f1. They delivered wrong item, that of ls,, which is smaller and doesn't fit my phone. I put a request for return. Then they asked to upload product photos and my phone's details. But they refused to return or refund, saying that they have delivered correct item.
Thus it's fraudulent. Don't fall prey to it.

I have ordered azus zenfone 3 max zc553kl display. But maxbhi send zc520tl dsiplay. I already complained about this cheating. Because maxbhi site uploaded picture not same... But they are not accept my return. Already i paid 1200/- something on it... But i re order again this product and also paid 1200 rs again for this product. But they are still sending non compatible product for me. What i do? My first order no was #2012999 and also second order no is: 2025388.. I just decide for complient about maxbhi at consumer court

I placed an order for the casing if samsung wave s8500 phone for rs 359.00.in the list, they say the product is available. Upon placing the order, they say no stock. The amount will be transferred to their e-wallet and they give an option for transfer to bank. The amount will not be transferred to the bank. The amount in stuck with them so i tried to purchase the model that were available. Always the product available but on placing the order it is suddenly out of stock.
Now no product and no money.
I have paid 359.00 through the paytm as there was an option.in paytm account, the amount was transferred to elcotek india pvt limited.

Order no. 1926716, rather than everyone crying here. You have all evidence against maxbhi. Tweet to pm. That will be better. Tell all those to 832 complaints who done on maxbhi.. Let all tweet then maxbhi will be trouble. You will get huge money back. Dont lose it. These people doing corruption. 450rs charge to set glass for testing. Who will pay that too. Maxbhi have to give compensation and to ban this illegal scam company. Tell pm why they didnt tested gave and not returning money for giving filthy condition. I done tweet. Pm always active in tweeter. So inform by fb and by twitter. Dnt fear. When everything right from u why you fear. Illegal fraud company like maxbhi openly doing fraud with customers giving wrong one and not returning money. Forcing us indirectly to keep whatever product repeatedly they will give wrong one.in the name of company they were giving repaired one not returning money cheating. What all of you waiting.. Tweet to pm all of you individually. Inform to media as well to take ceo down. Inform to polic on this like i done report to online cyber fir. These # is of no use. Just watching and nothing doing.

I had purchased 'Charging PCB Complete Flex for Nokia 6.1 plus' from www.maxbhi.com on 3rd Nov 2019. However post receiving the order I noticed the PCB board does not have Network IC Chip, hence I called up for a replacement. On 14th Nov 2019, I got a mail stating my replacement request has been declined. Later I called up customer care asking for the reason for decline, they told the product doesn't come with IC Chip. Hence I asked for refund of the payment and cancellation of order.

However Maxbhi doesn't have a return policy for this product. They are cheating many costumers by misleading with the product name. Please help

Purchased touch on 15/10/19 and made a replacement request with defective photo., have made a calll back request on that order more than 10-15 times., but after a month a mail is been received that the replcement request is cancelled... Kindly i need touch or the amount i paid with your actions

This guy's will send you a defective product and when you return back the product to them in same condition they will tell that they had received the product in the damaged condition. Moreover, while return the product they don't have any pickup facility. We have to courier back the product with our expenses. The customer support is very poor, you have to call them and remind them nearly 10~15 times to respond to your request.

For me, the mobile lcd combo ordered by me and to respond they had taken more than one month to look into that and even after that when i send them there own product in the same condition, they will say we received damaged product.

It's completely waste of money, time and most important thing you will loose your peace of mind.

Ordered full body housing for obi worldphone sf1 (Code: et-housing[protected] on 8th nov but my order automatically got cancelled on 9th nov and 709 rs was transferred to maxbhi e wallet.
Immediately i transferred this amount from e wallet to to my original payment mode. Icici bank only takes maximum 5 working days to process a transaction but even after 6 days my refund has not been posted to my credit card account.
There is absolutely no customer support, no one picks phone or replies to mail. They are cheats.

#1988553, after placing the order they called me and told product will ship within 2 days. After 2 days they updated like order cancelled due to lack of stock availability and ur money has credited to maxbhi wallet. I requested to get my money back to my original mode of payment (Via paytm). But maxbhi is not initiating my refund.

I will be no longer using my maxbhi account kindly delete my account from your database.
I have already contacted the customer care for this but i wasn't able to get relevant answer.
I am aware that by deleting my maxbhi account i couldnot use my same details to log in or sign up again.
And to make sure that i donot waste all of our time i want my account to be deleted and not deactivated....

I was not aware that maxbhi gives all local product with no return. There is nowhere highlighted or comes at first screen after loggin. So thereby its easy for them to say its somehwere at one corner. 2nd point is it was in cart they forcefully repeated messaging me to fil order. So in fast way i did that. Now lateron get to know its local product so informed them to cancel on 4th oct at 2am. At 6am same day they shipped. They informed to do cal whereas chat takes 48 hours prob with their management. They sleeping dont do work on time, seems. Now they gave lcd combo display screen for lenovo p2 which was not at al working. I said on 5th itself to replace get orginal product. No mail came nor they send person to pick up. Now today at 4th nov i informed they said its out of warranty. First of all they dont have brain to validate then blame on customer. Im really tired frustrated on this. Kindly i ask all public to inform to twitter of pm, financ minister to put a stop on this maxbhi to shut down take them by legal or by consumer court. They are sending corrupted faulty component and looting people money in crores. Have to put corruption act section ipc 161 to 165. Having all evidences. They dont understand until they face trial in court, or by police or by the government how can they dont accept return. They forcing us to accept at no matter its good or bad. Every ecoomerce in india accept if not satisfied. Why not they. So thereby, i urge all people not to buy anymore on maxbhi and put case on them. Dont leave it. Or these kind of scammers scam all peoples money. I wont leave it. My order is 1926716. They didnt gave even frame wheras, gave only lcd, digitizer. Thats it.

You can see 838 complaints on 1 company it means how mmuch scam they producing sending faulty looting crores after nirav modi this ceo of this company is the chor and fraud guy. Will the consumer complaint board of government take care of this company by police. Will you send police to interrogate them or will i have to file case on them for scamming cheating public. You can see issue is not resolved but still you made or they made as resolved. You can see updated comments on everyone. Why you do like that. I have to inform pm by twitten that consumer complaint working this way by helping them or what. Why no action has yet taken after 838 complaints on 1 company. Now tell me.

I ordered a display for my mobile at maxbhi.. The product not came to my address. I searched 2 days to receive the product. Got the product in damaged condition they told as their display quality is very good and come with nokia logo, but the display looks to dirty and broken... Also there is no logo. Im very disappointed and spended amount to search my product street by streets. I just need a refund of 900 rupees.

I had order the back panel for my lumia 1520. Having order id 1982110 & 1983570. My both order get cancelled and the amount that i paid using the my paytm account is not refunded into my bank/paytm account, instead it has been refunded in maxbhi wallet.

I tried to contact the support team but as these order are cancelled, so neither i can contact on phone or not register complain on maxbhi customer support.

Please refund the amount in my bank account/paytm.

I ordered "back panel cover for xiaomi mi5 32gb - black"
Code: et-bckcover[protected] on 13th october 2019 and paid using my debit card. The product delivery date was displayed as 17th october 2019.
They were just changing the order status from "initiated" to "under process" to "under process #2" for the next 10 days.

After that they said that the product is not available with the seller at the moment. However, they started showing that as "available" and it could be delivered in a single day. (Attached images)

When i asked for a refund, they said it will be transferred to their e-wallet. So again i have to buy something from their website to use it. And that too after this experience.

When i asked it to be refunded to my bank account that i paid for the order, they are saying that the transfer would take 10 -15 days. But while accepting the order, it didn't take you that much time. So why are you taking more time to refund? They are just earning interest on money by using fake websites like these.

They are also showing incorrect information on the website that the refund has been given to customer as soon as the "refund from wallet to bank account is clicked".

Please take action on them and make them refund the money.

I have ordered a lcd display for my mobile lenovo k8 plus on 18th october 2019. Order id is #1956471. It still shows under process. I have tried to contact customer support many times but there is no support at all. Even i have requested for call back too but it didn’t worked. It’s shame on your part. It will defame your website name. Don’t play with the customers. So kindly cancel my order and refund my money to my account

I have ordered one touchpad combo has order id #1973174.
They proceed order till completion of payment, when I paid 919 amount of product.
After that they were not responding to me.
I am asking about shipping, live tracking but no response received from maxbhi.
I placed voice call but they not received my call continiously telling their staff was attending more calls anyone was not free to receive calls.
It was totally Fraud.
I am trying to get order status but there is no any information about shipping, tracking id etc.

I order on maxbhi.com. When i was order delivery date show me 30/10/2019. My payment already i pay via paytm.

Now i try to track my order but i read on my order status (Psd). What’s that?
My order come in blue dart courier. I need my track id then i can track my order on blue dart courier.
