Dear maxbhi team,
I have ordered a redmi k20 back glass black colour. Recieved a wrong colour product and was been asked to send the product back... I did the same using fedex courier with fragile note on it.
Return was delivered on 12th and immiditely i recd a msg stating product reached to us..
Now after 6 days u guys are contacting me to tell that the replacement can not be given as product recd is damaged..
This is a scam were a customer will not be able to claim the courier also if its damaged during transit..
I need a immidiate solution on this..
And want the black colour panel to be delivered to me.

    One time i got a lcd, which was defective. Because of the policy i didn't removed the protective cover and check the working condition. And immediately i send back to them at my own cost. After 15 days no calls and messages about this.. I keep on tying to call them to check the status of the returned item. At last they send a mail like warranty does not cover any physical damages. They made something and its against policy.
    As per terms & conditions they refused return. Now the item was with them. They are not sending back to me also.

      I have ordered a battery on maxbhi and cancelled later that evening and also mailed the sale and service team to stop shipping. I already brought in apple showroom as per my requirement and they all slept for 2 days and not seeing my mails they simply shipped it and service team has the worst of all to vex the customer. I also requested call back 5 times. I have not received none of them. Such useless

        Hello,

        I ordered a mobile accessory through maxbhi. The order number is 1878158. I cancelled my order due to improper response from maxbhi more than couple of weeks ago. The total prize of the order is rs.299. The amount of rs.299 was not credited back to my account.

        Date of purchase - 7th sep 2019
        Date of cancellation - 19th sep 2019

        Please do the needful in getting my amount back.

        I have ordered Lcd with touch of oppo f1s Order #1930405 from maxbhi.com, I received items in broken condition, to which I raised replacement request number 14469 after 4-5 days they declined to replace. This is a fraud company beware of such company n rely on Amazon n Flipkart

          There is no option for cancellations of order on maxbhi site.
          I mistakenly ordered wrong item and the customer service is not answering so i think it's fraud.

          I called customer care but it says callback request has been arranged.
          But no one calls
          I want to cancel my order and refund my money as soon as possible

              I ordered a mobile cover for samsung guru fm bd 110 e. I received a duplicate product having scratches on screen and body. I raised a request for replacement and attached the photographs.

              I again sent them photos using dslr camera so that they can see the scratches. But they said that the product is not in a condition in which it was sent. I am fed up with their customer service, please dont buy products from this firm otherwise you will end up having a souvenir.

              I have attached the full conversation here.

              The body cover i have received is not original and has scratch marks on screen. Moreover, the body cover is not pure white. I want original body cover as it is shown on your website.

              Yes, i read on the page that images are for presentation only. But it is also mentioned on the page that products are manufactured using high quality but it is hard to digest that mobile body cover with scratches on screen is anywhere near to word "quality". It seems that it has already been used by someone and after selling the phone, cover has been put online for sale which is not worth rs 50. Also, it is mentioned that it will make the phone look like new one but if i use this cover, then even second hand mobile phones will surpass the quality and looks. Actual product can vary from images but it cant be just anything that looks like that image. There is a difference between compatible products and cheap products.

              Dear maxbhi,

              I can send you same photos as the one you have provided in the link. Have you seen quality of those images? Please buy a good quality phone or a camera. I can provide you links with discount coupons so that you can finally click some good photos - and please be assured, they wont send you a camera with scratches. Then may be, you will be able to realise that there are some scratches and quality issues with the product... That too if you want to realise. "it is not in the same condition as we send it to you." so you are saying that i unpacked the brilliantly manufactured, perfectly paint coated mobile cover, brushed it on the floor and threw it on road just to order a replacement??

              Please check the images i have uploaded, i have used dslr camera to clearly show the scratches on the screen. If you want, i can also share the grainy images of the product just like the one you have shared and those will perfectly match with your reference images too. But i wont.

              I apologise to put my faith on your firm and placed the order. I am fed up with your customer service and cant convince you anymore. Please cancel all my return / replacement request. My grandfather insisted to get the cover change as mobile phone was a gift but thanks to you, he has a new phone now. I am sure that even your employees would prefer other e-commerce platforms to order products as they must be aware about your customer dealings.

              And for those who aren't, i will share all our conversation here along with images on customercomplaints.in and youtube so that someone is mentally prepared before even contacting you for a product replacement. Please note, my motive is not to get a refund or replacement - i just dont want it now, i will keep this souvenir with me.

              Thank you once again, will think thrice before placing an order online.

                I have received the folder for samsung j7 pro and after opening original screen found it is not compatible.

                1. The original front glass is thicker and stiffer and the screen plate is very thin, whereas the supplied screen front glass is very thin and flexible and the thickness of inside screen plate is thicker so cannot fit inside there is lot of gap between body and the front glass which cannot be filled with glue, ind if we do it forcefully there is chances of damage or problem in future.

                2. Also the pixel quality is poor as compared to original screen, it looks like low end mobile.

                I have re installed my original screen with rubber band and back cover but black spot has started spreading, so please send me perfect replacement

                  Hi there, recently i ordered lcd mi a1 digitizer via maxbhi.com, with help of local mobile store replaced lcd which i brought from maxbhi.com. When i turned on 50% of screen was working & other half was pixelated. I have sent the product back to maxbhi.com, as they were saying couldn't able to replace & refund as i removed one piece of plastic sheet on top of the lcd screen. I doesn't understand how that will effect the hardware of lcd?, i don't care whether i get the refund or not. But fraud company like maxbhi.com need to get punished, so that other people won't suffer. Seems like they were getting refurbished or scrap products from china & selling to customers in india.

                    Maxbhi.com they were not publishing negative reviews in website (I wrote a negative comment). They can't have positive reviews for every product, I see lot of people had issues with maxbhi.com. please take necessary action about it.

                      Maxbhi, are you refunding my money or not? I have paid using paytm sep 5, 2019 15:33:05 and there is no point in withholding customer money, if order is cancelled. It will attract interest if amount is delayed and not credited back. It is an era of digital payment and it is preposterous to obstruct my money by quoting 16 days, for reverting it in e-wallet. Pay as soon as possible, or face legal consequences for which i shall not be liable for, at later stage. It might be happening with other customers as well according to consumer complaints readily available on online forum.

                          The order id is #1899015. An executive by 10 in the morning told me that the package has been handed over to bluedart by last night. When i asked the waybill or reference number, they told me i will receive an email id containing the asked details. I haven't received an email yet. I called them again by 12 pm, but this time the executive said all contrasting things. They told due to excess of orders, they are not able to provide it soon. I asked them whether they shipped it or not and they told yes. But they told that they physically transferred the thing to bluedart by today morning only. Contrasting, right? Also they were giving me damn obscure explanations. They were literally making lame excuses. Once they handover the package to bluedart, they would get a waybill number, right? I asked the same question to the executive and he told that they did not receive any such number. He's playing pranks, right? When i asked for a cancellation, he says they're not able to do so. I no longer trust this company and i need either the waybill id as soon as possible or the full amount back.

                            I have ordered a mobile phone in that website. The description is not clear and the picture of the product also seems like its a mobile phone. So i ordered the product after making the payment. I had a dought whether it is mobile phone or mobile case. So i called customer care and checked, they told it's a mobile cover so i immediately cancel the order. But the customer care executive told we don't have cancellation policy like that he told. Iam very much depressed to hear the words. Kindly talk to the company and refund my amount.

                              I ordered samsung screen on 17th of Auguest and Maxbhi cancelled my order after 3 days (20th aug) saying the product is unavailable, Refund Order #1838819. Till now I did not get my money even after 23 days. Executives of this website are so irresponsible that they are not even replying promptly when asking about my money. I will proceed legally if I don't get my money back in next 24 hours.

                              OMG! it's a horrible experience with Maxbhi support team. They requested me to send my statement and I sent one as they asked. Now another member is asked me the problem right from start. 3 people contacted me till now and looks like they are intentionally playing this foul game. Very very horrible support.
                              After 25 days and that too after many followups, I finally received my money.
                              Order# 1873432, we will file joint petition for monetary relief and action against this company.

                                I ordered a product through maxbhi.com. I have canvas laptap and i needed the front glass with digitizer. I ordered the product on the website and received it. When i received the product, it was smaller in size than i screen. When i reached out to them to raise the concern, they mentioned that this product was for different model number and i ordered a wrong product hence they would not do any refund or replacement.

                                Now, nowhere in the product description they have mentioned that model number with which it compatible. Nor they have mentioned anything about the size. Then as a consumer, how would i know that it is for some different model number. Hence, i need a replacement for the correct product or a refund of the incompatible product sent to me.

                                  A call from maxbhi. Com came and they ask me to give my debit card no. Cvv and expiry date of my card so that they can refund my amount.
                                  I denied them to give my cvv number instead I ask him to refund via any other means like upi
                                  Or paytm Or take my account no. And transfer the amount but the man refused to do so
                                  Such a rude behaviour they are denying to refund

                                    I have ordered samsung galaxy a5 lcd combo folder for maxbhi.com dated at 13 aug 2019 and shipped 17 aug 2019 but received damaged product from maxbhi then immediately call customer care support and share all photos but after 10 days no any reply customer care support team and no response my calls.

                                    I have ordered HP Tab display order id-1798264 and amount is RS.629/- more than a week I didn't get the product so I called the customer care number they answered me the product is cancelled and they will refund the amount. More than 20 days still I have not received any information about my refund.

                                    I ordered a battery for my mobile Lenovo k5 plus. They have sent me low capacity battery of some other mobile model. Now they are saying that there is no option of cancellation or refund for the product. Seems like a cheating company. I want my money back.

                                      Hi, i ordered tempered glass for xiaomi mi max 2 - screen protector guard
                                      And lcd with touch screen for xiaomi mi max 2 - black (Display glass combo folder) from maxbhi. It showed product available while checking it out and so i ordered both, going through payment gateway was quick and easy. Once it was paid i returned to the site to see the amount deducted but the order automatically cancelled. It showed "order canceled and refunded as points. 2238 points added to account."
                                      Now the problem is, they says in their manual i can transfer back to my bank account anytime but if i tried clicking it it shows "error insufficient amount available in ewallet. Amount in ewallet should be greater or equal to the amount requested for transfer to bank."
                                      So i tried calculating and bought 50 points of theirs for another rs.50, so to makeup for the discount, but shows the same result.
                                      Checking me ewallet it shows i have only 3 points.
                                      Now m stucked, cant transfer back to my bank, cant shop with the money converted points coz theres non other then the 3 point.
                                      I simply want them to refund my money and someone take legal action to ban such sites which dupe the innocent, unsuspecting costumers, also take off their site from the google search since it will a continuous circle of betrayals and complaints. Help me find a solution, ty

                                      i got an email around 2pm that my order has been shipped.with pictures to be delivered by 30th aug. Since ive gone through a lot of pressure i thought i saw the image of a used touchscreen, maybe lights decieving me. untill i get the product and checked it, for now im happy that they made a quick response for my trouble. thank you all for the help

                                      There is no reasons for the auto cancellation of the order immediately after payment was successful, simply the message "Order canceled and refunded as points. 2238 points added to Account."
                                      Also i rechecked the items, and it still showed available and options of delivery within 3 days!
                                      My order cancelled please refund my money

                                        I ordered a lcd display and it is received without any physical damage it is not working i returned the same product to the company but they are rejected to replace instead of that they are saying to me you are removed the warranty seal they are saying only one plastic screen paper as warranty seal. I send the entire pack as it is only for that reason they are rejecting for replacement. 'when i received the display combo i recorded the video and installation video also'
                                        In their terms and conditions they are not specifically mentioned about the warranty seal these loophole they are using to fraud customers
                                        Please resolve my problem.
