I ordered samsung screen on 17th of Auguest and Maxbhi cancelled my order after 3 days (20th aug) saying the product is unavailable, Refund Order #1838819. Till now I did not get my money even after 23 days. Executives of this website are so irresponsible that they are not even replying promptly when asking about my money. I will proceed legally if I don't get my money back in next 24 hours.

I ordered a product through maxbhi.com. I have canvas laptap and i needed the front glass with digitizer. I ordered the product on the website and received it. When i received the product, it was smaller in size than i screen. When i reached out to them to raise the concern, they mentioned that this product was for different model number and i ordered a wrong product hence they would not do any refund or replacement.

Now, nowhere in the product description they have mentioned that model number with which it compatible. Nor they have mentioned anything about the size. Then as a consumer, how would i know that it is for some different model number. Hence, i need a replacement for the correct product or a refund of the incompatible product sent to me.

But they deny to do so

I have ordered samsung galaxy a5 lcd combo folder for maxbhi.com dated at 13 aug 2019 and shipped 17 aug 2019 but received damaged product from maxbhi then immediately call customer care support and share all photos but after 10 days no any reply customer care support team and no response my calls.
The request is giving me replacement otherwise refund my money.

Hi, i ordered tempered glass for xiaomi mi max 2 - screen protector guard
And lcd with touch screen for xiaomi mi max 2 - black (Display glass combo folder) from maxbhi. It showed product available while checking it out and so i ordered both, going through payment gateway was quick and easy. Once it was paid i returned to the site to see the amount deducted but the order automatically cancelled. It showed "order canceled and refunded as points. 2238 points added to account."
Now the problem is, they says in their manual i can transfer back to my bank account anytime but if i tried clicking it it shows "error insufficient amount available in ewallet. Amount in ewallet should be greater or equal to the amount requested for transfer to bank."
So i tried calculating and bought 50 points of theirs for another rs.50, so to makeup for the discount, but shows the same result.
Checking me ewallet it shows i have only 3 points.
Now m stucked, cant transfer back to my bank, cant shop with the money converted points coz theres non other then the 3 point.
I simply want them to refund my money and someone take legal action to ban such sites which dupe the innocent, unsuspecting costumers, also take off their site from the google search since it will a continuous circle of betrayals and complaints. Help me find a solution, ty

I ordered a lcd display and it is received without any physical damage it is not working i returned the same product to the company but they are rejected to replace instead of that they are saying to me you are removed the warranty seal they are saying only one plastic screen paper as warranty seal. I send the entire pack as it is only for that reason they are rejecting for replacement. 'when i received the display combo i recorded the video and installation video also'
In their terms and conditions they are not specifically mentioned about the warranty seal these loophole they are using to fraud customers

I purchased lenovo vibe x3 display on25, the july 2019. The order is cancelled on31 st july.. I cant get the refunded money to the bank after 22 days. I have ordered for iphone 5s display with touch and iphone 5s battery, but i got iphone 5c display insterd of iphone5s wrong sent by them but now they are not responding properly its been a week since i reached no response on my order. I ordered a touch screen digitizer instead of a front glass. When i realized that order was wrong, i sent a couple of emails to [protected]@macbhi.com, tried maxbhi support via their website and phone number. But it is like they are shut off to the customers. On the non-toll free customer support number, you are placed on hold. The shipment is yet to be picked up as per the shipping company website. But there is nobody even looking into this request under order# 1842835

Order no - 1710231, im not get any refund from maxhi but they r teling amt credited already to bank, not get money they just not properly replying, from 2 months send bank statement, written letter complaint from bank, mail response from bank didnot get money

I ordered oneplus 3t screen folder and full body housing. Both the products are defective. I wasted my quality 3 hours in a mobile service center to place the new screen on my phone. Then i got to know that the screen folder is defective and not working. I had to purchase another screen folder from market and got is placed on phone as my phone was lying open there. Moreover the body housing is not fitting properly.
I requested them for refund as both the products are useless to me now. The stupid call center people repeating the same statement again and again, "sir we can't refund". I also told them if you cannot refund, allow me to purchase something else from your store. Then again denied.
The customer service lady was asking me to get the picture of the phone and place the folder on it, and then share the image of not fitting to us. Seriously, how can i get that image now. Moreover, they say courier the product to us, we will review it and send the another one when we confirm it. That means i had to bear the cost of courier service and wait for another weeks time. I just need my money back.
Maxbhi is not able to maintain customer service quality that an online store must have. There online selling licence should be cancelled as they are not providing service of refund, return and return pickup.

Last me yehi bolna chahta hu ki jiska b refund use abhi tk ni mila. Please apni mail id cmnt me likho with proof. Me apko contact krugaa fir uske baad cybercell me jauga... Me khud newly police line me hu. Yese thori koi police wale k pese fraud kr lega? 15th w8 kiya sb kuch kiya refund ni aya.

But jese ye jhuth bolte hai logo ko hurt krte hai vo ageh se ni hoga. Agar mere jese police wale k sath esaa hota to normal insaan ko ye loot lege?

I ordered four items from Maxbhi website. Following are the four items:
i) Glue Adhesive Gum for Sony Xperia M2 dual D2302 (LCD, Frame & Touch Pasting) - 50ml
ii)Opening Tool Kit for Sony Xperia M2 dual D2302 with Screwdriver Set
iii)Sim Connector Flex Cable for Sony Xperia M2 dual D2302
iv)Touch Screen Digitizer for Sony Xperia M2 dual D2302 - Black

And I received only two items(iii & iv).

I contacted the support group twice but no response.
I have product image on their website which shows the weight as 140gms for the packed box and the box i received for two items also has the same weight. So obviously they did not pack those items while sending it for delivery.

The status on the website for my order is completed.

Maxbhi mere problem ko le k koye action nahi le raha... Aaj 1month se jyada ho gaya but maxbhi ne na to mere product mujhe send kiya na mere paise aur to aur ye ab mere mail ka reply dete... Dekhiye... Abhi tk refund ni mila 12th ho gyi ajj. Ino ne 15th bola w8 kro ah jayega. Me roz call krta hu aur me yaha roz complaint post kr update krta rehta hu.

Jisne b maxbhi.com se order krna ek baar meri sb complaints read kr lena. Kasm se dhokha ni khaoge. Baki jo hega me roz update kruga.
