I have ordered a screen combo on 16th Aug. At the time of delivery it's showing that it will deliver by 18th Aug that why I have ordered that. Because it is very urgent for me. But in 18th Aug morning I show that they have not shipped the product yet. I called there customer care . After 15 min waiting they pick up the call. And I told them that I have ordered because it's showing that delivery will be done by 18th August. It is not possible for me to wait without my phone. Because my phone completely broken. I request them to cancel the order as they can't fulfill their promises. But they told that they can't cancel the order. For me now waiting is the only option . It's I am a working professional it's very hard to servive without phone. Such companies should not exist who cheat there customer with false promises. Please look into this matter. I want my money back.

I bought a c7 pro touch screen, but i dont need it anymore.I tried contacting maxbhi customer care and support but nothing works.Please cancel my oder #4902027 and refund me the amount of ₹2929 paid for the order....

I ordered a replacement screen from Maxbhi.com and received it on 12th August 2022. The screen is not functioning properly and I raised a replacement request on the same date. They denied the replacement of the screen and behavior form customer service was very bad. Internet is flooded with their ad and I'm one among many who believed this is a genuine website and got cheated.

I ordered yesterday one spare part and toolkit for my device and i want to cancel my order please tell them to cancel my order and refund my money please..

I had order for a sub board for poco f1 worth Rs 279 from maxhbi.com. The product i received is a cheaper version which is listed for Rs 240 in the same website. I had requested for replacement but it was rejected saying that i received the same product. This sub board has network and low signal issues.

I have received damaged and wrong product (order screen but received screen connected with a panel) from maxbhi. Com so I have raised the complaint for replacement within one day of receiving the product but still not getting replacement from last 2 months they are telling some transparent cover is missing.

As I have received the product shared the same photos as it is not working as well wrong product .Need replacement as soon as possible.

My order ID - #4769841.. I ordered Samsung M51 display amount-2232rs last 1 month back.. first they send me not working product and I raise a replacement request. again I spend courier charges 350rs After the replacement product is received Samsung A71. I totally disappointed. My urgent I need mobile so I went to local mobile shop and changed display.. now I need refund and I'm also returning the received product to maxbhi.com

I ordered Realme x2 pro’s display set on july 28 and for two days its showing available. but still no information about my order....

I ordered a product for mobile phone display model redmi note 5 pro for 1, 143 ₹ with order id 4805565 on 21 july and I recieved the product quickly on 28 july within 7 days. I was quite happy with the speedy delivery and packaging but when I tried to install the product the touch display didn't work and it froze and due to limited time and in need of a phone I went to a local mi service center off market and bought a new display and I installed it working perfectly fine. These things are not new to me since I repair a lot of electronic stuffs for many years and so the product that I ordered online from Maxbhi.com was a fake one and not wanting to keep the fake product display I tried their replacement policy or to return the product but due to my horror, they dont have pick up services and even if we try to return it, all the expenses have to be done by us . God knows even if it reaches to their services they would do a refund or replace a new one. So, adding up all those things, people need to be aware of all these silly websites scaming people without proper knowledge of online media.
It happened to me for only 1, 143₹ but who knows some people might order expensive products and be decieved by their scam. Therefore, I am requesting any concerned people who deals with all these things to shut all these websites so that less fraudulence is avoided.

Where is my product i see the product was misrouted what does mean that?

I'd ordered a backpanel and a folder or Xiaomi Mi A2 on 16th july 2022. And its 27 july 2022 and i didnt received my product till date. While the delivery date was 18th july 2022.
I thought these scammers took my 2300 rupees. Now I'm moving to the consumer forum. And i'll send the notice through the e-mail.

I ordered 2 times on maxbhi on 17 July 2022 and 24 July 2022.

There is no update on when they are going to deliver. When I tried to contact, no one picks the call. When requested for call back, no call back is arranged,

If they can't deliver, they can refund the money.

#4747335 amount 359. I have cancelled the order on the same day. I have even contacted your customer care for 4 times to initiate the refund . Its been 12 days now i have purchased it. Please do the refund . As i am facing shortage of funds . If you need any details of bank account please let me know . I am waiting for the fund.They havent asked my bank details for the refund.

Kya kahi maine maxbhi.com se shopping karke Koi Galti to nahin karti Kyunki Mere order ko yah kah Rahe Hain Ki mangalwar ka aapko deliver kar diya Jaega per mere ko abhi tak unke dwara tracking id Nahin provide ki Gai aur na hi unke customer care per call kar rahe hain na to vahan se response mil raha hai aur call back ki request dal rahe tab bhi due toh girana ka message show kar raha hai.
