This is regarding my previous issue .the customer care is not resolving the solution they are trying to replace the product which is not is useful for me
I need a refund for the product they didn't mention "about product is not refundable" they didn't even mention at the checkout process and in the Invoice too

Please check the declaration and Acknowledgment in the invoice and the terms and condition

Please take action and refund the money !!

On November 3rd I have ordered 1pc of LCD with Touch Screen for Samsung Galaxy A50 - White (display glass combo folder) and my order id is Order #3968507
and i received it on November 11th(it took 8days to deliver). but when it was tested on my phone it wasn't working properly and it is not compatible my phone went blank and my technician removed and fixed with another touch screen. Since my my phone wasn't working for 1 week i cannot wait for replacement .Hence i changed the touch screen immediately from local mobile store.

The protective film and warranty seals on LCD & touchscreen are intact and not removed As I no longer need the replacement i requested them to refund my money back .i have contacted many times regarding this .they are not refunding my money .Instead they are saying to they replace the product (which is not useful for me) i had mentioned several times that phone is fixed and no need of replacement. The warranty expires on november 21st they are not helping to solve the issue

I recieved a product on November 15, 2021. I brought Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 LCD display touch screen which turns out not working, kind of disappointed. So, I asked for a replacement, if not refund. I have all th e proved and requirement to return the product. There is no policy for them to send someone to take the product or return my money. Amazing isn't it. They say there is return policy but there is a paytm section for returns. Such a scammer. So, pleased not to buy from site Maxbhi.com to all buyers. Buy from authentic site where there is policy and a care customer.

I was order a product . But still the order not prossesed. today (11/11/2021) was the promised date of delivery. But no moment from there side . The are not responding my question . Order number : #3985845

I want to tell everyone, pls don't buy anything from Maxbhi. They will not entertain you for any refund or replacement even if the product is faulty and even if you have raised complain about it. I suggest you all should buy from Amazon or some other online shopping site except for this one.
Now, my grievance or pathetic experience from this company. I had ordered LCD with touch screen for Oneplus 3, and when I received it was not fitting in my motherboard as flex cable was not proper. I raised the complain and told them the problem but still they kept on insisting to send me various photos of the screen as well as differential of my original as well the product received by Maxbhi. Even after explaining then about the fault still they insisted to sent me the video. After all doing this they are now stating me that you have warranty is void and the reason is they are giving is warranty sticker which is there in the front has been removed. They are giving any reason to proof themselves right. Replacement number 45891.

Please don't buy from Maxbhi.

I order rog 2 display combo, and the order is placed and money was deducted from my paytm wallet, after few hours the order is automaticaly and i waited for the refund of my amount rs 6205, also i requested many times to maxbhi for my refund, right now almost 20 days there will be no refund

I ordered the huwei y6pro display. But they placed the order in y6 .. They say it will not be replaced .. I paid 1414 rupees and I can not use the product I bought .. They say they can pay the transport charge and balance money but they do nothing .. Even after ordering with this much money, there is no customer support from their side. What to do ??

I ordered Samsung J2 2015 touch and display combo worth of 1079 from maxbhi.in i received it on 12 October, but the product was damaged already, when i checked it it was not working. so request for replacement for the product i parcel it with my own money that cost me 180 rupees, still i was hoping they will send me the replacement product as soon as possible but on[protected] they said that product is not replicable due to physical damage but i do not damage it it was damaged during the shipment, still they are not replacing my product.

An order #3906833 was placed on dated 14.10.2021at 06:05 PM for LCD with Touch Screen for Asuszenfone Max Pro (M1)and it's payment was done via phone pe mob [protected] with Rs 2129.00
But an SMS via mobile informed o[censored]npaid payment and another payment was made using debit card ending************9773
Thus I have been charged twice for the same single unit costing Rs 4258.00
Now I request return my Rs 2129.00
And if any order has placed repeatedly please cancel it .Send me only one unit costing only Rs 2129.00 Only.

I ordered a battery for my Lenovo Vibe K5 Plus mobile phone at Maxbhi.com.

The order number is 3799131 (Prepaid). I received it on[protected].

On opening the package, I found out that they sent me a different battery. My phone has a BL259 battery with a 2750mAh/10.5Wh rated capacity. But they sent me a BL242 battery with a 1800mAh 6.7Wh rated capacity.

In other words, I received a low-capacity, incompatible battery. Further, this battery discharges within 30 minutes, after a full charge. So, even the capacity mentioned on their battery is fake.

Immediately, I made a replacement request on their website, the replacement ID# 42721. But they declined it on frivolous grounds and refused to replace or refund my paid amount.

I have been messaging and calling them for the next 20 days, but it is no use. They cheated on me.

I ordered real me c3 combo screen, while seeing tracking showing premises is closed, cancel my order and refund my money, order id is 3885486, and my mobile number [protected], there is no call from customer care, i requested 4 times for callback
